Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of organizational justice, trust, and job satisfaction channeled to an organization thoroughly on OCB, and examine and elaborate on the influence of organizational justice and trust on OCB mediated by job satisfaction. The instrument used questionnaires. The samples were determined by the proportional stratified random sampling. From 273 samples of teachers from 305 Private Middle schools in Tangerang Regency, the data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).The findings indicated that organizational justice, trust, and job satisfaction significantly influence OCB and organizational justice significantly influenced trust and job satisfaction. The findings prove that job satisfaction and trust of teachers can act as a complete mediation between organizational justice and OCB. The practical implication of this study is to provide knowledge and information for teachers and school management to improve OCB by implementing the concept of organizational justice, trust, and job satisfaction of the teachers.

Abstract

Introduction: Preceptorship is clinical education for nursing students by conducting constructive partnerships between nurse educators and practitioners. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to find out the effectiveness of the preceptorship programme using the Stake Model Evaluation Programme in terms of aspects antecedents, transactions, outcomes and behaviours.Methods: This study uses descriptive design with quantitative and qualitative approaches. The sample consists of 131 students, 22 clinical preceptors and 22 academic preceptors. The quantitative data were collected using questionnaires, observation and document studies. Qualitative study was conducted using an interview. Descriptive analysis uses mean, standard deviation, percentage, frequency distribution and qualitative analysis using a content analysis.Results: The study evaluation found that at antecedent stage. About 68.2% to 90.9% clinical preceptors had a good preparation on the student preparation stages as perceived by the academic preceptor and preceptee. While in the stage of transaction, preceptors are able to teach nursing care and students to perform nursing care from simple to complex in accordance with the competencies achieved.  Only less than half (45.5%) of students had good implementation of nursing care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.  However, more than 68% of them showed good professional attitudes and communication. The outcome phase obtained consistency in the result of the practice phase with the national competency test with value from 76.2% to 97.4%.Conclusion: The majority of the antecedent, transaction stage, and outcome showed an average condition which requires an improvement in order to provide a good quality education programme. Future studies may also need to design an alternative approach for students’ supervision in clinic.

Abstract

Pengembangan kompetensi guru berbasis kebutuhan untuk peningkatan kemampuan asessemen literasi-numerasi saat merupakan menjadi kebutuhan bagi sekolah dalam upaya peningkatan mutu dan sikap adaptif sekolah. Terdapat berbagai strategi untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan pengembangan kompetensi guru, salah satunya melakukan pelatihan dan pembinaan guru secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian  ini merupakan bentuk kajian literatur yang mengelaobrasi dan menganalisis berbagai penelitian pengembangan komptensi guru terdahulu dengan berbagai pendekatan. Di landasi keyakinan bahwa keberhasilan dan efektifitas pelaksanaan program pengembangan perlu dilakukan evaluasi dan kajian ilmiah yang mendalam baik dari aspek konteks, input, program pengembangan, proses dan produk. Model evaluasi CIPP dan Kickpatrick dinilai sebagai pendekatan yang komplementer dalam pelaksanaan evaluasi program. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan kedua model tersebut diproyeksikan dapat memberikan deskripsi secara utuh dalam pengkajian dan penelitian secara mendalam tentang pelaksanaan program pengembangan kompetensi guru. Dengan kedua model tersebut juga dapat didapatkan rekomendasi secara komprehensif dan saling melengkapi dalam kelangsungan program.

