Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pola asuh orang tua terhadap self esteem remaja. Metode penelitan dalam penelitian ini adalah expost facto. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 89 mahasiswa, umur antara 19-22 dengan metode purposive random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Parenting Styles and Dimensions Questionare (PSDQ) untuk pengukuran pola asuh orang tua dan Skala Rosenberg untuk pengukuran self esteem. Analisis data menggunakan uji statistik non parametik test yaitu Kruskall Wallis Test dengan bantuan program SPSS 23. Berdasarkan penghitungan dan kriteria tersebut diperoleh hasil (Sig.) 0.000 < 0.05, artinya ada pengaruh pola asuh orang tua terhadap self esteem. Ditinjau dari nilai mean pola asuh otoriter adalah 47.38, pola asuh autoritatif 72.57, pola asuh permisif 17.79. Artinya pola asuh autoritatif mempunyai pengaruh paling tinggi terhadap self esteem. Kemudian disusul pola asuh otoriter di urutan kedua dan pola asuh permisif di urutan ketiga atau paling akhir.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan karakteristik psikologis atlet cabang olahraga individu dan cabang olahraga tim. Ada delapan karakteristik psikologis atlet, yaitu, motivasi berprestasi, resilience, kerja keras, kepercayaan diri, kontrol emosi, konsentrasi, persisten dan keterbukaan. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian restrospective causal comparative design. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 189 atlet di Pusat Latihan Daerah Jawa Timur. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk karakteristik psikologis adalah penelitian ini Skala Karakteristik Psikologis Atlet 2019 (SKPA19). Data dianalisis menggunakan uji t.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan karakteristik psikologis antara atlet cabang olahraga individu dan olahraga tim. Ada lima karakteristik psikologis, antara lain motivasi berprestasi, resilience, kepercayaan diri, konsentrasi serta persisten atlet olahraga individu lebih tinggi dari atlet cabang olahraga tim. Sedangkan kerja keras, kontrol emosi dan keterbukaan atlet cabang olahraga tim lebih tinggi daripada olahraga individu.

Abstract

Differences in indicators of democratic parenting in parenting children can determine discipline and learning outcomes. There are 5 indicators of democratic parenting including guidance, deliberation, communication, appreciation, and direction. But among the five indicators of democratic parenting, it is not yet known which one can affect discipline and learning outcomes.This study aims to determine the effect of democratic parenting on discipline and learning outcomes of Physical Education Sports and Health students at SMP Negeri Ngusikan. Based on the type, this research is a quantitative research with the Ex post facto method to show that the independent variable has occurred before and is not manipulated by the researcher. In this study, there are independent variables, namely democratic parenting and the dependent variable is discipline and learning outcomes. The sample in this study amounted to 182 students. The data collection in this study used a democratic parenting and discipline questionnaire which was filled in through the google form media.Based on the results of calculations using Manova (Multivariate Analysis of Variance) through the SPSS program, there is no significant effect between democratic parenting on discipline and student learning outcomes with significant values ​​of 0.447 and 0.549 or > 0.05. However, the results obtained indicate that communication has a major influence on discipline and learning outcomes, then followed by deliberation, appreciation, direction and finally guidance.

Abstract

Physical fitness is a state of physical ability that can adjust the function of the body's organs to certain physical tasks and or environmental conditions so that it can be overcome in an efficient way, without experiencing excessive fatigue and has completely recovered to do the same task the next day. This study was conducted to determine the level of physical fitness of students during the pandemic in grade VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Mojowarno. By doing this research is expected to be a suggestion for students in developing their potential and abilities and can determine or add to the mindset and is expected to be developed further. This type of research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach and uses a simple random sampling technique in sampling. The sample in this study were 4 class VII SMP Negeri 1 Mojowarno namely class VII A, VII C, VII F and VII I with a total of 131 students. The instrument in this study was the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI) for ages 13-15.

