Abstract

bstrak— Kegiatan pengabdian Program Kemitraan Masyaraka (PKM) dengan judul PEMBERDAYAANWANITA MELALUI PEMBUDIDAYAAN JAMUR DI DESA KAMPUNG KANDANGKECAMATAN PARIAMAN TIMUR, PARIAMAN, SUMATERA BARAT ini bertujuan untukmemberdayakan sekelompok masyarakat yang tidak produktif menjadi masyarakat yang mandiri secaraekonomi. Proses pemberdayaan masyarakat khususnya ibu-ibu rumah tanggga yang tergabung dalamkelompok Program Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) dan Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Desa KampungKandang Kecamatan Pariaman Timur Pariaman akan dilaksanakan dengan memberikan pelatihan danbimbingan bagi ibu-ibu rumah tangga anggota PKK dan KWT untuk dapat ilmu pengetahuan bagaimana carapembudidayaan jamur tiram. Untuk membudidayakan jamur tiram ini tidaklah sulit dan tidak membutuhkanbiaya yang banyak. Sehingga ibu-ibu rumah tangga tidak membutuhkan modal yang terlalu besar. Untukterlaksananya program PKM ini, maka pelatihan dan bimbingan pembudidayaan jamur tiram ini akan diberikanoleh narasumber yang merupakan lulusan dari Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan UNP yang berwirausaha dalampembudidayaan jamur tiram, yaitu “Jamur Tiram Kuranji”. Target dari kegiatan ini adalah semua masyarakatDesa Kampung Kandang Kecamatan Pariaman Timur khususnya ibu-ibu rumah tangga diharapkan mampumandiri secara ekonomi menjadi masyarakat yang lebih sejahtera dan menjadi desa percontohan.Kata Kunci: Pembudidayaan Jamur Tiram, PKK, KWT

Abstract

CV. Tekad Jaya is one of the Business Entities in the context of Domestic Investment which is engaged in mining, especially limestone mining. In open pit mining, mine slope design is one of the most important factors that must be considered in the sustainability of mining activities because unstable/stable slopes will result in landslides and disrupted/stopped production activities and even fatalities. Several methods are used to make a final design, including geomechanical and geotechnical analysis. There are weak areas that affect slope stability in CV. Tekad Jaya. And because there is no study on slope stability, it makes workers around the slope uncomfortable. The slope stability of the mine slope is the most important factor that must be considered in the continuation of mining activities. The initial slope geometry has a single slope with a height of 12 m with a slope of 800 .As a result of the study, the following conclusions were drawn. The type of landslide potential that occurs at the research location is direct topping with a landslide potential of 14.79%. Analysis of rock mass characteristics based on RQD analysis, RMR rock types at locations classified in class III. Second, the results of a single slope analysis of the actual values obtained by FK 1.239 in natural conditions, FK 1.159 in saturated conditions and FK 1.375 under dry conditions. Third, to get a safe FK, namely 1.25 the slope geometry is modified to reduce the slope angle, namely with a slope height of 12 m and a slope angle of 76° , then FK becomes 1,339 in nautical conditions, 1,276 in saturated conditions and 1,433 in dry conditions in dry conditions. safe.

Abstract

Abstract. One step to control the rate of productivity and accuracy in achieving monthly plans is to observe or optimize the performance of the loading and unloading equipment. This is what PT Triaryani did in evaluating the performance of the production department in excavating overburden material. Data for December 2019 shows that the planned production target of 45,000 tons of overburden was only 41,740 tons. A production management study was carried out by applying the Quality Control Cycle (QCC) method. This method makes it possible to conduct an evaluation on performance of heavy equipment and the obstacles experienced during production process. The study begins by recalculating the initial conditions by considering its mining equipment used, namely Excavator CAT 330 and DT Hino FM 260 JD. The actual productivity of 1 unit of Exca CAT 330 reached 74,113 tons with 80.66% utility equipment and DT Hino FM 260 JD reached 41,607 tons with 4 DT units with 79.32% utility equipment, machine match factor reached 0.48, After evaluating Fishbone Diagram, it was found 4 main problems namely external factors, environment, equipment and man power that affect work time. Performance improvement recommendations based on Paretto Diagrams, are considered to optimize work time. The results show that productivity of 1 unit of exca CAT 330 increased to 15% with utility reaching 86.89% ie 86,000 tons and 4 units of DT increasing 40% with utility equipment reaching 86.52% ie 63,741 tons, machine match factor reached 0.61. These results indicate that performance of heavy equipments could be improved to achieve the monthly overburden material production target. Keywords : Overburden, Productivity, Exca CAT 330, DT Hino, and QCC Methode

