Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual intelligence and work skills on the performance of employees of Bank BJB Cianjur Branch Office. The method used in this research is descriptive method and associative method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample of 127 employees of Bank BJB Cianjur Branch Office. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The measurement of this study used a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a positive and significant influence between intellectual intelligence on the performance of employees of Bank BJB Cianjur Branch Office of 0.431. (2) there is a positive and significant influence between work skills on the performance of Bank BJB employees at the Cianjur Branch Office of 0.702. (3) there is a positive and significant influence between intellectual intelligence and work skills on employee performance with a very strong interpretation. Based on the calculation results show multiple linear regression equations, as follows: Y = 4.150 + 0.158X1 + 0.567X2. The contribution given by the variable of intellectual intelligence and work skills is 73.3% and the remaining 26.7% is influenced by other factors not included in this study. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze viral marketing and consumer confidence in purchasing decisions. The research method used are descriptive and associative research methods. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation, and literature study. The data analysis technique starts from data compilation, data tabulation to the testing stage, namely using multiple correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination, multiple linear regression, simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test) and partial hypothesis testing (T test). Based on the results obtained, the study showed a positive and significant effect. The results of the f test showed that the independent variables, namely viral marketing and consumer trust, had a positive and significant influence together on the dependent variable, namely purchasing decisions. With a value of Fcount 43,452 > Ftable 1.65. While the results of the coefficient of determination of 0.570 which means that the influence of viral marketing and consumer trust on purchasing decisions is 57% while the remaining 43% is influenced by other factors not examined. The t-test results show that the viral marketing variable has a Tcount of 8.687 > Ttable 1.65 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is a positive and significant influence between viral marketing on purchasing decisions. Then the consumer confidence variable has a Tcount of 6.589> 1.65 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is a positive and significant influence between consumer confidence on purchasing decisions. Abstract

Glostar Indonesia 1 Cikembar is a company engaged in shoes manufacturing. The problems identified at PT. Glostar Indonesia was unachieved target of production that had been set by the company. The problem was predicted to be caused by machine breakdowns during production activities and the lack of awareness as well as sense of responsibility of employees towards the company's goals. The research was aimed at determining the amount of the influence of internal environment towards firm performance as well as finding out the amount of the influence of innovation strategy towards firm performance at PT. Glostar Indonesia 1 Cikembar.Objects of the research were Internal Environment (X1), Innovation Strategy (X2) and Firm Perfromance (Y). The method applied in the research was quantitative with descriptive and associative approach. The technique of sampling used in the research was saturated sampling method (census). Samples taken in the research were amounted to 35 namely the management level of PT. Glostar Indonesia 1 Cikembar consisted of managers and supervisors. The techniques of analzying data used were multiple linear regression analysis including determination coefficient test, multiple linear coefficients, simultaneous (F test) and partial (T test) tests. Based on the results of the research obtained, there is a positive and significant influence from internal environment variable towards firm performance amounted to 0.751. There is also a positive and significant influence from innovation strategy towards firm performance amounted to 0.956. Subsequently, there is a positive and significant influence from both internal environment and innovation strategy in improving firm performance amounted to 0.984 or namely 96.8%; meanwhile, the rest of 0.32 or namely 32% is influence by other factors out of this research. From the above results it can be interpreted that there is a positive and significant influence from internal environment variable and innovation strategy variable in improving firm performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the fundamental analysis in stock valuation as an investment decision during the covid-19 pandemic and the differences calculated from the DDM, PER and PBV methods in the finance sector in the first quarter - fourth quarter 2020. Using a quantitative descriptive research method, with purposive sampling. There are 5 companies that are sampled based on the criteria. The results show that calculated using DDM and PER in the first quarter and fourth quarter, all companies are in the position of undervalued investment decisions, namely buying all company shares. In the second and third quarters, only 1 company was overvalued and the other 4 were undervalued. The investment decision was to sell 1 share and buy 4 company shares. The PBV method for successively every quarter there are 3 undervalued companies and 2 overvalued companies, the decision taken is to buy 3 shares and sell 2 shares. From the results of the comparison of the accuracy between the 3 methods, it shows that the DDM and PBV methods are more accurate because they have low values. Then the results of the one way ANOVA test between the DDM, PER and PBV fundamental analysis methods show the sig value. 0.787 > 0.05, which means that from the three methods there is no significant difference to the market price. Abstract

Ditengan bergulirnya Perkembangan Teknologi yang semakin cepat  dan Modern hal ini sangat berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan ekonomi masyarakat. Pengaruh perekonomian ini tentunya didorong oleh Sektor Industri Kerajinan Bambu yang mampu mendongkrak daya saing Industri Kecil  Menengah (IKM). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan asosiatif, dengan hasil kuantitatif.  dengan 100 Responden industri kerajinan bambu. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Uji validitas, Uji Realibilitas, Uji Normalitas, Koefisien Korelasi, Regresi Linear Berganda, Uji t, Uji F dan Koefisien Determinasi. Dari hasil penenelitian ini menunjukan bahwa orientasi pelanggan Berpengaruh Signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pemasaran, dan Strategi promosi juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja pemasaran. Abstract

