Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi Seni Berkomunikasi dalam Public Speaking melalui media Live Streaming untuk memberikan efek persuasif pada Customer pada Platform Shopee. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, untuk menyajikan gambaran tentang Strategi komunikasi yang digunakan saat melakukan Live Streaming di Platform E-Commrce. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi Seni berkomunikasi didepan audiens dan strategi yang digunakan ketika melakukan Live Streaming saat menawarkan produk di Platform Shopee agar memberikan efek persuasif dan mendapatkan feedback yang sesuai harapan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan membahas, Komunikasi, Strategi Komunikasi, Public Speaking, Hambatan Komunikasi, Pesan, dan Digital Marketing.

Abstract

Silih Creative Digital Agency hadir untuk memberikan value yang inovatif & kreatif dalam menyediakan kebutuhan konten digital dan konsultasi bisnis untuk pegiat wisata dan UMKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi model bisnis yang dimiliki Silih Creative Digital Agency dan bagaimana proses transaksi barter yang baik dan aman. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan strategi penelitian studi kasus. Hasil Penelitian menjelaskan model bisnis melalui sembilan balok business model canvas yang terdiri dari customer segment, value proposition, channel distribution, customer relationship, revenue stream, key resource, key activities, key parter dan cost structure. Penelitian ini juga menjelaskan perencanaan dalam melakukan transaksi barter dan bagaimana mengelola produk hasil barter menjadi sesuatu yang memiliki manfaat lebih bagi perusahaan.

Abstract

Covid-19 or the corona virus disease has had a very significant impact on the economy and business, especially the food and beverage industry. Starting a new business again requires some adjustments, one of which is the new normal lifestyle. One of the new habits or adjustments that occur in the food and beverage industry is the rise of frozen ready-to-eat foods or frozen food. This is due to changes in consumer behavior in the food industry, which initially eats out to eat at home more often. By consuming frozen ready-to-eat food or frozen food, consumers feel healthier and safer from the covid-19 virus. This study aims to: 1). Identify factors that influence the purchase of frozen food 2). Knowing the frozen food consumer market segmentation. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with the method of observation, questionnaires and literature study. The results of previous studies indicate that the factors that influence the purchase of frozen food, among others, because it is easy to cook and safe, brand image, quality, low price, advertising, appearance, availability, and taste.

Abstract

Technological changes are very fast in the world media in providing information about various types of food that are very easily accessible to the people of Indonesia, hence the entry of foods from other countries. Making lifestyles and trends today in Indonesian society. By taking the concept of this Turkish Kebab food, it can create new food innovations that can be sold, but it does not eliminate cooking procedures and appearance. The whole manufacturing process uses original food ingredients from Indonesia. Our product innovation is Kebab Nusantara using beef jerky, salad vegetables, cucumber, tomato, mayonnaise sauce, spicy sauce and peanut sauce. Kebab Nusantara uses organoleptic and the nutritional content is calculated. Provide a healthy food for consumption to the people of Indonesia. The price of Nusantara Kebab is Rp. 7000 rupiah, all people can buy because the price is affordable and we use a digital system in orders. The author is not only innovating Kebab Nusantara, but there is a main goal, namely, wanting to provide education to the public to love Indonesian food more. The existence of Nusantara Kebabs among the community makes it more motivation to maintain all Indonesian specialties.

Abstract

Sudirman Street is one of the Chinese culinary centers in the city of Bandung, not only as a center for Chinese cuisine, but also the legendary Chinese gastronomy around Sudirman Street. This study was made to determine the layout, floor plan, and route of Chinese gastronomy on Sudirman Street, Bandung City. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The research subject is the Sudirman Street manager and stake holder with Miss Helix model of cinyusu salad. The results of this study are aspects of Sudirman Street layout such as capacity, cost, and a wide, easy and affordable process, then floor plans made by researchers for the efficiency of Halal and Non-Halal food, and the pattern of culinary travel routes on Sudirman Street, Bandung City.

Abstract

This study aims to see how implementing the Sharia Supervisory Board and its impact on providing public trust in Islamic banks. This study uses a quantitative approach with the method of Systematic Literature Review from various journals. With the Systematic Literature Review method, the research identifies all empirical evidence, where the identification aims to answer questions such as "What is the role of the sharia supervisory board on public trust?", "Implementation of the sharia supervisory board on sharia banking?". The analysis results found that the Sharia Representative Council (DPS) has a high level of helping to attract public interest. This is because the higher the spread of DPS, the public's knowledge about banking sharia will be increasingly known. This finding shows that Sharia Supervisory Board plays an essential role in providing public confidence to be interested in being part of a sharia bank because, so far, there are known factors that attract the public in the form of external factors such as marketing factors, psychological factors, cultural factors, social factors, and social factors. Personality so that this can be used as a view for further research that the Sharia Representative Council also still plays an essential role in contributing to society.

