Abstract

This research aims to develop a module to approach scientific measures, which measures the activity is designed to educate participants actively queried mengonstruk concept, law or principle through the stages of 5M covering observe, to question, to reason, to try and form a network. This study uses several stages of research: (1) analysis of needs, (2) Design module (Design module development), (3) Development Tools module, (4) Validation Expert (Content and Media), (5) Revised, (6) Validation Master, (7) Revision, (8) Testing One to One, (9) Revision, (10) of the trial, (11) Revision, and (12) Module Final. Then the module is evaluated by experts of material amounted to 87.33%, results of evaluation of instructional media at 87.71%. High School Physics Teacher evaluation results amounted to 84.20%. The questionnaire results learners small group of 84.69% and the results of the questionnaire participants educate large groups of 84.76%. Based on the results obtained it can be concluded that the media developed a decent used as learning materials physics Keywords: learning media, module, scientific, science process skills.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan buku elektronik pengayaan pengetahuan mengenai aplikasi gelombang ultrasonik berdasarkan kompetensi 3.10 Kelas XI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (RnD) model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Buku pengayaan yang telah dihasilkan ditulis dengan menggunakan bahasa yang komunikatif dilengkapi dengan gambar, animasi, audio, dan video sehingga buku bersifat interaktif dan menarik. Penilaian buku dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket validasi yang diadaptasi dari butir penilaian buku pengayaan yang dikeluarkan oleh Pusat Kurikulum dan Perbukuan (Puskurbuk). Berdasarkan hasil validasi kepada tim ahli bidang materi, buku ini memiliki nilai 96,25% dan berada pada kategori sangat baik. Sedangkan pada konteks media, buku ini memiliki nilai 81,5% juga berada pada kategori sangat baik. This research aims to develop a knowledge-enrichment electronic book about ultrasonic wave application referring to the competence 3.10 class XI. The method is Research and Development (RnD) ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) model. The book is written in communicative languanges, with pictures, audios, and videos hence the book is interactive and interesting. The scoring system is conducted through validation survey that was adapted from enrichment book scoring system published by the Pusat Kurikulum and Perbukan (Puskurbuk). The result from Physics expert shows the book has score 96,25% in very good category. While media expert gives score 81,5% which also in very good category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan e-modul materi momentum dan impuls berbasis Process Oriented Guided Inquiry Learning (POGIL) yang dilengkapi dengan soal-soal HOTS untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa SMA kelas X. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode research and development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Model pengembangan ADDIE meliputi lima tahapan, yaitu tahap analisis (Analyze), tahap perencanaan (Design), tahap pengembangan (Development), tahap implementasi (Implementation), dan tahap evaluasi (Evaluate). Produk dibuat menggunakan software 3D Pageflip Professional 1.7.7. Penilaian angket uji validasi diinterpretasikan dengan Skala Likert. Hasil uji validasi oleh ahli materi diperoleh 82.78% dengan kategori sangat layak, hasil uji validasi oleh ahli media diperoleh 88.81% dengan kategori sangat layak, dan hasil uji validasi oleh ahli pembelajaran diperoleh 80.83% dengan kategori sangat layak. Hasil uji coba lapangan oleh guru fisika SMA kelas X dan XI diperoleh 98.25% dengan kategori sangat layak dan hasil uji coba lapangan oleh siswa diperoleh 92.05% dengan kategori sangat layak. Uji coba lapangan kepada 36 siswa kelas XI MIPA 2 SMAN 44 Jakarta diperoleh hasil rata-rata nilai pre-test sebesar 35.00 dan post-test sebesar 66.25. Hasil yang diperoleh pada uji Gain sebesar 0.485 dengan klasifikasi sedang. Berdasarkan hasil uji validasi dan uji coba lapangan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk