Abstract

Biaya produksi mencakup bahan baku langsung, tenaga kerja langsung, biaya overhead pabrik, persediaan produk awal, dan mengurangi persediaan produk akhir. Strategi bisnis, khususnya strategi pemasaran, sangat penting untuk pertumbuhan bisnis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Full Costing dan pendekatan Marketing Mix untuk menganalisis perbandingan antara perhitungan HPP menggunakan metode Full Costing dan perhitungan UD Bakso Tusuk 26, serta memberikan rekomendasi strategi pemasaran yang tepat menggunakan pendekatan Marketing Mix. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa biaya produksi menurut UD Bakso Tusuk 26 adalah Rp 367,29 per buah, sedangkan dengan metode Full Costing adalah Rp 389,94 per buah, menunjukkan selisih sebesar Rp 22,65 lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan metode Full Costing. Kuesioner dan observasi yang diproses dengan software SPSS mengungkapkan bahwa faktor-faktor marketing mix yang paling berpengaruh terhadap penjualan bakso ayam adalah promosi dengan bobot 1,624; tempat dengan bobot 1,515; produk dengan bobot 1,358; dan harga juga dengan bobot 1,358. Berdasarkan temuan ini, penelitian ini memberikan wawasan untuk mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran UD Bakso Tusuk 26.

Abstract

State Vocational High School 4 Dumai is one of the Technology-based Vocational Vocational Schools. SMK Negeri 4 Dumai is an integrated SMK since it was opened in 2007 with the Agriculture and Technology group which is very supportive of realizing Dumai City as a service and industrial city as well as a gateway for agricultural product exports. SMK N 4 Dumai is a school that is required to have skills after completing studies so that many workshop activities are carried out. In this case, a lot of leftovers or scrap are not utilized and just thrown away. Abstract

The dish soap-making training conducted for the women of PKK RT 06 in Kelurahan Jaya Mukti, Kecamatan Dumai Timur, aimed to enhance their skills and knowledge in the creative economy sector. The activity involved 40 participants and included both theoretical and practical sessions, where participants were taught about ingredients, the soap-making process, and safety and hygiene techniques. The training results showed significant improvements in participants' knowledge and skills. Before the training, most participants lacked basic knowledge of dish soap-making. After the training, they were able to independently produce high-quality soap. This training also strengthened the camaraderie and cooperation among PKK members. However, participants faced challenges in sourcing raw materials. To address this, future training should focus on practical solutions such as providing information on affordable raw material sources and marketing strategies. The sustainability of this training is crucial, with government and stakeholder support needed to help participants develop their dish soap businesses sustainably. This training demonstrates that with the right methods and high motivation, the community can develop new skills beneficial for improving family economies.

Abstract

Dumai College of Technology, as the only Technical Higher Education Institution in Dumai City, continues to be determined to always improve its performance. The Industrial Engineering study program seeks to make improvements to improve the quality of education, besides that it is also necessary to measure performance as an effort to improve performance in every aspect of the study program's performance. This research is related to the performance assessment of the Industrial Engineering study program at the Dumai College of Technology using the Performance Prism method. This method has five aspects, namely top and bottom are stakeholder satisfaction which is obtained from distributing questionnaires and stakeholder contribution which is obtained by interviews which are used to identify study program objectives which are then used to identify strategies, processes and capabilities. Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the Industrial Engineering Study Program which has been formed from the processes and capabilities that have been identified are 19 KPIs

Abstract

ABSTRAK Buah pinang merupakan tanaman tropis yang ditanam untuk mendapatkan buah dan keindahannya. Proses pengeringan yang biasa dilakukan oleh petani adalah dengan cara penjemuran langsung di bawah sinar matahari. Proses penjemuran buah pinang membutuhkan waku sekitar 14-15 hari. Dan akan berlangsung lebih lama ketika musim hujan dengan curah hujan yang tinggi. Petani pinang tradisional menjemur pinang pada tempat terbuka dan beralaskan terpal atau goni. Akibat dari proses penjemuran pinang yang tidak ergonomi menimbulkan keluhan musculoskeletal disorders pada petani pinang dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama saat penjemuran. Penjemur pinang dirancang dengan pendekatan QFD yang mampu mengubah sikap dan kondisi kerja petani pinang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang penjemur pinang guna meningkatkan kenyamanan kerja dan menurunkan keluhan fisik pekerja. penjemur pinang berbentuk lingkaran yang memiliki rak portable dengan ukuran yang disesuaikan dengan antropometri dan study body motion, memiliki roda pada kaki penjemur pinang dan wadah penampungan packing. Adanya alat penjemur pinang ini dapat meningkatkan produksi pinang dengan memberikan kemudahan, keamanan dan meningkatkan efisiensi ke petani pinang saat melakukan proses penjemuran pinang.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is the most crucial thing in the service business, so business owners need to pay attention to every aspect in increasing customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is the level of consumer feelings after comparing what they receive and their expectations. Satisfied consumers will be loyal longer, less sensitive to price and give good comments about the company. Based on these problems, it was done to find out whether the quality of service, price and facilities have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Semenanjung Cable Television. The data collection technique was through a questionnaire distributed to 147 respondents who were customers of Peninsula Cable Television. The method used in this study was Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS software for data processing. The results showed that the service quality variable with a regression coefficient value of 0.125 did not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The Price variable with a regression coefficient value of 0.391 had a significant effect on customer satisfaction and the facility variable with a regression coefficient value of 0.382 had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The service quality variable with a regression coefficient value of 0.4 has a significant effect on price and the facility variable with a regression coefficient value of 0.367 has a significant effect on price. From these results it can be concluded that the service quality variable has a positive but not significant effect on Customer Satisfaction at Semenanjung Cable Television. The price variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Peninsula Cable Television. The facility variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Semenanjung Cable Television.

