Abstract

This study aims to explore the effect of human capital readiness on innovation performance mediated by learning orientation. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. The research sample consisted of SMEs in the creative industries. Data were collected through surveys and processed using SEM_PLS. The results showed that human capital readiness has a positive and significant effect on innovation performance through learning orientation. This study shows that human capital readiness is the willingness of employees to actively participate in operational business processes, respond to market challenges, and drive innovation. This readiness requires the support of a supportive environment, such as a learning environment. Human capital readinesscan be fostered through a learning orientation that encourages employees to align the vision of the organization with the owner, to share knowledge, and to be open to change, ultimately fostering the growth of innovation.

Abstract

Abstract

Penerapan model AISAS secara menyeluruh dalam sektor kuliner masih terbatas, khususnya yang mengaitkan langsung antara indikator performa digital dengan perubahan perilaku konsumen secara kualitatif. Hal ini menjadi gap penelitian yang signifikan, mengingat banyaknya pelaku usaha kuliner yang mengandalkan media sosial, namun belum memahami secara strategis tahapan-tahapan AISAS. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menjadi penting secara teoritis maupun praktis untuk menjembatani kekosongan tersebut dan menawarkan strategi komunikasi yang berbasis data serta perilaku konsumen aktual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas penerapan model AISAS (Attention, Interest, Search, Action, Share) dalam strategi pemasaran digital melalui akun Instagram Semarang Food Hunter terhadap perilaku konsumsi kuliner masyarakat. Model AISAS yang diperkenalkan oleh Dentsu merupakan kerangka kerja yang menggambarkan perilaku konsumen digital modern secara interaktif, dari tahap menarik perhatian hingga membagikan pengalaman. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi konten digital, dan dokumentasi Instagram Insights. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penerapan AISAS memberikan dampak positif, seperti peningkatan views (dari 41.040 menjadi 316.900), likes (dari 296 menjadi 5.720), serta interaksi dalam bentuk komentar dan shares. Kesimpulannya, strategi AISAS efektif membentuk perilaku konsumsi digital dan dapat dijadikan acuan bagi pelaku usaha kuliner. Abstract

Purpose: The study aims to address the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on sectors including eco-print products produced by Gallery Yupa Eco-print in Purbalingga. The shift in consumer behavior from offline to online has posed challenges such as the halt of exhibition activities, preventing the introduction of products to potential consumers. Method: The service activities carried out by the Undip PKUM (Strengthening Community Leading Commodities) Team involve providing Digital Marketing training and assistance, particularly on Instagram social media. The Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach is used in this activity, which is a method for studying rural conditions and life from, with, and by village communities. Practical Applications: The training and assistance aim to increase consumer awareness, especially introducing Eco-print as a unique and environmentally friendly contemporary handicraft. This approach is considered appropriate as it empowers the community to independently solve the problems they face. Conclusion: As a result of the PKUM service activities, Gallery Yupa Eco-print was able to promote their products via social media, specifically Instagram, and began to gain awareness from consumers or potential customers. This indicates the effectiveness of the implemented methods in addressing the challenges posed by the pandemic.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPerusahaan garmen menghadapi tantangan signifikan dengan tingginya tingkat niat untuk meninggalkan pekerjaan di kalangan buruh wanita, yang diduga dipengaruhi oleh keseimbangan kerja-hidup yang buruk dan tingkat stress yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dampak work-life balance dan stres terhadap niat untuk meninggalkan pekerjaan (turnover intention), dengan mempertimbangkan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel perantara, pada buruh wanita di industri garmen. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan survei kuantitatif dengan mendistribusikan kuesioner kepada 200 buruh wanita di PT X Garment Kabupaten Semarang, menggunakan teknik sampling multistage random sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work-life balance memiliki pengaruh negatif yang signifikan terhadap niat untuk meninggalkan pekerjaan, sementara stres memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan. Selain itu, job satisfaction terbukti menjadi mediator yang signifikan dalam hubungan antara stres dan niat untuk meninggalkan pekerjaan, sedangkan hubungan antara work-life balance dan niat untuk meninggalkan pekerjaan hanya bersifat langsung. Temuan ini menyarankan bahwa peningkatan work-life balance dan manajemen stres yang efektif dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, dan pada akhirnya mengurangi keinginan buruh wanita untuk meninggalkan pekerjaan di industri garmen.Kata Kunci: Work Life Balance, Stress, Job Satisfaction, Turnover Intention, Buruh PerempuanABSTRACTThe garment industry faces significant challenges due to high turnover intention among female laborers, suspected to be influenced by poor work-life balance and high levels of stress. This study aims to investigate the impacts of work-life balance and stress on turnover intention, considering job satisfaction as a mediating variable, among female workers in the garment industry. The research employed a quantitative survey approach by distributing questionnaires to 200 female workers at PT X Garment in Semarang Regency, using multistage random sampling techniques. Data collected were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Findings indicate that work-life balance negatively influences turnover intention significantly, while stress positively affects it. Additionally, job satisfaction proves to be a significant mediator in the relationship between stress and turnover intention, whereas the relationship between work-life balance and turnover intention is direct. These findings suggest that improving work-life balance and effective stress management can enhance job satisfaction and ultimately reduce female garment workers' inclination to leave their jobs.Keywords: Work Life Balance, Stress, Job Satisfaction, Turnover Intention, Female Workers