yang dikembangkan telah layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar mandiri untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa pada materi momentum dan impuls. This research aims to development of e-module for momentum and impulse materials based on Process Oriented Guided Inquiry Learning (POGIL) that is equipped with HOTS questions to improve high order thinking skills for Senior High School Students in Class X. The method used in this research is method of research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model. The ADDIE development model includes five stages, there are the analysis stage (Analyze), the planning stage (Design), the development stage (Development), the implementation (Implemetation), and evaluation stage (Evaluate). This product is made using 3D Pageflip Professional 1.7.7. Assessment of questionnaire validation test instrument is interpreted by using Likert Scale. The result of validation test by material experts obtained 82.78% with a very decent category, the result of validation test by media experts obtained 88.81% with a very decent category, and the result of validation test by education experts obtained 80.83% with a very decent category. The result of field trial test by high school physic teachers Class X and XI obtained 98.25% with a very decent category and the result of field trial by students obtained 92.05% with a very decent category. The result of field trials test by 36 students of Class XI MIPA 2 of SMAN 44 Jakarta obtained an average of pre-test score 35.00 and an average of post-test score 66.25. the result of Gain test obtained 0.485. in the medium classification. Based on the results of validation test and field trials test, it can be concluded that the developed product has been used as an independent teaching material to improve students High Order Thinking Skills in momentum and impulse materials.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan dan menghasilkan bahan ajar fisika berupa E-Handout pada materi Gerak Harmonik Sederhana khususnya untuk peserta didik dengan gaya belajar kinestetik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R & D) dengan Model penelitian dan pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model ADDIE. Tahapan model pengembangan ADDIE dilakukan melalui lima tahap, yaitu Analyze, Desain, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. E-Handout ditulis dengan bahasa yang komunikatif, dilengkapi gambar, animasi dan ilustrasi yang dapat menarik peserta didik serta berisikan kegiatan belajar yang sesuai dengan karakteristik peserta didik kinestetik. Instrumen penilaian media didapat dari pengumpulan data berupa angket (kuisioner) dengan skala Likert. E-Handout yang dikembangkan sudah melalui tahap uji validasi dengan persentase capaian sebesar 87,85% (sangat layak) menurut Ahli Media, dan 80,54% (sangat layak) menurut Ahli Materi. Dengan demikian, Pengembangan E-Handout pada materi Gerak Harmonik Sederhana untuk Peserta Didik dengan Gaya Belajar Kinestetik layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. The purpose of this research is to develop and produce physics teaching materials in the form of electronic handout (E-Handout) on Simple Harmonic Motion material especially for students with kinesthetic learning styles. This research uses the Research and Development method (R&D) with the research and development used is the ADDIE model. The stages of the ADDIE development model are carried our through five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. E-Handout are written in communicative language, equipped with pictures, animation and illustration that can attract students and contain learning activities that are in accordance with the characteristics of kinesthetic learnenrs. The media assesment instrument obtained from data collection in the form of questionnaires with likert scale. E-Handout developed has been through a phase of validation testing with a percentage of 87,85% according to media expert and 80,54% according to material expert. Thus, the development of E-Handout on simple harmonic motion for students with kinesthetic learning styles is worth to be used as a learning media.

