Abstract

ASPIKMAS (Asosiasi Pengusaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah Banyumas) merupakan wadah atau paguyuban yang beranggotakan para pengusaha mikro kecil dan menengah yang ada di Kabupaten Banyumas sebagai sarana untuk saling berbagi pengalaman sehingga harapannya akan meningkatkan daya saing para anggotanya. Paguyuban ini memiliki perwakilan atau pengurus di tiap kecamatan. Di Kecamatan Kembaran saat ini sudah ada 99 UMKM yang bergabung dalam ASPIKMAS, salah satunya adalah Melvina Snack dan Catering yang berlokasi di Desa Ledug. Roti merupakan salah satu produk yang dihasilkan oleh Melvina Snack dan Catering. Produk makanan olahan berbahan baku utama tepung, telur, dan gula ini sudah dipasarkan di sekitar Purwokerto dengan kapasitas produksi 100 kg/bulan. Pembuatan aneka roti di Melvina Snack dan Catering selama ini masih manual, terutama pada proses pengadukan adonan. Hal ini mengakibatkan proses pembuatan roti membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan upaya agar proses pengadukan bisa lebih cepat. Penerapan Teknologi Tepat Guna (TTG) untuk proses pengadukan adonan diharapkan akan memberikan solusi bagi permasalahan ini. Dengan proses mekanisasi dalam proses pengadukan adonan maka proses produksi aneka roti ini menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Mitra akan dilatih cara penggunaan alat ini serta perawatan dan perbaikan jika terjadi kerusakan kecil. Hasil jangka panjang yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah sistem ini dapat bekerja secara optimal sehingga efektifitas dan efisiensi produksi dapat meningkat karena proses produksi menjadi lebih cepat.ABSTRACT                    ASPIKMAS (Asosiasi Pengusaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah Banyumas) is a forum or association consisting of micro, small and medium entrepreneurs in Banyumas Regency as a means of sharing experiences with each other so that it is hoped that it will increase the competitiveness of its members. This association has representatives or administrators in each sub-district. In Kembaran District, there are currently 99 UMKMs that have joined ASPIKMAS, one of which is Melvina Snack and Catering which is located in Ledug Village. Bread is one of the products produced by Melvina Snack and Catering. This processed food product, made from the main raw materials of flour, eggs and sugar, has been marketed around Purwokerto with a production capacity of 100 kg/month. So far, making various breads at Melvina Snack and Catering is still manual, especially in the dough kneading process. This results in the bread making process taking a long time. Therefore, efforts need to be made to make the mixing process faster. It is hoped that the application of Appropriate Technology (TTG) for the dough mixing process will provide a solution to this problem. By mechanizing the dough mixing process, the production process for this variety of bread becomes more effective and efficient. Partners will be trained on how to use this tool as well as maintenance and repairs if minor damage occurs. The expected long-term result of this activity is that this system can work optimally so that production effectiveness and efficiency can increase because the production process becomes faster.

Abstract

The research conducted by the researchers aimed to analyze the influence of the work environment, work stress, and work discipline on cyberloafing behavior in employees of the Banyumas Regency Education Service. This research is quantitative. The variables of work environment, work stress, and work discipline are independent, while cyberloafing behavior is the dependent variable. The respondents were 87 employees, with a census sampling technique so that the population and research sample were all respondents. Statistical analysis uses SmartPLS 3.0 as a research analysis tool to test validity, reliability, and hypotheses. The research results show that the work environment has a negative and significant influence on cyberloafing behavior, work stress has a positive and significant influence on cyberloafing behavior, and work discipline has a negative and insignificant influence on cyberloafing behavior. In conclusion, special attention is needed to work stress by superiors to reduce the possibility of employee doing cyberloafing behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh Work Life Balance, Beban Kerja, dan Stres Kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Sinar Tambang Arthalestari (STAR). Tujuannya adalah menganalisis pengaruh faktor-faktor tersebut dan memberikan wawasan bagi manajemen dalam merumuskan strategi dan kebijakan yang mendukung kesejahteraan karyawan serta meningkatkan kinerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan data primer, menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Sampel terdiri dari 83 karyawan dari populasi 475 karyawan, dan analisis dilakukan dengan regresi berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Work Life Balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, di mana keseimbangan yang baik membuat karyawan merasa imbalan sebanding dengan usaha mereka. Beban Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, karena beban yang dianggap tidak adil dapat menurunkan kinerja. Stres Kerja berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan, di mana karyawan yang merasa dihargai dan didukung cenderung lebih termotivasi untuk mengatasi stres dan berkinerja optimal.

