Abstract

Dietary diversity refers to an increase in the variety of foods across and within food groups capable of ensuring adequate intake to promote a good nutritional status. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of food diversity with the nutritional status of children under five in Kelurahan Pasirkaliki Kota Cimahi. A cross-sectional study with a simple random sampling method was conducted among 79 households having under five age children. Individual food diversity was measured using a dietary diversity score through questionnaire from FANTA Dietary Diversity Score Indicator Guide. Nutritional status of children under five measured by anthropometric measurement with indicator z-score of WHZ, WAZ, and HAZ. The analysis was carried out by Chi square test and fisher's exact. The average age of children under five is 31 months consisting of 43 boys (54.4%) and 36 (45.6%) girls. The prevalence of wasting children was 3.8%, stunting 21.5%, and underweight 10.1%. As many as 56 (70.9%) children consume diverse foods. There is no relationship between food diversity with nutritional status (p>0.05). Consumption of diverse food with appropriate amount of food portions are recommended for children under five years to get optimal nutritional status.

Abstract

Desa wisata merupakan desa yang dijadikan tempat wisata untuk menarik wisatawan berkunjung karena memiliki daya tarik dari desa tersebut. Tujuan dari kegiatan tersebut sebagai salah satunya untuk peningkatan pendapatan warga. Desa Kawunganten Kecamatan Cikaum Kabupaten Subang Provinsi Jawa Barat memiliki daya Tarik dalam pengembangan desa wisata yang berbasis desa wisata budaya lokal (Local Heritage) yang salah satunya potensi cagar budaya Situs Nyimas Kawunganten, Taman Srikandi, dan Taman Arimbi yang mana potensi desa ini dikembangkan berbasis alam, budaya dan juga buatan (Kreatif). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil analisis bahwa Desa Kawunganten dalam pelestarian desa wisata budaya lokal (local heritage) mengusung mempertahankan kearifan lokal salah satunya menggunakan aksara sunda pada tanda Publik di Desa Kawunganten. Tentunya dalam tanda publik dalam Lanskap Lingustik tersebut memiliki makna dan arti pada Desa Kawunganten. Dalam perkembangan desa wisata budaya lokal, tidak hanya mempertahankan kearifan lokal tentu harus mengikuti perkembangan zaman yaitu berkomunikasi menggunakan Bahasa asing, salah satunya dengan mempelajari Bahasa Inggris untuk mempromosikan Desa Wisata Budaya Lokal di Desa Kawunganten

Abstract

Waste management poses a significant challenge in addressing the waste problem. PT BTS introduces SWASPRO (Smart Waste Processing) program, offering innovative solutions to waste management aimed at reducing the amount of waste sent to landfills. This study aims to determine whether SWASPRO is an optimal alternative for waste management, assess its financial feasibility, and evaluate the sustainability status and policy directions of waste management. Data in this study will be analyzed using the Google Worksheet Financial Feasibility Analysis and Sustainability Analysis with the help of EXsimpro software through the Multiaspect Sustainability Analysis (MSA) technique. The results show that SWASPRO is a viable program to implement.

Abstract

The People's Business Credit Financing Program (KUR) is one of the government's initiatives to increase access to financing for MSMEs. Increasing KUR distribution has the potential to increase the risk of financing problems, so it is important to mitigate this. This research aims to (1) analyze the influence of internal audit on GCG, (2) the influence of GCG on risk management, (3) the influence of internal audit on risk management, (4) the influence of GCG on KUR distribution, (5) the influence of internal audit on distribution KUR and (6) the influence of risk management on KUR distribution. The sample for this research was 121 respondents who worked at PT. BSI Central Java Region, taken using a multistage-random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires online, then analyzed using descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS using the SmartPLS application. The research results show that (1) internal audit has a significant influence on Good Corporate Governance (GCG); (2) GCG has a significant influence on risk management; (3) internal audit also has a significant effect on risk management; (4) GCG also has a significant effect on the distribution of People's Business Credit (KUR); (5) internal audit does not have a significant influence on KUR distribution; (6) risk management has a significant effect on KUR distribution

