Abstract

Abstrak. Dalam upaya meningkatkan produksi pepaya di Kecamatan Krueng Barona Jaya.Maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor luas lahan, modal dan tenaga kerja dapat mempengaruhi produksi pepayadi Kecamatan Krueng Barona Jaya Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey secara sengaja kepada seluruh populasi sampel (total sampling). Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari dua sumber yaitu data primer dan data sekunder.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan analisis koefisiensi determinasi (R²) diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,989 yang berarti bahwa luas lahan , modal, tenaga kerja mempengaruhi produksi pepaya sebesar 98,9%, sedangkan sisanya 1,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Hasil analisis secara serempak (uji-f) bahwa faktor luas lahan , modal, tenaga kerja berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi pepaya di Kecamatan Krueng Barona Jaya Aceh Besar. Analisis secara parsial (uji-t) menyatakan bahwa faktor luas lahan, modal, dan tenaga kerja berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi pepaya.Analysis Affecting Factors Production of Papaya In District Krueng Barona Jaya Aceh BesarAbstract. In order to increase production of papaya in district Krueng Barona Jaya. The purpose this study is to find some factors of their land, capital and labor can affect to papaya production in district Krueng Barona Jaya of Aceh Besar. The methodology used is the method intentional survey to the entire sample of population (total sampling). Data collection in this research obtained from two sources of the primary and secondary data. The result showed analysis of  determination coefisien (R²) obtained value of 0,989 which means that their land, capital and labor affect production of 98,9% papaya, the remaining 1,1% influenced by other factors. The result of the analysis in union (test-f) factor that the same area of land, capital and labor had real impact on the production of papaya in district Krueng Barona Jaya Aceh Besar. In full analysis of (test-t) said that factors the same area of  land, capital and labor had real impact on the production of papaya

Abstract

Abstrak. Ternak sapi ialah salah satu jenis ternak yang hasil produksinya dipergunakan oleh manusia untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. Permintaan konsumen akan daging sapi di Provinsi Aceh terus meningkat, namun produksi daging sapi yang tersedia tidak mampu memenuhi permintaan tersebut. Kecamatan Ulee Kareng merupakan salah satu kecamatan yang memiliki banyak peternak sapi dan peternakan sapi di Kecamatan Ulee Kareng berpotensi untuk dikembangkan. Dalam upaya pengembangan suatu usaha, harus ditetapkannya strategi yang akan diterapkan terlebih dahulu dengan cara menganalisis faktor internal dan eksternal yang terdapat pada usaha tersebut. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi pengembangan ternak sapi potong di Kecamatan Ulee Kareng serta menentukan strategi yang dapat diterapkan dalam mengembangkan ternak sapi potong di Kecamatan Ulee Kareng. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu peternak sapi potong di Kecamatan Ulee Kareng. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 12 peternak sapi potong di Kecamatan Ulee Kareng. Penelitian ini diolah dengan menggunakan Analisis SWOT. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa faktor yang menjadi kekuatan terbesar adalah ketersediaan pakan serta sumber air yang cukup dan ketersediaan lahan, kelemahan terbesar adalah rendahnya jumlah modal yang dimiliki, peluang terbesar adalah tingginya permintaan pasar, dan ancaman terbesar adalah tinggginya tingkat persaingan pasar. Strategi agresif merupakan strategi yang tepat untuk diterapkan. The Development Strategy of Beef Cattle in Ulee Kareng Sub-District, Banda AcehAbstract. Cow is one type of livestock whose production is used by humans to meet their daily needs. Consumer demand for beef in Aceh Province continues to increase, but the production of available beef cannot meet this demand. Ulee Kareng District is one of the districts that has a lot of cattle ranchers and cattle ranching in Ulee Kareng District has the potential to be developed. In an effort to develop a business, a strategy must be determined that will be applied first by analyzing internal and external factors contained in the business. This journal aims to determine the internal and external factors that influence the development of beef cattle in Ulee Kareng District and determine strategies that can be applied in developing beef cattle in Ulee Kareng District. The population in this study were beef cattle breeders in Ulee Kareng District. The number of samples used were 12 beef cattle farmers in Ulee Kareng District. This research was processed using SWOT Analysis. This research shows that the factors that become the biggest strength are the availability of sufficient food and water sources and land availability, the biggest weakness is the low amount of capital owned, the biggest opportunity is the high market demand, and the biggest threat is the high level of market competition. Aggressive strategy is the right strategy to implement.

