The research was aimed at seeing the impact of influence influence on instagram belief and loyalty to the consumer media brand Ms. Glow, beauty vlogger social media was becoming a trend and popular culture was being influence thinly by beauty products and brand ambassadors in Indonesia. The study USES a quantitative method. The population in this study is 1400 followers of Ms. Glow's instagram group with a withdrawal of the number of research samples through data collection techniques and a total of 100 users of Ms. Glow's beauty products as a sample of Ms. Glow's research. This research material is a common message Shared online through social media software: a questionnaire and analyzed with simple regression. The findings suggest the use of influence strategies and e-wom in digital marketing. Influence influence diluted to contribute 73.8% to Ms. Glow's product purchase, while the remaining 26.2% were influenced by other variables that were not included in the study. Influence dilution strategies, the brand ambassador of social media, and other supportive strategies are crucial to the decision to buy skin care at Ms. Glow Indonesia. The findings suggest that diluted social media influence influenced buyers' beliefs and brand loyalty in Ms. Glow's purchase decisions.

Marketing communication strategy is a way to consume products to the target market in order to achieve the company's goals. Through marketing communication strategies, companies try to disseminate information, influence, persuade and remind target messages about the company and the products offered by the company can be accepted. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research type. This study aims to determine the marketing communication strategy of the Casual Surabaya shopee marketplace in maintaining consumer loyalty. With data collection techniques carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that brands and products most often use marketing communication strategies, such as utilizing their features such as Store Promo features, Discount Packages, Store Coupons, Store Vouchers, Shopee live and Seller Chat Of course, these strategies are very important to maintain brand and product loyalty among consumers.

This study aims to the effect of Somethinc skincare advertising commodification on consumer purchasing decisions. Commodification of communication is the process by which communication is transformed into a marketable commodity. In this context, Somethinc advertisements seek not only to market skincare products, but also to convey certain ideas, values and lifestyles to consumers. The research method used is quantitative, by circulating questionnaires to 85 respondents who are consumers of Somethinc products.The results showed that commodification in Somethinc advertising has a positive and significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions. t value (4.382) > t table (1.663). This figure indicates that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. There is a significant influence between commodification in Somethinc skincare advertisements on consumer purchasing decisions. The figure is 18.8%, this shows that the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is in the medium correlation category. In this finding that the commodification of advertising affects the purchasing decision of somethinc skincare

Background: Increasing interactions between local communities and newcomers highlight the importance of understanding intercultural communication and its societal impacts. Specific Background: This study examines intercultural communication between local residents and migrants, focusing on how these interactions facilitate cultural acculturation. Knowledge Gap: Despite existing literature, research on specific ethnic interactions and their social integration remains limited. Aims: The research aims to explore the dynamics of intercultural communication and acculturation processes within a particular community through qualitative analysis. Results: Findings reveal that both local residents and migrants demonstrate openness, fostering trust and social cohesion through shared experiences. Local residents adapt to migrant customs, particularly in cuisine, while migrants engage with local traditions. Novelty: This study highlights the role of interpersonal relationships in fostering acceptance and cultural blending. Implications: Results emphasize the need for community initiatives that promote intercultural dialogue to enhance social integration and cultural richness, serving as a model for regions facing cultural diversity challenges. Highlights : Openness and trust between local residents and migrants foster social cohesion. Mutual adaptation in customs, particularly in cuisine, enhances cultural exchange. Community initiatives promoting dialogue can strengthen integration in diverse environments. Studi ini mengkaji fungsi ganda YouTube sebagai media komunikasi sekaligus peluang bisnis bagi generasi milenial. Dengan menggunakan metodologi deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan manfaat, kekurangan, dan implikasi praktis dari pemanfaatan YouTube untuk tujuan tersebut. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa YouTube berfungsi sebagai alat komunikasi yang efektif, memfasilitasi berbagai bentuk ekspresi seperti vlog, tutorial, dan ulasan produk. Secara bersamaan, YouTube juga muncul sebagai jalur bisnis yang menguntungkan, asalkan ada keterlibatan yang konsisten dan komitmen terhadap penciptaan konten berkualitas tinggi. Implikasi dari temuan ini signifikan, menunjukkan bahwa YouTube tidak hanya merupakan platform untuk penyebaran media, tetapi juga merupakan lanskap kewirausahaan yang layak bagi individu muda. Kemampuan ganda ini menegaskan potensi YouTube untuk mempengaruhi strategi komunikasi dan inisiatif bisnis milenial secara positif.

