Abstract

Bawang merah merupakan salah satu komoditas tanaman hortikultura yang banyak dikonsumsi masyarakat, tujuan kegiatan adalah: 1. Melakukan pembinaan kepada petani untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan keuntungan. 2. Melakukan pembinaan bagaimana cara yang efektif dan efisien untuk meminimalisir penggunan input produksi. Metode pelaksanaan memberikan penyuluhan tentang pengelolaan budiaya tanaman bawang merah dan analisa usaha dengan cara pemberian materi dan diskusi tentang persiapan budidaya, analisa usahatani dan analisa pendapatan. Penerapan analisis usahatani diharapkan dapat membantu para petani mencegah dan mengatasi masalah yang sering dihadapi dalam budidaya bawang merah, selain itu dapat dijadikan refrensi guna memaksimalkan produksi. Penggunaan input produksi yang efektif dan efisien perlu didukung manajemen usahatani yang baik. Peserta pelatihan diharapkan lebih terampil dan teliti dalam mengeluarkan biaya produksi baik dalam bentuk uang ataupun penggunaan tenaga kerja sendiri.

Abstract

This research aims to know the process of production of candied starfruit business in UMKM Karangsari Village, know the analysis of financial feasibility of candied star fruit in UKM Karangsari Village, know the sensitivity analysis of business candied starfruit in UMKM Karangsari Village. The research method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method, which is interpreted as research that presents data by analyzing the data obtained so as to get a clear picture. Quantitative descriptive method is a method that emphasizes the objective measurement aspects of social phenomena, quantitative research is processed and analyzed with statistics. The results showed that the production process was carried out in the candied star fruit business in Karangsari Sub-District when viewed from the nature of the production process, namely the type of synthetic production due to physical or chemical changes, namely the change in star fruit into candied star fruit. Based on the financial analysis that has been carried out, the Karangsari Agro-farming business is feasible to run. This can be seen from (1) The results of the NPV (Net Present Value) analysis yield a value greater than 0, namely 92,053,747.80 (2) The results of the analysis of Net Benefit Cost ratio (Net B/C) obtained results of 1.23 (3) The results of Internal Rate analysis of Return (IRR) is 95%, (4) Payback Period analysis results are 2.3 (5) Sensitivity analysis results for net benefits and operational maintenance show that this business is still safe if there are changes in the factors that influence it.

Abstract

Pomade is a styling material that is usually used by men with strong adhesion and a shiny finish. The potential of the lime part, especially lime waste as a natural hair care combined with mixed ingredients such as olive oil, castor oil, can be produced in the form of pomade hair oil. The purpose of this study is to find out the use of lime waste to improve the economy of farmers, to know the advantages and marketing strategies of lime waste treatment products. This activity is in collaboration with lime farmers of the "Sidowayah" Farmers Group, so that farmers can improve their welfare and productivity with the concept of Green Economy of lime waste. The method used in this study is agricultural business analysis and marketing strategy. The calculation of the R/C ratio of 1.296 (value >1) shows that lime pomade is profitable and worthy of being used as a business. The profit obtained based on the calculation of farming analysis is Rp. 57,150 for 10 production processes or Rp. 5,715 for 1 piece of lime pomade packaging. This lime pomade product has also been laboratory tested for Vitamin C content and Fe levels. This vitamin C activity test stage is a vitamin determination to determine the level of vitamin C (ascorbic acid) in orange, lime, and vitamin samples with iodometric titration. Laboratory results showed that every 100 mg contained 0.025 Vitamin C. Meanwhile, the laboratory results of Fe content contained in every 100 mg of lime extract sample were 3.92. Based on the results of this study, lime pomade is very feasible to be developed as a product that can improve the economy of lime farmers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the condition of lime sales in Srengat village, and to determine the added value of lime sales in Srengat village, Blitar Regency. The current lime sales process is mostly carried out by farmers in Srengat directly without any packaging process. The Business Analysis research method was used in this study. Farming business analysis is used to determine the profit value of selling limes without packaging with packaging. The population or sample of this study were lime farmers and Purposive samples as the data collection technique. Data processing used Farming Business Analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the income received by farmers from the lime commodity is IDR 56,793,200. The income obtained by farmers is greater than the amount of costs that must be incurred to carry out lime farming, so this farming business is declared profitable to do. The R/C Ratio obtained a result of 5.09. This means that every expenditure of IDR 1 can provide an income of IDR 5.09 with the R/C result being 5.09> 1. Showing that lime farming in Srengat Village is profitable and feasible to develop. The added value obtained from handling packaged limes is Rp 66,230,000 with a ratio of 6.14 percent. Based on the analysis of the farming business, it can be concluded that selling packaged limes will provide greater profit value compared to selling without packaging. Analysis of added value in post-harvest lime activities shows that the greater the added value given to a product, the greater the profit obtained.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the factors contained in the internal and external environment of marketing and determine the right marketing strategy for ornamental plant companies during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Mbak Mei Flower Shop. The sampling method is a purposive sampling method and a SWOT matrix. Data collection using questionnaires and samples. The data analysis used is SWOT analysis and SWOT matrix. The results showed that the strength of this business is the quality of good customer service, having a large store, varied plants, affordable product prices, good crop quality. The downside is the lack of product promotion, the stock of plants brings in from other traders. The opportunity in this business is an increase in sales because the demand is increasing, according to current trends, receiving delivery services. The right marketing uses the S.O strategy by always maintaining the quality of service and plants, providing ornamental plants that are more popular with consumers and improving delivery services.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing mix, internal and external factors and alternative product marketing strategies in UD. Spruce Sari. The results showed internal factors that influenced in terms of strength, namely using the original fruitabelimbing with a score of 0.36 and in terms of weakness, namely less vigorous promotion with a score of 0.08. The most influential external factors in terms of opportunities are cooperation with outside parties with a score of 0.27 and in terms of threats, namely new competitors with the same product with a score of 0.10. The alternative strategies that can be applied are increasing the quantity of production to maintain an increase in consumer demand during the big day, utilizing social media to find out the latest information about the market, and collaborating with out-of-town agents.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the services provided by Karanganyar Coffee Agrotourism, find out the level of consumer satisfaction with the quality of Karanganyar Coffee Agrotourism services and know the impact of service quality on visitor satisfaction of Karanganyar Coffee Agrotourism. The results of the research on the level of customer satisfaction with the service of the karanganjar coffee shop are very satisfying, we can draw such conclusions because we see from the results of the distribution of quisoners that have been distributed to visitors in the karanganjar coffee shop. Visitors to the karanganjar coffee shop gave a very satisfied assessment of the level of service in the karanganjar coffee shop and karanganjar coffee agrotourism. According to the visitors, giving a very satisfied value is a very suitable assessment given, looking at the level of service that has been provided by employees and baristas who are very responsive and dexterous

