Abstract

ABSTRACT                The purpose of this study was to describe financial compensation, leadership style, work motivation, and employee performance and to determine the effect of financial compensation, leadership style, and work motivation on employee performance partially or simultaneously. This research method uses quantitative methods. This type of research is explanatory research.The sample of this study is CV. Build Mitra Sarana by using saturated sampling, as many as 50 respondents. Data collection method uses a questionnaire. The analytical method used in this study is multiple regression analysis with SPSS 14.0 for windows.The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is a positive and significant effect of financial compensation on employee performance CV. Bangun Mitra Sarana. (2) There is a positive and significant influence on leadership style on the performance of employees of CV. Bangun Mitra Sarana. (3) There is a positive and significant influence on work motivation on employee performance CV. Abstract

AbstractThis study presents the importance of the role of alumni in self-development efforts towards the independence of santripreneur. Even though extensive studies on the role of Pesantren alumni have been discussed, few discussions on the areas of self-development efforts towar ds santripreneurs have been paid. For this reason, this study aims to explore the role of alumni of the Gontor Islamic boarding school in an effort to develop themselves towards the independence of santripreneurs. This study employs a qualitative reseach design using a case study approach. Four participants the Gontor Islamic Bording School alumni who are members of the Business Forum (FORBIS) of the Gontor Modern Pondok Families Association (IKPM) who are involved in various business fields were recruited. The result shows that the role of alumni who involved in the FORBIS forum gives significant contributions to the independence of santripreneur that involves business development, business enterpreneurship, business finance, and business marketing. It also gives a significant contribution in the society, goverment, boarding school, and self-development.    Keywords : Self-Development Towards Santripreneur Independence

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted at Zam Zam Hotel & Convention Kota Batu. In this research, the type of research used is quantitative research where the data is expressed in numbers and analyzed by statistical techniques. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture, organizational commitment, and performance appraisals on turnover intention. The independent variables used are organizational culture, organizational commitment, and performance appraisal, while the dependent variable is turnover intention. The sample used in this study were 44 respondents who were employees at Zam Zam Hotel & Convention Kota Batu. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The analytical method used is the instrument test, morality test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, test of determination, test f and t test using the help of computer software SPSS 25 data processing. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture, organizational commitment, and performance appraisals simultaneously affect turnover intention. In addition, each independent variable, organizational culture, organizational commitment, and performance appraisal partially also has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment, Performance Appraisal, Turnover Intention.

Abstract

Abstract               This study aims to determine the effect of lecturer service quality and lecture facilities on Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang student satisfaction. The data used in this study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The study population was students of the Faculty of Economics and Business UNISMA, while the sample used was the Management Study Program, Accounting and Sharia Banking in the 2016-2018 class year at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. The research sample was taken from the population using a sampling technique in the form of a purposive sampling method. The results obtained by using multiple linear regression test Y = -5,933 + 0,287 x_1 + 0,313x_2 + e, and this research test uses the f test and t test. The results of this study indicate that the quality of lecturer services partially influences student satisfaction and lecture facilities affect student satisfaction. While simultaneously the quality of lecturer services and lecture facilities affect student satisfaction. Key words: Lecturer Service Quality, Lecture Facilities and Student Satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACTAlong with the advancement of the times and technological advances, humans arerequired to be able to have quality skills to meet a better standard of living.Therefore, if human resources can be utilized effectively and efficiently will beuseful to support sustainable economic growth. The problem now is how to createhuman resources that can produce productivity optimally, so that corporate goalsare achieved. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of the influenceof motivation, work environment and organizational culture on employeeperformance in the BPR. Gunung Ringgit Malang.The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the influence of motivation, workenvironment and organizational culture on employee performance. Methods ofdata analysis in this study using quantitative methods with data managementtechniques using multiple regression analysis. Data were collected throughquestionnaires. Questionnaires are distributed to BPR employees. GunungRinggit Malang. Measurements are made with the likert scale 1 to 5. The resultshows that motivation and work environment have a significant effect onemployee performance, whereas organizational culture has a significant influenceon employee performance.Keywords: Motivation, Work Environment, Organizational Culture andEmployee Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Customers are an important part of the business world, without any customers in the business, of course there will be no business processes that occur. Therefore customers are very influential in the wheels of business and business. This study aims to explain the effect of customer expectations, product quality, customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. In this study the Customer is an important part of the business world, without any customers in the business, of course there will be no business processes that occur. Therefore customers are very influential in the wheels of business and business. In a business process, the customer would want to be well served by the merchant and the customer will be satisfied if his wishes or expectations are met when buying and feeling the product or service that is felt. With such an impact, it is expected that customers will be loyal to use the product or service that they feel is good. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. The method used is quantitative. The method of data analysis in this study was to use descriptive statistical methods and parametric inferential statistics by using IBM Version 21 SPSS (statistical product and service solution) software. The results showed that the coefficient of determination obtained service quality to customer loyalty was 3.84% while the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty is 3.74% and the effect simultaneously between service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty is 3.64% and the remaining 3.38% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Keywords: service quality, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang Jl. Major General Haryono No. 193. Dinoyo, districts. Lowokwaru, Malang City, East Java 65144. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of information quality, advertising and product quality on purchasing decisions. The independent variables used are the quality of information, advertising and product quality, while the dependent variable is the purchase decision. The sample used in this study were 74 respondents who are Tokopedia consumers. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is the instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, determination test, f test and t test using Statistikal Package for the Social Sciens (SPSS) 16.0 computer software for data processing. The results of this study indicate that the quality of information affects purchasing decisions, advertising affects purchasing decisions, product quality affects purchasing decisions. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of Human Capital and Employee Engagemet on Employee Work Productivity (case study on employees of Customs and Excise Regional Office of East Java II). The number of samples 70 in this study. In analyzing the data this study was assisted with SPSS version 25. The analysis used was the instrument test, multiple linear analysis test, class assumption test, hypothesis test.The results of this study partially concluded that there was a negative effect between Human Capital variables on Employee Work Productivity while positive effects between Employee Employee variables on Employee work Productivity and simultaneously concluded there was an influence between Human Capital variables and Employee Engagemets on Employee Work Productivity.Keywords: Human Capital, Employee Engagement, Employee Work Productivity

