Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence capital structure and activity ratios have on profitability in automotive sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. Sample selection was carried out using purposive sampling to obtain seven companies that met the requirements as samples. The data used in this research is secondary data in the form of financial reports obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a total of 35 financial reports observed. This research uses the statistical method of multiple linear regression in the SPSS version 26 application. The results of this research show that capital structure has a positive and significant effect on profitability, which means that every increase in capital structure by one percent will increase profitability; the activity ratio has a negative and significant effect on profitability, which means that every increase in the activity ratio will reduce profitability and; Simultaneously, capital structure and activity ratios have a positive and significant effect on profitability in automotive sector companies.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application accountancy based on SAK-EMKM in UMKM Dodol Jaton in Reksonegoro Village. This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach using primary data sources obtained directly from observation and interviews as well as documentation data. The research location is located at Dodol Li Tarni, Reksonegro Village. The results of the research conducted show that K UMKM Dodol Li Tarni Not yet apply recording accountancy based on applicable standards namely SAK EMKM. UMKM Dodol Li Tarni has apply accountancy in activity, however until moment This Still limited to stages collection proof transactions and records proof transaction without terminated with exists report finance Good report in a manner general nor report finance based on SAK EMKM. On research This researcher has do drafting report finance Dodol li Tarni is based on SAK EMKM which consists of from report position finance, profit losses and notes on report finance. Abstract

Indonesia memiliki target yang harus diselesaikan secara bersama termasuk target pemulihan ekonomi pasca pandemic covid-19. Demi mewujudkan investasi yang berkelanjutan, peneliti memiliki rancangan konsep dan prototype yang akan menjawab tantangan realisasi investasi di Provinsi Gorontalo. Penelitian ini akan berfokus pada perancangan aplikasi yang bisa membantu meningkatkan kesadaran para investor agar bisa patuh dalam melaporkan Laporan kegiatan penanaman modal di aplikasi resmi OSS (online single submission). Persoalan dilapangan sering ditemui para investor tidak melaporkan LKPM dan hal tersebut otomatis mempengaruhi laporan dan data realisasi investasi di suatu daerah. Untuk meminimalisir ketidakpatuhan para investor dalam melaporkan LKPM maka peneliti memiliki alternatif berupa rancangan pembuatan aplikasi i-notif atau investor notification. Dalam penelitian ini, kami menyusun sebuah rancangan berupa prototype aplikasi yang akan berperan pada peningkatan customer engagement. Melihat pada kasus ketidak disiplinya para pelaku usaha, maka sudah sepantasnya DPM PTSP dan BKPM melakukan terobosan agar mereka bisa lebih disiplin seperti halnya costumer engagement. I-notif dirancang dalam bentuk aplikasi content broadcasting. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode prototyping. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mendukung stabilitas investasi di Provinsi Gorontalo.

Abstract

The research aims:1) analyzed the effect of knowledge management, job innovation and prestation have positive and significant toward progress of organization; 2) analyzed the effect of knowledge management and job innovation have positive and significant toward prestation; and 3) analyzed the effect of knowledge management have postive and significant toward job innovation. The location of research in Gorontalo Province, in Government of Gorontalo Province. Population of research all of civil servant in Government of Gorontalo Province as amount 3.086 persons. And sample in Slovin formulation 10% obtained 97 respondents. Data from questioner to analyzed with path analysis. The result of research to found: 1) the knowledge management have positive and significant toward progress of organization. The applied of knowledge management to actualize and get significant contribution toward the progress of organization; 2) job innovation possitive and significant toward progress of organization. The innovation have suitable with the need of job to incerased the progress of organization; 3) prestation have positive and significant toward progress of organization. The prestation which achieve to support in progress of organization; 4) knowledge management positive and significant toward prestation. The knowledge management able to result of employee which have prestation in job field; 5) job innovation positive and significant toward prestation. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to learn more about the development of the smoked fish industry in Tongo village, Bone coast subdistrict. Bolango of bone. This research takes a phenomenological, qualitative approach. This study's data was gathered using a combination of in-person interviews, written records, and informal observations. Reducing data, displaying data, and generating conclusions are the data analysis strategies used in this research. Qualitative descriptive research, in which a specific technique is recorded in order to characterise or describe the status of the item under investigation on the basis of known facts, is what this study is. In addition to the information gathered via interviews, observations, and written records. The findings indicated that Tongo Village produces high-quality smoked fish. This can be seen in several interviews with many consumers who said that the quality of smoked fish in Tongo Village was quite good. even though it has good smoked fish, it still has deficiencies in effectiveness and efficiency in the smoked production process and so does the marketing concept used in the process of selling smoked fish, Tongo village still does not use social media assistance as a marketing tool, where smoked fish sales are still Traditionally, it is marketed in markets and also at street stalls. Abstract

