Abstract

Penelitian berjudul “Strategi Pengembangan Sambal Pecel “SPECIAL” Bu Suyatin di Desa Ngadirejo Kecamatan Kepanjenkidul Kota Blitar“. Lokasi Penelitian terletak di Kelurahan Ngadirejo Kecamatan Kepanjenkidul Kota Blitar, tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi alternatif yang tepat untuk usaha sambal pecel Bu Suyatin. Metode analisis yang di gunakan adalah metode analisa SWOT dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Berdasarkan penelitian hasil yang di dapat adalah sebagai berikut: hasil wawancara terhadap responden menunjukan Kekuatan dari usaha ini adalah harga terjangkau, tanpa pengawet, memiliki sertifikat halal dan PIRT, kemasan beragam, lokasi strategis, bahan pebuatan mudah di temui, produk memiliki manfaat. Kelemahan yang dimiliki kurang aktif dalam media sosial, peralatan manual, kurang varian, kemasan kurang menarik, sdm kurang, produk mudah rusak. Peluang yang ada dapat dinikmati semua kalangan, peluang pasar terbuka, mampu bersaing, dukungan dari pemerintah, keyakinan konsumen pada produk, permintaan tinggi. Ancaman berupa bencana alam, pengaruh musim pada panen bahan baku, kebijakan PIRT, muncul saingan, pemadaman listrik, standardidasi mutu, konsumen mulai bosan. Startegi pengembangan altrnatif yang di rekomendasikan adalah strategi S-O yaitu mempertahan kualitas produk dengan tetap menjaga harga yang terjangkau, memanfaatkan keyakinan konsumen akan kualitas dan varian rasa yang sudah ada untuk mempertahankan konsumen dan menghadapi pesaing lain, memanfaatkan keunggulan sertifikasi halal dan PIRT untuk menunjang promosi produk, memanfaatkan berbagai ukuran kemasan untuk menarik konsumen baru mulai dari konsumen rumah tangga sampai pedagang. Abstract

Marketing is an economic activity which functions to deliver goods from producers to consumers. The large number in agencies marketing of Capsicum annuum will bring effect the length of the marketing chain and the cost of marketing.This research was conducted in Kanigoro District of Blitar Regency with the purpose of study marketing pattern of Capsicum annuum, analyzing marketing margin, performing function in every agency marketing and analyzing efficiency of marketing channel. Marketing of Capsicum annuum in Kanigoro sub-district consists of three marketing channels namely first channel (I); Farmer-collector-consumer. Second channel (II); Large farmer-farmer farmers-retailer-consumer farmers. The third channel (III); Big farmers-retailer-consumer farmers. The amount of marketing cost of Capsicum annuum must be issued by collecting traders Rp 3,000 per kg on channel I, traders Rp 3,500 per kg on channel II and Rp 3,500 per kg on channel III. The amount of profit received by the collector / middleman Rp 3,500 per kg on channel I. Collector traders Rp 2.500 per kg, wholesalers Rp 1.500 per kg, retailers Rp 2,500 per kg on channel II. Large traders Rp 3.500 per kg, retailers Rp 2,500 per kg on channel III. The marketing margin value of Capsicum annuum is Rp 6,500 per kg on channel I, Rp 10,000 per kg on channel II and Rp 10,000 per kg in channel III. And share the price received by farmers amounting to 75% on channel I, 67% on channel II and 67% on channel III.

Abstract

Technological developments have brought apple commodities into business commodities that can improve the well-being of the actors involved, as well as highly selective apple plants, can only grow well and well in certain areas of East Java, such as Batu and Nongkojajar. Data analysis method using Quantitative Descriptive analysis to know the level of financial feasibility of business, calculated by analysis of Acceptance and Cost (B / C ratio), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Present Value (NPV), and Payback Period (PP). As for the marketing aspect using qualitative descriptive analysis. Based on research conducted in Bumiaji Village, Bumiaji Subdistrict of Malang City, that cultivation of apple is feasible to be cultivated with NPV of Rp. 471,825,898, - using the current bank interest of 12%, and also for Gross B / C ratio of 2.4633, Net B / C ratio of 4.6088, while IRR of 34.43%. As for the refund cost incurred taken from the amount of Net Benefit in the 4th year until the 13th year that is Rp. 1.129.796.500. so that in the 14th to the 26th year there is a net profit of a total of Rp 1,270,351,050, -.

