Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada PT. Nusa Sarana Citra Bakti Suzuki Baturaja. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan seluruh karyawan perusahaan yang berjumlah 30 orang sebagai populasi sekaligus responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, serta analisis koefisien determinasi (R Square) dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan, yang berarti bahwa pemberian imbalan yang adil dan sesuai mampu meningkatkan kesetiaan dan komitmen karyawan terhadap perusahaan. Disiplin kerja juga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan, yang menunjukkan bahwa kepatuhan terhadap peraturan, tanggung jawab, dan konsistensi dalam bekerja berperan penting dalam membentuk loyalitas. Secara simultan, kompensasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Nilai koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar variasi loyalitas karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel tersebut, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penerapan sistem kompensasi yang tepat dan disiplin kerja yang efektif merupakan faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan pada PT. Nusa Sarana Citra Bakti Suzuki Baturaja.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the Return of Assets (ROA), Return of Equity (ROE) and Earning Per Share (EPS) factors on the share price of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk . The method used in this research is Multiple Regression. The amount of data used in this research was 15 samples.The research results show that simultaneously Return Of Assets (ROA), Return Of Equity (ROE) and Earning Per Share (EPS) have a significant effect on PT's share price. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.. Partially, the Return of Assets (ROA) variable has no significant effect, the Return of Equity (ROE) variable has a significant effect and the Earning Per Share (EPS) variable has no significant effect on PT's share price. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk 2008-2022. The Determination Coefficient value is (Adjusted R Square) 0.801. This shows that the percentage contribution of the influence of Return Of Assets (ROA), Return Of Equity (ROE) and EPS on PT Share Prices. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk for is 80.10%. Meanwhile, the remaining 19.90% is influenced by other variables not included in this research model.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to determine the effect of Gross Profit Margin (GPM) and Return on Equity (ROE) on stock prices of cosmetics and household goods manufacturing subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018–2023. The analysis method employed is quantitative, using Panel Data Regression Analysis. The data for this research were sourced from the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the annual financial statements of cosmetics and household goods manufacturing subsector companies. The results show that simultaneously (F-test), Gross Profit Margin and Return on Equity have a significant effect on stock prices. Partially (t-test), Gross Profit Margin has a positive but insignificant effect on stock prices of cosmetics and household goods manufacturing subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018–2023. Meanwhile, Return on Equity has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. The regression coefficient for Gross Profit Margin is positive, indicating a direct relationship between Gross Profit Margin and stock prices. Similarly, the regression coefficient for Return on Equity is also positive, indicating a direct relationship between Return on Equity and stock prices. The coefficient of determination indicates that the contribution of Gross Profit Margin (GPM) and Return on Equity (ROE) in explaining variations in stock price changes is 24.88%, while the remaining 75.12% is explained by other variables not included in this study, such as Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and others.

Abstract

Village Funds and the Human Development Index are related to each other. In this study, the author wants to see whether the Village Fund received by each Regency can affect the increase in the Human Development Index in that Regency. This research uses quantitative research methods and panel data regression analysis. This research data is in the form of secondary data obtained through the official website of the ministry of finance and the official website of the central statistics agency. The result of this study is that the Village Fund Variable has a positive effect on increasing the Human Development Index in the Regency of South Sumatra Province in 2017-2024.
