Abstract

In the Qur’an, human personality is seen as something unique and complex, including physical, psychological and spiritual aspects. This journal uses a psychological approach in analyzing Al-Quran verses related to personality, and shows how the Al-Quran emphasizes the importance of balance between these aspects in forming a healthy and positive personality. In this case, the Koran provides moral and ethical guidance that can help individuals develop a good and moral personality.

Abstract

The Qur'an describes humans using various terms, including "al-basyar", "al-ins", and "al-insan". "Al-basyar" is typically used to depict humans from a physical and biological perspective. It indicates that humans are creatures created from simple and humble materials, such as dust or soil, and emphasizes the vulnerability and limitations of humans as created beings. "Al-ins" refers to humans in a broader sense, encompassing physical, mental, and spiritual aspects. It affirms that humans are complex creatures with various dimensions and potentials. "Al-insan" is used to portray humans in a context that emphasizes their spiritual and moral potential. It shows that humans have the ability to transcend their physical and biological boundaries and achieve a higher level of existence through good and just behavior. Therefore, the Qur'an provides a very diverse and rich description of humans, including their physical, mental, and spiritual aspects. It shows that humans are very special and valuable creatures in the view of Islam.

Abstract

Managerial ability is closely related to effective leadership management, because in fact management is essentially a matter of interaction between humans both vertically and horizontally, therefore leadership can be said to be a behavior that motivates others to work towards achieving goals and leadership management is very influential on its performance. The purpose of this study was to describe the teacher's performance at MTs Darunnajah 2 Cipining Bogor, to describe the managerial ability of the principal at MTs Darunnajah 2 Cipining Bogor, and to determine whether there was an influence of the principal's managerial ability on teacher performance at MTs Darunnajah 2 Cipining Bogor. The research method used is a quantitative approach. A sampling of 30 teachers. The data collection technique is using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is correlation coefficient and multiple regression. It is known that the results of statistical calculations using SPSS 22 show that there is an influence between the managerial ability of the principal (X) and the teacher's performance (Y) at MTs Darunnajah 2 Cipining Bogor. This is evidenced by the results of the calculation of the equation Y = 69.434 + 0.606 X the equation is known as> 0 which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The results of the coefficient of the determination indicate that the managerial ability of the principal has an influence of 34.5% on the performance of teachers at MTs Darunnajah 2 Cipining Bogor. Abstract

The Qur'an as a source of universal knowledge for Muslims contains in-depth discussions about every aspect of life, including problems related to human personality. The Qur'an often refers to aspects of human psychology with the term nafs (soul). This proves that the Al-Quran plays a positive role in shaping human personality, apart from being an antidote to mental illness (syifa). Humans were created by Allah SWT different from other creatures, such as angels, jinn, animals and plants. This difference is what gives humans the opportunity to become perfect humans or the worst humans. This year is the time for Muslim scholars to rely on the revelation of the Qur'an to see humans as multidimensional, both physical and mental (spiritual) and not to be haunted by non-Islamic theories that tend to solve problems. The spiritual element in humans has a strong connection with God. It is not enough for humans with their different dimensions to only be considered empirical, but must consider all their dimensions, both physical and mental.

Abstract

Abstract.Allah SWT created humans in this world as a manifestation of His existence as the Creator of all His creatures, leading to obedience and devotion in the form of worship. In the Qur'an there are three themes that focus on human designations, namely a). Al-Basyar, especially from a physical or biological perspective (b). Al-Nas, namely humans according to their social point of view, and (c) Al-Ins or Al-Insan, namely humans according to their position and character. By remembering the position of humans as kings on earth and servants of Allah SWT, humans are blessed with the power of reasoning, knowledge, and the ability to distinguish between right and wrong, thus making them more "perfect" than other creatures. Keywords: Al- insan, Al- Basyar, An- Nas Abstrak. Allah SWT menciptakan manusia di dunia ini sebagai wujud eksistensi-Nya sebagai Pencipta seluruh makhluk-Nya, menuju ketaatan dan pengabdian dalam bentuk ibadah. Dalam Al-Qur'an terdapat tiga tema yang fokus pada sebutan manusia, yaitu a). Al-Basyar, terutama dari segi fisik atau biologis (b). Al-Nas yaitu manusia menurut sudut pandang sosialnya, dan (c) Al-Ins atau Al-Insan yaitu manusia menurut kedudukan dan wataknya. Dengan mengingat kedudukan manusia sebagai raja di bumi sekaligus hamba Allah SWT, maka manusia diberkahi dengan daya nalar, ilmu pengetahuan, dan kemampuan membedakan mana yang benar dan mana yang salah, sehingga menjadikannya lebih “sempurna” dibandingkan makhluk lainnya. Abstract

Integrated Islamic school education is a model of educational institution that seeks to combine general knowledge and religion in one integrative curriculum package that implements the concept of Islamic education based on the Qur'an and As-Sunnah. The operational concept of SIT is an accumulation of the processes of acculturation, inheritance and Islamic civilization from generation to generation. The focus of this research is: the implementation of the concept of integrated Islamic education in the form of its application in the curriculum and activities at the SIT educational institution at SMPIT Ishlahul Ummah. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The research data collection method uses observation, interviews and documentation.The research results show that: (1) The concept of integrated Islamic education is the process of implementing education by combining scientific education and religious education into one curriculum. With this approach, all school subjects and activities are guided by the teachings and messages of Islamic values. SMPIT Ishlahul Ummah, which in its learning process refers to integrated Islamic education, namely integrated learning using the national education curriculum and also using a typical curriculum.
