Abstract

Pelatihan pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) di era digital pada Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Tanah Merah menjadi krusial dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan daya saing bisnis lokal. Penelitian ini membahas pentingnya peningkatan kompetensi SDM dan metode pelatihan yang efektif untuk UMKM di era digital. Dengan pendekatan kolaboratif antara pemerintah daerah, pemangku kepentingan lokal, dan praktisi bisnis, pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan penerapan teknologi digital dalam manajemen SDM, efisiensi operasional, dan inovasi dalam pengembangan karyawan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan SDM UMKM, mempersiapkan mereka untuk bersaing dalam pasar global yang kompetitif. Kolaborasi yang erat diharapkan menjadi kunci keberhasilan dalam mengangkat UMKM Desa Tanah Merah melalui peningkatan kualitas SDM.

Abstract

Fenomena ribawi yang tumbuh menjamur saat ini, menguasai hampir semua sendi-sendi perekonomian telah disampaikan oleh Nabi Muhammad SAW sejak 14 abad yang lalu melalui sabdanya. Sehingga tidak mengherankan praktik ribawi atau bunga dalam berbagai transaksi ekonomi sangat berbahaya dan berdampak buruk dalam semua aspek kehidupan, di antara dalam aspek ekonomi. Secara ekonomi, setidaknya ada tiga dampak yang ditimbulkan, yaitu riba salah satu faktor penghambat investasi, bertambahnya utang negara dan terciptanya ketidakstabilan ekonomi. Maka wajar di dalam al-Quran Allah SWT dengan jelas dan tegas mengharamkan semua bentuk ribawi dan mengancam pelakunya dengan siksaan neraka (QS. 2: 275). Oleh karena itu, masyarakat mesti mendapatkan edukasi dan memahami secara utuh dampak serta bahaya dari praktik ribawi yang dilakukan. Dari hasil sosialisasi yang dilakukan, pegawai Balai Penggerak Guru Propinsi Riau memiliki motivasi untuk meninggalkan berbagai bentuk transaksi ribawi yang menjerat kehidupan. Mereka juga mendapatkan solusi praktis dan langkah-langkah teknis untuk keluar dari jeratan ribawi.

Abstract

Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat di Desa Rambah Hilir, Kecamatan Rambah Hilir, Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Dengan adanya otonomi desa yang kuat, pengembangan SDM dapat dilakukan melalui pelatihan, pemberdayaan masyarakat, dan perencanaan ekonomi yang strategis. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana strategi pengembangan SDM dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan mendukung perkembangan ekonomi desa. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi literatur, observasi lapangan, wawancara, serta analisis induktif dan deduktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inisiatif pengembangan SDM yang terencana dapat meningkatkan kualitas tenaga kerja, efektivitas organisasi, dan kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat desa.

Abstract

Teknologi Komunikasi dan Informasi (TIK) saat ini telah menjadikan dunia ini melimpah akan informasi yang didistribusikan melalui banyak platform yang disediakan di internet. Salah satunya platform yang paling diminati hari ini adalah media sosial. kehadiran berbagai platform media digital ini tidak hanya membawa dampak negatif akan tetapi juga dampak negatif. Pada dampak negatif misalnya gangguan mental, ketergantungan pengunaan media yang dapat menghambat perkembangan kemampuan sosial di dunia nyata, cyberbullying, menjadi sasaran cybercrime, penyebaran data pribadi dan terpapar informasi bohong dan lain sebagainya. Mengatasi dampak negatif dan bagaimana media digital tersebut dapat digunakan untuk hal yang bersifat positif, maka diperlukan pembekalan keterampilan literasi media digital. Tujuan dari Pengabdian masyarakat (PKM) untuk meningkatkan literasi media digital pada remaja atau siswa. Hasil pengabdian ini adalah remaja memiliki kemampuan segi kognitif, afektif dan perilaku yang bijak dalam menggunakan media sosial sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip literasi media. Hasil berikutnya adalah diperlukannya kolaborasi orang tua dan guru sebagai agensi utama gerakan literasi media digital pada remaja atau siswa.

