Abstract

Abstract. PT. Satria Bahana Sarana is a contracting company engaged in coal mining services located in Bangko Barat, Muara Enim Regency, South Sumatra Province. In August 2019, the overburden stripping production target was 1,095,000 bcm in which the realization of field production was 645,755 bcm which reached 59%. In the production calculation using the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) method, the production value of 643,701.33 bcm is obtained with the effectiveness of each fleet of 34%, 44%, and 42% which have not reached the world OEE standard of 85%. Some of the causes of unattainable production targets are due to the many loss time in mechanical equipment that includes several factors such as system factors, human environment, and equipment. After making improvements to the loss time, a production calculation using the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) method was found to increase production value to 1.097.696 bcm which met the overburden stripping production target in North Pit 1 in August of 1,095,000 bcm. And the effectiveness of mechanical equipment increased to 53%, 57%, and 44%.Keywords: Production, Loss Time, Overall Equipment Effectiveness, Excavator, Analysis Simple Linear Regression

Abstract

Abstract. One of the underground mining areas in PT Freeport Indonesia that uses the collapsing method is the Grasberg Block Cave (GBC).The shotcerete production target per day is 40m³ while the production achieved is 33m³. The method to get the optimization effort is done by checking the multiple regression relationship value of the Equipment Availability relationship to the productivity of the mixer and maxijet tools. From the regression results, it is estimated that the optimal working time to achieve shotcerete productivity target is 40 m³ per day. The results of the analysis show that the optimum conditions m in the Mixer and Maxijet devices the UA and PA values are at least 83% in order to achieve 40m3/day shotcrete production. To achieve UA and PA values of 83% so that the production of 40m3 shotcrete per day is needed, it takes real work 399 minutes to 500 minutes. In the case of repair (repair), to achieve ideal conditions required the addition of working hours to 720 minutes which was initially only 480 minutes. Abstract

PT. Cahaya Bumi Perdana merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidangpertambangan dan telah berinvestasi di Kota Sawahlunto. Bahan galian yang telah ditambangadalah batubara. Secara administrasi lokasi KP Eksploitasi tersebut berada di Kumanis, DesaTumpuk Tangah, Kecamatan Talawi, Kota Sawahlunto, Provinsi Sumatera Barat dengan luas103,10 Ha. Pada PT. Cahaya Bumi Perdana, terdapat lereng dengan ketinggian sekitar ±35 mdengan kemiringan 750 dengan material penyusun batuan terlapukkan (siltstone) yangberkemungkinan akan terjadinya longsor, dengan kondisi lereng tersebut berpotensimembahayakan pekerja dan menghambat produksi. Berdasarkan data hasil pengujian sifat fisikdan mekanik batuan siltstone mendapatkan nilai bobot isi asli 21,87 KN/m3, nilai bobot isi jenuh22,14 KN/m3, nilai bobot isi kering 20,85 KN/m3, kohesi (c) = 0.0434 Mpa dan sudut geser dalam(ϕ) = 45°. Analisis nilai faktor keamanan (FK) dan rekomendasi geometri lereng aktualmenggunakan metode Janbu simplified dengan ketinggian 35 m dan kemiringan 62˚ sehingga diperoleh FK sebesar 1,313. Untuk rekomendasi geometri lereng dalam keadaan jenuhmenggunakan metode janbu simplified dengan ketinggian 35 m dan kemiringan 62˚ diperoleh FKsebesar 1.307.

Abstract

Abstract. PT. Bhakti Karya Mandiri (PT. BKM) is a contractor company engaged in bauxite mining. In mining activities, the company uses mechanical tools, namely the Hino 500 FM 260 JD dump truck and the Kobelco SK 330 excavator. The use of these mechanical devices cannot be separated from the use of fuel. The actual consumption of fuel for transportation vehicles in the field in April 2019 was 14,632 liters / hour, this value exceeds the standard fuel consumption for transportation means of 13 liters / hour. One of the factors that affect fuel consumption is road conditions. In general, the maximum slope of roads that can be traversed properly by means of transportation, both up and down on hills, is 8% or 4.5˚. However, the reality in the field is that there are 14 road segments that exceed the maximum standard. Based on the calculation, the relationship between road slope and total resistance to fuel consumption when the dump truck is loaded is based on multiple regression analysis with the equation Y = 0.32412 + 0.01404 X1 + 0.00001851 X2. While the relationship between road slope and total resistance to fuel consumption when the dump truck is empty is based on multiple regression analysis with the equation Y = 0.089 + 0.00305 X1 + 0.00001983 X2.Keyword: Bauxite, Fuel Consumption, Total Resistance, Road Slope, Multiple Regression Analysis

