Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dinamika kesejahteraan psikologis yang dialami oleh Ibu Guru SD dalam kesulitan sehari-hari. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskripsi kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan analisis data dengan tematik analisis. Dalam penelitian ini ada dua subjek Ibu Guru SD yang mengalami kesejahteraan psikologis sangat dipengaruhi oleh kesulitan sehari-hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesulitan sehari-hari yang melibatkan tugas-tugas rutin seperti pekerjaan domsetik yaitu mengurus anak-anak, persiapan pagi, kegiatan sekolah, hingga tugas-tugas rumah tangga dan pekerjaan sebagai seorang guru. Frekuensi kesulitan sehari-hari yang tinggi menciptakan kondisi di mana para ibu ini mengalami stres, kelelahan, dan kurangnya waktu untuk diri sendiri dikarenakan pekerjaan tambahan dilakukan di rumah. Faktor eksternal ini menyatakan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis Ibu Guru SD membutuhkan dukungan dan menciptakan lingkungan yang positif.

Abstract

Bullying adalah tindakan penggunaan kekuasaan untuk menyakiti seseorang atau sekelompok orang baik secara verbal, fisik, maupun psikologis sehingga korban merasa tertekan, trauma, dan tak berdaya. Bullying merupakan masalah perilaku yang saat ini marak terjadi dikalangan remaja. Adapun pemberian psikoedukasi bertujuan agar para santri mengetahui dan memahami gambaran perilaku bullying di lingkungan teman sebaya sehingga dapat mencegah munculnya bullying yang terjadi di Madrasah Aliyah “X”. Hasil analisis dari perhitungan Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test pada pengukuran pretest dan posttest didapatkan nilai Z= -5,110 dan p= 0,000 (p<0,05). Hal ini menunjukan perbedaan skor tingkat pengetahuan partisipan kelompok eksperimen sebelum dan sesudah mendapatkan psikoedukasi. Pengetahuan para siswa setelah diberikan psikoedukasi meningkat (M=7,48) dibandingkan sebelum diberikan psikoedukasi tentang Bullying (M=6,80).

Abstract

Research on challenges caused by CWB in organizations has been going on for decades. This paper will examine the counterproductive work behavior (CWB) of employees at PT X using a case study approach. The informants in this study include three leaders and three employees at PT X. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses the research flow from Miles and Huberman. Data validity testing uses observation extension, member check, observation persistence, and triangulation. The findings of the study state that based on the Affective Event Theory (AET) employees who have positive affect experiences and receive positive performance feedback from the company tend to experience positive emotions, such as pride, satisfaction, and have good performance or productivity. Positive emotions experienced by employees are negatively related to the intention to do CWB. The higher the positive emotions experienced by participants, the lower the intention to do CWB. This condition explains how affective experiences affect performance. The dynamics of how to overcome CWB applied by PT X, including; reward and punishment, company as a support system, employee consultation, conducive work climate, challenges to something new, and employee welfare guarantees.

Abstract

Yogyakarta, known as the “City of Students,” has seen a growing trend of shopaholic behavior among migrant students, driven by social, psychological, and economic factors. This study aims to explore the phenomenon of shopaholic lifestyle among migrant students in Yogyakarta by using qualitative approaches and phenomenological methods. The main focus of this study is to understand the triggers, subjective meanings, and emotional, social, and financial impacts of excessive consumptive behavior. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews with five migrant students aged 23–24 years old who had experience with impulsive shopping behavior. The results of the study revealed four main themes, namely: difficulties in financial management, momentary emotional satisfaction from shopping behavior, strong influence of the social environment and media, and negative impacts on financial and psychological conditions. College students tend to view shopping as an escape from stress, boredom, or academic pressure, with motivation influenced by digital promotion and consumerist culture. This study confirms that the shopaholic lifestyle is the result of a complex interaction between internal and external factors that reinforce irrational consumption patterns. These findings are expected to be the foundation for designing financial literacy strategies and psychosocial interventions for migrant students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empirik hubungan antara intensitas penggunaan media sosial instagram dengan citra diri pada remaja akhir. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 114 orang remaja akhir. Teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan kuesioner online melalui googleforms. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis Product Moment Correlation dari Karl Pearson. Hasil analisis menunjukkan koefisien korelasi (rxy) sebesar 0,312 dengan nilai p = 0,000 (p < 0,005), mengindikasikan adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara intensitas penggunaan media sosial instagram dengan citra diri. Selain itu, nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,098 yang mengindikasikan bahwa intensitas penggunaan media sosial instagram menyumbang 9,8% terhadap citra diri, sementara 90,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

Generation Alpha grew up in the digital era with early exposure to technology that influences the way they interact and develop. Therefore, it is important for us to understand the factors that may affect their subjective well-being, including attachment to parents. The subjects of this study were 395 people belonging to the alpha generation, aged 11-14 years who had at least one parent living with them. The research instruments were the Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment-Revised (IPPA-R) by Gullone & Robinson to measure parenting attachment and the Children’s World Subjective Well-Being Scale which is an adaptation by Borualogo & Casas to measure the level of subjective well-being in the alpha generation. Through statistical analysis of Spearman correlation, it was found that there was no significant relationship between parenting attachment and subjective well-being in the alpha generation (r = 0.079, p > .05).

Abstract

This study was a meta-analysis of the relationship between Career Decision Making Self Efficacy and Career Maturity. Career maturity is one of the most important and interesting issues among student or undergraduate career development. The quantitative review of primary studies from 11 studies examined 3,255 participants. The results indicated that ρ = 0.4665 and credibility interval were 0.2023 < ρ < 0.7307. It can be inferred that there was a relationship between career decision making self-efficacy and career maturity.

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has an important role in the success and effectiveness of an organization, including: improving organizational work, increasing job satisfaction, building a positive work culture, improving the organization's work image, and encouraging innovation and positive change. This research uses a case study design because the main research problem is the analysis of OCB in employees in an organization and because this design is a more appropriate strategy when it comes to why something happened. This research aims to describe the factors that influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in Civil Servants in Organisasi X. The type of research used by researchers is descriptive qualitative research. Based on the results of observations and interviews, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) implemented by Civil Servants (PNS) in Organization These factors have a positive relationship with OCB, which is directly proportional to the increase in OCB as per the research results described above. The relationship between employees (superiors and subordinates) is very good as can be seen from the attitudes and behavior applied in work life. Even though OCB is not yet fully implemented by all employees, there are ongoing improvement efforts to achieve organizational goals. Subordinates carry out their duties as they should and superiors carry out monitoring and evaluation to ensure activities run smoothly. Obstacles that arise in carrying out tasks are immediately conveyed to superiors and/or related units so that they can be followed up immediately so that no work is missed. As for corrections to a job, they will be carried out with full responsibility based on previous experience.
