Abstract

The virtual era requires artists to be more developed in their work and also be able to apply their work to virtual media. UPT Taman Budaya as a place where artists show their existence which will later be uploaded through the YouTube account of UPT Taman Budaya, namely Cak Durationm, in this case UPT Taman Budaya helps artists to continue to develop through virtual event performances in the Cak Duration building. By using direct observation techniques in the field, the author is assisted by employees. The author as an internship student at UPT Taman Budaya participates in helping virtual event activities during the internship, and the author also provides suggestions and solutions to promote the virtual event through promotional advertisements on social media belonging to UPT Taman Budaya

Abstract

The teaching campus is one of the programs from Merdeka Learning Merdeka Campus (MBKM) to assist the learning process in elementary and junior high schools in various parts of the country, especially in the 3T area. This program is based on the fact that learning has not been implemented effectively during the Covid-19 pandemic which has caused learning loss for students. Considering the 3T area, many people are in the lower middle economic class, not everyone has a smart smartphone . One of them is at the AL Falah Kraton Pasuruan Middle School who experienced this problem and required him to organize a learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic with the permission of the Pasuruan Regency Education Office along with the requirements of strict health protocols and have carried out dose one and two vaccinations. Based on these problems, the presence of campus students teaching at SMP AL Falah Kraton Pasuruan can help contribute to conducting effective learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The programs held include focusing on developing a literacy and numeracy culture, adapting technology and school administration. The research method used is a qualitative approach and data collection techniques are carried out by observation and documentation techniques.

Abstract

Pemerintah telah menggerakkan program Gerakan Literasi Sekolah (GLS) sejak tahun 2015, yang diatur pada PerMendikbud No.23 Tahun 2015 tentang pertumbuhan Budi Pekerti. Literasi dan numerasi merupakan kompetensi mendasar yang memiliki peranan penting dalam menentukan kualitas suatu bangsa. Kampus Mengajar yang merupakan salah satu program kebijakan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) datang untuk memberi solusi, Adapun kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam program Kampus Mengajar adalah membantu mengajar, membantu adaptasi teknologi, dan membantu administrasi sekolah. Mahasiswa Kampus Mengajar berfokus peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran dan kemampuan numerasi serta literasi pada siswa Sekolah Dasar (SD) atau Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP). Salah satunya di SD Negeri 1 Kedungkumpul, Kecamatan Sukorame, Kabupaten Lamongan. Kegiatan ini memberikan hasil pengalaman yang belum tentu didapat bagi mahasiswa melalui bangku perkuliahan. Implementasi kegiatan Kampus Mengajar dapat memberikan modal terhadap mahasiwa untuk menjadi diri yang memiliki loyalitas dan dedikasi yang tinggi pada negara melalui pendidikan, mahasiswa juga dapat menambah wawasan dan pengalaman di luar perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Mendikbud) Republik Indonesia, membuat sebuah program yang digunakan sebagai terobosan baru yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi lulusan, baik soft skill maupun hard skill. Program tersebut diberi nama Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM). Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka memiliki beberapa program, salah satunya yaitu Kampus Mengajar. Terdapat tiga tujuan adanya kampus mengajar yakni membantu proses pengajaran di Sekolah Dasar (SD) atau Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP), membantu administrasi, membantu adaptasi teknologi. Salah satu sekolah yang menjadi lokasi dilaksanakannya program kampus mengajar angkatan 3 yaitu SDN Kepuhpandak 2, Kecamatan Kutorejo, Kabupaten Mojokerto, Provinsi Jawa Timur. Kegiatan Kampus Mengajar juga digunakan oleh mahasiswa untuk menambah wawasan serta pengalaman baru dimana yang tidak didapatkan di lingkup perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Program pemerintah dalam kegiatan MBKM ( Merdeka Belajar- Kampus Merdeka) dimana salah satu programnya yakni program Kampus Mengajar yang dibuat untuk meningkatkan dan meratakan pendidikan di Indonesia khususnya di daerah plosok atau daerah-daerah terpencil 3T di Indonesia. Dalam kegiatan kampus mengajar ini mengutamakan 4 aspek yaitu meliputi literasi, numerasi, adaptasi teknologi dan administrasi sekolah. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, tujuan dari penelitian ini yang dilakukan adalah mengamati pengaruh dari program yang telah dibuat untuk mewujudkan salah satu aspek kampus mengajar khususnya pada literasi siswa di SMP Roudlotussalam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan instrument kuesioner dengan responden siswa kelas VII dan VIII. Hasil penelitian bahwa dengan adanya program “Ayo Membaca!” efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi Bahasa siswa-siswi di SMP Roudlotussalam

