Abstract

PT Lasallefood Indonesia is a beverage-producing company, namely Marjan. This Ramadan moment was taken advantage of by Marjan Syrup to issue a new advertisement, released and premiered on February 25, 2023, on television. Carrying the theme "Baruna the Guardian of the Ocean". The aim to be achieved is how Marjan Syrup advertising strategy can take advantage of the 2023 Ramadhan festive season in building brand engagement with consumers. a qualitative approach with a case study research method is used or a single case study with the object of research namely discussing Marjan syrup advertisements. From problems raised, this concludes the success of the advertisement is related to brand engagement can be seen from the following five points: (1) Consistency comes before Ramadhan, (2) Presenting different versions of stories, (3) Out of the box advertising concepts (4) Products which are suitable for special moments and (5) viral effects.

Abstract

Background: Stunting is a significant nutrition problem in Indonesia. The current national prevalence is 21.6%, whereas the prevalence in the Yogyakarta Province and Sleman Regency are 16.4% and 15%, respectively. The Family Quality Village Program is initiated to accelerate stunting reduction efforts by empowering families in health, education, and entrepreneurship. Objectives: This study evaluated the implementation and impact of the Family Quality Village Program in Sleman Regency in conjunction with other stunting reduction programs. Methods: This study was a qualitative study with a case study approach. Data collection techniques included document analysis, 4 sessions of focus group discussions, in-depth interviews involving 11 key informants, and reflective journals. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis method. Results: In 2022, there were 34 Family Quality Village in the Sleman Regency. We obtained 3 major themes; program acceptance among stakeholders, synergy with other stunting related programs, and program management. Several local government agencies and community health staff working on stunting reduction efforts were not familiar with the concept of the Family Quality Village Program, thus affecting stakeholder acceptance and synergies with other stunting programs. Additionally, this program experienced significant changes regarding the local governance system which required adjustment in the program management, hence affecting the program effectiveness. Conclusions: It is crucial to increase awareness of the program and coordination to ensure its optimum impact on stunting reduction efforts. The local governance system should also be considered to ensure program acceptance among stakeholders.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to support the fulfillment of the rights of individuals with hearing impairments in the city of Bekasi. The background of this research is the communication barriers between individuals with hearing impairments (deaf peers) and the broader community (hearing peers), which often lead to feelings of inferiority and suspicion toward the deaf. This results in difficulties in communication and socializing, as well as affecting their opportunities for equal acceptance in society, including in the workforce. Therefore, this study designs a social campaign using poster media to raise public awareness of the rights of the deaf and create opportunities for them to participate equally in social and professional life. The research method used is a descriptivequalitative approach, through observation and direct interviews with relevant informants, including school officials and a student from the school. The paradigm employed is constructivism, which emphasizes how individuals or groups form their understanding and interpretation of the world, including the issues of equal rights and abilities of individuals with disabilities. The data collected are then analyzed descriptively to provide an in-depth overview of the challenges faced by individuals with hearing impairments in Bekasi. The research findings indicate a significant potential among individuals with hearing impairments to develop skills that align with their interests and talents, thus opening up broader career opportunities. Ultimately, this study can raise awareness in the city of Bekasi about the rights of individuals with hearing impairments. Additionally, this research also creates opportunities for individuals with hearing impairments to work in various fields, enabling them to contribute economically to their families. Keywords: Campaign Strategy; SLB Negeri Bekasi Jaya; Deaf Community ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendukung pemenuhan hak penyandang tunarungu, di Kota Bekasi. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah adanya hambatan komunikasi antara penyandang tunarungu (teman tuli) dan masyarakat luas (teman dengar), yang sering menimbulkan perasaan rendah diri dan rasa curiga pada teman tuli. Hal ini mengakibatkan kesulitan dalam berkomunikasi dan bersosialisasi, serta mempengaruhi peluang mereka untuk diterima secara setara dalam masyarakat, termasuk di dunia kerja. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merancang kampanye social dengan menggunakan media publikasi poster untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap hak-hak teman tuli dan membuka peluang mereka untuk berpartisipasi secara setara dalam kehidupan sosial dan profesional. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif-kualitatif, melalui observasi dan wawancara langsung dengan informan terkait yakni pihak sekolah dan juga salah satu siswa sekolah. Sedangkan paradigma yang digunakan adalah konstruktivisme. Paradigma ini menekankan pada cara individu atau kelompok membentuk pemahaman dan interpretasi mereka tentang dunia, termasuk mengenai kesetaraan hak dan kemampuan penyandang disabilitas. Data yang dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk menghasilkan gambaran mendalam terkait permasalahan yang dihadapi penyandang tuna rungu di Kota Bekasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya potensi besar dari penyandang tuna rungu untuk mengasah keterampilan yang sesuai dengan minat dan bakat mereka, sehingga dapat membuka peluang karier yang lebih luas. Pada akhirnya penelitian ini dapat meningkatkan kesadaran Masyarakat di Kota Bekasi, terhadap hak-hak penyandang tuna rungu. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mampu membuka kesempatan bagi penyandang tuna rungu untuk bekerja di berbagai bidang, sehingga dapat berkontribusi secara ekonomi bagi keluarga mereka. Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of the madrasa head in strengthening character education. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a literature study approach. Sources of research data come from various previous research literature that examines the role of school principals or teachers in strengthening character education in educational institutions. The research data is in the form of sentence excerpts collected through the reading-note technique. The results of the study show that the madrasa head as one of the highest leaders in a madrasa has a central role in strengthening the character education system. The principal in an educational institution he leads has the role of manager, leader, educator, and innovator. The role as a manager means that the principal acts as a policy maker who is able to accommodate all student needs related to character education. The principal as a leader means being able to provide instructions and supervision, make decisions, and have the ability to communicate. As an educator, it means that the principal is required to be able to provide education to all elements he leads regarding strengthening character education. The role of the principal as an innovator means that the principal and the team are required to provide new, enlightening ideas related to the pattern of character education that is implemented in the educational institution they lead.

