Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran mediasi dari kepuasan konsumen dalam hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan, persepsi harga dan loyalitas pelanggan.  Dengan sampel sebanyak 73 responden, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan konsumen berperan sebagai variabel mediasi dalam hubungan persepsi harga dan loyalitas pelanggan, namun tidak berperan sebagai variabel mediasi dalam hubungan kualitas pelayanan  dan loyalitas pelanggan.  Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa konsumen memiliki preferensi yang lebih tinggi terhadap harga yang dipersepsikan dalam hubungannya dengan loyalitas

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh efikasi diri dan kepribadian terhadap intensi kewirausahaan.  Sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 61.  Dengan analisis regresi, diperoleh bahwa efikasi diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi kewirausahaan, namun kepribadian tidak berpengaruh terhadap intensi kewirausahaan.  Secara simultan, efikasi diri dan kepribadian berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi kewirausahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of job satisfaction in moderating the relationship between organizational culture, transformational leadership, and organizational commitment, as it is known that the unit of analysis is workers in small and medium industries. This provides benefits in managing human resources, industrial relations and organizational behavior in the context of SMEs, so that optimal human resource management results in optimal competitiveness as well.   The results found that job satisfaction can be an intervening variable for organizational learning and transformational leadership on organizational commitment. The results found that organizational culture affects job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and transformational leadership affects organizational commitment. But, leadership was found do not have influence on job satisfaction and job satisfaction did not have an influence on organizational commitment. On the other hand, job satisfaction was found as an intervening variable for organizational culture and transformational leadership in influencing organizational commitment. This research contributes to enriching the theory of organizational behavior in the context of SMEs.

Abstract

Financial management is one of the main problems in SMEs because if financial management does not go well, it will hamper performance and gain access to financing. Financial literacy becomes very important in financing decisions and their subsequent performance. Financial literacy enables entrepreneurs to manage risk through strategies, such as maintaining financial reserves, diversifying their investment portfolios and purchasing insurance. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of financial literacy of SME actors and to compare financial literacy between male and female SME actors. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire to SME actors, with a sample of 384 SME actors in the culinary field. The results showed that the financial knowledge, financial attitudes and financial behavior of SME actors were good, meaning that they were able to carry out financial management well. Meanwhile, there are differences in financial knowledge and financial behavior between male and female SME actors, but the financial attitudes between male and female SME actors do not show any difference.

Abstract

The existence of Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) in the Indonesian economy has a big role and potential in developing the national and sectoral economy absorbing a large number of workers. The development of UKM in the university environment is one of the responsibilities of the university and is a necessity to involve universities as a driving force for the emergence of young entrepreneurs in the campus environment. The Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra has formed a special institution that deals with student entrepreneurship issues, namely PUSKIIBI (Center for Entrepreneurship Innovation and Business Incubator). The research was conducted using the independent interview method, collecting institutional documents and institutional policies, and information related to student activities. From the data set and information, the formulation is carried out. Model of Institutional Synergy in Student Entrepreneurship Development at UMSU. This study aims to determine what institutions and the involvement of these institutions in supporting the progress of entrepreneurship in umsu and to create a model of institutional synergy that directly or indirectly synergizes with Puskiibi. From the research results obtained 1) the role of puskiibi as incubator is, access to community and business networking, support from experienced mentors, validation of ideas, infrastructure assistance, access to investors. 2) Related institutions that support the success of student entrepreneurship are SRCC, Study Programs in UMSU, LP2M, Halal Studies Center, and Haki Center. 3) The synergy model that must be developed is the recruitment of start-up candidates obtained from PKM-K participating students who have been netted by SRCC, student essays with downstream potential and student entrepreneurship independent campus participants obtained from Prodi, research lecturers with industrial potential from LP2M and alumni who come to register directly at PUSKIIBI. Furthermore, PUSKIIBI provides assistance, the certificate is only in synergy with the UMSU Halal Study Center and for the management of Trademarks and Patents through the UMSU HAKI Center.

