Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of financial literacy, financial attitudes and self-efficacy on financial management behavior among housewives in RT 04 Dusun Turi, Kembangan Village. This type of research uses quantitative research. Quantitative research is research using survey data that is quantified and statistically analyzed. Classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing are the test instruments used in this research. The financial literacy variable has a positive and insignificant effect on the dependent variable, namely financial management behavior. The financial attitude variable has a positive and insignificant effect on the dependent variable, namely financial management behavior. The independent variable, namely self-efficacy, has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely financial management behavior. Meanwhile, financial literacy, financial attitudes and self-efficacy simultaneously have a positive and insignificant influence on financial management behavior among housewives in RT 04 Dusun Turi, Kembangan Village.

Abstract

Effective quality control is a key element in maintaining competitive advantage in the food industry, especially in tofu production at the Nila Tofu Factory. This study aims to analyze the implementation of quality control in improving the quality of tofu products, focusing on technical and managerial factors. The implementation of quality control methods, such as Statistical Quality Control (SQC), Taguchi, and Six Sigma, has proven effective in identifying and reducing product defects in several tofu factories. However, this study also shows that human factors, employee motivation, and suboptimal managerial systems are the main obstacles in maintaining consistent product quality. The results of the study through interviews with the owner and employees of the Nila Tofu Factory revealed a decline in product quality, especially in terms of inconsistent texture, as well as constraints on equipment and quality control that are not well structured. Proposed improvements include the procurement of new machines, routine training, providing results-based incentives, and the implementation of clear and standardized standard operating procedures (SOPs). This study suggests the importance of integration between technical and managerial systems to ensure sustainable quality control and increase the competitiveness of tofu products in the market

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Citra Merek dan Promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada konsumen Pizza Hut Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa konsumen Pizza Hut di kediri yang jumlahnya tidak diketahui, maka peneliti mennentukan jumlah sampelnya sebesar 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Non Probability Sampling dengan cara purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner (angket). Data yang sudah diperoleh kemudian diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data yaitu, uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis. Dari hasil pengujian hipotesis secara simultan menyatakan bahwa Persepsi Citra Merek Dan Promosi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian memiliki pengaruh yang siginifikan. Tetapi secara parsial Promosi tidak mempunyai pengaruh secara langsung terhadap keputusan pembelian

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Price and Service Quality on Customer Loyalty at The Farrel Nganjuk Hotel. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis methods used to test the hypothesis after going through validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. Data were obtained through distributing questionnaires to 58 respondents using the accidental sampling method. The results showed that Price and Service Quality have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. The more competitive the price offered and the better the quality of service provided, the higher the level of customer loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan omzet penjualan UMKM Tendean Catering melalui pelatihan sosial media berbasis online. Pelatihan dilaksanakan selama satu bulan dengan materi meliputi pembuatan konten visual yang menarik, strategi storytelling, pemanfaatan fitur promosi berbayar, serta analisis performa sosial media. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan secara bertahap mulai dari perencanaan konten, pembuatan konten, strategi engagement, hingga evaluasi dan optimasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada interaksi pelanggan, jumlah pengikut media sosial, serta profesionalitas konten yang diunggah. Selain itu, omzet penjualan Tendean Catering mengalami peningkatan yang cukup signifikan dibandingkan periode sebelumnya. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pemanfaatan sosial media secara terarah mampu menjadi strategi efektif untuk mendukung pengembangan pemasaran dan daya saing UMKM di era digital.

Abstract

This study aimto analyze the effect of promotion and service quality on customer satisfaction at Rosalia Indah Travel Agency. In the increasingly tight competition of the transportation business, promotion strategies and quality services are important factors in maintaining and increasing customer satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who had used Rosalia Indah services. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression to determine the effect of each independent variable (promotion and service quality) on the dependent variable (customer satisfaction). The results showed that promotion and service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. Among the two variables, service quality had the most dominant effect. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.65 indicates that 65% of the variation in customer satisfaction can be explained by promotion and service quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul pengaruh media sosial Instagram terhadap kunjungan wisatwan (studi pada objek wisata air terjun sedudo. Penelitian ini berjutuan untuk mengetaui pengaruh dari media sosial Instagram terhadap kunjungan wisatawan terhadap destinasi wisata air terjun sedudo di kota nganjuk. Sistem informasi dan komunikasi terus berkembang sejalan dengan kemajuan teknologi pada perangkat seperti laptop, tablet, smartphone, dan berbagai gadget lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh platform media sosial (Instagram) terhadap peningkatan kunjungan wisatawan ke objek wisata Air Terjun Sedudo di Nganjuk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wisatawan Air Terjun Sedudo Nganjuk dalam satu tahun 2023 diambil pengunjung paling banyak yaitu pada bulan desember yang berjumlah 4.873 wisatawan air terjun sedodo nganjuk dengan perolehan sampel berjumlah 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel X (Medos Instagram) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel Y karena nilai Sig. untuk X adalah 0, yang berarti p-value < 0,05. Selain itu, nilai koefisien regresi (B) untuk X sebesar 0,531 menunjukkan bahwa setiap peningkatan 1unit dalam Medos Instagram akan meningkatkan nilai Y sebesar 0,531 unit. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian yaitu adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari variabel media sosial (X) terhadap kunjungan wisatawan (Y).

Abstract

Fish contains high nutrients that can be consumed by most humans. Fish also has nutritional content in animal and vegetable proteins that are low in cholesterol so it is safe for consumption. The availability of abundant fish but not balanced with good management makes public consumption interest in fish less able to maximize the availability of abundant raw materials, there is no diversification of processed products, packaging used by partners to wrap products is less attractive, and less able to maximize the development of technology and information is the main focus of problems in this service. The method in this service is Focus Group Discussion with several stages. As a result of this dedication, partners can diversify products and do online marketing.

Abstract

Saat ini industri jasa fotografi berkembang sangat pesat dengan semakin banyaknya penyedia jasa fotografi di berbagai bidang seperti foto model dan foto pernikahan. Tingginya permintaan terhadap jasa fotografi dapat membuka peluang usaha. iTujuan idari ipenelitian iini iadalah iuntuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara kreativitas dengan minat pembeli. Kuisioner disebarkan langsung kepada 67 responden yang memiliki umur 18 sampai 25 tahun dan dianalisis menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Dari hasil penelitian, idapat idisimpulkan ibahwa kreativitas memiliki pengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap minat pembelian jasa fotografi.
