Abstract

The emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic has made learning to be carried out online. SMK Telkom Banjarbaru is one of the schools that conducts online learning, so teachers or educators only get information through communication media (mobile phones), and information from parents as supervisors for learning at home. Learning is carried out smoothly but there is one obstacle in learning at SMK Telkom Banjarbaru is the lack of information to find out student activities by teachers and parents. One solution is to design an android-based application for student information systems using the User Centered Design (UCD) method. This method focuses on user needs, in this design it is classified into students, teachers, and homeroom teachers. In the final stage of this research, namely testing on the application design, all users can achieve task scenarios in each role with a success percentage of 100% so that the application design can be easily recognized and used.

Abstract

One of the facilities used in distance learning is the Learning Management System (LMS). LMS is a technology in the form of software applications that are used to plan, implement, and assess online learning processes (Alias ​​and Zainuddin, 2005). Distance learning using LMS is a new habit since the covid-19 pandemic. The change in the learning system from offline to online provides a new experience for students. User acceptance attitudes are discussed in the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) by Davis (1989). TAM models that users can accept technology (Setiawan, et al, 2018). Distance Learning is inseparable from instructors, students, and learning content. Interactivity of learning has been discussed in the theory of Student Engagement (Student Involvement) by Moore (1993). Student Engagement is a psychological investment of students in an effort to direct learning which is intended to improve student achievement. Students' experiences in distance learning need to be known in order to recreate teaching and learning interactions (Schlosser and Anderson (1994) in Sherry (1995). Data collection was carried out qualitatively with semi-structured interviews. Data analysis was carried out using thematic coding analysis method. Results from this study, namely the influence of LMS on student experience in distance learning for students is given through the role of LMS and LMS challenges, and the experience of learning interactivity during distance learning is in 3 categories, namely student-to-content interaction, student-to-instructor interaction, and student-to-student interactions.

Abstract

SLBN 1 Palangka Raya is a school that follows technological developments to date. To keep up with current technological developments, the school has developed a website-based media to facilitate the management of new students who register at SLBN 1 Palangka Raya. Website development was developed using the waterfall method, which was chosen because the development process is easy to manage and the steps are systematic. The development process in research begins with interviews, to find out what the needs of the new student admissions website will be. The data obtained in the next step is used to develop the next stage of the process, namely activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, class diagrams, and interface design. The implementation phase is where the algorithm is implemented according to the requirements analysis and design developed previously. The last step is testing with BlackBox testing and user acceptance testing methods used. From the results of testing the system using BlackBox testing which was tested with 29 test cases carried out using two user accounts, namely admin and students, the results of the system that was made could run well according to the needs and functionalities that had been designed at the planning stage. The PPDB website that has been implemented has also been tested for user acceptance by giving a questionnaire to get appropriate results from three criteria, namely Functional Correctness, and Completeness, usability, and Data Conversion, which is given to the new student admissions committee as admin, and also to prospective students who represented by one of the new students at SLBN 1 Palangka Raya. The results obtained from the user acceptance test, the answers to all questions get a percentage of 100% to agree which of the users, namely admin and students answered "YES" in the distributed questionnaire, it can be concluded that these results make the system well received and used by users.

Abstract

The number of work programs in the Department of Information Systems (DSI) Faculty of Computer Science, Universitas Brawijaya is currently not in line with the support of an easy work program monitoring platform. Currently, the monitoring process is carried out using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel which have several weaknesses including data that is not yet fully integrated, an unattractive appearance and difficulty in customizing the platform. Departing from these problems, this research developed a mobile-based monitoring application for departmental work programs. In this study prototyping was used as a development method, this method is very suitable because it prioritizes user needs for the application being developed. The stages of the prototyping method include initial requirements, design, prototyping, customer evaluation, review and update, development, testing and maintenance. From the results of the implementation, testing was carried out using the black box method for all functional requirements of the application, the results of which have gone well according to the desired input and output. While on the user acceptance test questionnaire, the application that has been developed has a user acceptance rate of 93,5% which is entered in very good criteria.

