Abstract

UKK Kerapuh and UKK Cumi  not develop because of the low participation of fishing communities in the region in the implementation of the program Tambak Wedi  UKK . Volunteers or health workers who are not active, people do not understand about the benefits and management of UKK .Health education activities have not been carried out routinely by cadres of health workers. Poor work habits, among others squat and bend over too long, working without protective , complaints Hypertension disease, respiratory illness, back pain, skin diseases on the fishermen.The  Matter UKK group health was hypertension, disorders of the respiratory tract (cough), family members of fishermen 10% are anemic.The approach offered to resolve the issue is to carry out workshops, training and mentoring, in improving the skills of cadre pos UKK and the fishing communities of Tambakwedi region, help improve management capabilities UKK .Output Increased knowledge and skills of partners in managing the UKK, healthy eating family management skills, Training Module Health and Safety, Management Pos UKK, Scientific; Proceending; and Poster.

Abstract

Objective: The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) and the incidence of scabies among male students at Al-Mizan Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School in Lamongan. Methods: This research employs a cross-sectional approach with the entire population of male students at Al-Mizan Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School in Lamongan. A total of 44 samples were taken using a non-probability sampling technique with total sampling. The independent variable is Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS), while the dependent variable is scabies. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires and observation sheets, and the data were analyzed using the Chi-Square test. Results: The results indicate that 27 respondents (61.4%) have a moderate level of PHBS, and 27 respondents (61.4%) suffer from scabies. The results show a p-value of 0.001, which is less than 0.05, indicating a significant relationship between Clean and Healthy Living Behavior and the incidence of scabies at Al-Mizan Muhammadiyah Islamic Boarding School in Lamongan. Conclusion: It is concluded that Clean and Healthy Living Behavior can prevent the occurrence of scabies among students.

Abstract

Objective: The right technique to be given to toddler aage children about toilet training using modeling techniques on the success if toilet training toddlers. Methods: using the literature review method the effectiveness of modeling techniques on the success of toilet training in toddlers. Search articles through the internet with databases: Goggle Scholar, Neliti and ResearchGate. Keywoard: modeling techniques, toilet training, toddler. Inclusion criteria: the purpose of knowing the effectiveness of modeling techniques on the success of toilet training in toddlers, full text, indonesia and english (2015-2020). Retrieved 10 article. Results: : the use of modeling techniques with live models and model for the success of toilet training for toddler by modeling on mother, media conseling with audio-visual, picture modules and demos can improve skills and independence in toilet training. Conclusion: the use of effective modeling techniques using the types of models with video media. The use of video is proven to be effective on the success of toilet training in toddler age children.

Abstract

Abstrak Personal hygiene mempengaruhi kesehatan dan kesejahteraan fisik lansia. Gangguan personal hygiene pada lansia diakibatkan oleh kurangnya pengetahuan serta kelemahan fisik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan dengan media audiovisual terhadap perilaku lansia tentang personal hygiene di RT 02 RW 02 Kelurahan Dalpenang Sampang. Desain penelitian adalah pre-experimental design yang berfokus pada one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi semua lansia yang mengalami gangguan personal hygiene sebanyak 35 lansia dengan sampel sebesar 32 lansia. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah non probability purposive sampling. Data yang terkumpul melalui kuesioner yang terdiri dari pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku personal hygiene lansia, selanjutnya  dianalisis dengan uji Wilcoxon signed ranks test untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel. Hasil analisis dengan uji Wilcoxon signed ranks test didapatkan p = 0,000 menyatakan ada pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan dengan media audiovisual terhadap perilaku lansia tentang personal hygiene. Pelaksanaan pendidikan kesehatan dengan media yang tepat mampu meningkatkan pemahaman lansia terhadap pentingnya personal hygiene. Perilaku personal hygiene secara tidak langsung dapat meningkatkan status kesehatan pada lansia. Dibutuhkan kerjasama pelayanan kesehatan dan support keluarga dalam personal hygiene. Kata kunci: audiovisual, lansia, pendidikan kesehatan, personal hygiene   Abstract Personal hygiene affects the health and physical well-being of the elderly. Many elderly people suffer from personal hygiene problems as a result of a lack of knowledge. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of health education with audiovisual media on elderly behavior about personal hygiene in RT 02 RW 02 Dalpenang Village Sampang. The research design used was pre-experimental design which focused on one group pretest-posttest design. The total number of elderly people who had personal hygiene problems was 35 and the sample size was 32. This study used non probability purposive sampling technique. The questionnaire data contained knowledge, attitude and personal hygiene behavior of the elderly. The Wilcoxon signed ranks test was used to determine the effect on the data. The Wilcoxon signed ranks test results showed that p = 0,000, indicating that health education through audiovisual media has an effect on the behavior of the elderly regarding personal hygiene. Implementing health education through appropriate media can help the elderly understand the importance of personal hygiene. Personal hygiene practices can indirectly improve the health of the elderly. Personal hygiene required collaboration between health services and family support.
