Abstract

This study aims to determine how the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) with the theme Sustainable Lifestyle can develop the social character of Grade V students at SD Negeri 2 Puding Besar. The social character values observed in this research include compassion, responsibility, and harmony in life. This research used a descriptive qualitative method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving teachers and Grade V students. The data analysis applied the Miles and Huberman qualitative descriptive analysis model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results showed that the P5 activities had a positive impact on the formation of students’ social character. Compassion was reflected in mutual assistance and care for peers. Responsibility was shown through students’ commitment to completing group tasks earnestly, on time, and honestly. Meanwhile, harmony in life was developed through cooperation, tolerance, and fairness in group interactions. The project-based and collaborative nature of P5 enabled students to interact, share ideas, and solve problems together, thereby fostering social skills and humanitarian values naturally. By engaging students in active, enjoyable, and life-relevant learning experiences, P5 can form a strong social character so that it can support the achievement of the goals of the Pancasila Student Profile.Keywords: Social character, Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) dengan tema Gaya Hidup Berkelanjutan dapat membentuk karakter sosial siswa kelas V di SD Negeri 2 Puding Besar. Karakter sosial yang diamati dalam penelitian ini meliputi nilai kasih sayang, tanggung jawab, dan keselarasan hidup. Jenis Penelitian ini menggunakan dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi yang melibatkan guru dan siswa kelas V. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis dekripstif kualitatif Miles and Huberman. Kegiatan dalam analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan simpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan P5 memberikan dampak positif terhadap pembentukan karakter sosial siswa. Nilai kasih sayang muncul dalam bentuk sikap saling tolong-menolong dan peduli terhadap teman. Nilai tanggung jawab terlihat saat siswa menyelesaikan tugas kelompok dengan sungguh-sungguh, tepat waktu, dan jujur. Sementara itu, nilai keselarasan hidup berkembang melalui kerja sama, toleransi, dan sikap adil saat berinteraksi dalam kelompok. Kegiatan P5 yang berbasis proyek dan bersifat kolaboratif memungkinkan siswa berinteraksi, berbagi ide, serta menyelesaikan masalah secara bersama, sehingga memupuk keterampilan sosial dan nilai kemanusiaan secara alami. Dengan melibatkan siswa dalam pengalaman belajar yang aktif, menyenangkan, dan relevan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari, P5 dapat membentuk karakter sosial yang kuat sehingga dapat mendukung tercapainya tujuan profil pelajar Pancasila.Kata Kunci: Karakter sosial, Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5)

Abstract

Innovative product development training serves as a strategic effort to enhance the competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that utilize local resource potential. This article discusses a product innovation training program implemented for KAUDAFA MSME, which processes moringa leaves (Moringa oleifera) as the main ingredient in food and beverage products in Teluk Limau Village, Parittiga District, West Bangka Regency. The primary goal of this training is to improve product quality through innovations in processing techniques, packaging design, and digital marketing strategies to expand market reach. This study employs a qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the participants' capacity to develop moringa-based innovative products has significantly improved, which in turn contributes to the sustainable economic development of the local community.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan skema pengabdian masyarakat pemula melalui kegiatan sosialisasi dan edukasi public speaking bagi pemuda-pemudi karang taruna idaman desa rukam Kecamatan mendo barat. Pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan kurangnya kemampuan pemuda karang taruna dalam berkomunikasi menggunakan bahasa indonesia yang baik karena terkadang masih menggunakan bahasa daerah atau bahasa sehari-hari. Public Speaking sangatlah diperlukan dalam bersosialisasi baik sesama pemuda maupun dalam masyarakat di desa. Solusi yang dilakukan pada pengabdian ini dengan cara tahap observasi awal atau analisis situasi tentang pemahaman dan kemampuan pemuda karang taruna terhadap kemampuan berkomunikasi, tahap perencanaan pengabdian, tahap pelaksanaan pengabdian berupa pelatihan public speaking pada pemuda karang taruna idaman desa rukam, dan tahap evaluasi berupa kegiatan tanya jawab dan latihan terbimbing. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan dua tahapan yaitu tahap observasi dan tahap pelaksanaan pelatihan yang meliputi pemberian materi dan kemudian praktek dengan pemuda-pemudi karang taruna idaman desa rukam Kecamatan mendo barat Kab. Bangka Propinsi Kepilauan Bangka Belitung.