Abstract

Forests are natural resources that provide benefits to human welfare, both directly (intangible) and indirectly (tangible). The existence of forests in this case as a carrying capacity for all aspects of human life, animals and plants is largely determined by the low level of human awareness of the importance of forests in the use and management of forests. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the perceptions of participants in looking at the ecology and economic value produced by forests and as a consideration in determining the pesanggem decisions and to find out the approach to forest area farming to support the welfare of the community. This research was in Blitar, precisely Wonotirto District and Bakung District. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis of assessment scores, while to know sugarcane income is to use analysis of income and farm income. The results of the study concluded that the perception of the pesanggem on the ecology and economy of the forest was positive, although there were some pesanggem who had negative perceptions. While the analysis of farm income per ha is Rp. 26,829,023, - with a total cost per Ha of Rp. 10,602,351, - get a profit of 16,226,672, -, the calculation of R / C Ratio is 2.49 so farming is efficient to run. Production Break Event Point (BEP) is 30,293 Kg and Break Event Point (BEP) price of Rp.139 / Kg, so customers must increase production if they want to get more profits.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the agribusiness partnership process that takes place in Kampung Kucai, analyze the income of chives farming, and the perception of chives farmers on the partnership process in Garum District, Blitar Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach in the form of a case study. Informants in this study were partner chives farmers in Kampung Kucai. Determination of the sample of plasma partner farmers was carried out by purposive sampling method. Informants were selected based on secondary data from the core and information from farmers. So the sample used for Kucai Mitra farmers is 20 people. In addition, there are also 5 key informants. The methods of data collection carried out in this study are of several types, namely structured interviews, in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation. The data analysis method used in this researchis descriptive analysis, income analysis, and Likert analysis. The results showed that the type of partnership between the Financial Institution "Bank BRI" and the partner chives farmers was classified as a nucleus-plasma partnership pattern. In the mechanism of the partnership pattern of the Financial Institution "BRI Bank" with the Kucai Farmer Group, it is carried out based on a partnership agreement. The agreement letter contains the identities of the two partnering parties and the rules given by "Bank BRI" as well as the location or planting area. The total income from chives farming is Rp. 242,000, -. The income of chives farming can be taken by women farmers once a month at the monthly member meeting in the Women Farmers Group or can be saved in advance. If they are saved, usually the women farmers in the research location will take the income before the Eid al-Fitr. The perception of partner chives farmers on the planning of partnership implementation is 80% or very good, the perception of partner chives farmers on the partnership process is 78% or quite good, and the perception of the evaluation of the partnership is very good with 85% results. So that the results of the Likert analysis on the average perception of partner chives farmers on the partnership process with financial institutions "Bank BRI" have a very good category with a percentage of 80% where the total score is 483.

Abstract

Agriculture is one of the sectors impacted by the Covid 19 pandemic. The Trenggalek area as an agricultural production area is also affected by this. The decline in people's purchasing power towards agricultural production is the cause. This has an impact on the agricultural kiosk business. As a provider of agricultural needs and equipment, the agricultural kiosk business was also affected. Based on problem identification, this study aims to determine (1) the effect of the Covid 19 pandemic on income at agricultural kiosks (2) a comparison of profit ratios from agricultural kiosks before, during and after the Covid 19 pandemic. Based on the results of this study, namely by comparing the value of the R/C ratio of the farming business from the agricultural kiosk before, during and after the pandemic slumped, information can be obtained on the impact of the pandemic on the agricultural kiosk business. Based on the value of the R/C ratio, it has decreased, namely 1.33 before the pandemic became 1.26 during the pandemic, and has increased again to 1.32 after the pandemic subsided. This decrease was caused by a decrease in the purchasing power of farmers towards the decreased needs and agricultural equipment. However, this decrease was not significant because the R/C ratio during the pandemic was still > 1, so it was still feasible to work on. The agricultural sector is a potential sector that can be developed after the Covid pandemic. Moreover, the Trenggalek area is currently experiencing an increase in the level of agricultural production. The agricultural kiosk business will be a viable business to be developed in the future in accordance with the development of the agricultural sector.