This study aims to describe the content analysis of editorials in the bhirwa newspaper (a descriptive study of the content analysis of editorials in the bhirawa newspaper about political news in the month of October 2019). This research uses content analysis theory which focuses on pragmatic and semantic analysis. The research method used is qualitative content analysis. The research data was obtained by documenting every political news in the daily editorial of Bhirawa. The results of this study stated that the editorial on the daily political news of Bhirawa in the period of October 2019 mostly highlighted the failure of government agencies, except for the Indonesian National Army or TNI agencies which were reported to have a populist attitude. This indicates that in the 2019 presidential election, Bhirawa daily supported one candidate with a military background. Semantically, the reporting carried out by Bhirawa can be interpreted that the incumbent presidential candidate still has many problems in his leadership, except for the TNI. This can be interpreted that the neutrality of newspapers in overseeing government policy issues is not completely neutral

This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of management policies and control controls in reducing traffic accidents in the Tulangan area of Sidoarjo Regency. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. In the data analysis technique using data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the safety standard in traffic management and engineering policies, namely the Bureaucratic Structure in organizational planning, has been well controlled. Resources in preparing policy formulation materials are divided into two parts, namely the Management Section and the Traffic Engineering Section with several personnel who have the competence to implement a policy plan for regulating the use of road networks and traffic movements. Disposition in the policy forms the attitude of the implementer, namely providing program support and commitment in carrying out traffic management and engineering policies. Communication is carried out by coordinating between implementers in traffic safety standards by carrying out safety for schools and the community. . So that there are several influencing factors in traffic management and engineering policies, such as several complaints from the public because the service has not been fully satisfactory, so a survey is needed by looking at traffic conditions and the need for improvement.

This study examines how the public communication strategy of the Sidoarjo district government in minimizing the impact of Covid-19 transmission in Sidoarjo. This study uses the theory of communication strategy and public communication. The purpose of this study was to determine the communication strategy of the Sidoarjo district government in minimizing the impact of the transmission of COVID-19 in Sidoarjo. The research is descriptive and the research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques using interviews consisting of 5 people. The results of research that have been carried out on the public communication strategy of the Sidoarjo Regency government in minimizing the impact of the transmission of covid-19 in Sidoarjo are shown to the public, but in general on people's behavior in complying with health protocols, the public can also receive message information from various sources such as online media Instagram. , web and facebook. And also through print media such as banners, posters and billboards, the community also gets information about prevention and minimizing the impact of Covid-19 transmission from village socialization.

Analysis of Public Reception of Nujek. This study examines how the public's understanding and acceptance of Nujek. This research uses reception analysis theory and brand image. The purpose of this study was to determine the public's reception of Nujek's services. This research is descriptive and the method used is qualitative with data collection techniques using open and in-depth interviews consisting of 11 informants. The results of this study indicate that the public reception of Nujek resulted in two conclusions, namely the first understanding of the community already knowing Nujek from social media Instagram and Facebook, billboards and friend recommendations. So based on these results the public's understanding of Nujek shows the position of Dominant Hegemony. Second, where the informants show results that they want to use Nujek because the price is cheap for customers, the driver select service feature for customers, can subscribe and attractive commissions for driver partners. However, due to the lack of stability and the distribution of drivers that are less than optimal, the community is not satisfied with Nujek's services, so based on these results the public's acceptance of Nujek shows a Negotiated position.

Kemajuan teknologi semakin menuntut generasi muda untuk memahami dasar-dasar robotika sebagai bekal menghadapi tantangan di era digital. Namun, tidak semua sekolah memiliki akses atau pengalaman pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi siswa SMP An Nur Lembah Kemuning dalam memahami konsep dasar robotika melalui perakitan robot avoider. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan pendekatan berbasis praktik, meliputi pengenalan komponen elektronik, pemrograman sederhana, dan perakitan robot avoider. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap robotika dan minat yang tinggi terhadap teknologi. Program ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam mendukung pengembangan kompetensi abad ke-21 bagi siswa SMP.
