Abstract

Karyawan merupakan aset perusahaan yang sangat berharga yang harus dikelola dengan baik oleh perusahaan agar dapat memberikan kontribusi yang maksimal. Salah satu hal yang harus menjadi perhatian perusahaan adalah kinerja karyawan. Kinerja karyawan merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting dan harus dimiliki dalam upaya mencapai tujuan organisasi atau perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Saraswati Konveksi Guwang, (2) pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Saraswati Konveksi Guwang, dan (3) pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Saraswati Konveksi Guwang. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah Teknik sensus (sampling jenuh) sehingga jumlah sampel yang diperoleh adalah 52 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Saraswati Konveksi Guwang dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,005, (2) motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Saraswati Konveksi Guwang dengan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,006, dan (3) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Saraswati Konveksi Guwang dengan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,008.

Abstract

The decision to repurchase is created after consumers carry out all the buying processes. In making these decisions, consumers will be influenced by various factors, especially brand image factors, product quality, and price perceptions. The purpose of the study was to analyze brand image, product quality and price perceptions on the decision to repurchase Wardah products in Badung Regency. This research was conducted at one of Wardah's product outlets in Badung Regency. The object of this research is consumers who make repeat purchases at Wardah outlets throughout Badung Regency with specified sample criteria and are related to brand image, product quality, and price perception. The population of this study is all people (consumers) who have purchased Wardah products in Badung Regency with an unknown population. The non-random sampling method in this study used a combination of accidental sampling methods. The number of samples in this study were 150 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The result of the research is that brand image has a positive and significant effect on consumer repurchase decisions on Wardah Products in Badung Regency. This is because the brand image (brand image) is closely related to consumer confidence in a brand. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer repurchase decisions on Wardah Products in Badung Regency. Price perception has a positive and significant effect on consumer repurchase decisions on Wardah Products in Badung Regency.

Abstract

Kinerja adalah hasil kerja secara kualitas dan kuantitas yang dicapai oleh pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai dengan tanggung jawab yang diberikan kepadanya. Kinerja karyawan yang baik tidak lepas dari implementasi tingginya Komitmen kerja karyawan dan budaya karyawan terhadap organisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan Penyedia Jasa Outsourcing PT. Adidaya Madani Denpasar. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT Adidaya Madani yang beralamat di Jalan Diponogoro No. 177 Denpasar Barat. Objek penelitian ini adalah komitmen organisasi dan budaya organisasi dan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Adidaya Madani Denpasar. Populasi penelitian ini besarnya populasi sebanyak 41 orang karyawan pada PT Adidaya Madani Denpasar, Dengan sampel adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT Adidaya Madani Denpasar yang berjumlah 41 orang. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Adidaya Madani Denpasar. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Adidaya Madani Denpasar. Saran yang diberikan adalah karyawan agar meningkatkan komitmen terhadap perusahaan sehingga tidak mengalami kesulitan dan meningkatkan semangat dalam bekerja agar semakin kompetitif.

Abstract

Wijaya Steel Mandiri in Gianyar is a company that is developing in the field of lightweight steel roof construction and developing its production in the form of trimdeck, battens and hollow. Where there is a problem that occurs, namely a decrease in target achievement, which is caused by several problems, namely the phenomena contained in the work environment, the lack of lighting in the production room and poor air circulation, making employees less work optimally and the phenomenon of job satisfaction seen from where their salary is. acceptance is still below standard, especially in the marketing department and employees also complain because they feel they have worked for a long time and have made a good contribution but did not get a proper promotion. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence between the effect of work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance at CV. Wijaya Steel Mandiri in Gianyar. The total of samples taken is 40 employees from CV. Wijaya Steel Mandiri in Gianyar City, with taking all employees as respondent. Data collection is done through interviews, observations, document studies, and distributing questionnaire. Multiple linear regression, multiple correlation analysis, analysis of determination, T Test and F Test are used as analysis techniques in this research. Research results shows that working environment and job satisfaction gives positive and significant impact towards employees working performance at CV. Wijaya Steel Mandiri in Gianyar City. Multiple correlation analysis result shows that there is a strong relationship between work environment and job satisfaction towards employee working performance. T Test result concludes that working environment significantly impacts (real) employee working performance, and it is said that job satisfaction significantly impacts employee working performance. Furthermore, F Test results shows that work environment and job satisfaction have simultaneous and significant impact towards employee working performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the decision to repurchase at Toko Era Dunia. The independent variables used are location, promotion and service quality. This study uses a questionnaire method in obtaining related data and information for analysis. The data used in this study is primary data obtained from the results of filling out questionnaires by respondents who have purchased products at the World Era Store. Sampling in this study used the hair technique by counting the number of questionnaire items multiplied by the number of margins of error. The number of samples in this study was 100 data. The data analysis method used is the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression. This study uses the t test to determine the significance of the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable partially. The results of this study indicate that the independent variable has a positive and significant effect on repurchase decisions at Toko Era Dunia.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is the goal of all companies and business people. In achieving a customer satisfaction, the company always tries to choose the location and provide the best servicecape. The purpose of the study was to determine how the influence of location and servicescape on customer satisfaction at the Bintang Bali Resort Hotel. This research is motivated by the occupancy rate at the Bintang Bali Resort Hotel which fluctuates every year and the complaints found in guest comments on the Hotel Bintang Bali Resort website and also in reviews from Online Travel Agents. The population in this study are all consumers who have stayed at the Bintang Bali Resort Hotel. The number of samples in this study were 85 respondents who were determined based on the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that (1) location has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Bintang Bali Resort Hotel, it shows that the more strategic the location, the higher the customer satisfaction. (2) servicescape has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Bintang Bali Resort Hotel, it shows that the more servicescape is perceived in accordance with consumer expectations, the more satisfied consumers will be.