Abstract

ABSTRACTStudents are confronted with many choices of qualified organizations also have their respective advantages. No exception on the Malang Islamic University Campus, Malang Islamic University does have three extra-campus organizations, namely PMII, HMI and GMNI. However, Malang Islamic University is the largest PMII regeneration barn in Malang. Reasons for Malang Islamic University to become the largest PMII regeneration barn in Malang because this campus is an NU campus and of course PMII is an organization based on Ahlusunnah wal Jama'ah and PMII is one of the student organizations formed to supply young intellectuals In this study there are two functions variable is the dependent variable (independent) and the independent variable (dependent). Dependent variables are variables that are influenced or explained by independent variables, while independent variables are variables that can affect other variables. Where this research is a study of primary data through a questionnaire. The data used are secondary data and primary data. The statistical method used is multiple linear regression by conducting classical assumption tests, correlation coefficients and determination coefficients and testing hypotheses namely f test and t test.The results of the research conducted that the advertisement variables influence the decision making of students choosing the PMII organization (Rayon Al-Farabi FEB Unisma) and the personal selling variable influences the students' decision making in choosing the PMII organization (Rayon Al-Farabi FEB Unisma). The results of this study can provide information to rayon administrators about the influence of advertising and personal selling on the management of rayon AL-Farabi and also for further researchers so that they can add other variables that can influence student decision making that are not examined by researchers.Keywords: Advertising; Personal Selling

Abstract

ABSTRACTWork effectiveness is one of the goals of job implementation. This can beachieved if the implementation of work in accordance with the requirementsrequired by the job. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there isinfluence of work motivation, and work discipline on the effectiveness ofemployees at Yayasan Sunan Kalijogo Jabung-Malang. The purpose of this studyis also to determine the extent to which the influence of work motivation, andwork discipline on the effectiveness of employees at Yayasan Sunan KalijogoJabung-Malang.The results of this study partially prove that the variable of work motivationdoes not have a significant effect on the effectiveness of employees with asignificance value of 0.075 or above 0.05 and has the lowest coefficient of 0.317,while the variable work discipline partially have a significant effect on theeffectiveness Employee work with a significance value of 0.007 or below 0.05 andhas a coefficient value above the motivation variable is 0.472.But simultaneously these two variables are very influential on theeffectiveness of employees at the Foundation Sunan Kalijogo Jabung Malang,because the value obtained F test of 9,253 with a significance level of 0,000 whichis smaller than 0.005. From the results of the analysis can be taken a conclusionthat the variables of work motivation, and work discipline have a positiveinfluence on the effectiveness of employee work on Yayasan Sunan KalijogoJabung-Malang. However, the work discipline variable is the dominant factorwhich has the greatest influence to the level of effectiveness of the employee'swork at Yayasan Sunan Kalijogo Jabung-Malang.Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline and Work Effectiveness OfEmployees
