Toba Regency is one of the jurisdictions of North Sumatra Province which is located in a highland area with an altitude of 900-2200 meters. Most of the people in the Toba Regency area are farmers, ranchers and planters. At this time the development of information technology has grown very rapidly and affects all aspects of everyday life. So far, the sale of agricultural products in general is still using the traditional way where farmers still bring their agricultural products to the nearest market, making it difficult for farmers to sell agricultural products, and farmers can only rely on distributors and retailers to sell agricultural products, resulting in relatively low selling prices. cheap for farmers. E-marketplace is an electronic market that is used to carry out an activity or business activity between buyers and sellers to transact with each other. The purpose of this research is to facilitate the sale of agricultural products and make it easier for buyers to find the desired agricultural products. This website was developed using PHP and MySQL as the database. With the design of this e-marketplace, it can help local farmers in increasing the sales turnover of agricultural products because they can transact widely through the help of e-marketplaces. Today's computer is a human need in completing various activities, combined with the presence of data innovation that is increasingly taking part in the realm of work. Utilizing the right data innovation instruments, it will create fast and precise data as needed so that choices can be made quickly. The design of making a Room Reservation Information System at the Palapa Tarutung Hotel is an element that greatly influences the smooth operation of the hotel's operational tasks. Information that is less-accurate, less efficient, and less effective can be solved by implementing this system. In the preparation of this final project, the author's goal is to simplify and speed up room reservations. The author uses PHP (Hypertext Processor Programming) as a programming language, Xampp is used to run the web server, and MySQL is used for database management which is currently quite in demand.

Majority of people now search the internet for news or information topics. The growth of the internet and social media has led to the emergence of hundreds of portals or online news with very diverse news topics. Searching for headlines manually is an ineffective and time-consuming method. In this study headlines modeling was used using Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA). Prior to the application of the LDA model, supporting processes such as tokenization, lemmatization, tf-idf factorization and non-negative matrix factorization were also applied. The results showed that the LDA can be applied to model the news topic well with a loglikelihood score of -13615,912 and a perplexity score of 378,958. In addition to using LDA, topic modeling is also done in the form of clusters by applying k-means clustering. With the elbow method, the ideal number of clusters for k-means clustering is 5 clusters and the silhouette performance is 0.62

Computer system security is very important to be considered by computer users to protect their computers from attacks such as hackers and computer viruses that can take data and damage the user's computer system. Hacker is a person or party who has the skill in breaking through and sneaking to access a computer without the user's permission and can take data and even damage the system on the user's computer. And a Computer Virus is a computer program that copies and inserts copies into the program and can damage the computer system. So that by using SSH (Secure Shell) can control and check computer security from hacker attacks and computer viruses without having to come to the location where there is a client computer or done remotely (Remote Server).

This study aims to design an Android-based basic calculation learning media application for SDN 101822 Pancur Batu. The application was created with the purpose of helping students learn basic calculations independently and increasing the effectiveness of learning with interactive features. To produce optimal interactive media, various methods are used, such as collecting data from literature sources, observations, and interviews with experts. In addition, the interactive media design is also carried out using Adobe Animate. After being designed, the interactive media is tested to ensure that it functions well and can improve learning effectiveness. The result of this study is a basic calculation learning media application integrated with the government curriculum and accessible by students anytime and anywhere. This application is expected to help students understand basic calculations better and more interestingly, as well as improve their learning achievement in mathematics.

In the digital era that continues to grow, the use of information technology is increasingly increasing the efficiency and quality of services in various industries. One sector that has adopted digital transformation is the skin care business. Designing a mobile-based skin care product sales information system that is applied to Underprice Skincare stores. The resulting information system integrates technology components with Underprice Skincare store business processes. Database design includes data storage of skin care products, customer information, sales transaction history, and stock status. The mobile application that was built provides access for store employees to provide better service to customers.

A computer is a device or machine that works regularly and can handle unwanted things and also functions as a device for processing data. The design and creation of a library information system at Cenderamata Private Middle School is an element that can influence operational tasks at the school. Information that is not fast, inaccurate and inefficient can be resolved by using this system. So that information systems are needed in libraries to support knowledge, insight and information for students and for teachers in schools in supporting the teaching and learning process in schools. In preparing this final project, the author aims to make it easier to borrow books through this computer system so that activities can run smoothly without obstacles due to lack of accuracy. With the system that the author made, problems can be overcome even though they have not reached the expected level of perfection.

Along with the times, information technology is experiencing increasingly rapid changes in various fields. One that is used in the health sector is the medical record which is a record or file that contains the results of the patient's examination, the identity and history of the patient's illness and the results of the treatment that has been carried out. The problem that exists at the Buhit Health Center is that the system processing is still carrying out the process of recording manually into the patient's bookkeeping which results in problems that often arise at the Buhit Health Center, as well as the difficulty of processing files, such as patient data archive reports. In addition, the use of the existing system cannot guarantee the level of elasticity and is easily damaged, causing new problems such as difficulties in storing and backing up files. Medical history is also a problem in managing patient files, which are usually recorded in manual files, and stored where the patient receives treatment. The results of the problems above, the researcher designs and builds a medical record information system that functions to manage and store data and patient identity files.

PO. SAMPRI is a company engaged in the field of bus transportation services where the presentation of ticket orders, departure schedule information, and payment transactions is still manual. So that it is difficult for consumers to get bus ticket reservation information and it is less efficient in terms of time and costs because consumers have to come directly to the PO counter.SAMPRI. For this reason, a mobile-based information system for ordering bus tickets was built with the aim of providing information and services to customers regarding online ticket ordering. The methods used in this research are the field method and the system design method. The field method is divided into three parts, namely observation, interview and literature study, while the analysis system design method consists of system, system design and system implementation. The expected result is to simplify PO. SAMPRI in providing services to customers and facilitating customers in the process of ordering tickets.

This study examines the LSTM-based model for processing spam in text data. Spam poses several dangers and risks, both for individuals and organizations. Spam can be a nuisance that hampers both individual and organizational productivity. Much spam contains fraudulent or phishing attempts to obtain sensitive information. Spam detection using deep learning involves the utilization of algorithms and deep neural network models to accurately classify messages as either spam or not spam. Typically, spam detection systems use a combination of these methods to improve the accuracy of identifying spam messages. This study applies the Bi-LSTM deep learning model to sequentially process text (sequencing). The performance of the model is determined based on the loss and accuracy. The data used are the Spam SMS and Spam Email datasets. The test results show that the Bi-LSTM model demonstrates better performance on all tested datasets. Bi-LSTM is able to capture textual patterns from both the context and the text itself, as it can combine information from both directions. The test results prove that the Bi-LSTM model is more effective in text comprehension. So we need to use Snort to maintain network security. Snort is a useful software for observing activity in a computer network. Snort can be used as a lightweight Network Intrusion Detection System (NIDS). Detection is carried out based on the rules that have been described by the administrator in the directory rules contained in the configuration file. Snort can analyze real time alerts, where the mechanism for entering alerts can be in the form of a user syslog, file or through a database. So we can detect attacks on computer networks early.