Saat ini mie instan ialah salah satu makanan yang terkenal dan disukai oleh masyarakat diseluruh  dunia salah satunya di Indonesia sebagai pengganti makanan pokok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kepuasan konsumen dan pencarian variasi terhadap perpindahan merek pada mie instan. Variabel dalam penelitian ini yaitu kepuasan konsumen dan  pencarian variasi sebagai variabel bebas, perpindahan merek sebagai variabel terikat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 400 masyarakat Kota Sukabumi yang pernah mengkonsumsi mie instan Gaga 100 dan diambil menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dengan dibantu aplikasi pengolah data SPSS versi 26. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan konsumen terhadap perpindahan merek dan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pencarian variasi terhadap perpindahan merek pada mie instan Gaga 100 di Kota Sukabumi. Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis risiko bisnis, ukuran perusahaan, dan pertumbuhan penjualan terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada sub sektor hotel, restoran, dan pariwisata yang terdaftar diBEI, rentang waktu yang digunakan ialah triwulan 1 sampai triwulan 4 ditahun 2020. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 10 perusahaan ditentukan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Guna memperoleh hasil penelitian maka penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa metode berupa Uji Hipotesis, Uji Koefisien Determinasi, Uji Regresi Linear Berganda, serta Uji t dan Uji f. Terdapat hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu risiko bisnis tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, dan pertumbuhan penjualan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. sementara itu Risiko Bisnis, Ukuran Perusahaan, dan Pertumbuhan penjualan secara simultan berpengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Variabel Risiko Bisnis, Ukuran Perusahaan, dan Pertumbuhan penjualan didapatkan nilai Koefisien Determinasi dengan pengaruh sebesar 41% terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Sedangkan 59% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak ada dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Risiko Bisnis, Ukuran Perusahaan, Pertumbuhan Penjualan, dan Kinerja Perusahaan

Abstract

Penelitian ini dibuat untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmeni kerja, kepercayaan karyawan dan komunikasi kerja terhadapi loyalitas karyawan. Peneliti menggunakani metode deskriptif dan asosiatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif di dalam penelitian ini. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan sampling jenuhi atau sensus, dalam penelitian ini peneliti mengambil sampel sebanyak 38 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisen korelasi ganda, uji koefisien determinasi, uji secara parsial (uji t) dan uji secara simultan (uji f). Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji koefisieni determinasi yang dilihat dari nilai (R Square) sebesar 0,151 dapat diartikan bahwa hubungan antara komitmen kerja, kepercayaan karyawan dan komunikasi kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan. terhadap hubungan sebesar 15,1%. Berdasarkan hasilnya dalam uji koefisien korelasi ganda dari nilai R sebesar 0,389 yang mengartikan bahwa terdapat adanya hubungan rendah antara variabel komitmen kerja,kepercayaan karyawan, komunikasi kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan. komitmen kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Kepercayaan karyawan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Dan komunikasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Abstract

Berdasarkan penjajakan bekerja dari rumah merupan suatu tindakan yang efektif pada saat covid-19 ini, ada beberapa perusahaan yang sudah menjalankan pekerjaan dari rumah akan tetapi bekerja dari rumah tidak akan stabil karena meraka keterbatasan dalam alat-alat bekerja. Dan akan menimbulkan terjadinya stres kerja karena adanya suatu permintaan produk yang tinggi sehingga membuat karyawan mendapatkan tekanan dalam bekerja itu akan menyebabkan produktivitas menjadi menurun. Namun terdapat permasalahan pada hasil penelitian ini yaitu karyawan tidak mampu mampu memenuhi target yang sudah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh work from home, pengelolaan stres kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif dan asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunkan teknik probability sampling yaitu simple random sampling, sampel yang diambil dari penelitian ini sebanyak 77 orang karyawan PT. Sarandi Karya Nugraha, Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis regresi linier berganda, koefesien korelasi ganda, uji koefesien determinasi, dan uji secara parsial (Uji-t). Hasil Penelitian dengan menggunkan uji koefesien determinasi yang dilihat dari (R Square) sebesar 0,363 dapat diartikan bahwa hubungan antara work from home dan pengelolaan stres kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan termasuk hubungan yang kuat 36,3% dan % ditentukan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Bersarkan uji koefesien korelasi ganda yang dilihat dari R sebesar 0,602% dapat diartikan bahwa adanya hubungan yang kuat antara work from home dan pengelolaan stres kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an increase or not on the financial performance of the property, real estate and building construction sector which conducted in IPO 2017 on the Indonesia stock exchange. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method with a descriptive analysis approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique with predetermined criteria. Of the 6 issuers conducting IPOs in 2017, there were 4 companies selected as research samples. Data collection techniques in this research is the study of literature and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this study are horizontal analysis with liquidity ratios, activities, solvency and profitability using the CR, cash ratio, TATO, DER, LTDtER, ROA, and ROE models. The result of this study indicate an increase and decrease in financial performance after the IPO in each sample if measured using CR, cash ratio, TATO, DER LTDtER, ROA and ROE.