Abstract

Kampus Mengajar is one of the activities of Merdeka Belajar Kampus Mengajar (MBKM) which is engaged in teaching activities. Kampus Mengajar has three main objectives, namely improving literacy and numeracy, adapting technology and assisting administration in schools. This research focuses on efforts to improve literacy and numeracy in elementary schools that have 3T criteria (Lagged, Outermost, and Frontier). The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The target public elementary school is SDN Darungan 02 as the research subject. The object of the research is an effort to improve literacy and numeracy at SDN Darungan 02, Tanggul, Jember Regency. Data collection using observation and documentation techniques. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the process of increasing literacy and numeracy by using the consistency learning method in practicing reading, discussing, counting and showing learning videos has a positive impact on students in improving literacy and numeracy skills. The Kampus Mengajar Program also encourages students to evaluate and map literacy and numeracy learning outcomes by carrying out a pretest and posttest for the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM), especially for grade 5. The AKM assessment also aims to make students accustomed to taking tests using computers/laptops.

Abstract

Abstrak Pandemi COVID-19 menjadi dua keadaan yang menguntungkan dan merugikan bagi keberadaan UMKM. Hal yang merugikan termasuk menjadi tantangan dalam keberadaan UMKM, perlu keseriusan dalam pengelolaan UMKM kedepannya agar menjadi garda terdepan dalam peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat. Hal yang menguntungkan dapat diartikan sebagai jangka panjang sehingga menjadi peluang bagi masyarakat untuk menambah lapangan pekerjaan dan mengurangi jumlah pengangguran. UMKM di Kabupaten Tuban mengalami beberapa kendala, diantaranya masih kurangnya pemasaran dan juga produksi terhambat dikarenakan situasi saat ini yang tidak menentu. Untuk menganlisis permasalahan yang dihadapi UMKM maka peneliti menggunakan teori pemberdayaan, dan juga pembangunan ekonomi. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan melakukan observasi patisipan, pengumpulan data wawancara secara mendalam terhadap informan. Kemudian teknik analisis data menerapkan analisis interactive model, dimana seluruh data di uji akan kebenaran dan kecocokkannya dengan maksud instrument pembuktiannya. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa pemberdayaan UMKM di Desa Mojomalang belum optimal. Hal tersebut disebabkan dua faktor yaitu tidak ada pendampingan untuk pengembangan UMKM dari pemerintah Desa Mojomalang dan belum terdapat produk unggulan yang menjadi ciri khas Desa Mojomalang.Kata Kunci: UMKM, Pemberdayaan, Stabilitas ekonomi, Pembangunan Ekonomi,Abstrac The COVID-19 pandemic has become two conditions that are beneficial and detrimental for the existence of MSMEs. Disadvantages include being a challenge in the existence of MSMEs, it is necessary to be serious in managing MSMEs in the future so that they become the front line in improving the community's economy. Profitability can be interpreted as a long term so that it becomes an opportunity for the community to add jobs and reduce the number of unemployed. MSMEs in Tuban Regency experience several obstacles, including the lack of marketing and also hampered production due to the current uncertain situation. To analyze the problems faced by MSMEs, the researchers used the theory of empowerment, as well as economic development. The research method uses descriptive qualitative by conducting participant observations, collecting in-depth interview data with informants. Then the data analysis technique applies interactive model analysis, where all data is tested for correctness and compatibility with the purpose of the proof instrument. The results of this study stated that the empowerment of MSMEs in Mojomalang Village was not optimal. This is due to two factors, namely there is no assistance for the development of MSMEs from the Mojomalang Village government and there are no superior products that characterize Mojomalang Village. Abstract