Abstract

Abstrak Era globalisasi memberi dampak pada berbagai aspek kehidupan, salah satunya adalah dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan. Pendidikan hendaknya mampu menghasilkan sumberdaya manusia yang memiliki kompetensi abad-21. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari model pembelajaran abad-21 dan berpikir divergen terhadap kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Quasi Experiment, desain penelitian Treatment by level 2x2 dan terdapat 71 sampel yang dipilih dengan purposive sampling. Berpikir divergen dikelompokkan menjadi berpikir divergen tinggi dan rendah bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran terhadap tingkat berpikir divergen yang berbeda. Model pembelajaran abad-21 dibatasi yaitu kelas eksperimen diberi perlakuan menggunakan model Treffinger dan kelas kontrol diberi perlakuan dengan model Problem Based Learning. Pada penelitian ini diperoleh hasil uji-t sebesar 0,038 dan hasil uji anava 2 arah sebesar 0,04. Kesimpulan penelitian ini sebagai berikut: 1) ada perbedaan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa yang diberi model Treffinger dan model Problem Based Learning, 2) ada pengaruh interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan berpikir divergen terhadap kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa. Kata-kata kunci: treffinger, berpikir divergen, kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi. Abstract Globalization has an impact on various aspects of life, one of them is in the implementation of education. Education should be able to produce human resources that have 21st century skills. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of 21st century learning models and divergent thinking to higher order thinking skills. This research used a quasi experiment method, treatment by level 2x2 research design and there are 71 samples selected by purposive sampling. Divergent thinking is divided into high and low divergent thinking to determine the effect of learning model on various levels of divergent thinking. The 21st century learning model is consist in that the experimental class is treated using the Treffinger model and the control class is treated with the Problem Based Learning model. In this study the results of the t-test were 0.038 and the results of the 2-way anava test were 0.04. The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1) there are differences in the ability of higher order thinking skills who are given the Treffinger model and the Problem Based Learning model, 2) there is an interaction effect between learning models and divergent thinking toward higher order thinking skills. Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to describe the combinatorial reasoning ability of high school students in physics learning and to determine the characteristics and the instrument quality of combinatorial reasoning using written test. The research method used is Analyze Design Development Implementation and Evaluation (ADDIE). The written test has the characteristics to measure the ability of deductive hypothesis between variables, to determine the process of combining student reasoning in solving the sequence and series problems and use all possible alternative answers in solving problem systematically based on the stage of combinatorial reasoning. The combinatorial reasoning test was validated by expert and physics teachers. The research participants are student in six of high school grade eleven who had learn all of the concept in one terms. The results of the research show combinatorial reasoning ability of high school students that 24% of students had a high level of combinatorial reasoning, in this case the students are able to fulfill the combinatorial stages. 64% of students were in the medium category and 10.83% of students were in the low category

Abstract

Abstrak Sistem pembelajaran campuran (blended learning) antara pembelajaran daring (online) dan tatap muka (offline) banyak digunakan untuk mendapatkan hasil maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar berbasis pembelajaran campuran (blended learning). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model pengembangan ADDIE. Model pengembangan ADDIE teridiri dari lima tahapan, yaitu analisis (analyze), perencanaan (design), pengembangan (development), implementasi (implementation), dan evaluasi (evaluation). Bahan ajar ini berisi materi pembelajaran, video pembelajaran, latihan soal, tugas mandiri, dan juga forum diskusi online yang dapat digunakan secara mandiri oleh peserta didik di rumah dan juga dapat digunakan untuk mempersiapkan materi pembelajaran selanjutnya di dalam kelas. Uji kelayakan produk ini dilakukan oleh ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli pembelajaran. Adapun uji coba produk dilakukan kepada sejumlah guru fisika SMA dan siswa SMA. Kata-kata kunci: bahan ajar, e-learning, blended learning. Abstract This research aims to develop teaching materials based on blended learning of physics atomic core and radioactivity for senior high school. Blended learning based teaching material is to make it easier for teachers and students to learn online and also face to face. The method used in this study is the ADDIE development model. ADDIE development model consists of five stages, namely analysis (analyze), design (design), development (development), implementation (implementation), and evaluation (evaluation). This teaching material contains learning materials, learning videos, exercises, independent assignments, and also online discussion forums that can be used independently by students at home and can also be used to prepare further learning materials in class. The product feasibility test is carried out by material experts, media experts, learning experts and the product trials by physics teachers and students. Abstract

Abstract The action research workshop for teachers who are members of the Indonesian Jaya Movement Educator (PPIJ) at Jakarta aims to improve the action research (PTK), implement action research, prepare learning outcome measurement instruments, and prepare action research proposals. The workshop is carried out online by doctoral students of the Jakarta State University from the Education Research and Evaluation study program in collaboration with PPIJ. The method used is debriefing theory and practice. The activity began with the delivery of material on writing a PTK proposal, compiling the proposal and measuring learning outcome instruments, mentoring by doctoral students, independent consultations, presenting the proposals, and finalizing the PTK proposal. The expected outputs are 1) PTK proposals, 2) The proposal collection books, 3) Publications via YouTube, 4) National scientific publications. This workshop produced 27 PTK proposals and one scientific article. Abstrak Workshop Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) bagi guru di wilayah DKI Jakarta yang tergabung dalam Pendidik Penggerak Indonesia Jaya (PPIJ) bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam memahami konsep PTK, prosedur pelaksanaan, penyusunan proposal, dan penyusunan instrument pengukuran hasil belajar. Workshop PTK dilaksanakan secara dalam jaringan (daring) oleh mahasiswa program studi Doktor Penelitian dan Evaluasi Pendidikan Pascasarjana Universitas Negeri Jakarta (S3 PEP UNJ) berkerja sama dengan PPIJ. Metode yang digunakan adalah pembekalan teori dan praktek. Kegiatan diawali dengan penyampaian materi tentang penulisan proposal PTK, melakukan penyusunan proposal PTK dan instrument pengukuran hasil belajar, pendampingan oleh mahasiswa S3 PEP UNJ, konsultasi mandiri, presentasi proposal PTK dan finalisasi proposal PTK. Luaran yang diharapkan adalah 1) Proposal PTK, 2) Buku kumpulan proposal PTK, 3) Publikasi melalui YouTube, 4) Publikasi ilmiah nasional. Workshop PTK ini menghasilkan 27 proposal PTK dan sebuah artikel ilmiah.