Abstract

Penelitian tindakan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan aktivitas anak kelompok B TKIT Al Faruqi saat melakukan proses pemahaman berhitung dan kardinalitas melalui penggunaan media Rangkasbitung. Media Rangkasbitung (Barang Bekas Media Berhitung) digunakan sebagai alat untuk menstimulasi kemampuan berhitung dan kardinalitas serta sebagai wujud peningkatan SDM guru dalam berinovasi mengembangkan media pembelajaran. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain siklus mengikuti model Kemmis dan McTaggart. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 15 anak kelompok B TKIT Al Faruqi. Penarikan kesimpulan dilakukan dengan mengubah penilaian kualitatif ke kuantitatif. Analisis data dilakukan dalam tiga tahapan yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa aktivitas anak kelompok B TKIT Al Faruqi mengalami peningkatan setelah penerapan kegiatan belajar menggunakan media Rangkasbitung. Melalui data yang dipaparkan dalam penelitian ini dapat diketahui juga bahwa penggunaan media belajar Rangkasbitung mampu meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung dan kardinalitas anak kelompok B TKIT Al Faruqi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan produk penilaian yang digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan penalaran proporsional mahasiswa calon guru anak usia 6-7 Tahun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan model Borg and Gall, yang meliputi pengumpulan informasi, perencanaan, pengembangan produk awal, ujicoba one to one, revisi hasil ujicoba, ujicoba skala kecil dan ujicoba skala besar. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa S1 PGSD yang dilakukan sebanyak tiga tahap ujicoba, yaitu uji coba one to one sebanyak 10 orang mahasiswa, uji coba kelompok kecil sebanyak 15 orang mahasiswa, dan uji coba kelompok besar sebanyak 30 orang mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data kualitatif dan analisis data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji coba yang telah dilakukan serta dilihat dari tingkat kesukaran, reliabel dan kevalidan soal, maka diperoleh hasil akhir dari penggunaan produk penilaian sebesar 64,79%. Dari hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa model yang dikembangkan menunjukkan interpretasi yang baik dan layak untuk diimplementasikan sebagai alat penilaian untuk mengukur kemampuan penalaran proporsional.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan konsep sains, proses sains, dan bentuk aplikatif sains anak usia dini yang diperoleh setelah menggunakan alat permainan edukatif di PP IPTEK TMII. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis konten dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep sains, proses sains, dan bentuk aplikatif sains anak usia dini setelah menggunakan alat permainan edukatif di PP IPTEK TMII Jakarta dapat meningkatkan literasi sains anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengembangan literasi sains anak usia dini dapat dilakukan dengan memilih dan menggunakan alat permainan edukatif dalam bentuk konsep sains, proses sains, dan aplikatif sains. Rekomendasi penelitian yaitu mengusulkan untuk menambahkan alat permainan edukatif (APE) yang ada di PP IPTEK TMII Jakarta Timur, seperti bola gelinding, telepon pipa, musik pipa, musik dapur, bola berpacu, mesin putar, katrol, dan berjabat tangan dalam melengkapi alat permainan edukatif di taman bermainan permukiman.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to make improvements in the learning process and improve learning outcomes Indonesian fourth grade student at Arrayaahiin Elementary Islamic School west C ikarang Bekasi District using the PQ4R method (Preview, Question, Read, Recite, Reflect and Review.) This research was conducted in SDI Arrayaahiin Bekasi Regency. This research method is a class action research that uses a spiral or cycle model from Kemmis and Taggart. The cycle is carried out twice with four rounds of each cycle, namely planning, implementation, action, observation and reflection. That is, in the first cycle, the percentage of reading comprehension reached 67%, with a teacher observation size of 93%. In the second cycle, the percentage of reading comprehension reached 80%, and observation measured 94% of teachers. Once discovered, there is a gradual increase in learning after the action. The PQ4R method not only helps students in the skills expected in the learning process at school. However, it is very important to equip students with a systematic learning method. The method of use for the benefit of the studio will produce supported understanding, not memory. Understanding that discuss relative will last longer in the brain, than just remembering the facts.

