Abstract

Abstract - In 2020, Indonesia's population is dominated by Gen Z (born 1997-2012) and Millennials (born 1981-1996). ). Gen Z accounts for 27.94% of the total population and millennials reach 25.87%. Most of these two generations are in the working-age group, which could be an opportunity to accelerate economic growth. The government needs to encourage generations z and millennials to become entrepreneurs. The government calls on millennials to start a business. Technology development allows people to become entrepreneurs and self-employed. Changes in the usage of this technology will affect the human resource management of the. The gig economy enhances the flexibility and ability to hire skilled professionals from different parts of the world across time zones and geographic boundaries. These dynamics present us with new challenges. Gig worker represents the balance between immediate working life and the need to increase income. Today's workers want flexibility in their work. The research method used is qualitative to primary data and secondary data. In addition, the data source was explained qualitatively. The survey results were performed by UBSI Jakarta Z- and 130 student respondents. Of the respondent has knowledge of entrepreneurship 60.8% and 39.2% of respondents can not understand. The type of work of GIG economy and generation z Gig era was awarded 47.7% itself, and then the work in society was determined by 28.4% freelancer. Reasons for choosing a job type show that 40% receive unlimited income, 25.4% are flexible, 26.2% of respondents are rewarded according to their job, and 8.5% choose a job.

Abstract

WHO establishes coronavirus (coronavirus disease, COVID-19), as the Public Health Anxiety of the World on January 30, 2020. The increase in countries affected by the Covid-19 virus is widespread throughout the world such as America, Spain and Italy making the world economic situation even more get worse. Some institutions predict the weakening of the world economy. The contraction of the global economy is still ongoing, uncertainty in the global financial markets has declined as the sluggish spread of COVID-19. The limitation of economic activity as a step for handling COVID-19 risks reducing global economic growth in 2020. Research on Government Policy for  Economic Recovery and handling  COVID-19 Virus in Indonesia, taking stimulus from fiscal and monetary policies undertaken by the Bank Indonesian , Ministry of Finance and Regulations Government 2020, with descriptive qualitative research methods using secondary data such as literature books, review studies from the internet and policies from the government and related ministries. The results of this study have carried out monetary policy through Bank Indonesia, and fiscal policy through the Ministry of finance and supported by Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 23 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of the National Economic Recovery Program in the Context of Supporting State Financial Policies for Handling the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) and / or Facing Threats That Harm National Economy and / or Financial System Stability and Save the National Economy. Keywords: Fiscal Policy, Monetary Policy, Covid -19, Corona Virus

