Abstract

The Coronavirus pandemic is a worldwide pandemic that affects all aspects of life in the world. In Indonesia itself, the Coronavirus Pandemic has changed the habits of Indonesian people who like together and carry out normal activities so that they are forced to be on guard and carry out all activities through trying or advancing. On the one hand, digitization due to the Coronavirus pandemic provides various conveniences but on the other hand, it also saves various obstacles and challenges. These obstacles and challenges are related to how to deal with this Coronavirus pandemic. This article proposes the application of Pancasila values in tackling COVID-19 with the Literature review method with a summary technique that will provide solutions on how to strategy and how to deal with this Coronavirus pandemic by applying Pancasila values which can be the right step to remind the public, Pancasila values must be constructed and applied as a philosophy of life. Therefore, Indonesian citizens should never forget to apply the values of Pancasila in the life of the nation and state to cope with the COVID-19 pandemic.This community service is carried out using lectures and discussions at the media zoom meeting. The number of participants who attended ± people consisted of high school students of economics and the general public.Community service activities with the theme “actualization of Pancasila in the middle of the covid -19 pandemic by looking at divine values, social values and family values.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh religiusitas dan kualitas pelayanan (service quality) terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan industri manufaktur, dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 105 orang karyawan dari salah satu perusahaan industry manufaktur di Jawa Barat. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), Smart PLS v.3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, religiusitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan. Religiusitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Hasil penelitan dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk meningkatkan dan memelihara kepuasan kerja karyawan pada industry manufaktur melalui peningkatan religiusitas dan kualitas pelayanan karyawan. Serta membangun kesiapan karyawan untuk menghadapi dunia industry yang makin sadar spiritual.

Abstract

This study aimed to measure the effect of authentic leadership on employee performance of the part-time employee of a manufacturing company in Tangerang which is mediated by readiness for change mentality. Data collection was done by simple random sampling technique and the returned and valid questionnaire results were 109 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that authentic leadership has a significant effect on readiness for change and employee performance. This study conclude also that readiness for change have a positive and significant effect on the relationship between authentic leadership and employee performance. Readiness for change as a mediator. This new research proposed a model for building employee performance among the part-time employee of the manufacturing industry in Tangerang through enhancing authentic leadership practice with readiness for change as a mediator. This research could pave the way to improve employee readiness in facing the era of industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze Relationship between Service Excellent and Quality Service , Relationship between Service Excellent and Patient Satisfaction, Relationship between Service Quality and Quality Service , Relationship between Service Quality and Patient Satisfaction. The data is obtained through questionnaires distributed online through social media, the respondents of this study were 400 employees of the hospitals in Banten who were selected through simple random sampling method. Analysis of data processing using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0 software tools. The stages of PLS ​​analysis using smartpls 3 include 3 stages, namely: The outer model testing phase to test the validity & reliability of indicators and constructs, the Goodness of fit model testing phase to test the model's predictive power and model feasibility, The inner model testing phase to test the significance the effect of exogenous variables on endogenous variables. From the research results obtained, it can be concluded Service Excellent have positive and significant effect on Quality Service , Service Excellent have positive and significant effect on Patient Satisfaction, Service Quality have positive and significant effect on Quality Service, Service Quality have positive and significant effect on Patient Satisfaction.

Influencer marketing has an effect on buying intention, while unattractive influencers will cause the decision to buy will also decrease. Online customer reviews have an effect on buying intention.

Abstract

Kinerja organisasi dipengaruhi secara positif oleh perilaku inovatif karyawan, tetapi studi terbaru menunjukkan bahwa perilaku kerja inovatif mungkin memiliki konsekuensi kinerja yang negatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji bagaimana variable kontekstual berupa kepercayaan inovasi dan otonomi kerja mempengaruhi efektivitas perilaku kerja inovatif melalui moderasi kepuasan kerja. Model teoretis dikembangkan dan diuji pada data sampel 173 karyawan di salah satu industry manufaktur di Indonesia. Pengolahan data menggunakan metode SEM dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja mampu memoderasi pengaruh kepercayaan inovasi terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif karyawan industry manufaktur. Berbanding terbalik dengan otonomi kerja. Implikasi praktis dari hasil studi ini adalah manajerial perusahaan dapat menyelaraskan variable kontekstual dengan kepuasan kerja guna memperoleh efektivitas yang tinggi dari perilaku kerja inovatif karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Islamic leadership of leaders at the Islamic Schools in Tangerang on the information system success model (system quality, information quality, service quality). The number of research samples was 98 teachers. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The analytical method used is SEM with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that the role of Islamic leadership had a significant effect on the three variables of the information system success model. This research can be used as a basis for the next similar research in the schools, which until now is still relatively minimal exploration.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional pemimpin pada Sekolah Islam di Tangerang terhadap model keberhasilan sistem informasi (system quality, information quality, service quality). Jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 115 guru. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah SEM dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ketiga variabel model keberhasilan sistem informasi. Penelitian ini dapat dijadikan dasar untuk penelitian sejenis selanjutnya di Lembaga sekolah yang sampai saat ini masih tergolong minim eksplorasi.