Fresh graduates in Gorontalo Province face a significant skills gap when entering the digital economy, necessitating effective digital-based training. This research aims to design an online training program that can bridge this gap using the Theory of Planned Behavior as a theoretical framework. The research method involves descriptive statistical analysis of survey data from 40 fresh graduates, as well as semi-structured thematic interviews to explore specific needs in training design. The results indicate that positive attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control significantly influence the intention to participate in training. The training prototype developed through Figma received positive feedback, although it requires further refinement. The novelty of this research lies in the application of the Theory of Planned Behavior in the context of online training for fresh graduates in developing regions. The implications of these findings highlight the need for a segmented approach in training program design, integration of collaborative elements, and the provision of industry-recognized certification to enhance the employability of new graduates in the digital era

Abstract

This study aimed to determine whether Job Satisfaction and Work Motivation towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) simultaneously affect Employees of the Environmental and Forestry Agency of Gorontalo Province. The data collection technique employed in this study was a questionnaire with a population of all Civil Servants (PNS) of the Environmental and Forestry Agency of Gorontalo Province or 77 employees in total. In the meantime, the samples were determined using total sampling due to the population was relatively small. The analytical test tool used in testing this research was multiple linear regression. The data analysis method used the SPSS 26 application. Based on the findings, the multiple refression analysis test result indicated that the simultaneous test of the variables of Job Satisfaction and Work Motivation had a moderate (not strong) effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. In detail, the effect recorded was 0.758 or 75.8%. Meanwhile, the remaining 0.24.2 or 24.2% was affected by other variables not examined in the study.

Femilia Abdullah. NIM 931419028.2024. Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Dan Kompensasi Finansial Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Di Pt. Davincy Airindo Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Skripsi. Program Studi S1 Manajemen, Jurusan Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Dibawah bimbingan Bapak Dr. Muchtar Ahmad, S.Pd, M.Si Sebagai Pembimbing I dan Ibu Dr. Andi Yusniar Mendo, SE, MM Sebagai Pembimbing II.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, 2) mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi finansial terhadap kepuasan kerja, 3) mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi finansial terhadap kepuasan kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Data yang digunakan diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada Karyawan Di Pt. Davincy Airindo Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Penarikan sampel dalam penelitian menggunakan Rumus Sampling Jenuh dengan jumlah sampel 73 responden. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, 2) kompensasi finansial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan 3) lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi finansial berpengaruh signifikan kepuasan kerja. Koefisien determinasi dalam penelitian ini sebesar 75,2%. Yang berarti variabilitas perilaku kepuasan kerja dapat dijelaskan oleh lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi finansial 75,2% dan 24,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam model penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Kompensasi Finansial, Kepuasan Kerja

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of incentives and rewards on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The study employed a quantitative method with a descriptive quantitative approach. Primary data were collected trough questionnaires distributed to PT employees Wan Setia. The sample consisted of 34 respondents, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that: 1) incentive have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) rewards have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and (3) simultaneously, incentive and rewards have a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination in this study is 49.6%, indicating that 49.6% of the variability in employee performance can be explained by incentive and rewards.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan tinjauan bentuk sistem informasi akuntansi terkait pencatatan laporan keuangan yang dijalankan oleh bengkel CV. Karisma motor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Informan pada penelitian ini adalah pemilik perusahaan dan karyawan yang bekerja sebagai pencatatan laporan keuangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada bengkel CV. Karisma motor sudah menerapkan system informasi akuntansi berbasis komputer dengan menggunakan aplikasi ANPER DMS, aplikasi sistem informasi akuntansi dapat memberikan dampak positif karena membuat lebih sederhana dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan. Namun dalam menjalankan aplikasi tersebut belum sepenuhnya mengoptimalkan ketentuan yang ada. Diantaranya sumber daya manusia dan teknologi.