Abstract

Abstrak  Globalisasi serta  inovasi teknologi informasi dan finansial teknologi  telah membuat  sistem keuangan yang lebih  kompleks, dinamis dan terkoneksi. E-Commerce  sehingga  memudahkan  akses pasar yang luas. Metode pembayaran elektronik yang menjadi kebiasaan masyarakat saat ini  secara praktis mudah dan cepat. Dalam era Finacial Technology (Fintech) mampu memudahkan konsumen  dalam  transaksi   online di   UMKM. Berdasarkan data  dari Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM,  persentasse UMKM RI mencapai 99,9% terhadap total dari jumlah usaha, UMKM menyerap tenaga kerja 97,05%, dan memiliki kontribusi  PDB sebesar 61%. Bank Indonesia selalu  mendorong pengembangan UMKM sebagai kekuatan perekonomian Indonesia  melalui program ada juga  digitalisasi UMKM, dan UMKM yang berorientasi ekspor. UMKM beradaptasi dan  bertransformasi dalam kebangkitan bagi UMKM menjadi akselerasi  transformasi digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian Penerapan  QRIS  (Quick Response Code Indonesian)  sebagai Alat Pembayaran dalam digitalisasi  UMKM  adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan metode penelitian lapangan   atau field research. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode  wawancara dengan 10  pedagang lapak dan  10 konsumen   UMKM yang  menggunakan QRIS lokasi penelitian adalah di Pasar Modern BSD, menggunakan teknik  non-probability. Data  primer yang diambil secara langsung dari objek penelitian. Dengan metode  pengamatan  langsung di Pasar modern BSD, Tangerang Selatan  dengan teknik wawancara baik konsumen dan pedangan yang menggunakan QRIS juga dengan data sekunder juga  diperoleh  dengan melalui berbagai literature. Hasil dari penelitian adalah QRIS sebagai alat pembayaran digital  bagi UMKM  adalah  pembayaran yaitu  non-tunai dengan digital menggunakan  Gopay,Ovo dan lainnya.  QRIS berpotensi memperluas  penjualan UMKM, dengan QRIS terjadi peningkatan traffic penjualan  secara digital dan penurun dalm uang cash, meminimalisir  risiko pembayaran  uang palsu, transaksi tercatat secara  otomatis, building credit profile bagi bank, mempermudah dalam mendapatkan  modal kerja, pembayaran restribusi, tagihan, pembelian barang secara non-tunai secara mudah. Kata Kunci: UMKM, digitalisasi, financial technology, QRIS  Abstract - Globalization and innovations  and information technology and financial technology have made the financial system more complex, dynamic and connected. E-Commerce making it easier to access a wide market. The electronic payment method that has become a habit of today's society is practically easy and fast. In the era of Financial Technology (Fintech) it is able to facilitate consumers in online transactions at MSMEs. Based on data from the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs, the percentage of Indonesian MSMEs reaches 99.9% of the total number of businesses, MSMEs absorb 97.05% of workers, and have a GDP contribution of 61%. Bank Indonesia has always encouraged the development of MSMEs as the strength of the Indonesian economy through programs including the digitization of MSMEs, and export-oriented MSMEs. MSMEs adapt and transform in the rise for MSMEs to accelerate digital transformation. The research method used in the research on the application of QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian) as a Payment Tool in digitizing MSMEs is a qualitative descriptive study using field research methods. This study uses interviews with 10 traders and 10 UMKM consumers who use QRIS. The research location is in BSD Modern Market, using non-probability techniques. Primary data taken directly from the object of research. With the direct observation method at the BSD modern market, South Tangerang with interview techniques for both consumers and traders who use QRIS as well as secondary data also obtained through various literatures. The result of the research is that QRIS as a digital payment tool for MSMEs is non-cash digital payment using Gopay, Ovo and others. QRIS has the potential to expand MSME sales, with QRIS an increase in digital sales traffic and a decrease in cash, minimizing the risk of paying counterfeit money, automatically recording transactions, building credit profiles for banks, making it easier to get working capital, payment of retribution, bills, purchasing goods in cash easily. Keywords: MSMEs, digitalization, financial technology, QRIS.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the financial performance of PT. Blue Bird Tbk, based Ratios Liquidity, Solvency, Activity and Profitability in 2014 until 2016. This study used quantitative descriptive approach. The results showed that: (1) The liquidity ratio to measure the ability of PT Blue Bird Tbk in meeting short-term obligations through indicators Current Ratio and Cash Ratio is in the category of performance "less good", (2) Solvency Ratio to measure the ability of firms to pay long-term liabilities if the company is liquidated, through indicators Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Debt to Total Asset Ratio (DAR) showed a tendency to decrease year after year. (3) Ratio Activity through indicator Total Assets Turn Over, its shows the tendency The Activity Ratio through the Total Asset Turn Over indicator shows a tendency to be inefficient. (4)Ratios Profitability through indicators Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Return on Equity (ROE), Return on Asset (ROA) and Net Profit Margin (NPM), it shows the tendency continues to decline from year to year. It can be concluded that all four indicators below the average industry standard, so it can be concluded that the financial performance. PT. Blue Bird Tbk is in the category of "less good". Abstract

The use of gamification in teaching innovation provides hope to involve students, motivate in their learning study. Most of the previous studies examined the success of gamification for students. However, there are few studies that examine teacher perceptions in adapting the application of gamification. In this study, we used a qualitative approach to delve deeper into the opportunities and barriers teachers feel in implementing learning gamification. The results showed that some teachers could see the benefits of gamification in attracting students' interest in learning and creating more interactive learning. From the other side, some teachers find gamification challenging in its application. The perceived barriers for teachers to use gamification are lack of time in preparing gamification, lack of knowledge about gamification, and inapposite class arrangements for game educatin activities. There must be a stimulus from related organizations in overcoming this problem, for example by providing teacher training on the benefits of applying gamification to encourage the response of teachers in implementing gamification learning.