Abstract

This study aims to improve understanding of the concept of fractions in mathematics lessons for fifth grade students in SDIT YPI "45" Bekasi through the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) Approach. The research method that will be carried out is using the action research procedure (Action Research) model of Kemmis and Taggart using a spiral system. In each cycle include planning (planning), action (implementation), observation (observation) and reflection (reflection) stages. action research was conducted in class V with 21 students. This research instrument is in the form of interviews, observation sheets and field notes. The results of observation of student activities in learning cycle I and cycle II obtained an increase with a percentage of 79.27% ​​with enough categories, increasing to 92.15% with very good categories. The percentage of students who completed the pre-cycle stage was 52.38%, the first cycle was 71.4%, and the second cycle increased again to 85.7%. The score percentage of each indicator of concept comprehension ability has increased every cycle, such as understanding comprehension, in the first cycle students who are able to answer correctly are 85%, cycle II increases to 100%. The problem of understanding the interpretation of students in the first cycle that was able to answer correctly by 75% increased in the second cycle to 100%. Whereas for extrapolation understanding questions, in the first cycle students who were able to answer only 25%, the second cycle increased to 50%. The results of the findings data, it can be said that the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) learning approach can improve understanding of the concept of fractions in mathematics in class V SDIT YPI "45" Bekasi. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep pecahan pada pelajaran matematika pada siswa kelas V di SDIT YPI “45” Bekasi melalui Pendekatan Realistic Mathematics Education (RME). Metode penelitian yang akan dilakukan adalah menggunakan prosedur penelitian tindakan (Action Research) model Kemmis dan Taggart dengan menggunakan sistem spiral. Dalam setiap siklus meliputi tahapan planning (perencanaan), action (pelaksanaan), observation (observasi) dan reflection (refleksi). penelitian tindakan dilakukan di kelas V dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 21 siswa. Instrumen penelitan ini berbentuk wawancara, lembar observasi dan catatan lapangan. Hasil observasi aktivitas siswa pada pembelajaran siklus I dan siklus II memperoleh peningkatan dengan persentase 79,27% dengan kategori cukup, meningkat menjadi 92,15% dengan kategori sangat baik. Persentase siswa yang tuntas pada tahap prasiklus sebesar 52,38%, siklus I menjadi 71,4%, dan siklus II meningkat kembali menjadi 85,7%. Persentase skor tiap indikator kemampuan pemahaman konsep mengalami peningkatan setiap siklusnya seperti soal pemahaman translasi, pada siklus I siswa yang mampu menjawab benar sebesar 85%, siklus II meningkat menjadi 100%. Soal pemahaman interprestasi siswa pada siklus I yang mampu menjawab benar sebesar 75% meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 100%. Sedangkan untuk soal pemahaman ekstrapolasi, pada siklus I siswa yang mampu menjawab hanya 25%, siklus II meningkat menjadi 50%. Hasil data penemuan tersebut, dapat dikatakan bahwa pendekatan pembelajaran Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep pecahan pada pelajaran matematika di kelas V SDIT YPI “45” Bekasi. Abstract

The results of this study are as follows: First, the condition of the religious character of second grade students this year is better than the previous year. Second, the effort is to do routine habits, such as: (a) Tadarus Qur'an; (b) Cult; (c) Duha prayer; (d) Prayer together; (e) Zuhur prayer in congregation; and (f) donate. Third, the supporting factors are: (a) Policy from the principal; (b) Support from other teachers (c) Adequate facilities and infrastructure; (d) Students are enthusiastic and enthusiastic; and (e) Good environment. Fourth, the inhibiting factors are: (a) Lack of support from parents; (b) Unfavorable environment; and (c) Limited implementation time. Fifth, the solutions to the inhibiting factors are: (a) PAI teachers and Budi Pekerti always provide direction to parents; (b) Giving awareness to students about the dangers of an unfavorable environment; and (c) Conduct continuous evaluation.

Abstract

Students need to be equipped with digital literacy. If students are not equipped with digital literacy, it is feared that they will encounter some problems. Debriefing is needed since students know the internet. The purpose of this study was to analyze digital literacy skills which were influenced by the role of parents, students' reading interest, ICT skills, and self-control. The method used is quantitative with survey method. The data collection technique used a questionnaire instrument and a literacy ability test. Respondents were 125 students from 3 junior high schools in Bekasi Regency. Data collection by purposive sample method. Statistical analysis uses path analysis testing, this is done to see the direct and indirect effects on digital literacy of junior high school students. The results show that the role of parents affects digital literacy, reading interest affects digital literacy, ICT skills affect digital literacy and self-control affects digital literacy. In addition, the role of parents, interest in reading, ICT skills, and self-control simultaneously affect digital literacy.