Abstract

Management of activities PAUD Kartika Pradana is still done manually so the process still takes quite a lot of time. One of them is the activity of recording and disseminating activity reports which are still assisted by 2 software. The dissemination of activity reports and announcements made through the Whatsapp group is also often hidden with other messages so that many parents do not read this information. Therefore a solution was made by developing a web-based Kindegarten activity management system to assist activities carried out by the PAUD Kartika Pradana. System development uses the SDLC waterfall model whose consist of needs analysis, system design, system implementation, and system testing. Interviews were conducted with the PAUD Kartika Pradana to get what needs are needed in the system. System development uses the PHP programming language with the help of the Codeigniter 4 framework. Then the system is tested using the black box testing method with equivalence partitioning techniques and user acceptance tests. In addition, the system is also measured to see how far the developed system can solve the problem. The Kindergarten Activity Management System is complete with three main features, namely activity reports, announcements, and file uploads. The test results also prove that the output of the system is as desired and can be used according to its function. The system has also proven that it can solve existing problems.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a form of a productive economy run by middle to lower-class people. There are various benefits derived from the MSME sector, including improving the economy, reducing poverty, providing employment, and leading to the construction of social facilities. It is hoped that MSMEs can be more inclined to be innovative when facing threats and opportunities due to changing situations such as the result of the Covid-19 pandemic. In Indonesia, adaptation steps in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic include the program of providing direct cash assistance to affected MSMEs. The problem that arises in the adaptation carried out by the government is that the MSME data registered with each local village government is not by the actual conditions. This raises other problems for MSMEs that are the target of the program, including the provision of assistance that is not on target. In this case, MSMEs need to adapt so that the problems experienced can be resolved. One that needs this adaptation plan is the MSMEs of Ngijo Village, Malang Regency. Ngijo's MSME problems can be explored by conducting in-depth interviews with MSME managers. After that, the results of the interviews can be analyzed using qualitative and quantitative methods. The identified problem will also be used as a dimension to measure the quality of the solution built and whether it can solve the problem or not. Researchers can draw conclusions that will be used to answer the formulation of the problem in this study such as the data collection process which is still manual using books making it difficult for the UMKM of Ngijo Malang Village to collect data. The transaction process is still carried out individually so it does not guarantee the security of the transaction process. The solution offered to overcome the problems faced by UMKM Ngijo Malang is a digital solution in the form of a website. This website was chosen because it can be accessed easily via an internet browser and is cross-platform compatible. Received an overall rating of 86.28% in the WebQual 4.0 assessment, which shows that website users as an MSME solution are quite effective in helping overcome Ngijo Malang's MSME problems.

Abstract

In Indonesia OLX is the largest platform for promoting online classified ads. This platform can be used by anyone for free by visiting the website and downloading the application. The OLX platform mobile app got several reviews from its users who found the system not what they expected. The location of the ad in the application makes them touch it often, the item they were looking for was not displayed to their expectations, and second-hand promotion that can't appear without explanation. Because of that evaluation of the OLX application is necessary. The method used is usability testing and giving the SUS questionnaire. Usability attributes that will be evaluated are learnability, memorability, efficiency, effectiveness, error, readability, and satisfaction. The effectiveness attribute scores 75% and 100% for the both group and did a little misstep for the error attribute. For efficiency attribute the average participant can complete a task by 3.3% in one second and for the learnability aspect, participants get 1.5x faster when compared to the first use of system. Then the memorability attribute has increased, the average number of steps is 114 to 58 steps. For the readability aspect, the average participant gets a score of 87 for understanding the application content. Then the satisfaction attributes measured using the SUS questionnaire produced a score of 67.9.

