Abstract

Competition cannot be avoided anymore, so the quality of graduates of human resources is often questioned in the world of work. Accounting colleges in Indonesia since the late 1980s have been questioned about their reliability in producing financial and business professionals in the face of the 4.0 industrial revolution and the era of economic globalization of the century. PPA is very important for students in accounting study programs because PPA can contribute to becoming a professional accountant. Students' interest in participating in PPA is the interaction of various factors that influence it, one of which is motivation. Based on the test results of "t" of each independent variable (Quality Motivation, Career Motivation and Economic Motivation) it is known that "t" count> "t" table, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means that there is a positive and significant influence individually. Between independent variables (Quality Motivation, Career Motivation and Economic Motivation) on the dependent variable (Student Interest in PPA). Based on the F test, the F value calculated for F count: 75.337> F table 2.74 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that the model is a fit model. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.759 means that 75.9% of the variation in the dependent variable (Student Interest in PPA) can be explained by independent variables (Quality Motivation, Career Motivation and Economic Motivation).

Abstract

This research aims to find out: 1) The influence of work motivation on the performance performance of Patra Hotel and Convention Semarang employees. 3) Effect of work environment on the performance of Patra Hotel and Convention Semarang employees. 4) The effect of work discipline on the performance of Patra Hotel and Convention Semarang employees. The population in this study were 150 employees of Patra Hotel and Semarang Convention. The sample of Patra Hotel and Convention Semarang employees 2) The influence of leadership on the of this study were 60 employees of Patra Hotel and Convention Semarang. The results found that: 1) Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance (β) 0.388 with a sig value of 0,000 <0.05. 2) Leadership has a significant effect on employee performance (β) 0,277 with sig value 0,001 <0,05 3.) Work environment has a significant effect on employee performance of (β) 0,256 with sig value 0,000> 0,05. 4) Work Discipline has a significant effect on employee performance of (β) 0.382 with sig 0.002 <0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi harga, promosi, kualitas pelayanan, produk dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian menggunakan layanan Aplikasi Go-Jek di Kota Semarang. Menggunakan desain penelitian kausal dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang pernah menggunakan layanan Aplikasi Go-Jek. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu harga promosi, kualitas pelayanan, produk, dan citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan menggunakan jasa.

Abstract

Pada saat ini, beberapa perusahaan melakukan adaptasi untuk menghadapi era new normal demi mengembalikan eksistensinya. Tujuan dari penelitianniniIadalah untukkmengetahuii pengaruh Store environment, price discount, sales promotion, dan In-store display terhadapp keputusannImpulse Buying pada PT. Matahari Departement Store Kota Semarang di Era New Normal. Jeniss penelitiann inii adalah deskriptiffkuantitatiff. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen atau pelanggan yang melakukan pembelian di Matahari Departement Store Kota Semarang. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 80 sampel dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Teknikkanalisis yanggdigunakannyaitu analisis regresiilinier berganda. Hasillpenelitiannini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Store Environment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan Impulse Buying. Price Discount berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan Impulse Buying. Sales Promotion berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan Impulse Buying. In-store display berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan Impulse Buying.