Abstract

Abstrak. Capsicum annum L. atau yang umum disebut cabai merah, termasuk tanaman hortikultura (Family Ssolanaceae). Tanaman cabai merah memiliki tingkat adaptasi yang baik di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah dengan tingkat produksi tertinggi untuk tanaman cabai merah di Provinsi Aceh. Penelitian ini untuk menganalis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi petani cabai merah dalam mengadopsi teknologi pada komoditi tersebut di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, hanya variabel pengalaman bertani, jumlah tanggungan keluarga dan akses kredit modal yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan petani mengadopsi teknologi cabai merah di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Factors Affecting the Decisions of Red Chili Farmers in Adopting Technology in Central Aceh RegencyAbstract. Capsicum annum L. or what is commonly called red chili, is a horticultural plant (Family Ssolanaceae). Red chili plants have a good level of adaptation in Central Aceh Regency with the highest production rate for red chili plants in Aceh Province. This study analyses the factors that make red chili farmers adopt technology for this commodity in Central Aceh Regency. Based on the study results, only the variables of farming experience, number of family dependents and access to capital credit had a significant effect on farmers' decisions to adopt red chili technology in Central Aceh Regency.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik industri pengolahan kelapa di Kabupaten Bireuen dan Aceh Utara. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Bulan November tahun 2021. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer Data primer diperoleh dari pemilik industri pengolahan yang diwawancara langsung menggunakan kuesioner. Data sekunder dikumpulkan dan diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik dan instansi lainnya. Metode pengambilan sampel dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling (secara sengaja) yaitu semua industri pengolahan di Kabupaten Aceh Utara atau sebesar 2 sampel dan 5 industri pengolahan di Kabupaten Bireuen. Pengambilan data sampel di Kabupaten Bireuen dipilih yang terletak di Kecamatan Jangka dan Jeumpa dan di Kabupaten Aceh Utara dipilih yang terletak di Kecamatan Seunuddon dan Tanah Luas dengan pertimbangan kecamatan-kecamatan ini merupakan kecamatan dengan produksi tertinggi di Kabupaten Bireuen dan Aceh Utara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usaha industri pengolahan kelapa di Kabupaten Bireuen dan Aceh Utara adalah industri rumah tangga (Home Industry) yang jumlah tenaga kerjanya berjumlah 2-5 orang dan sebahagian besar merupakan anggota dalam keluarga dari pemilik industri. Industri ini dikatakan Home Industry juga karena lama berdiri nya industri yang sudah lama dan dilakukan secara turun-menurun.Characteristics of Coconut Processing Industry (Cocos nucifera. L) in Bireuen and North Aceh RegenciesThis study aims to determine the characteristics of the coconut processing industry in Bireuen Regency and North Aceh. This research was conducted in November 2021. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Primary data Primary data were obtained from processing industry owners who were interviewed directly using a questionnaire. Secondary data is collected and obtained from the Central Statistics Agency and other agencies. The sampling method was carried out using a purposive sampling method (deliberately) namely all processing industries in North Aceh Regency or 2 samples and 5 processing industries in Bireuen Regency. The sampling of data in Bireuen Regency was selected which was located in the Districts of Jangka and Jeumpa and in Aceh Utara District was selected which was located in the Districts of Seunuddon and Tanah Luas with the consideration that these sub-districts were the sub-districts with the highest production in the Districts of Bireuen and North Aceh. The results showed that the coconut processing industry in Bireuen and North Aceh is a home industry with a workforce of 2-5 people and most of them are members of the family of the industrial owners. This industry is said to be Home Industry also because of the long standing of the industry which has been around for a long time and has been carried out from generation to generation.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui rantai nilai dan besaran nilai tambah yang dihasilkan pada usaha ekonomi kreatif nanas siap saji di Kecamatan Pegasing Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh produsen nanas siap saji yang ada di Kecamatan Pegasing Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 5 unit usaha nanas siap saji di Kecamatan Pegasing Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas rantai nilai dimulai dari tingkat petani yang menyediakan bahan baku kemudian bahan baku didistribusikan ke produsen nanas siap saji melalui pedagang pengumpul. Bahan baku selanjutnya diolah menjadi nanas siap saji dan berakhir ditangan konsumen. Besaran nilai tambah yang dihasilkan pada unit usaha 1 adalah Rp.4.242/porsi, pada unit usaha 2 Rp.8.400/porsi, pada unit usaha 3 Rp.8.200/porsi, pada unit usaha 4 Rp.8.355/porsi dan pada unit usaha 5 Rp.7.840/porsi.

