Concern on rice production in Indonesia is escalating since the production of rice tends to be levelling off for more than a decade. Soil degradation in lowland is among the main challenges. Soil encounters continuous decreasing organic matter and organic carbon content because the biomass from the rice plants was not returned to the land sufficiently. Most of the biomasses went out of the land or were burned by rice producers since there was not enough time to decompose the biomass before returning into the soil of lowland or it need additional cost to do so. Most farmers preferred to return the rice straw after burning, but it will not improve the condition. Otherwise, burning of rice straw caused air pollution since it released at least three kg particulate matter consisting of CO, SO2, CO2, and ash. Using interpretive structural modeling (ISM) this paper is trying to find the important factors with sequential solution. The result shows that encouraging rice producers to return rice straw into soil (RRIS) should start with Provision of Immediate Decomposing Technology and assistance program and Credit and Assistance Program. Keywords : managing soil degradation, organic matter, rice straw, ISM

The Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has had an impact on the economy, especially in sales of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. In order to reduce the impact of the pandemic, the Government of Indonesia has imposed a Large-Scale Social Restriction Policy (PSBB) in a number of regions in Indonesia. This policy makes MSMEs have to rely on technology to run their operations, so the adoption of E-commerce is a must for MSMEs. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the adoption of E-commerce in the COVID-1 9pandemic with a modified Technology Accessibility Model (TAM) approach. This research was conducted at an organization that oversees a number of SMEs in the city of Bogor, namely the Paguyuban. The sample in the study was MSMEs under the auspices of the Association that used E-commerce during the COVID-19 Pandemic in Bogor City. The total sample in this study amounted to 155 respondents. The analysis technique used is Structure Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of this study indicate that the behavior of using E-commerce in MSMEs in Bogor City is influenced by the ability to adopt E-commerce attitudes. A good adoption attitude towards the use of E-commerce can be influenced by the perceived usefulness and technology readiness factors. Organizational readiness and perceived convenience do not have a significant effect on increasing the attitude of E-commerce adoption in the MSME Association which focuses on selling food and beverages in the city of Bogor.

Fish plays a crucial role as a source of animal protein, providing various health benefits to humans, such as heart health, nerve function, and brain health. Furthermore, global aquaculture production has been on the rise, with Indonesia ranking as the world's second-largest fish producer. However, the consumption of fish remains relatively low. The diversification of processed fish products may serve as a solution to address the issue of low fish consumption, with the hope of increasing the intention to consume processed fish products. This study aims to examine the influence of respondent characteristics on control beliefs and the intention to consume processed fish products. The research employs descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) analysis. The findings of the study reveal that respondent characteristics significantly impact control beliefs. However, respondent characteristics do not significantly influence the intention to consume. Additionally, control beliefs significantly influence the intention to consume processed fish products.
