Abstract

Islam teaches us to be fair and objective, even to the most we hate, and we should not hate the muslim groups obviously. These understanding, attitude and behavior need to be implanted substantially. Here the Islamic moderation principles need to be understood and internalized by every muslims in Indonesia, including the colleges to be having a tolerant in diversities. To assess the influence of Islamic moderation to the college’s tolerance, the research which designed with a quantitative approach applied the analysis technique of product moment correlation and took the muslim colleges of UPI as the subject. The results found that the muslim colleges knew and understood that Islam is actually true. But, their understanding has tendency based on Islamic meaning comprehension which is definitely (qath’i), meanwhile the teaching that is zanni has not widely knew. In addition, the attitude of tolerance towards diversity and differences among muslim colleges is quite high, especially the attitude of tolerance in inter-religious harmony. However, the less tolerant attitude towards differences of fellow Muslims who have different beliefs still found. Meanwhile, the results of hypothesis testing proves that there is a significant effect of the Islamic moderation comprehension toward the attitude of tolerance in diversity.

Abstract

Salah satu tuntunan yang terkandung di dalam ajaran Islam adalah tuntunan mengenai tatacara pembagian harta peninggalan yang dalam ilmu fiqh disebut dengan fiqh mawarits atau lebih dikenal dengan ilmu mawaris. Para ‘ulama berpendapat bahwa mempelajari dan mengajarkan fiqih mawaris adalah wajib kifayah, artinya merpakan suatu kewajiban yang apabila telah ada sebagian orang yang mempelajarinya, maka dapat menggugurkan kewajiban semua orang. Akan tetapi, jika tidak ada seorang pun yang mempelajarinya maka semua orang dalam lingkungan itu akan menanggung dosa. Proses implementasi pambagian harta waris bagi umat muslim ini perlu didasari oleh pemahaman menyeluruh terhadap prinsip-prinsip mawarits itu sendiri agar tidak terjadi kesalahpahaman yang sedikit-banyak akan mengakibatkan ketidakadilan, bahkan “berbuntut” pertikaian di antara para ahli waris. Prinsip-prinsip yang dimaksud mencakup ilmu mawaris, asas-asas hukum mawaris, rukun waris, serta syarat-syarat waris.

Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to analyze the mission and strategies carried out by Berani Hijrah Community (BHC) on developing Islamic religious education for the younger generation. This research is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The subject of the study was a community that dared to migrate to Dusun IV, Limau Manis, Tanjung Morawa, Deli Serdang, North Sumatra. Research data in the form of BHC missions and strategies in developing Islamic religious education. Data sources are obtained from all members of the community who dare to migrate. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. At the same time, data analysis is carried out by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The conclusion of this research is that the courageous migration community employs various strategies, including bringing in popular religious teachers (ustadz) who are liked by teenagers to generate greater enthusiasm in delivering youth-oriented religious lectures. Additionally, the strategies involve increasing parental awareness and involvement, developing a relevant curriculum, establishing study groups and discussions, as well as organizing social and humanitarian activities.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a Google Sites-based learning media called ATM-KU (Praiseworthy Morals Building Noble Morals) for grade II elementary school students in Islamic religious education. Google sites-based learning media ATM-KU aims to improve moral understanding in a fun and interactive way, addressing the challenge of teaching morals to primary school students, which is often considered boring. By utilising Google Sites, it is hoped that students will be more interested and actively involved in the learning process. The primary goal is to create a compelling and exciting learning medium to increase students' interest and understanding of morals in Islamic Religious Education. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. Literature studies and observations are conducted in the analysis stage to understand students' needs. An attractive and child-friendly user interface, features, and interactions are developed at the design stage. In the development stage, content and features are created according to the design, followed by initial testing. During implementation, Google Sites is used in the classroom learning process. At the evaluation stage, student responses are collected through questionnaires to assess the effectiveness of the media. The results show that ATM-KU effectively increases students' interest in Islamic Religious Education, especially in the material "Let's Have a Commendable Character!" Students responded positively to this media. However, the research is limited to one class, indicating the need for broader implementation. These findings demonstrate the originality of combining Google Sites technology with interactive methods for teaching morals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja program ekstrakurikuler keagamaan yaitu Kelompok Remaja Masjid (KRM). Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian data dianalisis dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekstrakurikuler KRM memiliki tujuan utama yaitu untuk memperdalam pemahaman agama dan membentuk karakter siswa. Selain itu, Ekstrakurikuler KRM juga memiliki peranan krusial dalam pengembangan akhlak siswa dengan menanamkan nilai-nilai seperti disiplin, solidaritas, kepemimpinan, dan tanggung jawab. Namun, terdapat tantangan seperti keterbatasan dana dan dampak negatif dari media sosial yang dapat menghambat pencapaian tujuan tersebut sama. Walaupun demikian, melalui berbagai program KRM, diharapkan dapat memperkuat karakter keimanan dan ketakwaan siswa, serta menumbuhkan sikap akhlak yang baik sesuai ajaran Islam. Keberhasilan program ini sangat bergantung pada dukungan sumber daya yang tersedia dan kemampuan untuk beradaptasi dengan perubahan lingkungan, sehingga siswa dapat berkembang secara maksimal dalam aspek spiritual dan moral.

Abstract

Parenting patterns are behavioral patterns of parental activities in caring for, nurturing, and guiding their children to be independent, grow, and develop healthily. This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of authoritarian parenting patterns on students of the Integrated Islamic Senior High School (SMAIT). The population in this study was all SMAIT Imam Malik Bandung and the sample selected was class X (ten) consisting of 8 female students. Data collection using literature study and questionnaire methods. This study began with data collection, data analysis, and conclusions. The type of data used is quantitative data. Data collection using the Likert Scale. Data analysis techniques using the SPSS program. Version.20. The study results showed an influence of authoritarian parenting patterns on learning interest in Islamic Religion learning at SMAIT Imam Malik Bandung based on r results or person correlation of 0.364, indicating the perfect correlation interval. R count (0.364)> R table (0.220). With these results, there is an influence of authoritarian parenting patterns on children's learning interest in the Islamic Religion. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination or R Square of authoritarian parenting patterns contribute to an increase in learning interest by 2.2% this shows the magnitude of the increased learning interest at SMAIT Imam Malik Bandung. The significant value of 0.000, compared to the significance level of 0.05 (5%), is smaller than 0.05 (%). Based on the calculation results, the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected, and the working hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, this means that there is an influence of parenting patterns.

Abstract

Mosque management in the modern era demands extensive adaptation to long-established religious and community functions while introducing advanced technology integration to meet the continuously evolving needs and expectations of its congregation. This research focuses on the development and implementation of the training "Modern Mosque Management: Strengthening Existence and Service," aimed at enhancing the mosque administrators' abilities to manage religious and social activities more effectively. Through an approach of extension and training, this program teaches modern management principles and the use of technological tools like Google Workspace to enhance the operational efficiency of mosques. The results indicate a significant improvement in mosque management competence, as evident from the impressive N-Gain scores. These scores not only reflect an increase in participants' understanding of effective mosque management but also the practical skills acquired during the training. The conclusion of this study underscores the importance of well-designed training programs in preparing mosque administrators to meet the challenges of a dynamic and changing environment, and in supporting the strategic role of the mosque as a center of spiritual and social activities in the community.
