Abstract

This study aims to determine whether brand image and product variety influence consumer purchasing interest at Geprek Bensu restaurants in Gorontalo City. This research method uses a quantitative approach with three variables, namely brand image (X1), product variety (X2), and purchasing interest (Y). The sample used in this study amounted to 96 respondents, who had never made a purchase at Geprek Bensu in Gorontalo City and were the general public of Gorontalo City and students of Gorontalo State University. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data analysis used was descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that brand image had a positive and significant effect on purchasing interest, indicated by a regression coefficient value of 0.551. Product variety also had a positive and significant effect on purchasing interest with a coefficient value of 0.345. Simultaneously, brand image and product variety had a significant effect on consumer purchasing interest. This was indicated by the results of the multiple linear regression test with an F-value of 147.696 and a significance of 0.001. These findings reflect that strengthening brand image and providing product variations that suit consumer preferences can increase purchasing interest, especially among the younger generation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh dari Kualitas Pelayanan dan Budaya Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Pengunjung pada Objek Wisata Hiu Paus Botubarani, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 orang yang merupakan pengunjung Wisata Hiu Paus Botubarani. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik Non Probability yakni Teknik Sampling Incidental yaitu penentuan sampel secara kebetulan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Metode Kuantitatif dan Analisis Data menggunakan Analisis Regresi Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kualitas Pelayanan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pengunjung sebesar 64,17%. (2) Budaya Kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pengunjung sebesar 37,94%. dan (3) Kualitas Pelayanan dan Budaya Kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pengunjung sebesar 77,2%, sedangkan 22,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini. Kesimpulannya, jika Pengelola Daya Tarik Wisata Hiu Paus Botubarani meningkatkan seluruh aspek Kualitas Pelayanan dan Budaya Kerja secara bersamaan maka kepuasan pengunjung akan meningkat. Dengan demikian, mengacu pada temuan tersebut, pihak pengelola diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan budaya kerja di objek wisata tersebut.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to learn more about the development of the smoked fish industry in Tongo village, Bone coast subdistrict. Bolango of bone. This research takes a phenomenological, qualitative approach. This study's data was gathered using a combination of in-person interviews, written records, and informal observations. Reducing data, displaying data, and generating conclusions are the data analysis strategies used in this research. Qualitative descriptive research, in which a specific technique is recorded in order to characterise or describe the status of the item under investigation on the basis of known facts, is what this study is. In addition to the information gathered via interviews, observations, and written records. The findings indicated that Tongo Village produces high-quality smoked fish. This can be seen in several interviews with many consumers who said that the quality of smoked fish in Tongo Village was quite good. even though it has good smoked fish, it still has deficiencies in effectiveness and efficiency in the smoked production process and so does the marketing concept used in the process of selling smoked fish, Tongo village still does not use social media assistance as a marketing tool, where smoked fish sales are still Traditionally, it is marketed in markets and also at street stalls. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Organozational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Work Motivation on Employee Perfomance at Talaga Jaya Public Hhealth Center, Gorontalo Regency, partially or simultaneously. Furthermore, the approach used in this study was a quantitative approach with correlational methods. The data were collected using a questionnaire. The number of samples was 42 people obtained using the saturated sampling process. The data were then analyzed using multiple regression inferential quantitative analysis. The result showed that (1) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at Talaga Jaya Public Health Center, Gorontalo Regency by 46,20%. (2) Work motivation has a positive influence on employee performance at Talaga Jaya Public Health Center, Gorontalo Regency, by 36,80%. (3) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and work motivation simultaneously have a positive influence on employee performance at Talaga Jaya Public Health Center, Gorontalo Regency, by 83,00%. This indicates that the higher the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and work motivation, the employee’s performance will increase.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of human resource competence, accounting information systems, and internal control systems on the quality of village financial reports in Kabila Bone District, Bone Bolango Regency. The type of method used in this research is a quantitative method with data collection techniques using questionnaire surveys and observation. The number of respondents in this research was 63 respondents consisting of the Village Head, Village Secretary, Village Treasurer, Head of Planning, Head of Government, Head of Welfare and Services, and Chair of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) throughout Kabila Bone District. The tool used in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that 1. Human resource competency has a positive and significant effect on the quality of village financial reports in Kabila Bone District. 2. The accounting information system has a positive and significant effect on the quality of village financial reports in Kabila Bone District. 3. The internal control system has a positive and significant effect on the quality of village financial reports in Kabila Bone District. 4. Simultaneously, human resource competency, accounting information systems and internal control systems have a positive effect on the quality of village financial reports in Kabila Bone District with a determinant value of 60.6% while the remaining 39.4% is explained by other variables not examined. in this research.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Organizational Culture on Development mediated by Self Efficacy (Study of Employees of the Gorontalo Ministry of Law and Human Rights Regional Office). The sampling technique uses nonprobability sampling with the technique taken, namely saturated sampling. The saturated sampling technique means that all members of the population are sampled, so that the sample used in this research is 121 employees. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The analytical test tool used to test this research is path analysis. The data analysis method uses the SPSS 27 application.. Based on the path analysis test, the results of this research show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on career development, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy, self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on career development, self-efficacy acts as a partial mediation between the relationship between organizational culture and employee career development. In this research, it is explained that the Career Development variable is 77.4% while the remaining 22.6% is influenced by other variables which were not researched and explained in this research.