Abstract

Abstract. This study discusses optimal solution to handle water entering coal mining Block B PT.Minemex Indonesia. Water comes from ground water and surface runoff that floods the groundfloor of the mining work area, causing coal cannot be carried out. To determination runoff andgroundwater discharge into the mining, we have to know its debit. We also determinatedimensions of open channel, sump, and settling pond, and also capacity of the pump used. Theresults, pit B mining PT. Minemex Indonesia has a total catchment area of 47.3 ha withmaximum daily rainfall of 94,44 mm/day. Total debit is 1,22651 m3/second, maximum capacity ofsump is 85.775 m3, with 123 m x 123 m surface dimensions, and 116 m x 116 m at the base and6 m depth. The trapezoidal-shaped open channel sare located on the mining front to drain thewater to sump, and near the settling pond to drain the pumped water from the sump to thesettling pond. By using HDPE pipes and 3 units Coates HL-200 centrifugal pumps that have 63meters maximum head and 107 liters/second maximum pumping debit, water will be pumpedinto settling pond which has 5 compartments and 10.400,4 m3 overall volume.Keywords: Catchment Area, Rainfall, Sump, Pump, Settling Pond

Abstract. Mining activities carried out by PT. Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama Jobsite Binungan Suaran uses a combination method of digging and loading (excavator) and transportation equipment (dump truck). The mining system implemented by PT. Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama Jobsite Binungan Suaran is a surface mining system with the open pit method. The application of the open pit method will cause the formation of large basins so that it is very potential to become a water storage area, both from surface runoff and groundwater. At pit 7 west PT. Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama Jobsite Binungan Suaran, there is a sump located at an elevation of -101 masl. Directly below the sump is a coal seam. Economically, the layer is feasible to be mined, so that the sump drying is planned, it is necessary to evaluate the pump capacity currently used so that the drying process can run well according to the target time so that the mining process can be carried out immediately. A dewatering system is used to dry the sump. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, the catchment area in pit 7 WEST is 312.04 ha, with a planned rainfall of 8.46 mm / day and a rain intensity of 1.14 mm / hour. Water discharge Surface runoff by rainwater in the catchment area 7 west is 24769.04 m3 / day, groundwater discharge is 386.12 m3 / day and evapotranspiration discharge is 128.61 m3 / day. So that the total volume of water that enters the 7 west sump pit is 25026 m3 / day. So, the number of Multiflo MF- 420EXHV pumps needed to compensate for the daily discharge in the MTBU-B area is 2 pump units, with a pump working duration of 20 hours / day.Keywords: Open pit, Pit 7 west, Sump, Water Discharge, Pump

