Abstract

The purpose of this study is how the forms of dishonest behavior in situations doing paper work, mid semester exam and final exam of the semester and describe the purpose of behaving dishonestly. Participants in this study are 29 students of 4th semester of Islamic studies education program at university x in Purwokerto. This research uses qualitative method with vignette open questionnaire data retrieval tool known as method to reveal values in individual and data analysis using content analysis. Based on the results of this study revealed that the task situation is the most used situation by students to do academic dishonesty. Academic forms of academic dishonesty work on paper assignments, mid semester exam and final semester exam is asking / asking answers, cheating / looking at friends' answers, quoting blogs, copying paste, copying answers, opening small papers. While the purpose of academic disagreement on the situation of doing paper assignments, mid semester exam and final exam of the semester that is to be / easy to do, work completed / quickly completed, for friends to teach / get answers, not difficult in doing, accurate answers, good value, -same cackling with friends and borrowing to copy.

Abstract

Perawat adalah profesi yang berperan penting dalam pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. Maka burnout merupakan permasalahan yang paling sering dialami oleh perawat. Mindfulness dan workplace well-being sebagai variabel positif diduga mampu mengurangi burnout. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh mindfulness dan workplace well-being terhadap burnout perawat Rumah Sakit X di Purwokerto. Partisipan berjumlah 91 perawat Rumah Sakit X di Purwokerto. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data yaitu skala mindfulness, skala workplace well-being dan skala burnout.  Analisis data dilakukan dengan pengujian outer model dan inner model dengan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan pada mindfulness terhadap burnout yang dibuktikan dengan nilai t-statistics 3,450 > 1,96 dan p-values sebesar 0,001 < 0,05. Adapun pengaruh workplace well-being terhadap burnout yang dibuktikan dengan nilai t-statistics 3,000 > 1,96 dan P-values sebesar 0,003 < 0,05. Nilai tersebut membuktikan bahwa kedua mindfulness dan workplace well-being berpengaruh terhadap variabel burnout.

Abstract

Being a teacher must have a positive character, one of which is honesty. Honesty can be known based on academic behavior during a student. In fact, there are currently many dishonest behaviors in prospective educators, especially in early childhood education program students. The purpose of this study is to describe academic behavior, especially academic dishonesty in students of early childhood education programs at University X in Central Java, Indonesia. The focus of research is on forms of dishonest behavior when working on Tasks, Middle Semester Exams and final semester examinations, and the causes of dishonesty occur. This study uses a phenomenological qualitative approach with a data collection tool with in-depth interviews. The research subjects were 4 students in the 7th semester who took courses in the Teacher Education Study Program and Early Childhood Education. The results showed that the form of academic dishonesty in prospective students of early childhood teacher educators was asking for answers, asking for the essence of answers, seeing answers (without being known by friends), bringing cheats and searching for answers on the internet. Academic dishonesty factor is caused by the question that comes out when the exam is not studied or not in accordance with what is learned when studying, does not know the answer, does not understand the material delivered during lectures and learning is not optimal.