Abstract

In the modern era dominated by technological advancements, artificial intelligence (AI) has become an extraordinary phenomenon. The effort to utilize technological advances to preserve, develop, and honor cultural heritage is known as combining the magic of artificial intelligence with cultural wisdom. The purpose of this study is to find out how artificial intelligence (AI), with its unique capabilities and technology, is an effective tool to maintain, promote, and enrich cultural wisdom. The case study methodology, combined with the qualitative approach, is used in this study. The conclusion of this study suggests using a case study methodology combined with an iterative process. The results show that through advanced technology, artificial intelligence (AI) helps maintain language, literature, art, music, and the natural environment with cultural value. Abstract

This study examines Bima Arya's political communication strategy in his efforts for personal branding on Instagram, using a pragmatism paradigm and a qualitative approach. In the rapidly growing digital era, social media has become an important platform for politicians to build and manage their public image. This research uses a qualitative method with a constructivism paradigm, as the aim of the study is to gain a deep understanding of how Bima Arya communicates his self-image through Instagram and how the audience responds to and constructs meaning from this communication. The findings show that content emphasizing direct engagement, transparency, and responsiveness to public issues has proven effective in increasing audience engagement and strengthening a politician's positive image. Bima Arya has successfully maintained his brand image as "Kang Bima," a politician close to the people, through four stages of political communication strategy on Instagram, with consistency in managing his image, visiting various places with different social issues, and demonstrating that he is still loved by the people of Bogor even after no longer serving as the mayor.

Abstract

This research entitled "Public Relations Strategy Hospitals Charity Tzu Chi In Employee Relations". Ineffective employee relations as well as services that are less good at the hospital Charity Tzu Chi will result in failure which can result in a negative impact against the hospital itself. The above problems will be solve by making an activity that is build and educate employees in order to always be able to work better in serving the patients and can be more compact in each process in the works. This research uses the scientific research method of characteristics are rational, empirical and systematic way. where in it include observation, interviews and so forth that serves to complete the research well and true. The data obtained in the research results of the Tzu Chi kegitan Camp that is add to it insights participants, add to the cohesiveness of the participants as well as the Committee's activities. The participants also willing when employee relations activities as has been done will be done again, because the participants admitted to obtain the many benefits that can be done in the workplace and in the environment. Tzu Chi Camp activity can be arranged well done and has a wonderful benefit. It seens from the employee who more diligent, compact andappreciate with the others. They keep environment well and keeping health with the vegetarian.