Abstract

TPA Sampah Muaro Kiawai berada ditengah-tengah perkebunan sawit. Untuk mengetahui arah rembesan lindi yang diakibatkan oleh cairan sampah yang berasal di TPA Sampah Muaro Kiawi maka dilakukan pengambilan data geolistrik dengan metode dipole dipole. Diharapkan dari hasil geolistrik tersebut diperoleh gambaran arah aliran lindi. Selain itu diharapkan juga dapat diketahui kualitas air sungai yang berada di dekat TPA Sampah. Dari pengambilan data yang telah dilakukan maka diperoleh Panjang Lintasan 1 dari arah Barat ke Timur adalah 48 m dengan spasi elektroda 1 m, data yang diperoleh pada Lintasan 1 berjumlah 609 data. Panjang Lintasan 2 dari arah Barat ke Timur yaitu 48 m dengan spasi elektroda 1 m, data yang diperoleh pada Lintasan 2 yaitu 609 data. Panjang Lintasan 3 dari arah Barat ke Timur yaitu 48 m dengan spasi elektroda 1 m,data pada Lintasan 3 yaitu 609 data. Panjang Lintasan 4 dari arah Barat Laut ke Tenggara yaitu 48 m dengan spasi elektroda 1 m, data pada Lintasan 4 yaitu 609 data. Dari hasil interprestasi  lapisan berwarna biru hingga hijau muda diestimasi sebagai sebaran air lindi dengan rentangan tahanan jenis di bawah 10 Ωm ditemukan pada kedalam 1 - 2 meter dari permukaan tanah. Arah rembesan air lindi adalah menuju utara searah dengan arah aliran kolam lindi dan diperkiran sudah mencemari air yang berada di anak sungai. Dilihat dari hasil penampang lintasan penelitian yang berdekatan dengan anak sungai, menunjukkan adanya indikasi pencemaran lindi Kata Kunci: TPAS  Ampang  Muaro Kiawai,  metode geolistrik konfigurasi  dipole dipole

Abstract. In 2018 the slope in the exisiting front II area will experience rocky weathering where the landslide that has been identified is in the form of an avalanche. The method used in this research is the bishop method and the hoek & bray method. As a result of the study, the following conclusions are made. First Results FK values are based on parameter values of physical-mechanical properties with slope geometry. With a safety factor value in dry conditions of 1.947, in the half-saturated condition of 1.793 and in the saturation condition of 1,514 . second landslides that occurred were bow avalanches. The three results of the analysis behind the landslide are cohesion value of 124 kN / m2 and shear angle in 24 °. Third during dry conditions with fk by using methods bishop 1.471 single slope and fk overall slope 1,339 by using Hoek and Bray 2,34. with saturated conditions fk value using the bishop 1.416  single slope and fk overall slope 1,337 and the hoek and bray method 2,34. in a half-saturated condition fk value using the bishop method fk value 1,391 single slope and fk overall slope 1,398  and by using the hoek and bray method fk value 2,34.

Abstract

Abstract. In mining activities, production is an activity that produces minerals. In coal mining activities, there are two production operations carried out, namely overburden production and coal production, which to produce this production mechanical equipment is used which plays an important role in supporting the success of the production process. In the use of these mechanical tools, it is necessary to do precise calculations so that the capabilities of the tools can be used optimally and have a high level of efficiency to achieve production targets. PT. Bara Prima Pratama implements an open pit mining system with coal being mined. The mining method used is the Conventional Mining method, which is a mining method using digging and loading equipment and transportation equipment. The company is trying to meet its production targets with the aim of being able to meet domestic and export demands. In the overburden stripping activity, PT. Bara Prima Pratama uses a combination of mechanical equipment, namely a Excavator Doosan DX 500 LCA HD and Dump Truck Hino 500. For the compatibility of the work of the digging and loading equipment, a Match Factor value of 0.776 is obtained, which means that the digging-loading tool works less than 100% and the conveyance works 100% so that there is waiting time for the digging and loading equipment. After analyzing the Match Factor, the value is 1.03 so that the matching fleet calculation results are appropriate and the same. There is no waiting time for loading and unloading equipment or transportation equipment.

Abstract. PT. Alfara Delta Persada is a coal mining company which is currently planning to minethe N21 block. Previously, this block had been mined but stopped due to the influx of the Kutairiver to the excavated N21 pit, as a result the former excavation became a lake. In line with thefall in coal prices at that time in 2013 mining in the N21 block was totally stopped. In thisresearch the method used is descriptive quantitative method. Where this research will producecost and benefit calculations based on data from excavated volumes and stockpiles, which arethen analyzed using the Benefit Cost Ratio method to determine their economic viability.Basedon the results of the study it can be seen that the costs or costs that must be incurred to conductmining in the N21 block are Rp.52,557,921,531.79, and generate benefits of Rp.170,118,527,384.02 from the results of the analysis using the Benefit Cost Ratio methodresulting in a BCR value of 3.24, meaning that the value is BCR> 1 which results in a feasible oreconomic decision criteria for mining.Keywords : Benefit Cost Ratio, Economic Studies, Coal, Productivity, Cash Flow