Abstract

Kewirausahaan merupakan isu sentral baik di negara berkembang maupun negara maju sebagai upaya pemulihan kesejahteraan akibat pandemi, khususnya bagi pekerja di sektor pariwisata. Namun, pola pikir wirausaha muncul sebagai akibat dari tekanan dari kebutuhan hidup, bukan dari pola pikir yang diajarkan selama pendidikan formal. Sehingga, perlu dikaji peran dan kebutuhan tenaga kependidikan untuk mengajarkan pola pikir kewirausahaan mulai dari pendidikan formal baik di SMA maupun di perguruan tinggi untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang pola pikir wirausaha (entrepreneur mindset). Metode pendekatan kualitatif, subjeknya adalah mahasiswa dan praktisi sebanyak sepuluh orang dari industri perhotelan yang sebelumnya terdampak pandemi COVID-19 dan beralih profesi dengan memiliki usaha. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif jika diajarkan dari pendidikan formal baik dari SMA maupun perguruan tinggi karena telah terjadi kecemasan selama situasi pandemi bagaimana bertahan hidup setiap harinya.

Abstract

There is a change in consumer behavior from the pandemic to the pandemic transition that affects the brand equity sport event Sriwijaya Ranau Gran Fondo 2022, thus making researchers analyze the extent to which the relationship between brand image factors includes brand congruence, brand trust, brand commitment, to word of mouth which has implications for brand equity sport event can affect the behavior of consumers or participants. Using a quantitative research method with a descriptive and survey research design using a sample of 353 respondents from the participants present, then analyzed using quantitative descriptive statistical analysis and structural equation model (SEM) analysis. The results showed that there was a significant effect of brand congruence on brand trust, there was a positive relationship between brand congruence and brand commitment, a positive direct effect of brand trust on brand commitment, there was no significant relationship between brand trust and word of mouth, there was an influence between brand commitment on word of mouth, and there is a significant strong relationship between word of mouth and brand equity. Thus it has implications for sport event organizers to continue to increase the satisfaction and comfort of consumers or attendees, as well as correcting deficiencies in values that do not meet the needs of consumers or participants in order to develop a very good sports event brand image.

Abstract

The development of Islamic banking has prompted financial institutions to operate in accordance with Sharia principles. In this context, the role of sharia governance is crucial in supporting banking operations and enhancing bank performance. This study aims to examine the implementation of sharia governance in Islamic banking. To improve the performance of Islamic banks, good governance practices in line with Islamic law are essential, including the application of maqashid sharia principles. A library search was conducted using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to analyze several national and international journal articles published in the past decade. Out of 75 identified articles, 38 were found to be relevant after screening. The results indicate that the implementation of Sharia governance can improve bank performance by adhering to the principles of Maqashid Sharia as a guide. Such implementation would enable Islamic banks to be leaders in the industry, enhance the quality of their services, and ultimately increase the company's value. This study concludes that adherence to the principles of Maqashid Sharia leads to higher bank performance in terms of service quality, which can improve a company's value. The implications of this study offer insights into how the implementation of Sharia governance, based on Maqashid Sharia principles, can affect bank performance in Islamic banking.========================================================================================================ABSTRAK – Tata Kelola Bank Syariah dalam Perspektif Maqashid Syariah: Suatu Kajian Literatur Sistematis. Perkembangan perbankan syariah telah mendorong lembaga-lembaga keuangan untuk beroperasi sesuai dengan prinsip syariah. Dalam konteks ini, peran tata kelola syariah sangat penting dalam mendukung operasional perbankan dalam meningkatkan kinerjanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi tata kelola syariah pada perbankan syariah. Dalam meningkatkan kinerja bank syariah, praktik tata kelola yang baik yang sejalan dengan konsep ekonomi Islam sangat penting, salah satunya dengan penerapan prinsip maqashid syariah. Pencarian data dilakukan dengan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan menganalisis sejumlah artikel nasional dan internasional yang diterbitkan dalam satu dekade terakhir. Dari 75 artikel yang teridentifikasi, hanya 38 artikel yang relevan dengan topik kajian ini. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi tata kelola syariah dapat meningkatkan kinerja bank dengan mengikuti prinsip Maqashid Syariah sebagai panduan. Implementasi tersebut juga memungkinkan bank syariah untuk menjadi yang terdepan dalam industri perbankan, meningkatkan kualitas layanan, dan meningkatkan nilai perusahaan. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan prinsip Maqashid Syariah dalam operasional bank syariah dapat meningkatkan kinerja mereka dalam hal peningkatan kualitas layanan yang berefek pada peningkatan nilai perusahaan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana implementasi tata kelola syariah, berdasarkan prinsip Maqashid Syariah, dapat mempengaruhi kinerja bank syariah.