Abstract

Potato is a national superior vegetable commodity that is prioritized for development by the government. Bener Meriah Regency is a center for potato development, supported by climatic conditions suitable for potato growth. However, so far the production of potato plants has not been able to meet Indonesia's domestic needs. This study aims to describe what technologies are applied by potato farmers in Bener Meriah and want to see how the level of technology adoption applied by potato farmers in Bener Meriah Regency is analyzed descriptively qualitatively, statistically, and using crosstabulation. The results showed that the tolerance attitude of potato farmers who used technology in Bener Meriah Regency was included in the high category, namely daring to take risks and having more than two efforts in overcoming the risks of potato farming. The use of technology that has been applied by potato farmers in Bener Meriah is the technology of using superior seeds, cultivation techniques that have followed the recommendations of the extension worker, the use of vegetable pesticides, pest control according to the instructor's recommendations, the use of mulch, hand tractor, sprayer, irrigation, cold storage technology, and good packaging. Then potato farmers who have a high level of technology adoption are more tolerant in facing farming risks.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengindentifikasi faktor – faktor internal dan eksternal dalam memproduksi abon ikan di U.D Tuna dan menganalisis strategi bisnis pengembangan abon ikan di U.D Tuna. Metode penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah studi kasusnya adalah U.D Tuna. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner dan wawancara dengan teknik Focus Group Discussion (FGD) antara pihak dari Usaha Dagang Abon ikan diwakili langsung oleh pemilik usaha dagang abon ikan. Data yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini dianalisis dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa U.D Tuna cocok menerapkan strategi Turn Arround. Saat ini U.D Tuna menghadapi peluang pasar yang sangat besar, tetapi dilain pihak, ia menghadapi kendala dan kelemahan internal.