Abstract

UKM Mie Sukiyo, produsen mie basah rumahan di Jl. Siak, Kota Dumai, Riau, telah beroperasi selama 25 tahun dan melayani kebutuhan mie basah pedagang bakso di wilayah Kota Dumai. Saat ini, UKM ini menghadapi tantangan dalam pendistribusian produk, karena proses pengiriman belum berjalan secara efisien. Rute pengantaran belum dirancang secara optimal dan cenderung memprioritaskan pelanggan dengan permintaan tertinggi tanpa memperhitungkan efektivitas rute keseluruhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang rute distribusi yang lebih efisien dan terstruktur sekaligus meminimalkan biaya distribusi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Saving Matrix dan Nearest Neighbor. Analisis menggunakan Saving Matrix berhasil mengurangi jumlah rute dari empat menjadi dua rute, sementara optimasi urutan pengiriman dengan Nearest Neighbor mengurangi jarak tempuh dari 43,1 km menjadi 39,3 km. Pengurangan jarak ini secara langsung menurunkan biaya transportasi bulanan dari Rp.323.250 menjadi Rp.293.750, sehingga terjadi penghematan sebesar Rp.28.500 atau 8,81%.

Abstract

PT Pandu Harapan Jaya adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang konstruksi. Pada saat ini di PT Wilmar Bionergi Indonesia diadakan proyek extend building TOH yang dilaksanakan oleh PT Pandu Harapan Jaya sebagai pemenang tender dari proyek tersebut. Perlu dilakukan peninjauan mengenai proyek lebih lanjut untuk mencegah terjadinya keterlambatan proyek. Tujuan penelitian ini diharapkan pada perencanaan penjadwalan pelaksanaan proyek dapat memperoleh waktu dan biaya pelaksanaan proyek yang lebih efisien. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah CPM (Critical Path Method). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan waktu pengerjaan proyek extend building TOH yang ditargetkan yaitu selama 30 hari, perhitungan waktu menggunakan CPM didapatkan waktu selama 26,5 hari. Hasil perhitungan CV bernilai positif yaitu sebesar Rp 8.997.380 dan perhitungan SV bernilai positif yaitu sebesar Rp 0 Berdasarkan tabel harga varian biaya dan varian jadwal serta artinya berarti dari segi jadwal pelaksanaan pekerjaan lebih cepat dari yang direncanakan dengan biaya yang dihabiskan lebih kecil dari yang dianggarkan

Abstract

The jangek cracker business is a community business that is still rarely carried out by the people of Dumai city. This business often experiences a decline in productivity because it experiences low profits or even no profits at all and only reaches the break even point. The rarity of this business stems from problems in determining the cost price incorrectly, thus determining the selling price too low. In accordance with the problems experienced by partners, the research team offers a solution by providing skills through training on how to prepare the cost of production and calculate the cost of production systematically and precisely. The expected goal is to create increased knowledge and skills in systematically preparing the cost of production so that it is appropriate to determine the selling price.

Abstract

QGS A1 is a powerful crusher and dryer designed based on reference drying equipment with good performance efficiency. It has a very important function in expediting the production process, but this tool often breaks down, which really affects smooth production. In connection with the damage to the tool, it needs to be examined to find out what maintenance should be done. This study aims to find out earlier the damage that affects the smooth production so that it can be known what maintenance actions must be carried out. This study uses the Reliability-Centered Maintenance method, which utilizes information on reliability and weaknesses as well as a list of maintenance actions to choose from. The results of this study found a solution: the QGS A1 treatment run to failure was 81.2%, the direct condition was 18.18%, and the failure finding was 0%.
