Abstract

Real Work Lecture (KKN) is a form of student service to the community that aims to implement science directly in the village environment. This KKN activity was carried out in Rajamandala Village, Rajapolah District, Tasikmalaya Regency with a focus on education and economy. In the field of education, students carry out waste processing activities into simple works aimed at students of SD Negeri 3 Rajapolah. This activity aims to increase environmental awareness from an early age and foster students' creativity in utilizing waste into products with useful value. Through educational approaches and hands-on practice, students are encouraged to care more about the surrounding environment. Meanwhile, in the economic sector, students held a digital marketing and financial management workshop for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Rajamandala Village. This activity aims to increase MSME actors' understanding of online marketing strategies and effective financial management to support business sustainability. The KKN programs that have been implemented are expected to have a positive impact, increase the capacity of human resources, and contribute to the sustainable development and independence of Rajamandala Village.

Abstract

Community Service Program (KKN) is a form of student community service conducted directly in the village. The students' presence has a positive impact because they bring knowledge, ideas, and new breakthroughs that can help the village develop further. The KKN was conducted in Rajamandala Village, Rajapolah District, Tasikmalaya Regency. The program covered education and economics. The program was realized through educational activities, namely waste processing activities into works of art for students of Rajapolah 3 Elementary School. This educational activity provides benefits to encourage elementary school students to process waste into simple works of art. In addition, the economic sector includes workshops on digital marketing and finance for MSMEs in the village as an important step in MSME empowerment, small business development, and the introduction of online marketing strategies. These activities can certainly contribute to the development of the village itself, both in education, economics, and community empowerment as a whole.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance before and after the acquisition listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This type of research is quantitative comparative, this research is to compare financial performance before and after the acquisition. This study uses quantitative data types, meaning that in analyzing the data used is data in the form of numbers. The unit of observation in this study is the 2016-2020 financial statements of PT ABC, Tbk. Data analysis methods used in this research are profitability ratios, liquidity ratios, solvency ratios and activity ratios by comparing the financial performance before and after the acquisition. Based on the results of research showing that financial performance as measured by financial ratios ROA, ROE, NPM, CR, QR, TATO and FATO has decreased after the acquisition compared to before the acquisition. The DAR, DER, and ITO ratios have increased after the acquisition compared to before the acquisition. The acquisition strategy has not been fully achieved within 2 years due to the condition of the financial performance of PT ABC Tbk. before the acquisition is better than after the acquisition.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Upaya meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat ditentukan oleh banyak faktor. Salah satu faktor yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan pencapaian tujuan tersebut adalah Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yaitu keberadaan petugas penyuluh kesehatan yang berkualitas dan cakap. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kecakapan petugas penyuluh kesehatan selama menjalankan peran dan fungsinya sebagai petugas kesehatan, sehingga diharapkan dapat mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan, yaitu terwujudnya upaya kesehatan promotif dan preventif, peningkatan derajat kesehatan masyarakat serta pencegahan terhadap kondisi sakit. Metode: Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui ceramah dan diskusi dengan peserta sejumlah 23 orang, sehubungan dengan masih berlangsungnya masa pandemi maka seluruh proses berlangsung secara daring. Ada 3 tahap di dalamnya yaitu penyampaian materi, diskusi tanya jawab serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil: Seluruh peserta menyatakan puas dengan kegiatan ini, dimana 87% menyatakan terkait peran petugas penyuluh kesehatan adalah memberikan edukasi, memberikan motivasi, membantu menyampaikan informasi penting terkait kesehatan, menyebarkan pesan mengenai pendidikan kesehatan, memberikan solusi menyelesaikan masalah. Sebelum memberikan penyuluhan, petugas perlu melakukan analisis kebutuhan kesehatan di masyarakat, masalah kesehatan apa yang saat itu sedang dihadapi masyarakat. Kesimpulan: Peran petugas penyuluh dalam memberikan edukasi di masyarakat tidak lepas dari tingkat pemahaman petugas akan materi penyuluhan, kecakapan petugas berinteraksi dengan masyarakat serta kesesuaian antara topik penyuluhan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat..
