Abstract

This study aims to analyze and obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of leadership, courage to take risks, innovation, voluntary and open membership, democratic member control, member economic participation, autonomy and freedom, education; training; information and cooperation among cooperatives on performance. Management of Cooperatives in Banyumas, Central Java, Indonesia. The method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with analysis techniques F test, R2 test, and t test. Based on the results of testing and discussion, the results of innovation, democratic control by members, autonomy and freedom, education; training; information and cooperation among cooperatives affect the performance of cooperative administrators in Banyumas, Central Java, Indonesia. Meanwhile, Leadership, Courage to Take Risks, Voluntary and Open Membership, and Member Economic Participation do not affect the Performance of Cooperative Managers in Banyumas, Central Java, Indonesia. Abstract

This study examines the effect of profitability, capital structure and dividend policy on firm value with firm size as a moderating variable. This study's population were all consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2015-2019, which are 63 companies. The sample selection in this study was carried out by purposive sampling. Based on the criteria, 14 companies were used as samples. The research method used in this study is the multiple regression analysis. This study indicates that profitability, capital structure, and dividend policy have a positive and significant effect on firm value. The results of this study also indicate that firm size weakly moderates the effect of dividend policy on firm value, but firm size is unable to moderate the effect of profitability and capital structure on firm value. Abstract

This research aims to analyse the effect of job satisfaction, organizational culture and work stress on organizational commitment to civil servants at the regional secretariat of Pemalang Regency. The population in this study were all Civil Servants of the Pemalang Regency Regional Secretariat, as many as 170 employees. The sampling in this study used the nonprobability sampling method with the incidental sampling technique with a sample of 100 respondents. Data obtained from respondents with research instruments using questionnaires. Technique of analysis in this research used Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the research showed job satisfaction, organizational culture and work stress have a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. The research shows that job satisfaction variable has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. The showed that organizational culture variable has no significant effect on organizational commitment. The results also show the work stress had significant effect on organizational commitment. Abstract

Improving the welfare of farm laborers may do with the counseling program and Pepaya california growing practices. This program provides knowledge about business prospect and how to plant Pepaya california by a farmer who have been successful and experienced. Abstract

Every company in running their business has the goal to maximize the profit to enrich the owner or stock holder one of them is trough financing (modal structure). The decision in financing (modal structure) is an important aspect in getting maximal profit. This research aims to find out the effect of modal structure consisting : Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Long Term Debt To Asset Ratio (LDAR), Long Term Debt To Equity Ratio (LDER) on Profitability (ROE) of the manufacture companies listed in Indonesia stock exchange (BEI) in the period of 2012-2014. This is a quantitative research. The population of this research is 141 manufacture companies listed in Indonesia Stock exchange. The sampling method was by purposive sampling. Based on determined criteria, there were 97 companies in a year therefore the total sample in 3 years was 291 samples. The research methodology was descriptive statistic analysis; statistic analysis was trough multiple linear regression and classical assumption test. The hypothesis test was by seeing the value of F count and t count in regression test. The result of the research showed that the coefficient of t test regression (partial) of DAR variable and LDER affected positively towards ROE, DER variable and LDAR negatively towards ROE. F test (simultaneously) of DAR, DER, LDAR & LDER affected positively towards ROE. Metode yang akan digunakan untuk kegiatan Ipteks bagi Masyarakat adalah : (1) Pembentukan panitia kegiatan, Administrasi kegiatan , dan Pembuatan bahan ajar dan modul Praktikum (2) Pelaksanaan pelatihan dilakukan dengan menyampekan materi yang telah disusun dan langsung praktikum (3) Penutup dilakukan dengan mengevaluasi kegiatan yang dilakukan dengan post test.

Abstract

Goals of this study are to see if there is an effect of capital structure, profitability and liquidity on firm value by including dividend policy as a moderation variable. In this study, a quantitative approach was chosen. This study’s population includes all companies in the LQ45index from periode 2018-2021 and purposive sampling is used in this research sampling techniques. Multiple regression analysis and the absolute difference test were used in this study. According to the findings of this study, capital structure has no effects on firm alue, profitability has positive effects on firm value, and liquidity has positive effects on firm value, dividend policy as moderation is not able to moderate the effect of capital structure on firm value, dividend policy variable as moderation is unable to moderate the effect of profitability on firm value also liquidity on firm value cannot moderate by dividend policy.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of leadership style, communication, work motivation, and workload on employee job satisfaction at the Office of the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning of the Land Agency (ATR/BPN) of Cilacap Regency. This type of research is a quantitative-survey research. The population in this study were all ATR/BPN employees in Cilacap Regency. Samples were taken using the slovin formula, totaling 108 employees at ATR/BPN Cilacap Regency. The sampling technique in this study used the Simple Random Sampling (SRS) technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The analysis technique in this study uses statistical analysis Smart Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) 3.2.9 is used to test validity, reliability test, R-Square test, Net Fit Index (NFI) test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study prove that partially leadership style, communication, work motivation affect job satisfaction of ATR/BPN employees in Cilacap Regency, while workload partially does not affect job satisfaction of ATR/BPN employees in Cilacap Regency.Keywords: Leadership Style, Communication, Motivation, Workload, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study examines the effect of Leadership Style, Work Environment, and Compensation on Employee Loyalty at Java Heritage Hotel Purwokerto. The study used purposive sampling with a total sample of 107 from a population of 135 in 2023. The data used in this study is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires and processed with SmartPLS software using data analysis techniques, an outer model for validity and reliability tests, an inner model for R-square tests, and hypothesis testing using structural equation models. The results showed that Leadership Style had a positive and significant effect on Loyalty, Work Environment had a negative and significant impact on Loyalty, and Compensation had a positive and significant effect on Loyalty
