Abstract

Komunikasi interaksi orang tua dibutuhkan remaja dalam relasi yang harmonis. Jika remaja tidak mendapatkannya di usia krisis ini, akan menimbulkan masalah. Mereka akan berperilaku maladaptif, agressif, melarikan diri dari persoalan. Sehingga diperlukan peningkatan kemampuan berelasi orang tua dengan remaja. Peningkatan dilaksanakan di SMAN 2 Medan dengan melibatkan 50 orang tua siswa bersedia mengikuti kegiatan. Metode yang digunakan: 1) Workshop penguatan literasi berdiferensiasinya remaja, 2) Coaching dan pendampingan mengintegrasikan keterampilan filial, 3) Latihan simulasi berelasi dengan remaja. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dari bulan Maret hingga Juli tahun 2023. Evaluasi terhadap kegiatan menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan literasi orang tua terutama dalam mengidentifikasi, memahami, menafsirkan, menciptakan, mengkoputasi, mengokumikasikan, menggunakakan simbol visual, auditori, digital dalam modalitas belajar, tipe kepribadian dan bahasa kasih remaja. Kemudian terdapat peningkatan dan integrasi keterampilan filial orang tua dalam menyepakati batasan, memberi perhatian, merefleksi dan mengambil keputusan. Sejalan dengan peningkatan tampak terjadi juga peningkatan kemampuan orang tua dalam berelasi yang aman dengan remaja.

Abstract

Research it aims to: (1) MKnowing the difference in the speaking ability of children taught by the storytelling method compared to children taught using the conversation method; (2) Knowing the difference in speaking ability of children with high social skills and children with low social skills; and (3) Knowing the interaction of learning methods and social skills in influencing early childhood speech skills.The sample in this study is children in grades B1 and B2 as many as 32 students. Collecting data in this study used the observation guidelines for social skills and observation guidelines for early childhood speaking skills. Hypothesis testing is done by using the Two Way Anova test. The results showed that: (1)There is a significant difference between the children's speaking skills taught by the storytelling method compared to the conversational method (Fcount = 26.925 and sig. 0.000> 0.05); (2) The speaking skills of children who have high social skills are higher than those who have low social skills (Fcount = 11.867 and sig. 0.043> 0.02); and (3) There is an interaction between learning methods and social skills in influencing children's speaking skills (Fcount = 13.618 and sig. 0.001> 0.05)

Abstract

This study focuses on the development of a virtual gallery media based on local wisdom of folktales, aiming to improve creative thinking abilities in Sekolah Alam. The utilization of technology in educational settings has become increasingly important in fostering innovative and engaging learning experiences. By incorporating local folklore into a virtual gallery, students can explore and appreciate their cultural heritage while enhancing their creative thinking skills. This research employed a mixed-method approach, combining qualitative and quantitative data collection methods. The results indicate that the implementation of the virtual gallery positively influenced students' creative thinking abilities, as evidenced by their improved problem-solving skills, originality of ideas, and flexibility in thinking. The findings suggest that integrating local wisdom through virtual galleries offers a promising avenue for promoting creative thinking in educational environments, particularly within the context of Sekolah Alam. Further studies could explore the long-term effects of this approach and investigate other potential benefits that may arise from incorporating local wisdom into technology-enhanced learning platforms.

Abstract

Motivasi kerja merupakan komponen penting yang mempengaruhi produktivitas dan kinerja organisasi dalam sebuah organisasi. Jika karyawan termotivasi, mereka cenderung bekerja lebih keras, lebih berdedikasi, dan lebih berkonsentrasi untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Namun, konflik kelompok juga dapat memberikan dampak yang kurang baik bagi kinerja perusahaan. Konflik yang tidak terselesaikan dapat mengganggu kerja sama, meningkatkan stres, dan menurunkan efisiensi kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja karyawan dan konflik kelompok terhadap kinerja organisasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Dengan teknik analisis regresi. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data antara lain observasi dan kuesioner melalui survei. Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa motivasi kerja karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi dan konflik kelompok berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi. The influence of work motivation and group conflict on organizational performance at Universitas Potensi Utama Abstract: Work motivation is an important component that affects productivity and organizational performance in an organization. If employees are motivated, they are likely to work harder, be more dedicated, and concentrate more on achieving company goals. However, group conflict can also have an adverse impact on company performance. Unresolved conflicts can disrupt cooperation, increase stress, and decrease work efficiency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of employee work motivation and group conflict on organizational performance. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. With regression analysis techniques. In this study, researchers used data collection techniques including observation and questionnaires through surveys. The findings of this study are that employee work motivation has a significant impact on organizational performance and group conflict affects organizational performance.