Abstract

This study examines how reward and punishment affect employee performance in the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of Gorontalo Province. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire with a population of all Civil Servants (PNS) at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights Gorontalo, with as many as 121 employees. The sampling used probability sampling, with a sample size of 93 respondents, through the Slovin formula. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis model via SPSS 26 application.According to the multiple regression analysis tests, it was found that the simultaneous results of the reward and punishment variables affect performance. This result is evidenced by the percentage of the performance variable of 32,5%, while the remaining 67,5% is affected by other variables not examined and explained in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence capital structure and activity ratios have on profitability in automotive sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. Sample selection was carried out using purposive sampling to obtain seven companies that met the requirements as samples. The data used in this research is secondary data in the form of financial reports obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a total of 35 financial reports observed. This research uses the statistical method of multiple linear regression in the SPSS version 26 application. The results of this research show that capital structure has a positive and significant effect on profitability, which means that every increase in capital structure by one percent will increase profitability; the activity ratio has a negative and significant effect on profitability, which means that every increase in the activity ratio will reduce profitability and; Simultaneously, capital structure and activity ratios have a positive and significant effect on profitability in automotive sector companies.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenerapan reward dan punishment sangat penting untuk memotivasi karyawan menjadi baik dan tujuan perusahaan dalam memperoleh laba dapat tercapai secara maksimal. Reward diterapkan untuk memberikan imbalan kepada karyawan atas hasil pekerjaannya agar mereka bekerja lebih maksimal. Sedangkan punishment diterapkan dengan tujuan memelihara peraturan yang berlaku agar segala tugas dan tanggung jawab dapat terselesaikan dengan dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur besarnya pengaruh reward dan punishment terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk, Cabang Gorontalo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di PT. BFI finance Indonesia Tbk, Cabang Gorontalo yang berjumlah 58 karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini populasi kurang dari 100 maka seluruh populasi diambil sampel yaitu 58 orang karyawan, sehingga ditetapkan jumlah sampel yang akan diteliti berjumlah 58 responden. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil pengumpulan dan analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Reward berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan punishment tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk, Cabang Gorontalo.Kata Kunci: Reward, Punishment, Kinerja KaryawanABSTRACTThe application of reward and punishment is very important to motivate employees to be good and the company's goal of obtaining profit can be achieved maximally. Reward is applied to reward employees for their work so that they work more optimally. Meanwhile, punishment is applied with the aim of maintaining applicable regulations so that all tasks and responsibilities can be completed properly. This study aims to measure the effect of reward and punishment on employee performance of PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk, Gorontalo Branch. The population in this study are all employees at PT. BFI finance Indonesia Tbk, Gorontalo Branch which amounted to 58 employees. In this study, the population is less than 100, so the entire population is sampled, namely 58 employees, so that the number of samples to be studied is 58 respondents. Data obtained from the results of data collection and analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that Reward has a significant effect on employee performance while punishment has no significant effect on employee performance of PT. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Kota Gorontalo secara persial maupunsimultan. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini yakni kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian lapangan (field research) pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan kuisioner. Adapun jumlah sampel sebanyak 75 orang yang diperoleh proses deskriptif variable. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini yakni analisis inferensial regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengujian hipotesis (Uji t) untuk nilai t-hitung variable budaya organisasi sebesar 6. 543 lebih besar dari nilai t- tabel 1,666 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 0,05. Hal ini dapat dikatakan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai karena nilai t- hitung t- tabel dan nilai signifikan selebih kecil dari 0,05 sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Selanjutnya nilai koefisien determinasi (R) yaitu sebesar 0,0608 yang berarti bahwa pengaruh variable bebas (Budaya Organisasi) terhadap variable terikat (Kinerja Pegawai) adalah sebesar 60,8% sedang kansisanya 39,2% dipengaruhi oleh variable lain diluar yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitianini. Selanjutnya nilai Regresi Linear Sederhana dapat dikatakan konstanta sebesar 19,581 yang artinya bahwa nilai konsistensi variable Kinerja Pegawai sebesar 19,581. Koefisien regresi X sebesar 0,653 yang menyatakan bahwa penambahan 1% nilai budaya organisasi maka kinerja pegawai akan bertambah 0,653. Koefisien regresi tersebut bernilai positif sehinggah dapat di katakan bahwa arah pengaruh budaya organisasi (variable X) terhadap kinerja pegawai (variable Y) adala hpositif Dan berdasarkan nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh dari table diatas sebesar 0,000 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variable budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai.