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of athlete endorsement, price perception, and product quality on local basketball shoe purchasing decisions, and the influence of sport involvement moderating athlete endorsement, price perception, and product quality on purchasing decisions of local AZA brand basketball shoes. This research is explanatory research using purposive sampling followed by snowball sampling. The total sample obtained was 100 respondents. Data analysis technique used was MRA. The results found are: 1) there is an influence of athlete endorsement on the purchasing decision of local basketball shoes; 2) there is an influence of price perception on the purchasing decision of local basketball shoes; 3) there is an effect of product quality on purchasing decisions for local basketball shoes, and; 4) there is an influence of sport involvement moderating athlete endorsement, price perception, and product quality on purchasing decisions for local basketball shoes brand AZA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh athlete endorsement, persepsi harga, dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian sepatu basket lokal, serta pengaruh sport involvement memoderasi athlete endorsement, persepsi harga, dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian sepatu basket lokal merek AZA. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian eksplanatori dengan teknik sampling penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dilanjutkan dengan snowball sampling. Sampel didapatkan 100 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan MRA. Hasil yang ditemukan yaitu: 1) terdapat pengaruh athlete endorsement terhadap keputusan pembelian sepatu basket lokal; 2) terdapat pengaruh persepsi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian sepatu basket lokal; 3) terdapat pengaruh kualitas produk pada keputusan pembelian sepatu basket lokal, dan; 4) terdapat pengaruh sport involvement memoderasi athlete endorsement, persepsi harga, dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian sepatu basket lokal merek AZA. Abstract

Modern-day enterprise competition is getting more difficult, in particular in the industry 4.0 generation. SMEs or Small and medium-sized corporations as a part of the pillar in the economic industries, want to assume these conditions. Batik is an SME that has contributed to the economic system. various issues are confronted by way of the batik enterprise, together with SMEs in Batik in Semarang. They face a few barriers, inclusive of increasing the capability of human resources. knowledge sharing is an activity to enhance individual talents, specifically trouble-solving and worker self-assurance. Knowledge sharing is an activity to improve individual skills, especially problem-solving and employee confidence. The purpose of this examination turned into exploring the effect on tacit knowledge-sharing activities, employee performance and employee relations. Also, the article defined the activity of tacit knowledge sharing in mediating the effect of employees relation and employee performance. The type of research was explanatory research. The sample was a hundred employees within the SMEs Batik in Semarang. Statistics evaluation of the use of SEM. The finding showed that there was an effect of employee relations on tacit knowledge-sharing activities. Second, there was an effect of tacit knowledge-sharing activities on employee performance. And, employee relations and employee performance had a positive effect. The results of the mediation effect test showed that employee relations have a positive effect on employee performance through tacit knowledge-sharing activities. The suggestion of this research is Batik UKM in Semarang to create a conducive work environment because the results of the study show that the relationship between employees is a success factor in sharing tacit knowledge. The limitation of this research is that the study was only conducted at the Batik UKM in Semarang, which resulted in a very limited generalization of the research findings. The limitation of this research is that the study turned into best carried out on the Batik UKM in Semarang, which led to a totally limited generalization of the research findings. The difficulty of the have a look is that the observation turned into only carried out at the SMEs Batik in Semarang which makes a completely constrained generalization of the findings.