Abstract

PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang alas kaki/sepatu, produk inovatif berupa sepatu aromaterapi yang dilengkapi dengan ekstrak minyak atsiri dari limbah kulit jeruk yang bermanfaat menekan pertumbuhan bakteri penyebab bau kaki. Saat ini PT XYZ sedang mendapat dukungan dari pemerintah lewat lembaga inkubatror bisnis, berupa pembinaan untuk meningkatkan nilai penjualan yang didukung dengan fasilitas dan akses teknologi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi pengembangan usaha; (2) menganalisis kelayakan usaha PT XYZ; (3) menentukan strategi prioritas untuk pegembangan usaha. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis SWOT dan Analytical Hierarchy Process. Sedangkan Kelayakan usaha menggunakan metode perhitungan Payback Period, Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Break Even Points. Faktor internal yang menjadi kekuatan adalah selalu inovatif terhadap produk baru yang diminati oleh pasar, sedangkan kelemahan adalah pencatatan biaya pengeluaran dan pemasukan yang rumit. Faktor eksternal yang menjadi peluang adalah sebagai tenant BRIN dapat menggunakan lab dan yang menjadi ancaman penurian ide aromaterapi. Analisis kelayakan bisnis dinilai layak dan hasil Penentuan prioritas strategi dengan AHP menghasilkan empat prioritas strategi.

Abstract

Bank syariah berkontribusi pada sektor properti dengan memberikan pembiayaan kepemilikan rumah syariah (KPR Syariah). Produk pembiayaan kepemilikan rumah di bank syariah disebut Pembiayaan Griya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Mengidentifikasi profile nasabah yang memilih pembiayaan konsumer Griya Bank Syariah Indonesia; (2) Menganalisa hubungan antara karakteristik pribadi dengan faktor-faktor yang dipentingkan; (3) Menganalisis faktor-faktor lingkungan eksternal dan internal yang memiliki implikasi terhadap pertumbuhan pembiayaan konsumer Bank Syariah Indonesia; (4) Memformulasikan strategi bisnis yang sesuai dengan faktor lingkungan eksternal dan internal Bank Syariah Indonesia; dan (5) Menentukan prioritas strategi bagi pertumbuhan pembiayaan konsumer yang dapat diimplementasikan oleh Bank Syariah Indonesia. Bank Syariah yang dipilih untuk studi kasus ini adalah PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk., karena merupakan bank syariah terbesar di Indonesia dengan aset Rp371 triliun per September 2024. Lokasi sampel yang diambil adalah Kawasan Fatmawati Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah tabulasi silang, matriks SWOT, dan QSPM. Metode tabulasi silang digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara karakteristik pribadi dengan faktor-faktor penting, dilanjutkan dengan analisis deskriptif dan kuantitatif yang terdiri dari matriks internal factor evaluation (IFE), matriks external factor evaluation (EFE), matriks internal-external (IE), matriks strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, dan threaths (SWOT). Hasil Matriks IE Bank Syariah Indonesia Area Fatmawati Jakarta berada pada kuadran IV dengan matriks IFE sebesar 3,077 dan matriks EFE sebesar 2,961. Hasil ini menempatkan strategi pemasaran pada sel IV yang disebut strategi pertumbuhan dan pembangunan, sel kuat untuk matriks IFE dan sel tinggi untuk matriks EFE. Dalam posisi ini, perusahaan dimungkinkan untuk melakukan strategi intensif dan strategi integratif.

Abstract

Nazhir wakaf LAZNAS BSI (Bangun Sejahtera Indonesia) Maslahat telah menghimpun dan mengelola dana wakaf sejak tahun 2020. Program wakaf yang saat ini sudah berjalan adalah wakaf sosial dan wakaf produktif. Tujuan penelitian adalah (1) Mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menjadi prioritas pertimbangan dan memengaruhi keputusan wakif dalam menyalurkan wakaf melalui LAZNAS BSI Maslahat; (2) Menganalisis optimalisasi wakaf produktif; dan (3) Menyusun alternatif strategi optimalisasi wakaf produktif. Penelitian dilakukan di Lembaga Amil Zakat Nasional (LAZNAS) BSI Maslahat Jakarta dengan waktu pelaksanaan bulan Januari-Juni 2024. Penentuan lokasi kajian dengan metode purposive sampling dengan informan pakar yang berjumlah lima orang. Metode analisis data dengan matriks Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) dan External Factor Evaluation (EFE) untuk mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal, dan matriks internal-external (IE) untuk mengetahui posisi BSI Maslahat dalam rangka strategi optimalisasi, serta matriks strengtghs, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) dan quantitative strategic planning matrix (QSPM) untuk penentuan prioritas strategi yang dapat diimplementasikan. Hasil analisis diperoleh strategi utama yang dapat diterapkan adalah penguatan dan harmonisasi regulasi wakaf dalam mendukung pembangunan ekosistem digital wakaf yang solid. Implikasi manajerial mencakup penguatan struktur organisasi, pengembangan kebijakan, peningkatan kompetensi SDM, pengembangan kemitraan, pemanfaatan teknologi, transparansi, monitoring, dan edukasi masyarakat. Dengan implementasi strategi ini, diharapkan pengelolaan wakaf produktif di BSI Maslahat menjadi lebih efektif, berkelanjutan, dan memberikan dampak positif bagi masyarakat luas.

