Abstract

PT Sampoerna Pagi is a building materials company that is experienced in the field of building materials that guarantee the price and quality of the materials provided. In the direction of the company towards large and complex developments, the needs for information systems and its management that is not integrated becomes an obstacle for the company to progress. The company does not have an information system that facilitates the management of purchasing materials from suppliers, shipping materials from warehouse to stores, to fellow stores, and the history of materials availability in the warehouse. In addition, the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) modules that have not been integrated cause the company to still manage data manually. Thus, the company needs new supply chain management (SCM) modules that are integrated by existing systems in the company's ERP. As a result, the company's activities become longer and prone to mistakes, so the company's activities become ineffective and inefficient, and affect the company's profits. Therefore, we need an Electronic Supply Chain Management (e-SCM) module that is integrated with other ERP modules. To overcome these problems, the author builds a supply chain management system using prototyping methods and laravel framework. The research results obtained a usability score of 72.5. The score is included in the predicate B- which means the score is interpreted as an above average score. Therefore, the system is categorized as a system that is easy to use and well-received by users.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to ameliorate the ongoing learning process in Class ten, Department of Multimedia at the State Vocational School 4 Malang, that is focused on the teacher-centered approach, whereby the teacher is actively involved in sharing information using power media, and the learners are in a receptive mode and only notes down everything. The development of this E-Module, it is expected to increase students' motivation and understanding. The basic development model is the ADDIE model modified by Molenda. The data collection techniques involve instruments in the form of questions Pre-test and Post-test. Data processing techniques using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test and Wilcoxon Test to test hypotheses based on research data obtained. The results of the analysis process show that the development of E-Modules is needed due to the lack of learning media that can support the learning process. The results of the design process are wireframe and the draft Learning Implementation Plan. The results of the development process are videos, E-Module, and the results of the validation on the material, media, and instruments where getting valid average results. The results of the implementation process are in the form of students' pre-test and post-test scores. The results of the evaluation process show high effectiveness and high efficiency based on the results of the average student response questionnaire which was worth 82.77 percent.

Abstract

MBC Paper Shop is a company engaged in retail, selling and buying paper and office stationery (ATK). This company is still carrying out its operational activities manually, so that a problem arises in companies that are in the management of goods, which still use paper for recording, then the irregularity of the officers in keeping the transaction file archives, and making transaction notes is still done manually using paper. note. With these problems, a solution has emerged in the form of developing artifacts, namely goods management information systems that can help solve problems found. Artifact creation is implemented through the SDLC approach with the Waterfall method, on the website platform. In the analysis stage, 17 functional requirements were obtained. At the system design stage by applying OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis and Design), there were 6 controller classes and 4 model classes. In the implementation stage, the system uses the MVC method by implementing the Code Igniter framework as the system architecture. And in the last stage, namely the testing phase, testing the functional validation of the system to the user, the valid results are obtained 100 percent, and in the User Acceptance Testing test for users, 100 percent test results are obtained, that the user has received the system built. In this study, producing artifacts in the form of goods management information systems in warehouses that have features and functions according to user needs and have been tested on users.

Abstract

Education is the right of all Indonesian without exception. The government is obliged to guarantee the implementation of education at the basic level, therefore the government has launched a program called BOS (‘Bantuan Operasional Sekolah'). In its implementation, schools are required to make an accountability report for the use of BOS funds in accordance with government regulations from the education and culture office regarding technical guidelines for the use of BO funds. In reporting the use of BOS funds, several obstacles were encountered, namely frequent delays in reporting which caused the regional coordinator to recap data to be hampered, so that the purpose of this study was to build an information system that could monitor schools so that reports on the use of BOS funds to be more controlled. System development is carried out using the waterfall model. In this study, the problem can be overcome by changing the current business process into a recommendation business process so as to produce functional requirements that will be implemented on a website-based information system whose design uses an object-oriented approach which will be implemented in the system using the PHP framework, CodeIgniter. After the information system built is valid according to user needs, then testing is carried out using user acceptance testing so that the user acceptance index of the system being built is known. Based on this test, the results show that the user accepted the information system and the features in it.

Abstract

Margamulya Puskesmas is one of 56 Puskesmas in Bekasi City. Margamulya Health Center has a vision that Margamulya Health Center "SEHATI" promotes margamulya urban community that is healthy and independent. The puskesmas also has a mission to provide quality and sustainable health services by establishing partnerships with all parties. At the puskesmas there are several problems including registration services that are not yet qualified, data that has not been integrated between poly clinics, managing medical records such as searching, making new medical records that are not according to standards, and making reports that require a long time to become obstacles in making decisions. This study uses the waterfall method in the requirements analysis, design, implementation and testing section. At the design stage using UML diagrams such as flowcharts, class diagrams, analysis classes This study uses codeigniter as a framework for implementation, and uses mysql as a DBMS. For the testing phase of this study using black-box testing, namely validation testing, and also user acceptance testing or UAT. UAT is used to measure user acceptance of the health center management information system that has been built. Validation testing in this study obtained a total of 100% valid in 40 test cases and UAT results obtained an average of 4 users namely 93.75% acceptance index, which means very accepting of the information system that has been developed. UAT is used to measure user acceptance of the puskesmas management information system that has been built.