Abstract

Classroom environment management, particularly the design of seating arrangements, is an essential element in fostering student participation dynamics and optimizing academic achievement, especially in the context of Indonesian language subjects that demand intensive interaction. This study systematically compares the influence of U-shaped seating formations with traditional models on the learning abilities of fifth-grade students at SDN 52 Pangkalpinang. The research employed a quantitative approach, implemented through a pre-experimental one- group posttest-only design, with participants consisting of all 28 students of class V A using a total sampling technique. Data collection instruments included pretests and posttests, facilitated by cognitive tests and subjective questionnaires to capture perceptual dimensions. The data analysis stage covered normality testing, examination of supporting conditions, and hypothesis validation using the Paired- Sample T test to ensure interpretive accuracy. Empirically, differences in learning scores were found to be significant, with the U-shaped formation producing higher average scores than the traditional model, as confirmed by a significance level of 0.000 (p < 0.05) and a t-value of 4.900 exceeding the t-table value of 2.052— indicating a reliable improvement. In contrast, questionnaire data regarding student perceptions revealed no meaningful disparity, based on a significance value of 0.374 (p > 0.05) and a t-value of 0.904 below the t-table value of 2.052, indicating consistency in students’ views across seating arrangements. Therefore, with Ha accepted and Ho rejected, this study concludes that the comparison between U- shaped and traditional seating formations has a substantial impact on Indonesian language learning achievement in fifth grade at SDN 52 Pangkalpinang, opening opportunities for more inclusive pedagogical innovations in primary education

Abstract

Sosialisasi yang berjudul "Kenali Diri Dari Rasa Cemas" yang dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 2 Kota Pangkalpinang, SMA Tunas Harapan Bangsa, dan SMK Negeri 1 Kota Pangkalpinang. Kegiatan ini dimulai dengan perkenalan masing-masing narasumber, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan eksplorasi materi “Kenali Diri Dari Rasa Cemas Yuk”, serta dilanjutkan dengan diskusi mengenai rasa cemas yang sedang/pernah dihadapi oleh siswa. Setelah dilakukannya sosialisa dan diskusi masih banyak siswa-siswi yang belum mengenali efek tentang aspek kecemasan yang pernah atau sedang siswa-siwi alami saat ini. Sehingga, secara tidak disadari, permasalahan seperti sulitnya berkonstrasi saat belajar, nilai akademik menurun, dan aspek-aspek lainnya merupakan permasalahan-permasalahan yang dapat akibatkan oleh kondisi kecemasan neurotik. Peran guru Bimbingan dan Konseling yang ada dibeberapa sekolah, belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal oleh para siswa. Siswa masih emosional dalam menceritakan permasalahan yang dihadapi, dan hal tersebut terkait dengan kecemasan neurotik yang ada dalam dirinya.

Abstract

Village officials often work based on their individual experiences without systematic guidelines on how to communicate effectively in serving the community, resulting in service inconsistencies that impact dissatisfaction and a decline in the quality of public services. This community service activity aimed to improve the effective communication skills of village officials and village institutions in order to enhance the quality of public services in Sarangmandi Village. The activity involved 20 participants, consisting of village officials and institutions (village office staff, the head of the PKK, neighborhood heads (RT), and the head of the Youth Organization/Karang Taruna), as well as university students conducting their Community Service Program (KKN) in Sarangmandi Village. The training was carried out through presentations and practical sessions on effective communication, emphasizing speaking techniques, body language, and public speaking skills in the context of public service. The results of the activity indicate that participants were able to apply more structured and confident communication, and became more responsive to community needs in the service process

Abstract

This study was motivated by students’ low creativity, who tended to be passive andfound it difficult to generate ideas. It aimed to examine the influence of the ProjectBased Learning (PJBL) model on student creativity in the IPAS (Natural and SocialScience) material on Ecosystem Harmony in Grade V at SD Negeri 20 Sungailiat.This research employed a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental designusing a one-group pretest-posttest model. The sample consisted of one class of 20students selected through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collectedusing a questionnaire of 20 statements and observation sheets completed byobservers. Data analysis techniques included a normality test using the ShapiroWilk test and hypothesis testing using a paired sample t-test. The results showedthat the normality test using Shapiro-Wilk obtained significance values of 0.092 forthe pretest and 0.502 for the posttest, both greater than 0.05, indicating that the datawere normally distributed. The average pretest score was 47.25, and the posttestscore was 64.45. Hypothesis testing using the paired sample t-test yielded asignificance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that H0 was rejected and Ha wasaccepted. It means that the PJBL model significantly influenced student creativity inthe IPAS material on Ecosystem Harmony in Grade V at SD Negeri 20 Sungailiat.

Abstract

This study was prompted by students’ limited understanding of the material. Norms in My Life in the subject of Pancasila Education. A factor that plays a role in this is the application of lecture-based teaching methods, which are still dominant. Therefore, this study applied the Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model to determine its effect on student understanding. The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of the Think Pair Share learning model on the comprehension of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 28 Pangkalpinang. This study uses a quantitative research design with a quasi-experimental design, using a nonequivalent control group design. Sampling was conducted using saturated sampling. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling, which is a technique for determining samples when all members of the population are used as samples. The sample size was 62 students, consisting of 31 students from class 5A and 31 students from class 5B data collection was conducted via an essay test consisting of five questions, followed by data analysis involving normality and homogeneity tests, as well as hypothesis testing. The results showed that the average score of the experimental class was higher than that of the control class. The results of the study show that the average score of the experimental class is higher than that of the control class. These results are supported by the independent sample t-test, which produced a value of tcount 4.691 > greater than ttable2.000, so it can be concluded that there is an effect of the Think Pair Share (TPS) learning approach for theunderstanding of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 28 Pangkalpinang.