Based on the Surabaya Mayor Regulation Number 5 of 2013 concerning Guidelines for the Use of Information and Communication Technology in the Implementation of Regional Government, that in each agency making innovations which utilizes information and communication technology in providing services based on convenience for users; without barriers between one institution and another; transparent and the availability of public information; fairness; accountable; and service standardization. But in reality many teachers have difficulty in using it. This study aims to describe the application of the SIAGUS application at SMPN 52 Surabaya along with its supporting and inhibiting factors. This type of research is using descriptive qualitative. The focus of his research uses the theory of indicators of successful implementation of e-government based on the results of a study from the Harvard JFK School of Government namely Support, Capacity, and Value. The results of this study indicate that the application of the SIAGUS application at SMPN 52 Surabaya is quite good when viewed from the indicators of Support, Capacity, and Value but there are still teachers who do not understand how to use the SIAGUS application so that in-depth assistance is needed by forming small groups and additional appointments. operators to be included in the group. In addition, server errors were also encountered so that there was a need for repairs or additional capacity on the central server at the Surabaya City Education Office.AbstrakBerdasarkan Peraturan Walikota Surabaya Nomor 5 Tahun 2013 tentang Pedoman Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi dalam Penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan Daerah bahwa dalam tiap instansi membuat inovasi yang memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam memberikan pelayanan yang berasaskan pada kemudahan bagi pemgguna; tanpa jarak antara satu instansi dengan instansi lain. Namun pada kenyataannya banyak guru yang mengalami kesulitan dalam menggunakannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai penerapan aplikasi SIAGUS di SMPN 52 Surabaya berserta dengan faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Fokus penelitiannya menggunakan teori indikator keberhasilan penerapan e-government berdasarkan hasil kajian dari Harvard JFK School of Government yaitu Support, Capacity, dan Value. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan aplikasi SIAGUS di SMPN 52 Surabaya cukup baik apabila dilihat dari indikator Support, Capacity, dan Value namun juga masih ditemukan guru yang kurang paham dalam menggunakan aplikasi SIAGUS sehingga perlu dilakukan pendampingan secara mendalam dengan cara membentuk kelompok kecil dan penunjukan tambahan operator untuk dimasukkan ke dalam kelompok tersebut. Selain itu juga ditemui server eror sehingga perlu adanya perbaikan atau penambahan kapasitas pada server pusat di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Surabaya.

Abstract

Rehabilitating uninhabitable houses that are still scattered in the city of Surabaya by looking at what things often happen when the program is running well. from program implementers to beneficiaries who in this program work together in the implementation process. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this study were the head of the rehabilitation section for uninhabitable houses, hot tofu program assistants in the field, and beneficiaries of the hot tofu program. The research instrument is the researcher himself. Data collection techniques are interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the interactive analysis technique. The theory used in this study uses the opinion put forward by Van Meter Van Horn, which consists of six variables, namely policy size, and objectives, resources, characteristics of implementing agents, attitudes of implementers, inter-organizational communication and the socio-political environment. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Hot Tofu program in rehabilitating uninhabitable houses in the city of Surabaya is going well even though there are several problems, namely, regarding human resources and material resources or materials used for building houses, this is what finally slowing down the development process so that it is often not in accordance with the scheduled time.

Abstract

Public service is one of the essential things in human life. Until now, public services in Indonesia still have many deficiencies, and this situation has also caused Indonesian public services to receive a lot of criticism from the public. Therefore, the Surabaya City Government decided to reform the population and registration system called the New Generation Klampid (KNG). The purpose of this research is to describe the New Generation of Klampid (KNG) in optimizing the quality of service in Surabaya and taking place in the Boyfriend Village. This research uses qualitative method and descriptive type. The selected informants in this study consisted of structural officials and residents. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the New Generation Klampid (KNG) program to improve service optimization in Surabaya is running quite well. This is demonstrated by the existence of innovations that bring more benefits to people who wish to register for population administration and civil registration. Even though the lack of socialization still causes some people not to know about technology
