Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aktivitas, leverage, likuiditas dan pengelolaan biaya terhadap kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan yang tergabung dalam Indeks Kompas 100 periode 2015-2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder, berupa laporan keuangan tahunan dan performa perusahaan dari 27 perusahaan Kompas 100 selama periode 2015-2018. Sampel perusahaan diperoleh dengan metode purposive sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi (R2) dengan aktivitas, leverage, likuiditas, dan pengelolaan biaya sebagai variabel independen, dan kinerja keuangan sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial aktivitas dan leverage berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai signifikan masing-masing sebesar 0,041 dan 0,098. Sedangkan likuiditas dan pengelolaan biaya tidak berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai signifikan masing-masing sebesar 0,19 dan 0,156. Sementara itu secara simultan aktivitas, leverage, likuiditas, dan pengelolaan biaya berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,019.

The present research aims to determine company's ability to generate profit for capital or shareholders represented by proxy profitability and measured by return on equity (ROE) by taking into account working capital. The method of analysis used is multiple linear regressions with profitability as dependent variable and working capital as an independent variable in terms of cash cycle conversion variables, inventory turnover, and liquidity. The data used are secondary data from financial statements of automotive companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with the observation period of 2012-2016. The finding indicates that cash conversion cycle variable has a significant effect on profitability with negative direction yet does not support the hypothesis. Turnaround voucher variables support hypotheses which have a positive effect on profitability. Liquidity variable has no significant effect on profitability. Limitation of this research is that working capital variable only based on 3 variables. Implications created by the present study are that independent variables in this study have only contributed in explaining the dependent variable by 27.9%. Therefore, future study needs to be expanded with other variables of working capital or other variables. In addition, unit of analysis can be extended to companies other than automotive.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara perputaran kas, perputaran modal kerja dan perputaran total aset terhadap rentabilitas ekonomi pada perusahaan property and real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel dipilih melalui metode purposive sampling sebanyak 46 perusahaan property and real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yaitu dari laporan keuangan perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji asumsi klasik, analisis linier berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah secara parsial, perputaran kas berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap rentabilitas ekonomi. Untuk perputaran modal kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap rentabilitas ekonomi. Dan untuk perputaran total aset mempunyai pengaruh yang positif signifikan terhadap rentabilitas ekonomi. Sedangkan secara simultan perputaran kas, perputaran modal kerja, dan perputaran total aset berpengaruh terhadap rentabilitas ekonomi.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh levergae, likuiditas, dan investasi terhadap nilai perusahaan sektor barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. populasi penelitian ini dalah seluruh perusahaan sektor barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Kriteria sampel antara lain: (1) perusahaan sektor barang konsumsi yang terdaftar pada BEI periode 2017-2019, (2) perusahaan selalu menerbitkan laporan keuangan pada website resmi perusahaan maupun website resmi BEI, (3) perusahaan memiliki saham yang aktif di pasar modal sejak tahun 2017 hingga tahun 2019. Berdasarkan kriteria sampel didapatkan 35 perusahaan sektor barang konsumsi yang terdaftar pada BEI yang dapat digunakan sebagai data penelitian. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan aplikasi SPSS 20.00. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa leverage dan likuiditas tidak memiliki pengaruh teradap nilai perusahaan. sedangkan investasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan sektor barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2017-2019.

Utilization of the potential or local wisdom of a village by the community if managed properly will be a source of income. The purpose of community service is the empowerment of the community in utilizing the processed marine fish in making fish crackers. Implementation of dedication in Gisik Cemandi hamlet is because fishing communities mostly tend to rely on fish catches for sale directly. Based on these conditions it is done dedication in improving the processed fish. This incident is done by counseling and training in making fish crackers, especially made from milkfish. Participants of extension and training as many as 30 divided into 6 groups consisting of locals, especially mothers. The outcomes and training are expected to provide housewives skills. Skills acquired can be developed to open a business of making crackers that impact on increasing opinions and family welfare.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of inflation, SBI interest rates, and exchange rates on the Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI) and stock trading volume as interverning variables. Samples were taken by purposive sampling method, with sample selection criteria that is the closing price of JCI data (closing price), in the period January 2016 - October 2019 a number of 46 months. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that the research proves insignificant on CSPI. SBI interest rates have a significant negative effect on the CSPI. And the rupiah exchange rate is significantly positive for the CSPI. Also, the conversion to CSPI is different from the negative trading volume

Investment activity in the capital market is one of the activities of allocating funds in the form of long-term assets in the hope of obtaining future profits. This research aims to determine the effect of liquidity, profitability, dividend policy, leverage on investment decisions and growth opportunity as variables moderation. The population used in this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2014-2018 period of 150 companies. Samples were taken by purposive sampling method as many as 43 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2014-2018 period. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from company financial statements. Data analysis method used is classical assumption test, multiple linier regression analysis, t test, f test, and test coefficient of determination. The result show that liquidity, profitability, dividend policy have no effect on the investment decisions. While the leverage have a negative significant effect on the investment decisions. And growth opportunity can not moderate the effect of leverage on the investment decisions. investment decisions of manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange must be able to allocate their funds appropriately to various assets in order to generate profits in the future so that they can be used to fund investment.

Overview – Mining sector of Indonesia is very Important and contributes a lot in the GDP of the economy. It is important for mining industry to improve their financial performance along with improving environmental performance. Purpose–The aim of current study is to investigate the impact of eco-design and environmental performance on organizational performance. Moreover, the study has examined the impact of green information system and green packaging towards organizational performance.Analysis approach – For this study we have used the survey-based method for data collection and the questionnaire was collected from 500 target population. Partial least square (PLS) method is used for data examining and providing empirical support for the developed hypotheses. Findings – The research findings have proved that all of the proposed hypothesis have shown significant results. Research implications – The study has several implications as it provides literature based on empirical evidence regarding the high influence of green sustainable practices on the ultimate performance goal of organizations.

This research is a continuation of research year 1 with the title “Lecturer Financial Asset Investment Interest in Surabaya”. In the first year of research, the research was limited to investment interest as an endogenous latent variable. 3 exogenous latent variables were consisting of financial literacy, attitude, and motivation. There is also 1 moderating variable, namely family. The purpose of this study was to determine the behavior of lecturers in Surabaya in making investment decisions. 3 factors as exogenous variables are investment interest, risk perception, and risk tolerance. These factors affect investment decisions as endogenous variables. The analysis tool used is SEM PLS and with 56 participant’s data. The results show that investment interest greatly influences investment decisions. while the other two variables, risk perception, and risk tolerance do not affect investment decisions. The dependent variable or as an endogenous variable in this study is investment decisions and 3 exogenous latent variables, namely investment interest, risk perception, and risk tolerance.

The Abstract The research aims to determine the role of debt variable, corporate size and growth to the high financial performance of a company with the basis of signaling hypothesis. Analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The unit of analysis is automotive companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange period of 2012-2016. The results of the classical assumption test indicate that this research is free of multicollinear, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation. The results indicate that debt results in negative direction and not significant, corporate size has a negative direction and not significant and company growth has a negative direction and significant. The three results are not in accordance with the hypothesis proposed in the study. The present research has limitation that variables used can only explain 14.4% and the rest are explained by other variables beyond this study.