Abstract

Abstract. Firm Value is an investor's perception of a company's level of success which is often linked to share prices. Firm value is investors' perception of a company which is reflected in its stable share price in the long term. Firm value is proxied by Price Book Value (PBV), which is the comparison between the share price and the book value per share. This research aims to examine the effect of profitability on firm value in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. The population in this research is 81 property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2020-2022. The sample in this study used the Purposive Sampling method so that a sample of 15 issuers was obtained. The variables in this research are Profitability, Leverage, Debt Policy, Liquidity, and Firm Value. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that the profitability variable has no significant effect on Firm Value, the leverage variable has no significant effect on Firm Value, the debt policy variable has no significant effect on Firm Value, the liquidity variable has a significant effect on Firm Value. For investors and potential investors, to look more carefully at market conditions and examine more closely the financial reports submitted by issuers (companies) before making investments, especially in relation to the amount of debt, in making debt policies, companies must pay more attention to liquidity and business risk factors.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk pengaruh literasi keuangan dan pengetahuan investasi terhadap minat investasi mahasiswa STIE SEMARANG kepada Galeri Investasi STIE SEMARANG. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa di STIE SEMARANG angkatan 2020-2022 yang terdiri atas 1.632 yang terdiri atas 1.632 Mahasiswa yang terdiri dari 1.308 mahasiswa prodi manajemen dan 324 mahasiswa akuntansi. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan sampel 95 responden. Variabel bebas (Independen) dalam penelitian ini adalah literasi keuangan (X1) dan pengetahuan investasi (X2) dan yang menjadi variabel terikat (dependen) adalah : minat investasi (Y). Analisis data dilakukan dengan pengujian asumsi klasik dengan menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil uji asumsi klasik diketahui bahwa data yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini terdistribusi normal, tidak terdapat multikolinieritas serta bebas dari heterokesdastisitas. Hasil penelitian bernilai t hitung literasi keuangan adalah 6,890 > t-tabel 1,98609. Tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000 sedangkan level of significance (taraf signifikansi) sebesar 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel literasi keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat investasi, nilai t hitung pengetahuan inevstasi adalah 2,832 > 1,98609 t-tabel. Tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,006 sedangkan level of significance (taraf signifikansi) sebesar 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengetahuan investasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat inevstasi. Angka koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,431. Hal ini berarti bahwa variabel literasi keuangan dan pengetahuan inevstasi mempunyai peranan 43,1% secara bersama-sama untuk dapat menjelaskan atau menerangkan variabel minat investasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh informasi arus kas operasi, arus kas investasi, arus kas pendanaan, laba kotor, ukuran perusahaan, Retun On Asset (ROA), dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap return saham pada perusahaan yang masuk dalam daftar LQ45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2018-2022.Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan sampel 21 perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Pengumpulan data dengan dokumentasi menggunakan media cetak. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa arus kas operasi, arus kas investasi, arus kas pendanaan, laba kotor, ukuran perusahaan, Retun On Asset (ROA), dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham dengan nilai signifikan > 0,05.

Abstract

The research objective is to analyze the effect of work design, organizational culture and work motivation on the performance of village officials; analyze the effect of work design and organizational culture on work motivation; analyze the effect of work design on the performance of village apparatus through work motivation; analyze the effect of organizational culture on the performance of village apparatus through work motivation. The population of this study were all village officials in the Wirosari District, Grobogan Regency, with BUMDES management activities not running, namely 63 village officials from a number of 9 villages. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample. Therefore, the number of samples taken was also 63 village officials. Data analysis techniques using smartpls. The results of the study found that all hypotheses had a positive and significant direct effect, except for work design on facilitator performance. In the mediation hypothesis, work motivation is able to mediate the influence of work design and the performance of village apparatus, but is unable to mediate the influence of organizational culture and the performance of village apparatus.

Abstract

This study explores the association between employee preparedness to adopt technology in halal retailing and manufacturing industries, and halal supplier service quality on halal logistics performance. In this study, quantitative research was undertaken by gathering random sample data from 300 respondents working in Indonesian halal industries and suppliers. Inter-correlation analysis with SmartPLS was utilized to examine the extent to which employees' preparedness to accept technology in the halal retailing and manufacturing industries, as well as the quality of halal service suppliers, influence halal logistics performance. The findings of this study show that the willingness to employ technology in the retail halal business, as well as the quality of halal service suppliers, have a substantial impact on halal logistics performance. Meanwhile, technology readiness in the halal sector has a major influence on halal logistics performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Trust, Price, Promotion on Customer Satisfaction. The research method used is a quantitative method. The research results show that the Trust variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a t- count value of 4.656 > t-table 2.008 (sig=0.001<0.05) The Price variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a t-count value of 2.297 > t-table 2.008 (sig=0.003<0.05). The promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a t-count value of 3.109 > t-table 2.008 (sig=0.003<0.05). This model is said to be feasible or fit with an F-count value of 4.947 > F-table 2.79 (sig=0.004 <0.05). The R2 value obtained is 0.739, which means that the trust, price and promotion variables have a role of 73.9% together in being able to explain or explain the Customer Satisfaction variable. Trust has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction of Shopee application users among STIE SEMARANG students. Price has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction of Shopee application users among STIE SEMARANG students. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction of Shopee application users among STIE SEMARANG students.