Abstract

This study explores the application of a sociolinguistic approach to language variations in the context of social interaction and cultural identity, particularly in the teaching of reading. By employing a qualitative research methodology, the study examines how formal and informal language, idiomatic expressions, and culturally specific terms within texts influence students’ reading comprehension and cultural literacy. Data were collected through interviews and discourse analysis involving students and educators engaged in reading instruction, with diverse texts such as literary works, folk tales, and non-formal narratives serving as primary materials. Findings indicate that students’ awareness of language variations significantly enhances their ability to decode contextual and cultural nuances, enabling deeper engagement with texts. Students who recognized the implications of linguistic choices—such as the use of formal versus informal registers—were better equipped to analyze character interactions, social dynamics, and embedded cultural values. Challenges emerged when students encountered idiomatic or culturally specific expressions, but these were mitigated through contextual analysis, consultation with external resources, and guided instruction. This study highlights the transformative potential of integrating sociolinguistic principles into reading pedagogy. It underscores the importance of fostering students’ critical literacy skills by exposing them to diverse linguistic styles and encouraging discussions on how language reflects social and cultural identities. The findings suggest that such approaches not only enhance reading comprehension but also promote cultural awareness and sensitivity, preparing students to navigate the complexities of a linguistically and culturally diverse world.

Abstract

Background: Unhygienic hands can cause microorganism infection. Citronella oil contains citronellal, citronellol, and geraniol, which have antibacterial activity. Liquid hand soap removes the dirt and microorganisms; however, it commonly uses sodium lauryl sulphate (SLS) as a foaming agent that may irritate the skin. Lauryl glucoside is a non-ionic, non-irritating surfactant. This study aimed to formulate and characterise liquid hand soaps from citronella oil using a combination of SLS and lauryl glucoside as surfactants. Methods: The research was conducted using an experimental laboratory method. Three liquid hand soap formulas were developed from 15% citronella oil with different weight ratios of SLS and lauryl glucoside: F1 (1:2), F2 (1:1), and F3 (2:1). Then, all liquid hand soaps were evaluated for organoleptic properties, homogeneity, viscosity, pH, and foam height. Then the foam stability test was conducted after the formed foam was left for 5 minutes. Results: The results showed that all liquid hand soaps were homogeneously distributed, clear viscous liquids having a distinctive odour of citronella oil. The liquid hand soap preparations had a viscosity range of 549.7–565.8 cps, a pH in the range of 7.39–7.89, a foam height of 74–85 mm, and a stability foam of 63.52–68.91%. All formulas complied with SNI 2588:2017 criteria for liquid hand soap. Conclusion: This study presented that citronella oil could be formulated into liquid hand soap using a combination of SLS and lauryl glucoside. The optimal formula was F1 with a 1:2 ratio of SLS and lauryl glucoside. F1 had the most stable foam due to the higher concentration of lauryl glucoside, which enhances foam stability.

Abstract

The Indonesian coffee industry has experienced dynamic growth, driven by rising coffee consumption and increasing internet penetration. Coffee Baracks in Bogor Regency aims to utilize social media marketing and product innovation to influence consumer purchase decisions, with electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM) serving as a mediator. This study analyzes the impact of these factors on digital-era purchasing decisions, specifically examining how social media marketing (Instagram) and product innovation affect eWOM and purchase decisions, while also investigating eWOM's mediating role in strengthening these relationships. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 200 respondents, consisting of Coffee Baracks' Instagram followers and direct visitors. The data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) via SmartPLS 3.3.3. The results indicate that social media marketing has a significant positive effect on purchase decisions (path coefficient: 0.192; p < 0.05). Conversely, product innovation shows a negative impact (-1.021; p < 0.05), suggesting misalignment with market preferences. However, when mediated by eWOM, product innovation demonstrates a strong positive influence (1.493; p < 0.05). Additionally, eWOM strengthens the relationship between social media marketing and purchase decisions (0.196; p < 0.05) and has a direct positive effect (1.700; p < 0.05). The findings suggest that effective social media marketing strategies and eWOM management significantly enhance purchase decisions, while product innovation must align with market expectations. Practical implications recommend that Coffee Baracks focus on creative social media content, market research for product innovation, and maximizing positive reviews through eWOM.