Abstract

Produk pertanian yang menjadi produk unggulan masyarakat Sutojayan masih belum ditangani secara maksimal, hal ini dikarenakan keterbatasan pengetahuan, teknologi, modal, ketrampilan soft skill maupun hard skill, serta hal-hal lain. Untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah dalam penanganan pasca panen perlu adanya pendampingan pengetahuan, teknologi tepat guna ketrampilan penanganan pascapanen (packaging), pemasaran guna memperoleh standarisasi produk dan meningkatkan nilai tambah. Metode pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan dalam bentuk pemberian informasi atau materi, transfer pengetahuan teknologi tepat guna, ketrampilan penanganan pascapanen (packaging), pemasaran, diskusi, dan praktek penyuluhan tentang pengemasan produk. Peningkatan kualitas kemasan produk pertanian ini diharapkan dapat membuka peluang pasar yang lebih luas, baik di pasar lokal maupun nasional. Produk dengan kemasan yang baik akan lebih mudah diterima oleh pasar modern yang semakin selektif terhadap kualitas produk. Selain itu, hal ini juga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan petani dan pelaku usaha pertanian di daerah tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the characteristics of farmers and the influence of education, type of occupation, land area, and age on the income level of social forestry farmers in Karang Bendo Village, Ponggok District, Blitar Regency. The research method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The independent variables include education, occupation, land area, and age of farmers, while the dependent variable is the farmers' income. The study involved 25 respondents, with characteristics showing that most farmers had elementary school education, were primarily engaged in farming, were male, had an average land area of < 1000 m², and were aged between 40-50 years. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis indicate that only the land area variable significantly affects farmers' income, with a significance value of 0.002 (p < 0.05) and a t-value of 3.473 > t-table of 2.086.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong perubahan signifikan dalam strategi pemasaran, khususnya melalui e-commerce. TikTok sebagai salah satu platform media sosial yang populer, memiliki potensi besar dalam mendukung kegiatan pemasaran digital. Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan mahasiswa dalam memanfaatkan Tik Tok sebagai media pemasaran produk secara langsung melalui siaran live streaming. Pelatihan dilaksanakan di Kebun Anggrek Zefa, Blitar, dengan metode observasi, wawancara, praktik langsung, dan dokumentasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa mengalami peningkatan dalam hal kepercayaan diri, keterampilan konten digital, dan pemahaman tentang e-commerce. Analisis konten TikTok yang dibuat mahasiswa menunjukkan daya tarik visual anggrek dan potensi viralitas konten yang tinggi. Meskipun terdapat tantangan teknis seperti gangguan internet dan keterbatasan interaksi audiens, kegiatan ini terbukti efektif dalam menggabungkan teori pemasaran digital dengan praktik langsung di lapangan. Pelatihan ini juga memberikan implikasi positif bagi pengembangan metode pembelajaran kewirausahaan digital yang aplikatif dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi.