Abstract

Dunia investasi saat ini berada di era tidak stabil, tidak pasti, kompleks, dan ambigu atau dapat disebut dengan VUCA. Akronim tersebut digunakan pertama kalinya di Angkatan Darat AS, pada akhir 1980-an untuk menentukan kondisi yang dihadapi para pemimpin militer di perang Whiteman, (1998). Hal ini diketahui dengan tidak stabilnya pasar modal dalam beberapa tahun ini. Tujuan penelitan ini untuk menguji faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan dengan kebijakan dividen sebagai variabel moderasi. Sampel penelitian menggunakan perusahaan yang terdaftar pada indeks LQ45 BEI periode 2016- 2020. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji kecocokan model, dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas dan kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Namun demikian likuiditas, leverage & kebijakan dividen tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Adapun kebijakan dividen mampu memoderasi pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan secara signifikan. Akan tetapi kebijakan dividen tidak mampu untuk memoderasi likuiditas, leverage dan kepemilikan institusional pada indeks LQ45 periode 2016 - 2020. Penelitian ini berkontribusi bagi investor sebagai pertimbangan dalam pengambilan keputusan ketika berinvestasi.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of quality of work life (QWL), organizational commitment (OC) and transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior at RSUD dr. R. Goeteng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga. Sampling using purposive sampling method through a questionnaire. The sample used was 165 nurses. The analysis technique used in this study uses the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment has a positive and insignificant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, and transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Based on the test results of the R² adjusted coefficient of determination of 18.9%.

Abstract

With a focus on respondents from Muhammadiyah University of Purwokerto, this research seeks to examine the relationship between customer loyalty on the Shopee app and factors such as E-Service Quality, Logistics Service Quality, Brand Awareness, Trust, and Satisfaction. The study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method, distributing questionnaires to 100 active students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto who are active Shopee users. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26. The results indicate that all five independent variables have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, with trust and customer satisfaction emerging as the most dominant factors. Trust shows the strongest influence on customer loyalty (β = 0.432; p < 0.05), followed by satisfaction (β = 0.335). Simultaneously, the five variables explain 74.8% of the variance in customer loyalty, emphasizing the crucial role of trust and satisfaction in retaining Shopee users in the student segment. These findings support the view that in-house logistics services, such as Shopee Express, can be managed more effectively in terms of quality to enhance trust, satisfaction, and loyalty. The study may help Shopee remain competitive by highlighting the importance of improving service quality and digital technologies. This research also contributes theoretically to the existing literature on consumer loyalty in Indonesia’s online marketplace context.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of training and self-efficacy on the performance of baristas in coffee shops in Banyumas. The study population consists of all 114 baristas working in various coffee shops in the area. The research instrument used was a questionnaire, and the sampling technique applied was a census method, meaning that the entire population served as respondents. The collected data were analyzed using Multiple Regression Analysis, t-tests, and F-tests with the assistance of SPSS Version 25. The results of the study indicate that training and self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on barista performance, suggesting that baristas’ confidence in their ability to carry out job tasks plays an important role in improving their performance. However, work motivation was not found to have a positive and significant effect on barista performance, indicating that work motivation is not a key determining factor in performance improvement within the context of this study. Simultaneously, training, self-efficacy, and work motivation were shown to have a significant effect on barista performance. The adjusted R² value of 67.6% indicates that these variables explain 67.6% of the variation in barista performance, while the remaining 32.4% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of authentic leadership and perceived organizational support on work engagement, with psychological capital as a mediating variable among employees of Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Banyumas. This research employed a quantitative approach involving 115 respondents selected through purposive sampling and analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results indicate that authentic leadership has a significant effect on work engagement, while perceived organizational support does not have a direct effect. Psychological capital partially mediates the effect of authentic leadership on work engagement and fully mediates the effect of perceived organizational support on work engagement. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening psychological capital to enhance employees work engagement.

Abstract

The rapid diffusion of digital technologies and the imperative of sustainable economic development converge to place unprecedented demands on aspiring entrepreneurs. The cognitive and psychological pathways through which individuals translate technological competence and psychological hardiness into a firm commitment to sustainable venturing remain underexplored, particularly in cross-national ASEAN settings. This study examines how digital capability and psychological hardiness jointly shape sustainable entrepreneurial intention, with hardipreneurial self-efficacy as mediator and institutional support as moderator. Grounded in Social Cognitive Theory (Bandura, 1997; 2023) and applying PLS-SEM on N = 300 students across Indonesia and Malaysia, the findings confirm all six hypotheses. Digital capability and psychological hardiness each significantly influence hardipreneurial self-efficacy, which fully mediates both pathways to sustainable entrepreneurial intention, while institutional support significantly amplifies the efficacy–intention link. These findings advance sustainable entrepreneurship theory and generate actionable policy implications for university ecosystems and SDG-aligned entrepreneurship programs in ASEAN.