Abstract

SMP Islam Sabilurrosyad Malang is an educational institution that has human resources, especially teachers. Teachers have an important role in schools with the main task of educating, teaching, guiding, and directing students. In this role, to achieve optimal learning, teachers must be able to improve their performance and professionalism. Improving teacher performance can be improved by making efforts in the form of teacher performance appraisal (PKG). SMP Islam Sabilurrosyad has never conducted teacher performance appraisals before, so it is necessary to seek in-depth information and needs regarding the flow and components of teacher performance appraisals. On the other hand, teacher performance appraisal is needed to improve teacher quality and as a consideration for school principals to determine teacher salaries. This study aims to obtain the flow of teacher performance appraisal and be implemented in a web-based teacher performance appraisal information system. We built a teacher performance appraisal information system using an iterative approach and implemented using the Laravel framework and the Stisla framework. The results of the implementation of the information system are evaluated by conducting validation testing and browser compatibility testing. The validation test results produce valid results in every test case, while the browser compatibility test results show good results and there are no problems in the eight versions of the browser.

Abstract

Vocational High Schools (SMK) have one goal to equip students in dealing with the world of work / industry. Subjects that support the objectives of the Vocational High School (SMK) are Industrial Work Practices (PRAKERIN). State Vocational High School 2 Malang has a problem that is the absence of technology that can help in the process of Industrial Work Practices (PRAKERIN) to monitor the problems faced by students during Industrial Work Practices (PRAKERIN). In practice, the supervisor of the internship program only monitors students about two weeks or once a month which is done manually. This makes it difficult for schools to monitor and find out the obstacles or problems faced by students while attending industrial work activities. The purpose of this study is to facilitate the school to monitoring the problems faced by students while participating in the internship activities using a website-based application. For the development model of the monitoring application, the problem of industrial work practice students using the Evolutionary Prototype. Stages in developing the application of monitoring the problems of students who are prakerin are requirement analysis, design system, implementation system and testing. The results of the development of monitoring apprenticeship students' problems have four users namely admin of SMK Negeri 2 Malang, Teacher Guidance, Field Guidance and Students. The features of the student monitoring application Industrial work practices consist of registers, logins, logouts, user management, group management, student management practices, see student offenders, manage violations, export violations, manage solutions, export solutions. Application testing uses 2 methods, namely black-box testing and user acceptance testing. Black-box testing to find out all the functionalities that have been made are valid and can run well. While user acceptance testing is conducted on 4 respondents with details of 1 respondent as admin, 1 respondent as supervisor, 1 respondent as field supervisor and 1 respondent as student of industrial work practices. User acceptance testing to get feedback directly from each respondent. The results of user acceptance testing to 4 respondents obtained 100% results answered Yes so that applications can be accepted as needed.

Abstract

Currently the face-to-face learning process can no longer be carried out due to the 2019 coronavirus disease (covid-19) pandemic which has spread in Indonesia. The spread of Covid-19 has a major impact, especially on the education sector. The temporary closure of educational institutions is an effort to contain the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic. Teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Merek also experienced the same thing, most of whom were unfamiliar with the use of technology. Habits in the face-to-face learning process make teachers experience many obstacles in teaching online. Some teachers when they try to use technology for the first time are successful, but they forget to repeat the same thing on a different day. This descriptive study is expected to produce an explanation of the results of the analysis based on the exploration carried out. Exploration is carried out by means of interviews to explore teacher experiences during the online distance learning process. The results of the interviews with seven resource persons were then made transcripts and analyzed by thematic coding, in order to obtain the appropriate theme / categorization. It is hoped that this research will produce documentation that can be used to find out what was experienced by the teachers and what technology was used during the online distance learning process. Based on the research that has been done, teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Merek use whatsapp and classroom applications.

Abstract

Learning activities require supervision and attention from the teacher as a facilitator. In general, one of the learning media, e-learning, only able to carry out learning activities without more supervision from the teacher. This can encourage students to do things that should not be done in learning activities, such as plagiarizing or cheating when the exam is carried out. Junior High School of Situbondo 3 as a school that does not have e-learning until this research is carried out, has problems in supervising students during exams. It is not uncommon for students who have below-average achievements to get high score on exams. Based on this problem, the researchers developed an e-learning that is able to detect potential of cheating when online exam is carried out. The method used to detect this potential is the Semantic Textual Similarity (STS) method for essay type exams and Angoff's B-Index method for multiple choice exams. The implemented module produces a value of up to 0,92 on the STS method and the right detection on the Angoff B-Index method. The module also reduces the actions of potential cheating with the potential for occurrence of 11,54% and 19,52% of the two classes with the same conditions.