Abstract

Stunting is a significant public health issue and the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia was reported at 21.6% in 2022. This study used a mixed-methods approach. The qualitative component employed a single-case embedded study design, data were collected through semi-structured interviews involving 15 participants and analyzed by using a thematic approach using NVivo-12. Meanwhile, the quantitative component utilized a one-group pre-test post-test design involving 155 respondents, data were gathered using questionnaires and were analyzed using paired t-tests with SPSS-26.Participants had a lack of knowledge about stunting. However, they acknowledged various healthy nutrition and health programs for stunting prevention. There were also various programs managed by local government involving multisector bodies, and communities focusing on reducing stunting prevalence. However, there were expectations to strengthen the program strategies by providing home visits, online educational media, adequate facilities, and infrastructure within Integrated Community Services (ICS (Posyandu)). The paired t-test revealed a significant average difference between pre-test and post-test values, with a mean difference of 1.167 and a p-value of <0.008. The ongoing stunting alleviation program demonstrates the government’s commitment to multi-sectoral collaboration and the use of educational media, such as videos, significantly enhances respondents’ knowledge about stunting.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the tourism sector is better known to the world because it has many tourist destinations spread across the country. Natural aesthetics and customs are an attraction for tourists to visit Indonesia. Since the announcement of the Covid-19 pandemic as a national disaster, forcing governments around the world to take policies and actions to temporarily stop activities by implementing Lockdown. The implementation of the lockdown has greatly impacted various sectors, both the economic, social and tourism sectors. Entering the new normal era, the Indonesian government provides the tourism sector with the flexibility to recover by operating again in accordance with the implementation of health protocols. The purpose of this study is to find out how the communication management strategy is carried out by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy/Tourism and Creative Economy Agency of the Republic of Indonesia to restore the tourism sector after the pandemic. The method used in this research, namely the case study method, is a research method that uses different data sources that can be used to comprehensively explain various aspects of an individual, group, program, organization or event systematically. The conclusion shows that the post-pandemic communication management strategy is carried out with a centralized internal and external communication strategy by determining a spokesperson, improving the quality of human resources, creating a special channel for pandemic information on the internet site, providing the latest information regularly to the company's crisis team, submitting related policies/SOPs. handling pandemics, conducting virtual activities with related divisions. Abstract

Upaya pencegahan kejahatan seksual pada anak tidak dapat menggandalkan semata-mata pada penindakan yang menjadi kewenangan institusi penegak hukum. Upaya pencegahan kejahatan seksual pada anak juga harus menjadi perhatian khusus bagi UNICEF dan keluarga. Sebagai salah satu elemen penting, keluarga diharapkan dapat berperan dalam memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman mengenai pencegahan kejahatan seksual pada anak. Tulisan ini menjelaskan mengenai upaya preventif yang dilakukan oleh UNICEF melalui video animasi pendidikan anak “Kisah si Geni”. Video tersebut memberikan edukasi kepada anak untuk mengetahui apa yang harus dilakukan agar terhindar dari kejahatan seksual. Pada video animasi bertajuk “kisah si Geni” yang di rilis oleh UNICEF diperuntukan bagi anak usia 3 s/d 12 tahun, yang didalamnya juga terdapat nomor telepon bantuan yang dapat dihubungi.  Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode studi kasus yaitu metode riset yang menggunakan berbagai sumber data yang bisa digunakan untuk meneliti, menguraikan dan menjelaskan secara komprehensif berbagai aspek individu, kelompok, suatu program, organisasi atau peristiwa secara sistematis. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa video “Kisah si Geni” yang di rilis oleh UNICEF memberikan informasi dan pengetahuan kepada orang tua khususnya agar selalu dapat lebih respect dan memperhatikan anak-anak demi tercapainya tumbuh kembang anak yang lebih baik.