Abstract

Abstrak. Strategi yang digunakan untuk pengendalian alih fungsi lahan berdasarkan analisis SWOT berada pada posisi kuadran I yang berarti strategi agresif  (SO) yaitu menggunakan kekuatan untuk memanfaatkan peluang, terdapat 4 strategi untuk mengendalikan alih fungsi lahan pertanian sawah menjadi kebun kelapa sawit yaitu : 1) Petani sadar akan pentingnya tanaman pangan terhadap kebutuhan hidup dengan diadakannya penyuluhan kepada petani pemilik lahan sawah; 2) Posisi lahan sawah yang bersebelahan dengan kebun kelapa sawit tidak bisa sembarangan dialih fungsikan karena adanya undang-undang yang kuat untuk mengatur alih fungsi lahan; 3) Produksi yang dihasilkan berkualitas tinggi akan mengurangi kebijakan pemerintah dalam impor beras; 4) Kebutuhan air pada lahan sawah harus cukup untuk menjaga produksi agar tidak menurun. Pengendaian alih fungsi lahan pertanian sawah menjadi kebun kelapa sawit dapat dikendalikan dengan 2 faktor yaitu pengendalian alih fungsi lahan sawah dengan faktor internal yaitu : 1) Pengendalian alih fungsi lahan sawah dengan faktor internal yaitu dengan cara meningkatkan pengetahuan sumber daya manusia tentang penerapan teknologi baru untuk mempemudah pekerjaan pertanian sawah dan meninngkatkan hasil produksi dan kualitas serta menambah penghasilan, hal ini juga memberikan kemudahan pada petani mengatasi kelemahan seperti sulitnya perawatan tanaman padi dan harga jual gabah yang rendah, dan pengendalian alih fungsi lahan sawah dengan faktor eksternal yaitu : 1) Pengendalin alih fungsi lahan sawah dengan faktor eksternal yaitu dengan adanya pihak pemerintah dan dinas-dinas terkait memberikan penyuluhan tentang peraturan perundang-undangan agraria tentang alih fungsi lahan dan penetapan zona pertanian permanen untuk menjaga ketahanan pangan, serta bantuan subsidi saprodi untuk meningkatkan hasil produksi.CONTROL STRATEGIS FOR TO CONVERTION OF RICE FIELD TO BE OIL PALM PLANTATION IN SERUWAY DISTRICT, ACEH TAMIANG REGENCYAbstract. The strategy used to control the conversion of land based on SWOT analysis is at quadrant I position which means aggressive strategy (SO) that is using power to take advantage of opportunities, there are 4 strategies to control the conversion of rice field to be oil palm plantations, that is : 1) Farmers are aware the importance of food crops to the life necessities by conduction counseling to farmers who on rice field; 2) the position of rice field adjacent to oil palm plantation cannot be arbitrarily converted because of the exsitance of strong laws to regulate the conversion of land; 3) High quality production will reduce government policy in importing rice; 4) water needs on rice field must be sufficient to keep production from decreasing. Controlling the conversion of rice field to be palm oil plantations can be controlled by 2 factors, that is controlling the conversion of rice fields with internal factors; 1) that is by increasing human resource knowledgeabout the application of new technologies tomake it easier rice farming work and increase production, quality and income, this also provides convenience for farmers to overcome weakness such as the difficulty of maintaining rice plants and the lowselling price of grain. Controlling the conversion of rice field with external factors : 1) that is existence of government and related agencies which give counseling about agrarians laws for the conversion of land and establishment of permanent agricultural zones to maintain food security, as well as assistance with production subsidies to increase production results.