Abstract

SMA Negeri Mojoagung telah menerapkan kurikulum merdeka pada kelas X dan akan diterapkan bertahap pada kelas XI dan XII. Karakteristik kurikulum ini adalah sesuai dengan profil siswa Pancasila. Salah satu projek untuk memperkuat profil siswa Pancasila adalah memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk bereksplorasi. Penilaian profil siswa Pancasila menggunakan rubrik deskripsi fase E/F dan berbeda untuk setiap siswa. Namun, pada proses pengelolaan nilai masih dilakukan satu per satu sesuai dengan kompetensi dasar, sementara aktivitas yang dilakukan dalam profil siswa Pancasila berbeda-beda dan belum ada sistem informasi yang mendukung. Penelitian di SMA Negeri Mojoagung bertujuan untuk membuat sistem informasi berbasis website yang mampu membantu dalam proses pengelolaan nilai siswa yang dilakukan oleh guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode SDLC model prototyping. Analisis kebutuhan dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara dan mempelajari buku Panduan Pengembangan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Dalam pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis website ini, terdapat dua aktor, yaitu admin dan pendidik. Perancangan hasil analisis kebutuhan menggunakan UML dan meliputi use case, activity, sequence, dan class diagram. Sistem diimplementasikan menggunakan PHP dan framework Laravel. Pengujian menggunakan metode black box testing jenis validasi dan mendapatkan hasil 100% valid. Hasil pengujian UAT juga mendapatkan hasil 100% bahwa sistem dapat diterima dan digunakan oleh pengguna. Dengan adanya sistem informasi dalam pengelolaan nilai siswa diharapkan dapat membantu dalam manajemen nilai siswa dan memudahkan proses penilaian profil siswa Pancasila yang berbeda-beda.

Abstract

E-Learning merupakan salah satu teknologi yang digunakan saat ini untuk proses pembalajaran jarak jauh. PT XZY saat ini sedang mengembangkan E-Learning untuk memudahkan proses pembelajaran jarak jauh. Permasalahan pada PT XYZ saat ini kesulitan membangun database untuk E-Learning secara tepat dan benar. Oleh karena itu, peneliti mendesain dan membangun database untuk kebutuhan pengembangan E-Learning pada PT XYZ. Peneliti merancang dan membangun database dengan menggunakan metode Database System Development Life Cycle (DSDLC). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membangun sistem database yang dapat diimplementasikan pada E-Learning yang dibangun oleh PT XYZ. Database yang dibangun memiliki kebutuhan diantaranya menyimpan data informasi seperti user dan detail studi program. Peneliti membangun desain database diantaranya dengan menggunakan conceptual, logical, dan pyhsical database design. Peneliti implementasi database menggunakan DMBS MySQL Database. Setelah melakukan implementasi pada DBMS, peneliti melakukan pengujian pada procedure yang sudah diimplementasikan. Metode pengujian menggunakan black-box testing dengan menggunakan teknik unit testing untuk memastikan apakah procedure berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Setelah dilakukan pengujian, presentase kebutuhan berhasil diimplementasi sebesar 100% dan semua procedure berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan.

Abstract

Stunting in children remains a significant global health challenge, particularly in low- and middle-income countries. Addressing this issue requires an effective approach to predicting and preventing inadequate nutritional fulfillment. This study uses the Naïve Bayes approach to forecast nutritional needs for children's growth and development, providing practical information for stunting prevention efforts. The data used were sourced from 174 infant and toddler examinations at the Puskesmas Lawang, involving eight key attributes: gender, age, weight, height, head circumference, pre-screening, vision tests, and nutritional status. Key performance metrics were evaluated to validate the model's predictive capabilities, including accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. Six test scenarios were conducted using different percentages of training data (90%, 80%, 70%, 60%, 50%, and 40%) to evaluate the reliability of the Naïve Bayes method. Results indicated that the highest accuracy of 78.84% was achieved in the sixth test scenario. The third test scenario produced the highest precision at 97.5%, while the highest recall (100%) was observed in the first three scenarios. The highest F-measure of 90.3% occurred in the fourth scenario. These results suggest the algorithm's potential for early detection to decrease the number of stunting children. The study’s implications are twofold: practically, the model can be integrated into health monitoring systems to assist healthcare professionals and policymakers in designing more effective nutrition programs; theoretically, it highlights the adaptability of Naive Bayes for handling complex, multi-dimensional health data.