Abstract

The Covid pandemic in 2020 has had an extraordinary impact. Communities must make adjustments in carrying out their daily activities, including adaptation to new work patterns. As a form of transformation, the Ministry of Finance changed the work pattern from the beginning of working in an office to a Work From Anywhere (WFA) pattern. The WFA work pattern combines several work patterns, namely, working in an office, a satellite office, and working from home. Everyone works based on different motivations and is determined by various internal and external factors. Internal factors include boredom, the desire to gather with co-workers, and happiness with family. The external factor is the availability of working facilities in the office, at a satellite office, or when working from home. Employee performance has a significant influence on organizational performance. Organizational goals will be achieved if there is support from employees in the form of completing tasks assigned to employees. This study aimed to determine the effect of WFA work patterns on employee Motivation and performance. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data is processed based on a questionnaire from 26 respondents. The results showed that most respondents agreed with the WFA work pattern and that there was an increase in employee performance (91%) and employee motivation (91%). For work preference, most of the respondents chose to work in a hybrid manner (56%), namely working part of the time in the office and part of the time working from home, by choosing two days to work from home (48%) and choosing a working schedule for 8 hours effective at intervals 08.00- 17.30 (60 %).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the feasibility of Unex application as an interactive learning media in enhancing students' understanding of English texts. Unex stands for Understanding English Text application. The study used research and development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model. The subject of this research was eleventh-grade students at Health Vocational School of North Borneo that use android smartphones. The research instruments were questionnaires and validation sheets. The questionnaire was a media practicality questionnaire used to find out the practicality of the media used by teachers after a try-out of the Unex Application. Furthermore, Validation sheets were used to validate the Unex Application. The analysis technique used to explain the response is descriptive analysis, which involves calculating the total, average, percentage and then is adjusted and categorized into several categories. The result showed that the validation from media and material experts for the Unex application was 96% and 98.4%, and both were in very feasible categories. Also, the result from the media practicality was 92.8%. Therefore, the Unex application is well-developed as an English interactive learning media for students Health Vocational School of North Borneo. Moreover, the media and material in the Unex application were validated and declared with good scores and very feasible categories.

Abstract

Viral marketing is amarketing technique by using social networks (in the form of video, games, music, pictures and text)is then the productor service maybe forwarded viae-mail services, multimedia and social media. The purpose of research is to analyze the effect of providing information to the viral marketing acceptance, accessing content on viral marketing acceptance, sharing content to the viral marketing acceptance, sharing content with respect to providing information, sharing content for accessing content, risk acceptance towards providing information, risk acceptance of accesing conten, personal attachment against providing personal information, sharing content, attacment against attacment against sharing personal content.Consumers who have researched social networking such as facebook as a sample. Primary data collected through sampling techniques and with the help of a questionnaire. Abstract

This research investigates the intricate interplay of Financial Technology (Fintech), User Experience, Security Perception, and Trust in Financial Transactions within the context of Bank Mandiri's Surapati branch in Bandung. Utilizing a sample of 50 employees, a path analysis employing Partial Least Squares (PLS) was conducted to examine the direct and indirect effects of Fintech and User Experience on Security Perception and Trust in Financial Transactions. The results indicate a highly significant direct impact of Financial Technology (Fintech) on both Security Perception and Trust in Financial Transactions, highlighting the transformative influence of technological advancements in shaping employees' perceptions of security and trust in financial transactions. Conversely, while the direct effect of User Experience on Security Perception was not statistically significant, the indirect effect of User Experience on Trust in Financial Transactions through Security Perception did not reach significance, suggesting that the relationship between user experience and trust is not significantly mediated by security perceptions in this specific context. These findings contribute nuanced insights into the evolving dynamics of Fintech integration, user experiences, and their implications for security perceptions and trust in digital financial services.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid pada tahun 2020 telah menimbulkan dampak luar biasa. Masyarakat harus melakukan penyesuaian dalam melakukan kegiatan sehari-hari, termasuk adaptasi dengan pola bekerja yang baru. Sebagai bentuk adaptasi tersebut, Kementerian Keuangan melakukan perubahan pola bekerja semula dengan cara bekerja di kantor diubah dengan pola bekerja secara Work From Anywhere (WFA). Pola bekerja WFA adalah kombinasi dari beberapa pola bekerja yaitu bekerja di kantor sendiri, bekerja di kantor satelit, dan bekerja dari rumah. Setiap orang yang bekerja berdasarkan motivasi yang berbeda- beda, dan ditentukan oleh berbagai faktor baik faktor internal maupun faktor Eksternal. Faktor internal termasuk perasaan jenuh, keinginan berkumpul dengan teman kerja, dan kebahagiaan bersama keluarga. Faktor eksternal adalah ketersediaan sarana bekerja baik saat di kantor, di kantor satelit ataupun saat bekerja dari rumah. Kinerja pegawai berpengaruh besar pada kinerja organisasi. Tujuan organisasi akan tercapai jika ada dukungan dari pegawai dalam bentuk selesainya tugas yang diberikan kepada pegawai. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pola bekerja WFA terhadap motivasi pegawai dan kinerja pegawai. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Data diolah berdasarkan kuesioner dari 26 orang responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan sebagian besar responden setuju dengan pola bekerja WFA, terdapat peningkatan kinerja pegawai (91%) dan peningkatan motivasi pegawai (91%). Untuk preferensi bekerja sebagian besar responden memilih bekerja secara hybrid ( 56 %), yaitu sebagian waktu bekerja di kantor dan sebagian waktu bekerja dari rumah, dengan memilih 2 hari bekerja dari rumah ( 48 %) dan memilih jadwal bekerja selama 8 jam efektif pada interval pukul 08.00- 17.30 ( 60 %).     Â