Abstract

Media sosial cenderung digunakan secara tidak terkendali di kalangan pelajar, sehingga mengakibatkan menurunnya prestasi akademik, gangguan psikologis, perubahan perilaku, dan sebagainya. Oleh karena itu, salah satu cara untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah melalui program pengabdian kepada masyarakat UIR yang lahir dari MIN 1 INHU dengan tema “Penguatan Literasi Dampak Negatif Media Sosial terhadap Perkembangan Siswa”. Tujuan dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah memberikan penyuluhan tentang dampak negatif media sosial bagi siswa dan strategi penanganannya yang berbasis pada nilai-nilai kearifan lokal. Kegiatan PKM ini menggunakan metode penyuluhan dengan rangkaian acara yaitu penyampaian materi oleh narasumber, diskusi, dialog dan tanya jawab. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM ini menunjukkan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang keterlibatan semua pihak seperti orang tua, guru dan komite sekolah dalam mengawasi perkembangan siswa dari dampak negatif penggunaan media sosial, dan memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai sarana dalam proses pembelajaran dengan benar yang berpedoman pada pendekatan nilai luhur warisan budaya Melayu seperti kesantunan, kearifan dan kecerdasan, serta sikap tabayun sebelum menerima isi pesan media sosial.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and organizational commitment on the loyalty and performance of Islamic bank employees, either directly or through mediating variables.Design/methodology: This research belongs to quantitative research with data analysis methods using Smart PLS 3.0 software. The research instrument used was a research questionnaire. The total sample of 353 employees.Findings: The results of the study found that Organizational Commitment affects Employee Performance, Organizational Commitment affects Loyalty, Loyalty affects Employee Performance, motivation has no effect on Employee Performance, motivation has no effect on loyalty, loyalty mediates the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance, but loyalty does not mediate the effect of motivation on employee performance. Practical implications: The Empirical implication of this research is to determine the conditions and factors that can increase of Islamic Bank Employee performance through motivation, organizational commitment, and loyalty.Originality/Value: This study recommend that Islamic banks should create activities or programs in the form of training or workshops or other activities to increase the spirit of employee motivation at work so that later it can lead to employee loyalty.Keywords: Motivation, Organizational Commitment, Loyalty, Employee Performance

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to investigate the impact of workload on the performance of healthcare workers, both directly and through the mediation of the work environment, at UPTD Puskesmas Batang Gansal. Research Methodology: This study employed a quantitative method using the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) approach, involving all 103 healthcare workers at UPTD Puskesmas Batang Gansal as a saturated sample. Data were collected through questionnaires, observation, and interviews. The questionnaire employed a Likert scale (1–5), and the data were analysed using SmartPLS 3.0 software. Results: The research findings indicate that workload does not directly affect the performance of healthcare workers, but it significantly impacts the work environment. Additionally, the work environment has been proven to act as a mediator connecting workload and performance, meaning that a conducive work environment can maintain performance even with a high workload. Conclusions: This study shows that workload does not directly affect employee performance, but has an indirect effect through the work environment as a key mediating factor. A supportive work environment enables high performance despite heavy workloads. Limitations: This research is limited to healthcare workers at the Batang Gansal Public Health Centre (UPTD Puskesmas Batang Gansal), with cross-sectional data collected through questionnaires, which makes the results less representative of other institutions and susceptible to subjective bias. Contribution: This research demonstrates that managing workload while improving the work environment is crucial to maintaining productivity.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to analyze the effect of product diversification on purchasing decisions at the Mandau Bakery Shop, Duri City, which based on survey results shows that with product diversification more consumers buy. However, with increasing competition, the Mandau Bakery cake shop experienced ups and downs in the number of consumers. Research Methodology: The method used is descriptive and quantitative, with a simple linear regression test and hypothesis testing using SPSS 21. Data was collected through a questionnaire from 95 respondents who came from consumers who had purchased at the Mandau Bakery shop and were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Results: The research results show that product diversification has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Conclusions: The study concludes that well-implemented product diversification enhances consumer satisfaction and purchase decisions at Mandau Bakery. Therefore, continuous product innovation and differentiation are vital strategies for sustaining competitiveness in the bakery industry. Limitations: However, this study has limitations, such as limited sample size and research locations only in one place, so the results may not be generalizable. Contribution: This research provides a practical contribution to the management of the Mandau Bakery Store in understanding the importance of product diversification to improve consumer purchasing decisions and enriches academic literature on retail marketing and consumer behavior in the bakery industry.

Abstract

Purpose: The population in this research is all employees who work at the District Office and the sampling technique uses census sampling, namely all employees are used as a research sample, totaling 36 people. Methodology/approach: This research aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performance in Pekanbaru City District in Pekanbaru City. Results/findings: The results of this research show that job satisfaction and work motivation partially and simultaneously have a significant positive effect on employee performance in Pekanbaru City District in Pekanbaru City. Conclusions: Job satisfaction and work motivation significantly and positively influence employee performance, explaining 64.1% of its variation. Improving bonuses, recognition, and teamwork can further enhance performance. Limitations: This research aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performance in Pekanbaru City District in Pekanbaru City. Contribution: Provides evidence and practical guidance for improving public sector performance through better incentives and motivation strategies.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to analyze the impact of competence and work motivation on employee performance at the Payakumbuh District Office, West Sumatra, Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. Research Methodology: This study employs a quantitative approach using a descriptive survey method. The research population includes 47 employees at the Payakumbuh District Office. The collected data were analyzed using Smart Partial Least Square (PLS). Results: Competence and work motivation both have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with t-values of 3.818 and 2.703 (p < 0.05). The adjusted R² of 56.2% shows that these two variables collectively explain more than half of the variance in employee performance. Conclusions: Competence and motivation significantly enhance employee performance, with competence having the strongest effect. Strengthening both factors is vital to improve effectiveness and public service quality. Limitations: The study's population is limited to employees at the Payakumbuh District Office, which may restrict the generalizability of the findings to other government institutions. Contribution: Nevertheless, this research significantly contributes to human resource management, particularly within the governmental context.