Abstract

This community service was carried out in Gedog Village, Blitar City. The purpose of the service was to increase the capacity of household waste management and waste mitigation through conversion products and community-based business management at the "Sinar Berlian" Waste Bank in Blitar City. This activity was motivated by the high volume of inorganic waste at the Sinar Berlian Waste Bank and its surroundings and the low participation of residents in waste management. Therefore, through this service, the PKM program was provided to provide solutions to existing problems. The methods used included program socialization, community-based production and management training, technical assistance, and marketing digitalization. The main activities included training in making pressed plastic, sorting plastic waste, community-based management, and digital-based marketing. The final results of this service activity showed that this activity successfully reached a total of 72 active participants, with a predominance of women (68%). The attendance rate reached 85%, indicating the enthusiasm and commitment of participants in absorbing the training materials. In the production sector, the production volume of pressed plastic increased 300%, 1000kg per month up to 3000 kg per month. Income increased by 84.37% compared to before the intervention. Community-based management has succeeded in coordinating 6 other Waste Banks in increasing their production capacity and income. Collaboration was implemented in the form of logistics sharing, namely the acquisition of used plastic bottles and the aggregation of press plastic sales. Participants' understanding was evaluated through pre- and post-tests, which showed an increase in scores from 46% to 82%. This demonstrates the effectiveness of the PRA training method and approach in delivering material in a practical and applicable manner. This program contributes to community-based sustainable environmental management practices and can be replicated in other areas with similar issues.

