Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini berlokasi dekat dengan jalan pesantren salafiah. Dan pengabdian yang dilakukan yaitu membantu Menguji struktur beton Gedung fakultas teknik Universitas Muhammadiyah buton yang di bangun dengan jumlah tingkat yaitu 3 (Tiga) lantai dengan pengecekan struktur berupa struktur kolom, balok, Plat dan di mana hasil dari pengabdian ini berupa data dan hasil olah uji kuat tekan beton dengan hammer test hasil dari pengujian ini didapatkan mutu beton baik balok, kolom, maupun plat lebih besar dari mutu rencana yaitu 20,75 MPa.

Abstract

Pekerjaan Pembangunan dalam bidang konstruksi akan selalu berkaitan dengan masalah tanah khususnya proyek Pembangunan Jalan Tol IKN Segmen KKT. Kariangau-Sp.Tempadung, pekerjaan utama yang dilakukan ialah galian dan timbunan, diperlukan alat berat seperti excavator, dumptruck, bulldozer, dan compactor untuk mempermudah pekerjaan. Potensi pembengkakan dana, jika tidak diperhitungkan maka, diperlukan optimalisasi biaya penggunaan alat berat untuk peningkatan efisiensi proyek. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui biaya minimum penggunaan alat berat pekerjaan galian dan timbunan dengan menggunakan suatu metode matematika. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Metode Simpleks. Hasil perhitungan optimal yang didapat untuk pekerjaan galian hanya membutuhkan 4 unit excavator dengan kapasitas 99,69 m3/jam dan 8 unit dumptruck kapasitas 40,91 m3/jam biaya optimal yang akan dibutuhkan Rp. 26.566.258.688 lebih rendah dari biaya awal Rp. 33.088.021.930, pada pekerjaan timbunan menggunakan 1 bulldozer dengan kapasitas 139,77 m3/jam dan 3 compactor kapasitas 60,78 m3/jam biaya optimal yang dibutuhkan Rp. 1.971.018.720 lebih rendah dari awal Rp. 2.080.000.000.

Abstract

Buton Regency is a Level II region in the Indonesian province of Southeast Sulawesi. Nambo Village is comprised of three hamlets: Nambo, Lagonturu, and Tandaompure. It has an area of 25.5 kilometers. When it comes to carrying out operations, both government and community social, the people of Nambo community constantly promote mutual collaboration. The Village Government and Karangtaruna both have programs for planning and designing village boundaries and site plans, however relevant parties lack the skills or knowledge to participate in the planning and design process. The debate outcomes resulted in the design of the Nambo village border and site layout, as well as the materials to be utilized in the village boundary construction process. To enhance the look of the border, mountain stone foundations, brick walls, and natural stone are employed

Abstract

Measurement of land development at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Buton is carried out to determine the condition of the land that will be used as a reference for developing, structuring land and planning from the University. Measurement method using the Theodolite tool.  With the division of  benchmark  points (BM) in accordance with the conditions in the development land of the Faculty of Engineering. The measurement results can be used as a reference to carry out development planning appropriately. Processing is carried out in several stages, starting from literature studies, field surveys, data collection, measurement, data processing, to results and conclusions. The measurement process is carried out in several stages ranging from the manufacture and installation of benchmark  (BM) benchmarks, BM point determination, site up Theodolite tools and detailed measurements. The results of this service activity are in the form of a development site plane plan image, elevation plan, and  3D view image. The measurement images can be used as a reference in carrying out future development of the land development of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Buton.

Abstract

Proyek-proyek pemerintah di daerah pada umum waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan sudah memasuki musim hujan, sehingga menyebabkan pekerjaan tidak selesai tepat waktu. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan percepatan pekerjaan dengan cara crash program atau dengan mempersingkat waktu pekerjaan. Perubahan jadwal ini tentu akan membawa pengaruh  terhadap  biaya secara umum. Waktu normal pelaksanaan pekerjaan proyek peningkatan jalan lakapera-wamengkoli 120 hari kalender sejak tanggal 15 Agustus 2022 sampai dengan tanggal 12 Desember 2022, dengan anggaran biaya pekerjaan sebesar Rp. 2.140.156.689,21. Project crashing dilakukan agar pekerjaan selesai dengan pertukaran silang waktu dan biaya dan dengan menambah jumlah jam kerja. Untuk mempercepat pelaksanaan pekerjaan Peningkatan Jalan di Kabupaten Buton Tahun Anggaran 2022 yang harus dilakukan membuat net work planning guna mengidentifikasi jalur kritis yang selanjutnya menghitung kurun waktu yang dipersingkat (crash duration) dan biaya tambahan pekerja (crash cost) serta cost slope masing-masing pekerjaan. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan dengan menambah 1 jam pekerjaan lembur maka dapat mempercepat waktu 118 hari dengan biaya Rp. 2.140.493.124,75, 2 jam mempercepat waktu 111 hari dengan biaya Rp. 2.143.208.225,04, 3 jam mempercepat waktu 102 hari dengan biaya Rp. 2.150.499.250,50 4 jam mempercepat waktu 90 hari dengan biaya Rp. 2.163.991.394,18.

Abstract

This study aims to provide information regarding the role of information technology in halal business. Through the use of library research methods, this study has established that information technology is a combination of computer technology, which is responsible for processing and storing information. The development of information and communication technology today greatly influences all aspects of people’s lives, especially in the business world, including sharia business. In the Islamic business practices, it is very important to always acknowledge and surrender all efforts to Allah SWT. by recognizing work as a from of worship, one can maintain sincerity in work. Advances in information technology have an important function in the growth and development of sharia business. This can be seen from the functions of information technology it self, such as marketing communication, market share, and so on. Information technology has a role and is applied in several business, such as halal culinary, halal cosmetic, and halal tourism.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect between brand image and product quality in increasing people's interest in saving. This study uses quantitative research with a causal associative approach, which aims to determine how the relationship between two or more variables. Sources of data in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data, while the data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire method distributed via social media. The results of this study are that there is a positive influence between brand image and product quality in increasing people's interest in saving at Indonesian Islamic banks. With a coefficient value of brand image on the intention to save as much as 0.393 and a coefficient value of product quality on the intention to save as much as 0.497. Bank Syariah Indonesia, which is a new bank resulting from the merger of three Islamic banks, must build a positive brand image and must also have good and quality products.