Abstract

High achievment in sports requires behavior with certain qualities. Likewise, with successful athletes, they have superior qualities not only in terms of physical but also mentality. This study aims at examining psychological characteristic because it’s one of the important factors possessed by athletes, and can influence them in. The sample used in this study are 198 East Java athletes who participates in the training center from 21 sports. The instrument used for psychological characteristics in this study is the SKPA (Scale of Psychological Characteristics for Athletes) with a factor loading value > 0.5, so that each item is valid in measuring it’s dimensions, and it’s known that the conbrach’s alpha value for each dimension is 0.7. Of the eight psychological characteristics, the highest mean value for hard work is 16.31. And the lowest mean values for opennes is 12.02. Eight psychological characteristics indicate a good category, which means that the psycology of the East Java regional training center athletes are in good condition.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the types of sports injuries for basketball players in UKMSTKIPPGRI John Bang. The survey method is a descriptive method using the survey method. The subjects of this survey were UKM STKIP PGRI Jombang junior basketball players, totaling 35 people, and the survey sample consisted of 21 people with sampling criteria. The location of the survey was conducted at STKIPP GRI John Van's GOR Basketball Club. The survey tool used to collect the data in this survey was a written exam, and interviews and observations of the survey results were presented in tabular form. We collected data using a question-based interview test to get an idea of ​​the results of the survey. Based on data analysis, the results show that the types of injuries most often received by UKM STKIP PGRI Jombang junior athletes in basketball sports are knee injuries, ankle injuries (ankle) shoulder injuries, and up to 21 samples. Showed that they had 100% of these injuries, shoulder injuries 95.2%, hamstring injuries 18 cases, wrist injuries 85.7 cases 61.9%, elbow injuries 13 cases 57.1%, waist injuries 8 cases 38.1-6 finger injuries, 28.6%, heel injuries 5 cases, 23.8%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui optimalisasi smartclass dan pengaruhnya terhadap prestasi mahasiwa. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan Eksperimen The Posttest-Only Control Group Design. Subjek penelitian ini menggunakan mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani di STKIP PGRI Jombang. Teknik sampling yang di gunakan yaitu Tekhnik Purposive Sampling dengan jumlah penelitian ini berjumlah 62 mahasiswa. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif dan inferensial dengan SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukan dari kualitas proses pembelajaran menggunakan smartclass sama-sama memiliki kualitas yang katagori baik, tetapi ada perbedaan mean dan persentase. Persentase kelompok perlakuan 93.92% sedangkan persentase kelompok kontrol 91.75%. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis nilai probabilitas perlakuan kurang dari 0,05 yakni sebesar 0,000. Dengan demikian hipotesis nol ditolak dan hipotesis penelitian diterima. Artinya ada perbedaan antara smartclass dengan kelas kontrol. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah pengunaan smartclass dengan yang ada perbedaan meskipun kualitas proses pembelajaran dalam katagori yang sama. Saran penelitian, untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan prestasi mahasiswa keberadaan smartclass dapat mendukung.

Abstract

background: One of the learning barriers that occur in students is low learning outcomes and lack of student motivation to learn. Someone will change his behavior if he feels happy or not happy. One element of reinforcement (strengthening) is to provide rewards and punishments. Purpose: In this study the aim was to determine learning motivation that was influenced by reward and punishment. Reward in this study is in the form of values, while punishment is in the form of assignments Methods. The research method used is experimental research (Pretest–Posttest Control Group Design). The sample technique used is Cluster Random Sampling. The samples taken were 32 students of class VIII A and 32 students of class VIII B of SMP NEGERI 1 Jombang. Results and discussioin: Based on the results of data analysis using the SPSS data program, it can be seen that tcount with equal variances assumed (assuming both variances are the same or using the pooled variances test) is 2.341 with a probability of 0.023. Because the probability is <0.05, H0 is rejected, which means that the two sample means are different. In the sense that the average post-test of the experimental group is higher than the average value of the post-test of the control group. Thus that there is an influence of reward and punishment on learning motivation in learning physical education. Conclusion and Implications: In order to get better learning motivation, especially in giving reward and punishment, this learning method should be applied in learning physical education according to the abilities and conditions of students. Giving reward and punishment is used as a reference to increase student motivation. Limitation and recommendation: In this study is still limited to the provision of reward and punishment. In future research, it is better to examine the types or forms of reward and punishment that are effective on student learning motivation.

Among these studies are students who follow the Basketball Student Activity Unit of STKIP PGRI Jombang, so 40 students. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling, so that the subjects of this study were students participating in the Basketball Student Activity Unit of STKIP PGRI Jombang, not less than 20 boys and 20 girls. Data analysis techniques are descriptive analysis, normality test and hypothesis testing (paired sample test) using the SPSS program. Based on the results of data analysis, this study concluded that the difference in dribbling ability of extracurricular basketball players at SMA Negeri 5 Soppeng had a significant effect at the time of the pre-test, with an average score of 12.21 seconds. There is a difference between the P-value of 0.000 (P<0.05) and the post-test, where at P-value 0.000 (P<0.05) it reaches an average of 11.20 seconds, a time saving of 1.01 seconds. . Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini untuk melihat tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa pada saat pandemi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah non eksperimen dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Tes menggunakan Tes Kebugaran Jasmani : sit ups (waktu 60 detik), sit and reach, modifikasi pull-up,shuttle run, tinggi badan (meter) dan berat badan (kg). hasil penelitian pada perhitungan IMT masuk kategori Normal dengan presentase (50%), Tes Sit Up 60 detik dalam kategori sedang (45 %). sit and reach diketahui dalam kategori sedang (45%). Hasil perhitungan modifikasi pull up diketahui dalam kategori sedang (50%). MFT diketahui dalam kategori sedang (55%). Hasil dari perhitungan setiap item tes tersebut menggambarkan bahwa tingkat kebugaran jasmani yang dimiliki siswa adalah rata – rata masuk kategori sedang. maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri Balongbesuk pada rata – rata masuk kategori sedang.  sehingga siswa diharapkan untuk lebih memperhatikan dan memperbanyak melakukan aktivitas fisik baik pada saat pembelajaran Pendidikan jasmani di sekolah maupun aktivitas fisik diluar sekolah agar siswa dapat memperoleh Tingkat Kebugaran Jasmani yang lebih optimal
