Abstract

Pokok permasalahan yang menarik dalam penelitian ini adalah Apakah ada pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai balai pengelolaan sumber daya air pemali comal kota tegal. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan penelitian Kuantitatif yaitu menganalisis yang menggunakan angka-angka. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Balai Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Air Pemali Comal Kota Tegal dengan menggunakan teknik data berupa kuisioner.Penelitian ini menggunakan analisi Produck Momen yaitu untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh atau hubungan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Balai pengelolaan sumber daya air pemali comal kota tegal. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disebutkan sebagai beriku : a). Adanya pengaruh yang nyata/sognifikan antara motivasi (x)bterhadap kinerja pegawai (y). Maka Hipotesis Nol ( Ho) ditolak dan Hipotesis Alternatif ( Ha) diterima atau dengan kata lain bahwa variabel motivasi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Pokok permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah implementasi Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 84 Tahun 2015 tentang SOTK Pemerintah Desa di Kecamatan Watukumpul. Tipe penelitian bersifat deskriptif, artinya menggambarkan fenomena secara empiris faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 84Tahun 2015 tentang SOTK Pemerintah Desa di Kecamatan Watukumpul. Hasil penelitian, Struktur Organisasi dan Tata Kerja Pemerintahan Desa merupakan satu sistem kelembagaan dalam pengaturan tugas dan fungsi serta hubungan kerja perangkat desa. Pelaksanaan Nomor 84 Tahun 2015 tentang SOTK Pemerintah Desa di Kecamatan Watukumpul, didasarkan pada peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Pemalang Nomor 3 Tahun2015 tentang SOTK Desa dan Peraturan Bupati Nomor 38Tahun 2015 Tentang Juklak Perda No 3 Tahun 2015. Diawali dengan penjelasan dari Camat Watukumpul yang dapat dipahami oleh para aparat desa,dan jika terjadi kesulitan dapat langsung ditanyakan, sehingga Permendagri 84/2015 dapat dilaksanakan.

Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas Sumber Daya Manuasia (SDM) merupakan salah satu fokus pemerintah untuk mengurangi angka kemiskinan di Indonesia. Hal ini disebabkan karena masih rendahnya kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), terkait dengan masih terbatasnya akses di dalam bidang kesehatan dan pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi tingkat pelaksanaan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) di desa Kertasinduyasa kecamatan Jatibarang kabupaten Brebes. Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa proses pelaksanaan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) di Desa Kertasinduyasa Kecamatan Jatibarang Kabupaten Brebes sudah berjalan baik, terlihat dari proses kegiatan pertemuan awal, pendampingan pencairan bantuan, pemutakhiran data, dan verifikasi komitmen peserta. Hanya saja kekurangan dari PKH ini berdampak maasih banyaknya RTSM yang mempunyai rasa ketergantungan dari bantuan PKH. Lalu untuk proses pemutakhiran data harus ditingkatkan lagi karena proses ini berkaitan sekali dengan nominal yang diberikan pada saat pencairan nanti. Selanjutnya, UPPKH Kecamatan jatibarang perlu meningkatkan kinerja antara lembaga internal dan eksternal karena program ini pada dasarnya program lintas antar lembaga.

Abstract

This Research took the title " Strategy of Communication for Promo Water PDAM TIRTA LAWU Karanganyar Programme in order to Increase Number of Customers " ( Study of Case of Clean Water Promo PDAM Karanganyar Unit Matesih Programme ) . This research was conducted in the PDAM Karanganyar office . In the implementation of increasing the number of customers need strategies to plan and disseminate information with target to society . strategy of communications made to streamline the dissemination activities information by approaching directly , face to face and also media such as brochures . Strategy implementation are used to disseminate information directly to society . this research aims to determine directly the task relationships in the subscription increase the number of customer PDAM TIRTA LAWU Karanganyar . The research method used descriptive qualitative research is research which describes in detail by describing all the problems associated with what is being studied that is about strategy of communications made by the client relationships in order to improve number of customers. After conducted the research , it can be concluded that in the dissemination of information in order to attract public interest required communication strategies for more streamline activities dissemination informations, as provide a more detailed explanation of the easy in obtaining clean water by using the services of PDAM . subscription required on the relationship delivery of information to the public should be clear and easy to understand so that people can understand and not wrong to use the services of one of the PDAM.

Abstract

Orchids are one of the most important ornamental plants in the world. The existence of natural orchids in their habitat is approaching extinction rate, so it is necessary to increase the diversity of orchids by crossing them. The Vanda orchid is one of the famous orchids in Indonesia because of its uniqueness. Vanda orchids have a very abundant diversity, so they can increase the potential of orchid plants. This study used a hybrid orchid plant Vanda celebica x Vanda dearei irradiated by Gamma-rays with a dose of 0 Gray, 10 Gray, 20 Gray, 30 Gray, 40 Gray, and 50 Gray. The data obtained from the observations will be analyzed using descriptive methods by observing each plant in various doses of Gamma-ray radiation compared with control treatment and presented in the form of boxplot images. The irradiation dose of hybrid Vanda orchids (Vanda celebica x Vanda dearei) increased the diversity in the parameters of plant height and leaf width. The application of a dose of Gamma-ray irradiation did not cause a significant interaction with the variable number of leaves. The diversity value decreased in the parameters of leaf length and number of roots. Application doses of Gamma-ray irradiation of 10, 20, and 30 Gray can change the leaves into grooves compared to control plants. Mutant plants had lower chlorophyll content than control plants (0 Gray).

Abstract

The use of biological fertilizers on maize is one way to increase crop productivity which refers to sustainable agriculture. This study aims to determine the effect of biological fertilizers on the growth and yield of hybrid maize. The research was conducted from May to September 2019 at the Jumantono Experimental Garden in Sukosari village, Jumantono, Karanganyar. The method used was a factorial Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with one factor, namely the dose of biological fertilizer consisting of 4 levels, 0, 12, 20, and 28 L.ha-1), Liquid biological fertilizers used are biological fertilizers containing Azospirillum sp., Azotobacter sp., and Bacillus sp. The results showed that the 12 L.ha-1 dose of biofertilizer significantly affected plant height, stem diameter, and leaf area index compared to the control (0 L.ha-1). Biofertilizer was able to increase plant height, stem diameter, and leaf area index by 9.3, 13, and 19%, respectively. The optimum dose of biofertilizer on acid soils was 12 L.ha-1 with a seed yield of 3.5 tons.ha-1 or an increase of 23.02% compared to control. This study concludes that the dose of 12 L.ha-1 can be used as a recommendation to farmers for hybrid maize cultivation on acid land.