Abstract

Abstract Good quality migrant workers mean higher competitiveness; hence, larger contributions to the state can be expected. One of skills that can be learned through simple technology is producing Indonesian beverage products. These products are made via crystallization of Indonesian rhizome herbs. Limited knowledge and skill of Indonesian migrants on the use of rhizome herbs and processing have been the main issue discussed. Training on producing instant herbal drinks using crystallization methods was proposed as the solution to the problem. The activity was conducted on October 17, 2021. Online training was given from Indonesia with video demonstrations continuing with offline practice of making instant herbal drinks. Offline mode was done in one of the kitchen restaurants with tight covid protocols. As many as 32 migrants were involved. The results show increased knowledge of migrants on herbal rhizomes which showed an increase of pretest mean score (75.62) compared to posttest mean score (98.85). Furthermore, all migrants showed the ability to produce the instant herbal drink product within 1 hour of practice. This can be concluded that the program successfully increased the knowledge and skill of Indonesian migrants in Taiwan in producing instant herbal drinks using crystallization methods. Abstrak Pekerja migran yang berkualitas berarti daya memiliki saing yang lebih tinggi; karenanya, dapat memberikan kontribusi yang lebih besar kepada negara. Salah satu keterampilan yang dapat dipelajari melalui teknologi sederhana adalah menghasilkan produk minuman Indonesia. Produk-produk dibuat melalui kristalisasi rimpang herbal Indonesia. Keterbatasan pengetahuan dan keterampilan TKI tentang pemanfaatan dan pengolahan rimpang jamu menjadi isu utama yang dibahas. Pelatihan pembuatan minuman herbal instan dengan metode kristalisasi diusulkan sebagai solusi dari permasalahan tersebut. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 17 Oktober 2021. Pelatihan daring diberikan dari Indonesia dengan demonstrasi video dilanjutkan dengan praktik luring pembuatan minuman herbal instan. Mode luring dilakukan di salah satu dapur resto dengan protokol kesehatan yang ketat. Sebanyak 32 migran terlibat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan migran tentang rimpang jamu yang menunjukkan peningkatan skor rata-rata pretest (75,62) dibandingkan skor rata-rata posttest (98,85). Selanjutnya, semua peserta menunjukkan kemampuan untuk menghasilkan produk minuman herbal instan dalam waktu 1 jam praktik. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa program tersebut berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan Pekerja Migran Indonesia di Taiwan dalam memproduksi minuman herbal instan dengan metode kristalisasi.

In this case the sales force is one of the company's human resources that has a role in achieving the company's goals. This study aimed to investigate the effect of conflict management, compensation, work motivation on the employee performance of sales people. The sampling technique the researchers used is proportional random sampling. In this study, researchers used 200 samples taken. The number of population is one dealer with four different ones, so the sample is also different. The number of sales people who were sampled 200 respondents from 302 salespeople. The sample size is proportional to the population at each dealer. Statistical tools used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM). Data are analyzed by using statistical software LISREL 8.5. This study resulted in the finding that Conflict management has positive effect on work motivation. Conflict management has positive effect on employee performance. Compensation has positive effect on work motivation. Compensation has positive effect on employee performance. Work motivation has positive effect on employee performance. Conflict Management also has an indirect influence through work motivation. Compensation also has an indirect influence through work motivation.
