Abstract

Pemahaman yang sama antara orang tua dan sekolah tentang mendidik anak menentukan keberhasilan pendidikan. Masalah anak di sekolah tidak bisa dilepaskan dari pola asuh di rumah. Keberhasilan anak di sekolah juga didukung oleh pola asuh yang diterima anak di lingkungan keluarga. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam beberapa kegiatan inti, yaitu studi pendahuluan, pengembangan produk dan validasi desain serta uji coba desain. Kegiatan pada tahap ini adalah memberikan penilaian, mengukur kelebihan, dan kekurangan desai techno parenting yang telah dikembangkan.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the problems found in group A children at SPS PAUD Melati 1 Gunungbatu, Ciracap District regarding social skills. The alternative problem solving carried out in this research is to use the role playing method. The aim of this research is firstly, to find out how teachers implement the role playing method in improving the social skills of group A early childhood children at SPS PAUD Melati 1 Gunungbatu, Ciracap District, Academic Year 2022/2023. secondly, to find out the results of the teacher's application of the role-playing method to the social skills of group A early childhood children at SPS PAUD Melati 1 Gunungbatu, Ciracap District, Academic Year 2022/2023. This type of research uses Classroom Action Research (PTK) with descriptive-qualitative data analysis techniques. The research results show that there is an increase in children's social skills starting from the pre-cycle, action planning, namely cycle I to cycle II. The expected results were finally achieved in cycle II, namely that there were 80% of children with the Developing According to Expectations (BSH) criteria, 20% were starting to develop and there were no longer any students with the Not Yet Developing (BB) criteria.

Abstract

One of the most important factors that can improve the character of children's discipline is to perform behavior contract techniques on children. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of teachers in building disciplinary character through behavior contract techniques. The data of this study are all ECCE teachers who have applied behavior contract techniques, with a sample of 100 people. The method used in this study is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The method of data collection in this study is the distribution of questionnaires in the form of questions to respondents. Simple linear regression analysis was used as an analysis method in this study. The results explained that the character of discipline had a significant effect on behavior contract techniques, and the effect was 65.2% while 34.8% was influenced by other variables.