Abstract

This activity aims to build and give training on mosque library management so that teenagers and children around the mosque can channel their hobbies in reading rather than playing. Activity begins with determineing what books are needed, then to organize the library of the mosque, so that library management can run well, accompanied by formulating regulations that will be applied. Organizing is done by sorting the book, such as the book of prophets and apostles, books of Fiqh and other religious knowledge

Abstract

Employee engagement is very important for organizations, and SMEs are no exception, so it is necessary to investigate what factors can affect employee engagement, either directly or indirectly. With a sample of 138 employees working in Muslim-owned SMEs, the researcher uses path analysis to examine the mediating effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between Islamic leadership and work motivation on employee engagement. Using the SPSS program, the results showed that the direct influence of Islamic leadership and work motivation on employee engagement was greater than the mediating effect of job satisfaction. The research results are useful for SMEs leaders in implementing Islamic leadership and increasing employee motivation.Keywords: Islamic leadership, work motivation, job satisfaction, employee engagement

Abstract

Tourism plays an important role in the economy because it can absorb a lot of labor, empower the community, the emergence of a creative economy. The increasing number of Muslim population, making halal tourism a strategic issue to be observed. Guaranteed halal destinations is very important to attract tourists, so they feel safe with their choices.This article intends to model the development of halal destinations, by including elements of consumer behavior and attributes in the selection of halal destinations. Consumer behavior is very important in influencing the decision / selection of products or services to be consumed. While the halal attribute is an indicator of consumers in choosing a halal destination. This research is a literature study because it develops the model through a literature review. The halal destination development model must consider consumer behavior which includes cultural factors, personal factors, psychological factors, social factors, values, motivation, self-concept and personality, expectations, attitudes, perceptions, satisfaction and trust and loyalty. The attributes of halal destinations that are expected to be fulfilled by the destination management include: having Islamic values and which also includes halal food products, non-alcoholic drinks, halal hotels, clean, safe, the availability of comfortable prayer rooms, and other facilities.

Abstract

Leadership and job satisfaction have an important role in improving company performance and productivity.  Leadership with effective skills can help motivate employees and make them more satisfied with their working conditionsIslamic leadership is the focus of research because the research subjects are small and medium enterprises in the Muslim fashion sector, which want the implementation of Islamic leadership in their business management.Leaders who earn the trust of employees are easier to carry out their duties because employees trust their leadersThe dimensions of Islamic leadership used in this study include ihsan and noble morals, honesty, giving good role models, knowledge, trust, justice, patience, keeping words, deliberation, humble.Meanwhile, the dimensions of job satisfaction in this study include salary, rewards, relationships with colleagues, personal development, supervisors, work environment.  The research subjects were employees of small businesses engaged in Muslim clothing, with a sample size of 100 employees.The results showed that there was a significant influence between Islamic leadership on employee job satisfaction.Key words: Islamic leadership, job satisfaction

Abstract

Minuman herbal merupakan warisan budaya yang di ajarkan oleh orang tua terdahulu yang sangat bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan kekebalan tubuh. Hingga saat ini masih banyak masyarakat yang memilih mengkonsumsi minuman herbal dikarenakan bersumber dari bahan yang alami sehingga tidak menyebabkan efek samping dan reaksi berbehaya terhadap tubuh. Mitra pada perogram pengabdian masyarakat merupakan pengerajin minuman herbal hingga dikenal kota Kisaran Sumatera Utara. Mitra memproduksi minuman herbal yang berbahan utama jahe untuk di jual kepada masyarakat sekitar. Semakin hari, permintaan minuman herbal yang di produksi mitra semakin meningkat dan mitra merasa sulit untuk memenuhi permintan karena minimnya alat produksi dan masih dikerjakan secara manual. Dengan memberikan mesin-mesin produksi, permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra saat ini dapat teratasi. Produksi minuman herbal yang di awal hanya mampu memproduksi 20 kg/hari, kini dengan menggunakan mesin penggiling basah, mesin pengaduk otomatis, dan mesin penggiling kering produksi minuman herbal meningkat 90% yaitu sekitar 180 kg/hari