Abstract

Abstrak. PT Kalimantan Prima Persada (PT. KPP) is a subsidiary of PT Pamapersada Nusantara which was established on September 9th, 2003. The company uses open pit method, the hauling overburden process uses 4 fleet with overburden (OB) production target of 40,000 BCM / day. In mine road maintenance the company does not yet have a reference for the selection of materials used for the base coarse of the mine road. The company uses the largest transport equipment, HD 785 which has a load of 529.33 kN / set, the CBR value of the road that can support the load is 36%, but the actual field found in the mine road CBR value ranges from 20% - 30% which can cause damage such as the occurrence of deflection, hollow roads and bumpy roads, so that it can increase the circulation time of the transport equipment and automatically reduce the productivity of the conveyances. Overburden's production target for 1 fleet is 10,000 BCM /day, but due to damage to the actual Anthea road in the production field for 1 fleet it does not meet the target.From the Dynamic Cone Penetrometer (DCP) test conducted on Anthea road using rover 1 and rover 2 material, the average CBR was 43.2%, while on the Gotik road using rover 3 material, the CBR average was 25%. Based on the calculation before the repairs on the Anthea road, the circulation time of 978.1 seconds was obtained, Overbuden production was 9,734 BCM /day.After the soak test, the material that can be used for the base coarse of the mine road is obtained, namely lower material 2, Rover 1 and rover 2 and mine road repairs with the addition of base coarse thickness, road compaction and scrubbing obtained decline in transport time to 910.5 seconds so overburden production increases to 10,457.41 BCM /dayKeywords :Base Coarse, CBR, DCP, Productivity, Production

Abstract

Abstract. Based on observations that have been made on the Mandeh-Nyalo Tourism Area road section, it is found that the slopes which have many weak field structures in the form of burly, and the high intensity of the earthquake in West Sumatra greatly affect the stability of the slope conditions. From these problems, it is necessary to know the condition of rock mass on the study slope. Furthermore, it is necessary to analyze the slope stability. From the results of rock mass classification with the RMR system, the rocks are included in group II with good quality rock mass. Then, from the slope stability analysis using slide software, the slope stability value in the original condition was 1.95 and the saturation condition was 1.36. And based on the analysis of the slope stability value with the Hoek and Bray method, the slope stability value is 1.70.Keywords: Slope, landslides, rock mass, safety factors, strengthened

Abstract

Abstract. PT. Semen Padang as a pioneer of the cement industry in Indonesia since 1910 and one of the largest producers for the Sumatra region is trying to increase its production. PT. Semen Padang uses a series of excavators backhoe and dump trucks to move material from the loading point to the Crusher. One of the mining activities affecting production is hauling operations. Factors that can affect transportation activities are the geometry of the haul road. High road grade results in a loaded conveyance which cannot run at optimal speed while a narrow width of the haul road will result in the opposite direction of conveyance which will prioritize one of the conveyances for the road first, this will cause the conveyance distribution time to be longer while loading. The condition of the mining road at PT. Semen Padang is not in accordance with AASHTO standards. There are slopes that are not up to standard as many as 14 segments with a value of 12.96% and 15.19% while according to AASHTO the suitable cross slope is 8% -10%. The researcher will re-evaluate the geometry of the PT Semen Padang mine road and assess the Total Resistance.Keyword: Geometry, Slope, PT. Semen Padang, Production, Grade.

Abstract. Clay mining PT. Semen Padang from area 242 with target to 2000 ton/day uses a combination of 2 units of Kobelco SK 200 excavators and 16 units of HINO FM 260 Ti dump truck. The number of dump trucks active in a month an average of 10 units/day. Daily production target area of 242 is 2000 ton/day, while the range of daily production data ranges from 364.61 Ton - 1037.1 Ton. The low daily production that underlies the authors do this research. Efforts that can be made to efficiently achieve production targets of 2000 ton / day in 242 areas are a review of the equipment production capacity so that bulk when loading material from 14 to 16, swing angle improvement from 180o to 90o to reduce cycle time excavator, active dump truck 10/17 minimum to 15/17 units, effective time excavator repair from 34% to 74%, effective dump truck time from 50% to 75%.Keywords:  Clay, Excavator, Dump truck, Production, Match Factor

