Abstract

The state has various sources of funds, one of which is a tax called Income Tax is a tax from the state, which every year the collection is done directly to the taxpayer. In order to organize all activities in taxation, taxpayers must have a Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP), as a function for the identity of the taxpayer and to maintain regularity and discipline in payments and conduct supervision in tax administration. The people who want to get NPWP must first make it by qualifying the administrative requirements, which the government has counseled on tax issues. But there are still many who are confused how to register and whether the registration is done manually or electronic systems. Regarding this matter the place of research to carry out practical work is on the CV. Tribina Jasaindo, which is a company engaged in services for document management in Batam City. The company has an address in Ruko Greenland Block I No. 5, Tering Bay, Batam City. At the implementation stage, the author permits to carry out the pratical work on the CV, then submits the design idea according to the title of the practice work, and then the author processes the data information to be carried out the output design.

Abstract

The enactment of Law No. 11 of 2020 resulted in revisions to Indonesia's labor rules. The employment agreement is one of the elements that has altered. An employment agreement is a contract between a worker and his or her employer that specifies the working conditions, rights, and duties of the parties. The employment agreement signed between the employee and the employer attempts to ensure both parties' rights and duties in order to achieve a healthy working relationship. According to the findings of interviews and observations conducted with PT. Rimba Rezeki Makmur, awareness of the value of work agreements in a firm is inadequate. As a result, legal counseling is required, as well as the design and writing of an employment agreements for a certain period of time and an indefinite employment agreement for PT. Rimba Rezeki Makmur in order to protect the rights and duties of employees and employers. This Student Creativity Program activity is carried out in phases and in a coherent way, namely preparation/pre-implementation, implementation, and assessment. The success of this community service activity is measured by increasing PT. Rimba Rezeki Makmur's understanding of the importance of employment agreements and the establishment of employment agreements that can be used by PT. Rimba Rezeki Makmur in the future to guarantee and protect the rights and obligations of workers and employers.

Abstract

Rape is a crime that cannot be forgiven, because it causes mental and psychological damage to the victim and robs the future of the victim, for this reason there is a need for legal protection given to rape victims and rape victims who perform abortions. The form of protection can be in the form of restitution, compensation and psychological assistance given to the victim and also the protection provided by the health law related to the rules that allow rape victims to perform abortions on the baby they are carrying. This article uses a normative juridical research method with a statutory approach which is certainly very relevant to the theme that will be studied. Therefore, it is necessary to protect the victims of rape in order to exercise human rights against the victims and to give appropriate punishments to the perpetrators

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the emerging juvenile criminal trend within social media usage. Utilizing normative legal research method, this study focuses on the potentials and challenges of employing restorative justice for juvenile hate crime offenders. Analysis supported by statutory approach found that Indonesia normatively supports youth development but doesn’t specifically connect the restorative justice approach with the concept of community safety. Through the statutory approach, this study also found that there’s no recognition on the different nature of hate crimes, especially among youth, which could have different and unique negative effects on community safety. These findings serve the purpose of expanding the literature and providing deeper insights for the development of legal framework to support the application of restorative justice approach in Indonesia, by expanding it to include concept of community safety.

Abstract

Youth development has always been an important aspect in the fight against drug abuse, which includes the effort in dealing with underage drug abusers to help them reflect and get back to society. Using normative legal research method, this research dives deep into the challenges facing underage drug abusers on their way back to society and how these challenges impact their future involvement with drugs and their ability to function normally. Through statutory approach, this research finds the possible normative construction to provide a concrete framework of restorative justice. With the restorative justice approach, societal challenges facing underage drug abusers such discriminations, prejudice, and labelling can be met with solutions that provide implementation during the process of rehabilitation and after it.

Abstract

Numerous incidents of verbal sexual harassment are frequently encountered, and in conjunction with the rapid advancements in technology, such actions have become increasingly prevalent. The proliferation of information technology has made information more accessible, exemplified by the emergence of dating applications, demonstrating the speed of the digital world. The current impact of technological swiftness exhibits both positive and negative consequences. This study seeks to examine Indonesian legal regulations pertaining to verbal sexual harassment via dating applications. This research employs a normative research approach, characterized as a legal library research method. The findings of this study indicate that the investigation primarily relies on secondary legal materials, encompassing both primary and secondary legal sources. Up to this point, the legal protection provided by Indonesia to victims of verbal sexual harassment through dating apps predominantly relies on the penal sanctions outlined in the Penal Code, specifically under Chapter XIV addressing Crimes Against Morality, as well as several other relevant legislations governing this matter.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana program diversi berbasis keadilan restoratif di tingkat kejaksaan di Kota Batam mampu memenuhi tujuan utama yang diharapkan, yaitu pemulihan korban dan rehabilitasi anak. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang berlandaskan asas hukum empiris, data penelitian diperoleh dari observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur di Kejaksaan Negeri Batam. Kajian ini juga mengidentifikasi berbagai kendala dalam pelaksanaan prosedur diversi serta penerapan peraturan perundang-undangan terkait. Diharapkan, hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi nyata bagi penyempurnaan kebijakan hukum, sehingga efektivitas program diversi dalam sistem peradilan anak dapat lebih dioptimalkan.