Abstract

Krisna Desa Wisata Blangsinga (Krisna Oleh-Oleh Khas Bali) is a private company engaged in the sale of Balinese souvenirs that offers a variety of attractive Balinese products in the form of various designs of cartoon T-Shirts about Bali which are produced by themselves. There are several phenomena of employee performance that can be seen from the attitude of the employees themselves since the implementation of rolling work due to the Covid-19 pandemic from March 2020 until now. Indications of this decline in employee performance can be illustrated by notes from personnel that some employees are starting to like to be late for work, lazy to work, not wearing uniforms according to schedule, often asking for sudden permission, leaving work hours and there are even some employees who submit resignation letters so that make many consumers move to other stores due to poor service, which consequently makes CV sales. Krisna Blangsinga Tourism Village is declining, of course this will have a bad impact if it continues. This study aims to examine and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of job satisfaction, motivation and reward on employee performance at CV. Krisna Blangsinga Tourism Village. The population in this study were all employees of CV. Krisna Blangsinga Tourism Village as many as 38 people.The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction, motivation and reward have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Krisna Blangsinga Tourism Village. Suggested to CV. Krisna Blangsinga Tourism Village to give more encouragement to employees in doing a good job and make the company proud.

Abstract

Strategi dalam membuat konsumen untuk membeli kembali suatu produk/jasa dilakukan oleh perusahaan untuk meningkatkan keuntungan. Diantara beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian ulang, penelitian ini menganalisis keputusan pembelian ulang tersebut melalui variabel citra merek, kualitas produk dan promosi produk kosmetik make over. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Denpasar dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 75 orang responden yang telah membeli atau menggunakan produk dari kosmetik make over lebih dari satu kali. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda yang diolah menggunakan software SPSS. Bedasarkan hasil analisis, penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang produk kosmetik Make Over. Kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang produk kosmetik Make Over. Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang produk kosmetik Make Over. Keterbatasan dalam penelitian ini hanya berfokus pada tiga variabel yaitu citra merek, kualitas produk dan promosi serta penelitian ini hanya dilakukan pada di Kota Denpasar dengan sampel responden yang menggunakan produk kosmetik Make Over.

Abstract

Insurance is a business that provides services to its customers. As with other businesses engaged in the service industry, insurance that operates on the basis of trust is also required to show better performance, reputation, and service. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the implementation of Personal Selling, Customer Trust and Service Quality on the Decision to Repurchase Insurance Products at PT. Allianz Life Insurance Indonesia, Denpasar Blue Tile Unit. The population in this study were all customers who had purchased insurance products. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling method, obtained 70 respondents. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the study indicate that Personal Selling, Customer Trust and Service Quality have a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Decisions. Further researchers are expected to use a wider sample at PT Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia, Denpasar Blue Tile Unit to become PT Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia in Bali.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention, untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap turnover intention dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover intention pada PT. Inndokarya Optomed. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT. Inndokarya Optomed. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode penelitian sensus yaitu sejumlah 46 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis korelasi berganda, uji model fit (Uji F), analisis koefisien determinasi (R2) dan uji t dengan menggunakan SPSS version 23 For Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, motivasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Disarankan kepada PT. Inndokarya Optomed untuk memperhatikan kinerja para karyawannya, dengan memberikan penghargaan karyawan akan termotivasi dan bersemangat dalam bekerja sehingga tingkat turnover intention akan menurun.
