Technological developments in this decade have made online trading increasingly popular, especially among young people, namely students, where they can invest with minimal capital and learn to understand global economic developments. PT Agrodana Futures as a verified company can be a forum for students to invest early on. This research also aims to analyze the influence of independent variables in the form of benefits and services on students' online trading interest. The population in the study were UKDC students with a sample of 50 active students majoring in UKDC management. The type of research used is quantitative research using a questionnaire as a research instrument. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling or objective sampling. In this research, data processing uses SPSS version 25. Based on the results of data processing, it is said that all statement items are declared valid and all variables are declared reliable, and the classical assumption test is met. Based on the T test results, it can be concluded that services and benefits have a significant influence on student interest in Online Trading.

The development of communication technology causes smartphones to dominate the market, especially Chinese smartphone products. The number of Chinese products in the market is due to cheap and affordable prices, but not accompanied by good quality so that the Indonesian people already have their own views on Chinese products. However, Xiaomi as one of the mobile phone manufacturers from China in fact managed to become one of the kings of the smartphone market in Indonesia, this is because the price is affordable. This study aims to analyze interest and purchase decisions through price, quality and innovation. The results of data processing proved that all statement items were valid and all variables were reliable. The results showed that interest and purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in East Surabaya through price, quality and innovation were said to be moderate. Subsequent results show consumer interest and purchase decisions due to price and product quality, while innovation is not the cause of interest and purchase decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in East Surabaya, but purchasing decisions are due to price and product quality through interest first

The Covid-19 virus pandemic has had an impact on the business world where one of those that has felt the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic is the hotel and tourism industry in Surabaya. The government is anticipating an increase in the Covid-19 pandemic by imposing New Normal, including in Surabaya. This implementation has made the hospitality industry, which initially declined due to Covid-19, is now experiencing an increase. One of them is the Mercure Surabaya Grand Mirama Hotel. This hotel has experienced a decrease in the number of consumers in 2020 and 2021, but consumers will increase in 2022. The research objective is to analyze buying interest and purchasing decisions at the Mercure Surabaya Grand Mirama Hotel through product and price. The results of data processing prove that all statement items are valid, and all variables are reliable. The results of the study show that buying interest and purchasing decisions at the Mercure Surabaya Grand Mirama Hotel through product and price are said to be moderate. The next results show buying interest and purchasing decisions due to product and price, while buying interest is not the cause of purchasing decisions at the Mercure Hotel Surabaya Grand Mirama.

Persaingan antar industri perhotelan di Jakarta sangat ketat. Hal ini disebabkan olehpendirian hotel baru dan bentuk akomodasi lainnya selama dekade terakhir. Hotel GoodrichSuites Jakarta merupakan hotel bintang 5 yang benar-benar menghadapi persaingan ketat ini,karena dekat dengan banyak hotel bintang empat dan lima. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmenganalisis pengaruh variabel independen yaitu periklanan, promosi, dan hubunganmasyarakat terhadap keputusan menginap tamu di Hotel Goodrich Suites. Populasi padapenelitian adalah tamu yang menginap di Hotel Goodrich Suites dan sampel yang digunakansebanyak 75 orang. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dikatakan semua item pernyataandinyatakan valid dan semua variabel dinyatakan reliabel, serta uji asumsi klasik terpenuhi.Berdasarkan hasil uji t dapat dikatakan iklan tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusanmenginap tamu di Hotel Goodrich Suites, sedangkan promosi dan hubungan masyarakatberpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan tamu menginap di Hotel Goodrich Suites