Abstract

Buah alpukat merupakan salah satu tanaman hortikultura yang memiliki nilai ekonomis yang sangat tinggi yang diperdagangkan baik di dalam maupun luar negeri. Dengan melakukan perhitungan pendapatan, petani dapat mendapatkan gambaran yang lebih akurat tentang keadaan usahatani mereka dan dapat membuat pertimbangan yang lebih bijaksana dalam mengelola atau menjalankan usaha tersebut. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari - Juni 2023 di beberapa tempat usaha yang menanam bibit alpukat aligator di Dusun Soko Sari, Desa Plumpungrejo, Kecamatan Kademangan, Kabupaten Blitar, Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) Mengetahui pembibitan tanaman alpukat aligator di Dusun Sokosari Desa Plumpungrejo Kecamatan Kademangan Kabupaten Blitar, (2) Mengetahui besarnya biaya produksi usaha pembibitan alpukat alligator di Dusun Sokosari Desa Plumpungrejo Kecamatan Kademangan Blitar. (3) Mengetahui tingkat keuntungan yang diperoleh dalam usaha pembibitan alpukat aligator di Dusun Sokosari Desa Plumpungrejo Kecamatan Kademangan Blitar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses produksi yang dilakukan pada usaha pembibitan tanaman alpukat aligator di Dusun Soko Sari jika dilihat sifat dari proses produksi, yaitu jenis produksi bibit tanaman alpukat Aligator. Berdasarkan analisis usaha yang sudah dilakukan usaha pembibitan tanaman alpukat aligator di Dusun Soko Sari layak untuk dijalankan. Hal ini terlihat dari (1) untuk memenuhi kebutuhan para petani dan untuk meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga dan petani buah alpukat (2) Hasil dari penelitian tersebut juga mengetahui biaya yang dikeluarkan dari usaha pembibitan tanaman alpukat aligator yang di lakukan di Dusun Soko Sari, Desa Plumpungrejo, Kecamatan Kademangan, Kabupaten Blitar yaitu sebesar Rp.133.190.000 per periode tanam bibit. (3) Hasil dari perhitungan pendapatan yang di dapat dari usaha pembibitan tanaman aligator di Dusun Soko Sari, Desa Plumpungrejo, Kecamatan Kademangan, Kabupaten Blitar sebesar Rp. 600.000.000 dengan keuntunga Rp. 466.810.000 per periode penjualan, titik impas harga sebesar Rp. 61.875.000 per periode penjualan yang berarti usaha pembibitan tanamana alpukat aligator Dusun Soko Sari, Desa Plumpungrejo, Kecamatan Kademangan, Kabupaten Blitar tidak mengalami keuntungan dan kerugian, dan titik impas volume produksi bibit tanaman alpukat mencapai 1.235 pohon per periode tanam, usaha pembibitan tanaman alpukat Dusun Soko Sari tidak mengalami kerugian dan keuntungan. Sementara nilai dari hitungan menggunakan R/C Ratio diperoleh yaitu 4.505. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwasanya usa pembibitan tanaman alpukat aligatorlayak dan menguntungkan karena nilai R/C Ratio lebih dari 1.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkatan saluran pemasaran cabai rawit, mengetahui fungsi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh tiap lembaga pemasaran, serta menganalisis efisiensi saluran pemasaran cabai rawit di Kecamatan Selopuro. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan November 2024 hingga Januari 2025. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode sampel acak untuk responden awal atau petani, sementara dalam menentukan responden selanjutnya atau pelaku pemasaran hingga konsumen menggunakan metode snowball sampling. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara secara langsung dan disertai kuesioner, observasi lapangan, serta analisis dokumen. Penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif, analisis deskriptif kualitatif untuk menjelaskan dan menggambarkan pola saluran pemasaran cabai rawit serta fungsi dari tiap lembaga pemasaran, sementara analisis data kuantitatif digunakan untuk menganalisis nilai farmer’s share, marjin pemasaran, biaya pemasaran, dan efisiensi saluran pemasaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat setidaknya 5 pola saluran pemasaran: 1.) Petani – Konsumen. 2.) Petani – Pengecer – Konsumen. 3.)Petani – Pengepul – Pengecer – Konsumen. 4.) Petani – Pengepul – Pedagang Besar – Pengecer – Konsumen. 5.) Petani – Pedagang Besar – Pengecer – Konsumen. Dalam menjalankan fungsi pemasaran petani umumnya hanya melakukan penjualan dan sebagian kecil melakukan fungsi pemasaran pada saluran 1 dan 2, karena petani secara langsung ikut terlibat dalam distribusi. Sementara pengepul, pedagang besar dan pengecer menjalankan sebagian besar fungsi pemasaran. Saluran pemasaran cabai rawit di kecamatan Selopuro sudah efisien, yang paling efisien secara berurutan adalah saluran pemasaran 1, 2, 3, 5, dan 4, dengan masing-masing nilai efisiensi 100%, 85%, 77%, 75% dan 71%.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence and the most dominant variable between location existence (X1), Word of Mouth (X2) on the purchase decision process of Jaya Tani corn chips products. This research is quantitative with a sample size of 30 and the method used for analysis is (SEM-PLS). Based on the validity test results, it shows that the loading factor value>0.7 and AVE value>0.5 are declared valid. In the reliability test, the composite reliability and Cronbach's alpha values>0.7 are said to be reliable. It can be concluded that H1 is rejected, which states that location (X1) has a positive and insignificant effect. H2 which is accepted that word of mouth (X2) has a positive and significant effect. H3 is accepted where based on the data, it is found that the effect size value on the word of mouth variable is 0.323. Based on these results, it can be stated that the word of mouth variable (X2) has a greater influence than the location variable (X1) in influencing the consumer purchase decision process (Y) of Jaya Tani corn chips products. Keyword: Location, Purchase Decision, Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh dan variabel yang paling dominan antara eksistensi lokasi (X1), Word of Mouth (X2) dan terhadap proses keputusan pembelian produk keripik jagung Jaya Tani. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 30 dan metode yang digunakan (SEM-PLS). Berdasarkan hasil uji validitas menujukkan bahwa nilai loading faktor>0.7 dan nilai AVE>0.5 dinyatakan valid. Pada uji reliabilitas nilai composite reliability dan cronbach’s alpha > 0.7 dikatakan reliabel. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa H1 ditolak, menunjukkan bahwa lokasi (X1) memiliki pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan. H2 diterima, menyatakan bahwa word of mouth (X2) berdampak positif dan signifikan. H3 diterima, dengan data menunjukkan bahwa nilai effect size variabel word of mouth adalah 0.323. Berdasarkan hasil ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel word of mouth (X2) memiliki pengaruh lebih besar dibandingkan variabel lokasi (X1) dalam memengaruhi proses keputusan pembelian konsumen (Y) untuk produk keripik jagung Jaya Tani.
