Abstract

Abstract The current high inflation rate and low yields on banking products make people have to be smart in managing their finances so that the value of money does not shrink when spent. Investment instruments in stocks that already exist in the Financial Services Authority (OJK) regulations are an alternative choice for managing finances. This study is a quantitative study using secondary data in the form of technical analysis and bandarmological analysis obtained from the stock trading facility of one of the securities companies in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the stocks studied are JII (Jakarta Islamic Index) stocks for the 2018-2020 periode. Based on the research made, conducting technical analysis, fundamental analysis and bandarmology analysis simultaneously can provide higher  profits for stock investors than if doing technical analysis, fundamental analysis and partial bandarmological analysis.  Keywords: Technical Analysis, Fundamentals, Bandarmology, Investor  profit

Abstract

AbstractThis reserach is an explanatory study which aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style, spiritual intelligence and organizational structure on the performance of the employees of  PT Madura United Pamekasan. The population in the study were employees of PT Madura United Pamekasan and the sample of this study used a saturated sample technique with a total of 40 employees. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis, instrument test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study found a conclusion, namely that partially leadership style affects employee performance, spiritual intelligence has no positive effect on employee performance, organizational structure has no positive effect on employee performance, while simultaneously leadership style, spiritual intelligence and organizational structure have a positive effect on employee performance.  Keywords : Leadership style, spiritual intelligence, organizational structure, employee perfoemance

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is To find out the difference in the average Abnormal Return of stocks before and after the announcement of the Covid-19 pandemic. The variables used in this study were Abnormal Return and the announcement of the Covid-19 pandemic. The data analysis technique used in this research is the Parametric t-test and the non-parametric t-test. The population and sample in this study are companies listed on the LQ-45 index as a whole. The results state that there is a difference in Abnormal Return between before and at the time of the announcement of the Covid-19 pandemic, that there is a difference in Abnormal Return during and after the announcement of the Covid-19 pandemic and there is a significant difference in Abnormal Return before and after the Covid-19 pandemic. Keywords: Covid-19, Pandemic, Abnormal Return, Capital Market, Stocks, LQ-45 Index, Composite Stock Price Index, Companies, Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract  This Study Aims To Determine The Effect Of Service Quality, The Effect Of Ease Of Application, And The Effect Of Fleet Numbers Partially And Simultaneously On Consumer Decisions In Choosing Online Motorcycle Taxi Services (Studies On Grabbike Consumers At Islamic University Of Malang. Population And Sample Are Grabbike Consumers At Islamic University Of Malang Data Analysis In This Study Uses SPSS Version 20. The Technique Of Sampling In This Study Uses Quantitative Methods, Quantitative Data Itself Is Data Measured In A Numerical Scale (Numbers), Which Can Be Divided Into Interval Data And Ratio Data. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of company size, leverage, ownership concentration, auditor reputation, and chief risk officer on disclosure of Enterprise Risk Management. The population in this study is banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The sampling technique is done by using purposive sampling method which produces 37 samples in 2016-2018. The data used are secondary data taken through documentation techniques which consist of annual reports of banking companies in 2016-2018. Data analysis method in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. This study proves that company size, leverage, ownership concentration, auditor reputation, and chief risk officer simultaneously have a positive effect on disclosure of Enterprise Risk Management. Partial testing shows that company size and leverage have no significant effect on disclosure of Enterprise Risk Management. The concentration of ownership, auditor's reputation, and chief risk officer significantly influences the disclosure of Enterprise Risk Management. Keywords: company size, leverage, ownership concentration, auditor reputation, and chief risk officer.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of work facilities, work motivation, and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance. Sources of data used in the study are using primary data and data collection methods using questionnaires distributed to respondents. The population used in this study were employees of the Lowokwaru District Office of Malang City with a total of 40 employees. The results obtained by using multiple linear regression test Y = 2.508 + 0.289 + 0.293 + 0.290 + e, and the hypothesis test of this study uses the coefficient of determination test, F test, and t test. The results of this study indicate that work facilities partially affect employee performance, work motivation affects employee performance, work discipline affects employee performance. While simultaneous work facilities, work motivation, and work discipline affect employee performance. Keywords: Work Facilities, Work Motivation, Work Discipline And Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of training and work discipline on employee performance at the city hall amongtani Batu. The population used in this study are all employees who work at the Among Tani city hall Batu in the human resources departement. The sampling technique used saturated sample technique method obtained a sample of 19 respondents. The data collection method in this study used the questionnaire method.Through this research, it can be concluded effect of training and work discipline has a simultaneoud and significant effect on employee performance , effect of training indirectly has a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance at the city hall Among Tani Batu. keywords : training, work discipline, employee performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted at the Department of public works and spatial planning in Malang City. The type of research used is explanatory research (quantitative research) through a quantitative approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work life quality, organizational culture, and leadership style on organizational commitment. The independent variable used is the quality of work life, organizational culture, and leadership style, while the dependent variable is organizational commitment. The sample used in this study were 52 respondents who were members of the civil service (PNS) employee. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical methods used are instrument test, morality test, multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test, determination test, f test and t test using the help of computer software SPSS 25 data processing. The results of this study indicate that the quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, leadership style influences organizational commitment.Keywords: Organizational commitment, Quality of Work Life, Organizational Culture, Leadership Styles.

Abstract

ABSTRACTPerformance in the organization is the answer to the success or failure ofcorporate goals. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of theinfluence of organizational commitment, satisfaction and appreciation ofemployee performance in Rural Bank Rakyat Ringgit Dinoyo, Malang. Thepurpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence of OrganizationalCommitment, Satisfaction and Appreciation on Employee Performance at PT.BPR Gunung Ringgit Malang.The result of research shows that the three variables of OrganizationalCommitment, Satisfaction and Reward have significant influence to dependentvariable that is Rredit Bank Rakyat Ringgit Dinoyo, Malang. The biggestsignificant impact on Employee Performance at PT. BPR Gunung Ringgit Malangis on Organizational Commitment variable with Regression coefficient of 0,469then followed by variable of appreciation with regression coefficient equal to0,380 next variable Satisfaction with regression coefficient equal to 0,097. Fromthe results of the analysis can be taken a conclusion that OrganizationalCommitment is the dominant factor that has the greatest influence on the level ofPerformance of Rural Bank employees Ringgit Dinoyo, Malang.Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Satisfaction, Employee Awards andPerformance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine: 1) The effect of dual role conflict on work stress of women PR workers Pakis Mas Malang, 2) The effect of dual role conflict on the performance of female PR workers Pakis Mas Malang, 3) The effect of work stress on the performance of women laborers Pakis Mas Malang, 4) The effect of dual role conflict on the performance of women PR workers Pakis Mas Malang with work stress as an intervening variable. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The researchers choose PR Pakis Mas Malang as a case study with a population of 165 people and a sample of 62 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires with measurements using a Likert scale. Then, the data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicolliniarity test, heterokedasticity test, path analysis, t hypothesis test and sobel test.Thus, the results of this study indicate that: 1) Dual role conflict has a significant effect on the performance of women PR workers. Pakis Mas Malang, 2) Job stress has a significant effect on the performance of women PR workers. Pakis Mas Malang, 3) work stress cannot be an intervening variable between conflicting dual roles towards work stress on women PR workers Pakis Mas Malang. Keywords: Performance, Dual Role Conflict, Work Stress.