Difabel merupakan individu yang berbeda, mereka memiliki keterbatasan. Keterbatasan yang dimikiki difabel bisa berupa fisik atau mental, dan bisa juga keduanya. Keterbatasan tersebut bukan berarti difabel tidak mampu melakukan aktivitas, namun keterbatasan tersebut membutuhkan pendampingan oleh non-difabel agar mampu beraktivitas. Kemampuan tersebut seolah tersembunyi dan akan muncul pada saat dilakukan pendampingan untuk aktivitas tertentu. Dengan pendampingan, maka difabel akan diberdayakan untuk melakukan aktivitas tertentu. Hal ini disadari oleh Tim dosen dari Universitas Katolik Darma Cendika yang telah melakukan pengembangan IPTEK untuk dilakukan oleh difabel. Pengembangan IPTEK tersebut merupakan penyederhanaan proses produksi dan kolaborasi dengan non-difabel. Tujuan dari pengembangan IPTEK tersebut agar difabel mampu melakukan aktifitas bersama non-difabel untuk memproduksi komponen kursi dari material bambu. Bambu merupakan tanaman yang mudah dijumpai dimana-mana serta memiliki banyak manfaat. Pemberdayaan dilaksanakan melalui metode pelatihan dengan pendekatan pendampingan, pelatihan dan praktek secara langsung. Pendampingan dilakukan oleh Tim dosen, Guru dan Mahasiswa. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan memperagakan cara kerja selanjutnya praktek langsung diikuti oleh difabel. Pendamping akan membantu dan memperbaiki kesalahan yang dikerjakan oleh difabel. Dengan demikian difabel akan tahu kesalahan dan melakukan yang benar. Metode ini dilakukan untuk semua tahapan proses produksi yang akan dikerjakan. Kolaborasi yang terjadi antara difabel dengan non-difabel memiliki peran yang berbeda. Porsi kerja non-difabel lebih banyak dibandingkan difabel. Pekerjaan dengan mesin yang beresiko tidak dikerjakan oleh difabel, hal ini untuk mengurangi resiko kecelakaan kerja. Kesimpulan dari pelatihan ini, difabel ternyata mampu mengikuti pelatihan dan merasa percaya diri karena bermanfaat bagi orang lain. Pelatihan ini telah menghasilkan kursi tunggu tanpa sandaran. Senyum bangga difabel melihat karya mereka telah selesai dan dapat digunakan.

The community service carried out takes the object of stakeholders from the Cempaka EducationCenter Foundation, which is located at Jl. Indokilo RT. 07, RW. 02, Gamoh Hamlet, DayurejoVillage, Prigen District, East Java. Based on the social analysis conducted through theobservation and interview stages, it was found that they were unable to find the right way ofrecording cash disbursements, especially if someone took the money first without bringingevidence in the form of a note. The implementation of this activity is carried out using aparticipatory method in the form of mentoring which requires a commitment from each member torealize independence and sustainability in the implementation of activities. Mentoring activitiesare divided into two stages, namely: (1) the design stage of the temporary bill; and (2) theimplementation phase of the temporary bill form. In the implementation phase there is also anevaluation through feedback from the stakeholders of the Cempaka Education Center Foundationregarding the format of the temporary bill that has been designed. This activity has limited timedue to the Implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) caused by the Covid-19Pandemic. The activity plan for the first phase has been 100% implemented, it is hoped that in thefuture it can be continued with other Financial Report assistance needed by stakeholders of theCempaka Education Center Foundation.

This community service activity aimed to enhance motor skills of people with disabilities. Involving 28 participants from three communities in Semarang and Surabaya, the activity provided training in plywood bending using "F" clamps. Observations showed varying abilities: participants with excessive supervision demonstrated 0.25 normal strength, those without special supervision 0.50, and independent individuals achieved 0.9-1.0. These results indicate that independence in daily activities contributes to better motor skill development. The activity emphasized the importance of balancing protection with opportunities for people with disabilities to develop motor skills through light daily activities.

Higher education in a place of final educationwhich has an important role in creating human resources who are able to compete in the world of work. Business development that is done by students is growing, especiallyin the city of Surabaya. Tecresearch of population was Surabaya students the samples were determinated using the simple random sampling method. Data were collected by means of a questionnaire to 75 responden. The purpose of the research is to determine the interest in doing business is the impact of Self – Efficacy, Motivation and locus of control. The results of study show that interest in doing business is a significant impact of self-ethification, this can be seen from t count3.801>t table 1.99394 and a significant value of 0.00< 0.05 and from the control locus it can be seen from t count -3.081>-1.99394 and the significant value is 0.003<0.05, while motivation has no impacton the interest in doing business, it can be seen from the t count 1.565< t table 1.99394 and the significant value 0.112 > 0.05. So it can be concluded that interest in trying to impact to impact from of self-ethics and locus of control

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh social media marketing, customer experience dan customer trust terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Skintific di Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 75 responden yang merupakan pelanggan Skintific di Surabaya. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan uji statistik: uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, serta uji parsial atau uji t dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25 untuk menguji pengaruh masing-masing variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa social media marketing, Customer experience dan Customer trust berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa dalam konteks Skintific, pelanggan lebih mengutamakan aspek social media marketing, customer experience dan customer trust. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan bagi manajemen pemasaran Skintific dalam mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran mereka dengan lebih menekankan pada penguatan social media marketing, customer experience dan customer trust untuk meningkatkan daya tarik pelanggan sehingga memutuskan untuk membeli