Abstract

Abstrak. Perkembangan teknologi informasi akhir-akhir ini terus mengalami kemajuan. Ditandai dengan bertambahnya pengguna internet dikalangan masyarakat berdasarkan data dari Asosiasi Penyelenggara Jasa Internet Indonesia (APJII), pada tahun 2017 pengguna internet di Indonesia sebesar 143 juta jiwa dan pada tahun 2018 meningkat secara signifikan sebesar 171 juta jiwa dari total populasi penduduk sebesar 264 juta jiwa. Hal tersebut tentu menjadi peluang besar bagi pelaku bisnis online atau dikenal dengan e-commerce. Semakin maraknya kehadiran bisnis online ini semakin banyak pula produk-produk yang dipasarkan salah satunya adalah produk sayuran. Kehadiran sistem jual beli online pada produk sayuran guna untuk mempermudah masyarakat dalam memenuhi kebutuhan sayur dirumah tanpa harus berbelanja ke pasar, sehingga dipercaya dapat menumbuhkan minat seseorang untuk membeli produk tersebut. Namun dilain sisi berdasarkan data dari Badan Pusat Statistik di Provinsi aceh masyarakatnya masih sangat kurang mengkonsumsi sayur-sayuran khususnya di daerah perkotaan.   Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari e-commerce terhadap minat beli pada produk sayuran di Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Januari tahun 2020 di Kota Banda Aceh. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 orang konsumen sayuran online. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah  uji chi-square untuk mengukur pengaruh setiap variabel.   Secara keseluruhan dapat disimpulkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil uji chi-square dengan menggunakan SPSS pada variabel e-commerce diperoleh nilai chi-square sebesar 16.309 dan p-value 0.001 0,05 maka terdapat pengaruh antara variabel e-commerce terhadap minat beli pada produk sayuran di Kota Banda Aceh. Selanjutnya pengukuran terhadap indikator variabel e-commerce yaitu kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi dan kualitas pelayanan juga menggunakan analisis uji-square, sehingga diperoleh hasil bahwa pada kualitas sistem berpengaruh nyata terhadap minat beli pada produk sayuran, pada kualitas informasi tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap minat beli pada produk sayuran dan pada kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh nyata terhadap minat beli pada produk sayuran di Kota Banda Aceh.E-COMMERCE EFFECT ON CONSUMER BUYING INTEREST IN VEGETABLE PRODUCTS IN BANDA ACEH CITYAbstract.The development of information technology has recently continued to progress. Marked by the increase in internet users among the public based on data from the Indonesian Internet Service Providers Association (APJII), in 2017 internet users in Indonesia amounted to 143 million people and in 2018 increased significantly by 171 million from a total population of 264 million. This is certainly a great opportunity for online business people, known as e-commerce.The increasing presence of this online business, the more products being marketed, one of which is vegetable products. The presence of an online buying and selling system for vegetable products is in order to make it easier for people to fulfill their vegetable needs at home without having to shop at the market, so it is believed that it can increase someone's interest in buying these products. However, on the other hand, based on data from the Central Bureau of Statistics in Aceh Province, the people still consume very little amount of vegetables, especially in urban areas.      The research objective was to determine the effect of e-commerce on buying interest of vegetable products in the city of Banda Aceh. This research was conducted in January 2020 in the City of Banda Aceh. The sample used was 100 online vegetable consumers. The analytical method used is the chi-square test to measure the effect of each variable.                Overall it can be concluded that based on the results of the chi-square test using SPSS on the e-commerce variable obtained a chi-square value of 16,309 and a p-value of 0.001 0.05, so there is an influence between e-commerce variables on purchasing interest in vegetable products in Banda Aceh City. Furthermore, the measurement of the e-commerce variable indicators, namely system quality, information quality and service quality also uses square-test analysis, so that the results show that the quality of the system has a significant effect on buying interest of vegetable products, the quality of information has no significant effect on buying interest of Vegetable products and service quality have a significant effect on buying interest in vegetable products in Banda Aceh City.  Abstract. This is certainly a great opportunity for online business people, known as e-commerce.The increasing presence of this online business, the more products being marketed, one of which is vegetable products. The presence of an online buying and selling system for vegetable products is in order to make it easier for people to fulfill their vegetable needs at home without having to shop at the market, so it is believed that it can increase someone's interest in buying these products. However, on the other hand, based on data from the Central Bureau of Statistics in Aceh Province, the people still consume very little amount of vegetables, especially in urban areas.                    The research objective was to determine the effect of e-commerce on buying interest of vegetable products in the city of Banda Aceh. This research was conducted in January 2020 in the City of Banda Aceh. The sample used was 100 online vegetable consumers. The analytical method used is the chi-square test to measure the effect of each variable.                    Overall it can be concluded that based on the results of the chi-square test using SPSS on the e-commerce variable obtained a chi-square value of 16,309 and a p-value of 0.001 0.05, so there is an influence between e-commerce variables on purchasing interest in vegetable products in Banda Aceh City. Furthermore, the measurement of the e-commerce variable indicators, namely system quality, information quality and service quality also uses square-test analysis, so that the results show that the quality of the system has a significant effect on buying interest of vegetable products, the quality of information has no significant effect on buying interest of Vegetable products and service quality have a significant effect on buying interest in vegetable products in Banda Aceh City.Keywords: E-commerce, Purchase interest.

Abstract

Planting of coffee crops will be a problem for farmers when coffee crops have not produced. Farmers will lose income for approximately two years before these main crops produce. Through the intensification program of chili and coffee crops are expected to increase and overcome the loss of income of farmers. This study aims to analyze the growth of coffee plants and productivity of intermittent plants, named chili. The method used in this study is Multi Purpose Project (case study). The results of this study showed that the income obtained by farmers in farming intensification of coffee and chili plants in Atu Lintang subdistrict is Rp 47.702.150 on average per farmer / growing season. Coffee and chili intensification farming is worth to run because the B/C Ratio obtained from coffee and chili farming is much greater than 1, which is 4. Production costs amounting to Rp 11.097.850 are only production costs in the first growing season, but farmers only need to spend Rp 10.412.433. Each village spends a different cost to conduct intensification activities of coffee and chili plants.
