The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of employee relations (variable X1) and Work Discipline (variable X2) on Employee Performance (variable Y). The method used in this research is to use descriptive and associative methods. Data collection techniques used by researchers in this study are through observation, questionnaire interviews, documentation and literature studies. The data analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, including the test of the coefficient of determination and multiple correlation coefficients. The results of the test of the coefficient of determination seen from the value (Adjusted R2) of 0.531 can be interpreted that the impact of employee relations and working discipline on employee performance is equal to 53.1%. The remaining 46.9% is influenced by other factors outside this study. Conclusion, there is a moderate relationship between employee relations and work discipline with employee performance. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap turnover intention ( niat berpindah) karyawan pada perusahaan industri rambut palsu (wig). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Nina Venus Indonusa 2 Kabupaten Sukabumi. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan jenis simple random sampling yang termasuk dalam propotional sampling dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner sebanyak 100 kepada karyawan bagian produksi PT. Nina Venus Indonusa 2 Kabupaten Sukabumi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai Fhitung adalah sebesar 17,350 (>ftabel = 2,36) dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (<0,05). Simpulan, lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention (niat berpindah). Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Turnover Intention

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of locus of control and job stress in increasing employee job satisfaction at PT. FIFGROUP Sukabumi branch. The research method used in this research is quantitative. The data analysis method used is descriptive and associative analysis. The data analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, including the coefficient of determination and multiple correlation coefficients. The results showed that the coefficient of determination test seen from the value (Adjusted R2) of 0.406 means that Locus of Control and Job Stress on employee job satisfaction is 40.6%. The remaining 59.4% is influenced by other factors outside of this study. The test value of the multiple correlation coefficient is seen from the R value of 0.653, which means that there is a moderate relationship between locus of control and job stress and employee job satisfaction. In conclusion, Locus of control and job stress affect employee job satisfaction. In the sense that the better the locus of control that occurs within the company, the job satisfaction of the employees in the company will be good or high and the better the work stress of the employees will also be better in completing their duties. This study aims to determine the method of earnings (profitability) and leverage (solvency) in measuring the level of company health at PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk and PT. Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that it is known that there is one company that is in a healthy condition and one company in an unhealthy condition. Conclusion, companies that are in a healthy condition can better maintain the company's existing system of activities, and for companies that are not healthy, the company must quickly handle or immediately take an action regarding the system of company activities so that the company can be good and be in company condition healthy. The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of service quality and promotion on consumer satisfaction in Tour & Travel companies. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The type of sampling used is random sampling by distributing 79 questionnaires to consumers. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, including the coefficient of determination test, multiple correlation coefficient and simultaneous test (F test). The results of the test of the coefficient of determination seen from the value (Adjusted R2) of 0.151 can be interpreted that the effect of service quality and promotion on consumer satisfaction is 17.2% with 82.8% influenced by other factors not described in this study. Based on the F test the probability value of sig. 0.001 < 0.1, which means that together the value of Service Quality (X1) and Promotion (X2) significantly affect Consumer Satisfaction (Y). In conclusion, the variable service quality (service quality) and promotion have a significant effect simultaneously (simultaneously) on consumer satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of product completeness and visual merchandising on consumer purchasing decisions at PO Restu Mekar, Sukabumi Regency. This research method is descriptive quantitative. This type of sampling is included in the random sampling sample by distributing questionnaires to 90 consumers. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, including the coefficient of determination test, multiple correlation coefficient and simultaneous test (F test). The results showed that the coefficient of determination test seen from the value (Adjusted R2) of 0.940 means that the effect of product completeness and visual merchandising on purchasing decisions is 88% and 12% is influenced by other factors not explained in the study. Based on the F test the probability value of sig 0.00 < 0.01. In conclusion, together the value of product completeness and Visual merchandising have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study is to measure how much influence the Locus of Control and job stress on employee job satisfaction at PT. Indomarco Adiprima, Sukabumi City. The research method used is descriptive and associative methods. The analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, including the test of the coefficient of determination, multiple correlation coefficients and hypothesis testing using a stimulatory test (F test). The results of the test of the coefficient of determination (R2) Locus of Control and Work Stress affect the remaining 40.6% 59.4% influenced by other factors outside the study. Brand loyalty is one concept that plays a very important role in marketing strategies to maintain customers who are loyal to the brand. The purpose of this research is to explain the influence of bran reliability and brand intention as brand trust’s dimension on brand loyalty in the Muslim clothing House Of KAGE Sukabumi. Tehe method that use in this research is descriftive associative and quantitative approaches with multiple linear regression as a data analysis technique. Result of the research shows that the magnitude of the influence of brand trust on brand loyalty in the Muslim clothing House Of KAGE after testing simultaneously and partially have a positif and significant influence. It’s amounted to 11.8%, while the remaining 88.2% are influenced by other variables not examined in this research. Keyword : Brand Trust, Brand reliability, Brand intention, Brand Loyalty.

Financial statements are used as a tool to find out how the financial performance of the company and can produce useful conclusions. This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk, which headlined the 2013-2017 balance sheet and income statement using the common size method. The research method applied in this study is to use descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The results of research conducted indicate the current assets of PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk is not comparable with the short-term liabilities that are borne by the company, this shows the low liquidity of the company, from solvency, the company uses the capital on the assets of most of the liabilities owned, thus decreasing the level of company sovability and can make a low margin of safety for creditor. Judging from the income statement, it shows that the marketing strategy of the company is not good, as seen from the increase in cost of goods sold and making the gross profit margin decrease. For the company's ability to generate profits, the company's net profit margin from year to year has decreased to a loss in 2016-2017. This shows that financial performance has deteriorated because the company's profitability has always declined to the point of loss. This research was conducted to examine the effect of self-efficacy and emotional intelligence on employee performance at PT Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Kebun Cibungur Sukabumi. The method used in this research is an associative method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Kebun Cibungur Sukabumi. The sampling technique used was the method of saturation sampling by distributing questionnaires to 47 employees of the engineering and processing division of PT Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Kebun Cibungur Sukabumi. The results prove that the f-count value is 20.683 (≥ f-table = 3.209) with a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05). So self-efficacy and emotional intelligence simultaneously have a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results also prove that the t-count value of self-efficacy is 3.200 (≥ t-table 2.014) and the t-value of emotional intelligence is 2.991 (≥ t-table 2.014). So it can be concluded that self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on employee performance and emotional intelligence has a significant positive effect on employee performance.Keywords: Self-Efficacy, Emotional Intelligence, Employee Performance