Abstract

Abstract. PT. Elit Kharisma Utama (EKU) is the owner of Mining Business License (IUP) engaged in nickel ore mineral commodity, the project location is located in Morombo Village, Lasollo Sub-district, Konawe Utara District, Povinsi Tenggara Tenggara. One of the obstacles in nickel ore mining is the change of nickel ore content (Ni) from drill data that is not in accordance with the level of mining realization results, this mismatch can decrease the quality of production. In mining operations on the front of the Yudhistira block mine, a case of production report data in January 2018 showed that the result of laboratory analysis showed a significant decrease in nickel ore 0.12% content from exploration data on mining content. In this research applied selective mining method on nickel ore excavation activity at mining front. The objective of this research is to know how the change of nickel ore content (Ni) from drill data with the realization of mining and the result of data processing will be analyzed for subsequent can be produced a recommendation. The research method consists of making block model from drill point data and processing of result of mining realization to know the level. The next step is to analyze the level data to know the average of nickel ore content. The average result of mining realization is Ni = 1.80%. while the difference of content from drill data with the realization of mining is Ni = 0.04%. From the research results can be concluded that the content of mining results in accordance with the contract of sale Ni = 1.84%        -1.80% reject.Keywords:  Nickel, drill hole, Blok Model, Selective Mining, Grade

Abstract

PT Bukit Asam (Persero), Tbk as the one of STATE-OWNED company under the Ministry of Energy and Mining was the main manufacture of coal mining industry in Indonesia, located at Tanjung Enim, South Sumatera. There are three sites in PTBA mining permit area, Tambang Air Laya, Muara Tiga Besar, and Banko Barat. On the site of Tambang Air Laya will planned an expansion of the pit area and build a new Lingkar Townsite road for fluency mobilization. There are several problems have been founded to build a roads in Lingkar Townsite road, such as the unknown value of basic soil density and physical properties of soil layers, and also there is a weak point of the road beause there is a former swamp that directly closed without throwing away the mud first such as STA point 200, 300, 400, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1100, 1300, and 1400.To solving those problems is done by testing the density of the soil with the Dynamic Cone Penetrometer (DCP) and the California Bearing Ratio (CBR). And also physical properties testing such as atterberge, paraffin wax density, water content, and grain size is done with. In addition to direct the testing in field, the testing is also done as a light compaction test in labor as an order to guidelines doing compaction for the road. On the compaction for the road there are three stages of compactions work that is basic layers compaction, bottom binders layer, and top binders layer.Based on basic soil hardness test the result values of CBR test are 6.56 %, 3.98 %, 5.29%, 3.96%, 3.86%, 5.63% , 8.90%, 6.74%, 5.48% , 5.73%, 5.61%. The type of soil at Lingkar Townsite relocation road is loam soil and silty soil. Many Compactor track doing soil compaction, for compacting Basecose B is 11 tracks and for Basecose A is 10 tracks. After doing the compation will get the value of final road. After doing the compaction the result values pf CBR are 14.7% , 72.69%, 58.39%, 35.00%, 36.78%, 21.85%, 31.69%, 51.31%, 27.21%, 13.43%.Keywords : Road compaction, Dynamic Cone Penetrometer (DCP), and CaliforniaBearing Ratio (CBR)

Abstract

Abstract. PT Koto Alam Sejahtera is a private mining company engaged in the andesite mining business in Koto Alam, Lima Puluh Kota Regency. In andesite mining activities, PT. Koto Alam Sejahtera uses a series of excavators and dump trucks to move material from the loading point to the waste dump. In the process of transporting andesite to the crusher there is a queue of dump trucks and long stand-by times at the dump trucks, this can cause the productivity of the tools to be small so that the Andesite stone production target of 80,000 tons / month is not achieved. This is due to the inefficient working time of mechanical tools. This production target was not achieved due to the inappropriate combination of transportation equipment (Mitsubishi Fuso 220 PS) and loading equipment (Hitachi ZX350) which resulted in queues or waiting times for transportation vehicles. One of the ways to achieve the production target requires appropriate fleet management. Based on research that was carried out in October 2019, the productivity of the Hitachi ZX-350 excavator was 344,9378 tons / hour and the productivity of the Mitsubishi Fuso 220 PS dump truck was 78,10247 tons / hour. The composition of the equipment used is 1 unit of excavator serving 5 units of dump trucks, causing the combination of transportation and loading factors to be inappropriate. To overcome the long queue time, the composition of the MF = 1 tool was improved. Fleet settings are based on the queuing method, namely 1 unit of digging equipment and 4 units of transportation equipment with a production of 83.101,03 tons / month. Keywords: Flee Management, Queuing Method, Match Factor, Production, Productivity, Dump Truck
