Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of company image, service quality and price perception on repurchase intention among Aston Pluit Hotel & Residence consumers in Jakarta. The sampling technique used is probability sampling with the technique taken being accidental sampling. The results of the t test show that the t value for company image is 7.868 > t-table 1.984, then the t value for service quality is 2.838 > t-table 1.984 and the t value for price perception is -1.960 < t-table 1.984. The results of testing the feasibility of the model with a significant level are 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that the model is a suitable model or fit to be used. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 0.863 means that repurchase interest can be explained by company image, service quality and price perception.

Abstract

Kesadaran finansial dan berkomuinikasi merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam keberlangsungan UMKM. Pelaku UMKM masih menghadapi kendala dalam pengelolaan keuangan dan berkomunikasi, seperti pencatatan transaksi yang kurang rapi, pencampuran keuangan pribadi dengan usaha, serta keterbatasan akses terhadap Lembaga keuangan formal, respon lambat dan tidak konsisten, lemahnya kemampuan dalam digital serata kurang terampil dalam negosiasi. Kondisi ini menjadi dasar pemilihan topik pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan fokus pada peningkatan literasi keuangan dan cara berkomunikasi yang baik bagi UMKM mitra PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) di Kecamatan Kendal Kota, Kabupaten Kendal. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran finansial dan berkomunikasi sehingga pelaku UMKM mampu mengelola keuangan usaha secara lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan serta dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik. Metode yang digunakan adalah edukatif partisipatif melalui ceramah interaktif, studi kasus, simulasi pencatatan keuangan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada pengetahuan dan perilaku keuangan dan cara berkomunikasi peserta. Skor rata-rata pengetahuan dan sikap meningkat. peserta mampu menyusun laporan arus kas sederhana dan berkomunikasi dengan baik dalam hal untuk negosiasi serta promosi. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa metode edukatif partisipatif efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran finansial dan berkomunikasi yang baik bagi UMKM. Hasil pengabdian ini penting sebagai dasar pengembangan program literasi keuangan dan cara berkomunikasi yang baik serta lebih luas untuk penguatan akses pembiayaan formal dan komunikasi sebagai media promosi untuk UMKM.

Abstract

Recent research on leadership underscores digital leadership has a role to play in encouraging innovation within MSMEs. However, a gap persists in the previous research the presence and influence of digital leadership. To address this, our study integrates the resource-based approach and social information processing theory for explore how digital entrepreneurial orientation shapes the relationship between digital leadership and exploratory innovation. Through phased data collection from 200 employees and 20 leaders, our results indicate that (a) digital leadership positively influences exploratory innovation, and (b) digital entrepreneurial orientation serves as a mediator in this relationship. This research not only advances the field of organizational digitalization but also deepens the understanding of how digital leadership connects to exploratory innovation. The findings offer significant theoretical contributions to the field of leadership studies and practical recommendations for industry practitioners.

Abstract

This study examines the role of data-driven innovation capabilities (DDIC) and marketing agility (MA) in enhancing competitive advantage (CA) among SMEs in Central Java. Using a quantitative approach and PLS-SEM analysis, the research tests two main hypotheses regarding the influence of DDIC on MA and the effect of MA on CA. The findings reveal that DDIC significantly strengthens MA, which subsequently improves firms’ competitive advantage. These results highlight the strategic importance of leveraging data, technology, market orientation, and organisational adaptability in responding to market dynamics. The study also emphasises that firms must invest in digital infrastructure and talent capabilities to fully optimize data-driven innovation efforts. Although limited by its geographical scope and selected variables, the research provides avenues for future studies, including incorporating objective performance indicators and conducting cross-cultural comparisons to enhance generalizabilityÂ
